Additional security is now assigned to protect judges and prosecutors after the Trump cases drew death threats.
Political violence is among Garland's greatest concerns.
People can argue with each other as much as they want and as vociferously as they want.
But the one thing they may not do is use violence and threats of violence to alter the outcome.
An important aspect of this is the American people themselves.
The American people must protect each other.
They must ensure That they treat each other with civility and kindness, listen to opposing views, argue as vociferously as they want, but refrain from violence and threats of violence.
That's the only way this democracy will survive.
Why do you feel so strongly about that?
Well, I feel it for a number of reasons and a number of things that I've seen, but for my own family who fled religious persecution in Europe and some members who did not survive when they got to the United States.
The United States protected me.
It guaranteed that they could practice their religion, they could vote, they could do all the things they thought a democracy would provide.
That's the difference between this country and many other countries.
And it's my responsibility, it's the Justice Department's responsibility to ensure that that difference continues, that we protect each other.
Two of your ancestors were murdered in the Holocaust.
Yes.
Is that why you devoted yourself to the law?
Yes.
I would say that's why I devoted myself to the rule of law, to public service, to trying to ensure that the rule of law governs this country and continues to govern this country.
Merrick Garland has spent a life in the law.
M-E-R-R-I-C-K-G-A-R-L-A-N-D. He's the Associate Deputy Attorney General.
At justice, he oversaw the Oklahoma City bombing case, an act of political terrorism.

Let's be completely clear about this.
The political violence that we are seeing is 100% from the government and we will be exposing that today, guys.
I'm so excited because we are vindicated here as patriots when it comes to this new document that just came out, exposing the fact, once and for all, that January 6th was indeed a setup.
And not only was it a setup, guys, but it was the gateway To weaponizing the government against we the people.
Yes, it has been happening for quite some time, and I would argue it really amped up right after 9-11.
But the thing about 9-11, guys, is that at least they kind of faked this idea where we are all unified against one foreign threat, and that, the key word being foreign, right?
But here in America, even though obviously they were working to undermine the American people, strengthen the deep state from within, but fast forward, guys, 20 years later, Or just about 20 years.
And what they did was basically part two of that.
And what was worse is that they were open about the fact, because they already had enough strength at that point, they were open about the fact that they are now going to go after the American people.
They stole an election.
And then, when the American people fought back or the American people demanded answers by protesting, Then we were told that we were the bad guys.
We were wrong.
Not only are we the bad guys, we're domestic terrorists.
We're horrible people.
We don't deserve...
We don't deserve to have the rule of law applied to us in the courtroom.
No, no.
Two-tiered justice system.
You get thrown in jail, apparently, as a protester here in America.
No more First Amendment if you are conservative, if you are a Trump supporter, if you believe that we have an unjust system.
A department of injustice, not a department of justice.
That's what they did after January 6th, and that opened the gates, guys.
That opened the floodgates for them to go after their political opponents and everyday American citizens for absolutely no reason.
No reason as it pertains to, did they break a law?
No, they didn't.
Did they violate the Constitution?
No.
But the government certainly has.
Absolutely.
That's what this is all about.
The rule of law no longer applies to the government.
They can go after you.
That's what January 6th is all about, guys.
You have to understand.
It was about normalizing this kind of behavior.
It was about normalizing this kind of treatment from the deep state to the American people.

This insane story just came out vindicating every single patriot, okay, who has blown the whistle on January 6th in the fact that there were Well, turns out, once again, we're not actually conspiracy theorists.
We were correct.
Take a look at this interesting document.
Now there is evidence the FBI planned the January 6th operation and planted documents days earlier that were later used against innocent Americans.
In February of this year, the Gateway Pundit's Cara Castronuvo wrote about a shocking development in the U.S. government's case against the Proud Boys.
It was discovered that the government itself was the author of the mysterious 1776 returns document.
The 1776 returns document is the title of a nine-page paper that outlines strategic plans for the takeover of the U.S. government buildings on January 6, 2021.
It was confirmed in court that the FBI was behind the document and FBI operatives was the author Of the document.
Quite interesting.
The mysterious document that was sent unsolicited to Proud Boy Chairman Enrique Tarrio's telegram right before January 6th by a love interest named Erica Flores.
Guys, guys, you gotta be careful here if you're gonna be honey-potted, you know?

Oh, sorry, that was a link to something else.
Flores reportedly testified to the January 6th committee that a government official was the author of the entirety of the 1776 returns and that this FBI and CIA member or associate associate asked her to share it with Tarrio.
Tarrio was charged with seditious conspiracy and was later found guilty, along with four fellow members of the Proud Boys.
Enrique Tarrio was sentenced to 22 years in federal prison for planning the entire, quote, seditious conspiracy.
We now know that it was the FBI who was behind the conspiracy.
So great!
Great.
They already threw people in jail over something that, guess what?
They did.
Meaning they, the deep state.
According to the motion by attorney Roger Roots, it appears that the government itself is the author of the most incriminating and damning document in this case, which was mysteriously sent at government request to Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio immediately prior to January 6th in order to frame or implicate Tarrio in a government-created scheme to storm buildings around the Capitol as such exists Exhibit 528-1 and the government's efforts to frame or smear defendants with it constitutes outrageous government
conduct.
This is either entrapment or outrageous government conduct or both.
Equally improper, it is a Brady violation because the Department of Justice must surely have known these revelations before putting Special Agent Dubrowski on the stand on February 9th to introduce this evidence.
You can't make this stuff up, which is what the Gateway Pundit points out, and they're absolutely correct.
By the way, this is the 1776 returns document.
You can actually scroll through the whole thing.
There's a lot of details that basically encourage Enrique and, I guess, the entirety of the Proud Boys organization to storm the Capitol, comparing it to the storm of the Winter Palace.
You have the Russian Revolution in there.
You have all sorts of references there, of course, also to 1776, the Patriot Plan.
It's pretty bad.
Like, you can tell this was written by the government, too, because no normal person would have written it this way.
But anyways, I just wanted to give you a visual for what exactly the 1776 returns document is.

Alright, apparently an individual by the name of Samuel Armez is responsible for writing the 1776 files.
Armez is a former...
State Department and Special Operations official who was also interviewed by the January 6th Unselect Committee.
Armas says he recognized components of the document as ideas he had composed as part of a war gaming exercise.
Oh, that's interesting.
Quote, war gaming.
He did in August or September of 2020.
Armas co-founded a Florida-based cryptocurrency LLC, Government Blockchains System.
Armas said in college he had been groomed To join the CIA and the FBI before his stint in the State Department and Special Operations in his studies, he often participated in wargaming scenario skills he used during his stint in government.
Oh, quite interesting how he would conveniently be recruited by the FBI and the CIA. It's almost like they needed his wargaming strategies to frame the American people, to throw them in jail ultimately.
Anyway, to reiterate, this government asset, Armez, passed this document off to a love interest of Enrique Tarrio named Erica, who then testified.
She forwarded the document at the request of Armez to Tarrio via Telegram.
I'm telling you guys, do not fall for any sort of honeypotting, okay?
Always question what's going on there, alright?
I'm just being honest here.
It happens, okay?
Clearly it happened here, although I'll go on because it doesn't sound like Enrique Tarrio actually even opened it.
This means that the most damning document in this trial was authored by the intelligence community, someone groomed by the FBI itself, said Roger Roots.
This is really damning evidence, guys.
The Pratt Boy's attorney who authored this blockbuster motion and the CIA and FBI asset requested Tario's friend To share the document with Tarrio just prior to January 6th, according to the motion, during Special Agent Dubrowski's chilling testimony, Assistant U.S. Attorney Connor Mulrow took lengths to emphasize segments of the document describing a plan to lay siege to Capitol Hill by strategically occupying most of the Congressional office space around
the Capitol.
jurors were informed of this written plan to fill buildings with patriots and were left to think it was a plan of tarios or co-defendants it was not It was not.
The plan was concocted by the FBI and planted inside the Proud Boys telegram page days before January 6th.
The document laid out a plan for the occupation of eight key buildings in the District of Columbia on January 6th, 2021.
This included House and Senate office buildings and the Supreme Court.
The strategy included a call for the mass mobilization of followers invoking the sentiment and spirit of 1776 and the 1917 storming of the Winter Palace by the Bolsheviks.
Like I said earlier, there was a reference to the Russian Revolution, which is funny because that was all about communists.
And this is clearly about patriots, people who are presumably not communists, who don't want our communist government.
So there you go.
You can tell right there that this was not written by somebody who's within the movement, but that's just a small detail.
Anyways, it is unknown if Tario read or even opened this document.

Yet the government used this dopey wargaming exercise as a major part of their case against Tarrio and the Proud Boys.
Tarrio had nothing to do with the creation of these plans, and they were simply sent to him via telegram by a love interest.
Yet the Biden DOJ misled the already biased jury to believe that the document belonged to Tarrio, and the dishonorable judge Timothy Kelly allowed this charade to proceed, even though he was aware of the document's history from pretrial hearings.
Wow, it's insane what they allowed to go on.

Or that they actually plant themselves, not what they allow to go on.
What am I saying?
That's the whole point.
They're the ones behind it.
Back in July 2022, Liz Cheney and the January 6th committee called in Samuel Armez to testify.
Armez is a young college grad who just started his professional career in Florida.
There is no evidence that Tario ever looked at the document.
There is no evidence that the Proud Boys studied the document.
And...
There is no evidence that the Proud Boys used any of the tactics that RMS wrote about in the document on January 6, 2021 at the U.S. Capitol.
Proud Boys member Ethan Nordian later told the Gateway Pundit he laughed when he heard about the document because it was so absurd.
It is so absurd.
It is so absurd.
Okay?
It's cheesy.
That's not something that would have been concocted on our side.
Anyway, during his testimony, Samuel Armez admitted he was being groomed by the FBI and the CIA. Oh, wow.
It's interesting how we're only hearing about that now.
Armez then admits to authoring a document later titled the 1776 Returns Attack Plan that he started after the release of the highly organized and controversial Transition Integrity Project document.
The Transition Integrity Project, TIP, was organized by deep state operatives, intel officials, and campaign leaders who met for several meetings and for some reason warned about a high degree of likelihood that November's elections will be marked by a chaotic legal and political landscape.
So they knew, guys.
They're openly admitting that they knew they framed the election.
They planned this whole thing.
We also assess that President Trump is likely to contest the result by both legal and extra-legal means in an attempt to hold on to power.
It was uncanny how the TIP officials knew about the controversial election to come and the likelihood that Americans would be upset to see an election stolen from the people.
And there it is.
There it is, people!
This was planned.
Everything from the stolen election, obviously we know they used COVID to infiltrate, they used COVID to pass all of those unconstitutional voting rules and regulations that should never have existed to begin with.
Oh, because they knew all along that this was their plan.
It was their plan to steal the election.
It was their plan to storm the Capitol and make it look like the Proud Boys, the Oath Keepers, and other patriotic organizations did it.
That was the plan all along.
And now the truth comes out.
And all of us who are saying this for so long are vindicated.
This is absolutely disgusting.
Disgusting.
Meanwhile, meanwhile, patriots are rotting away in jail.
They're being treated worse than animals.
They're in cells the size of closets.
We know about this.
I've talked about it at length on my show.
This is disgusting that they're being treated that way.
They're still rotting away.
Because the sad part is, the deep state already got their way.
They've already normalized going after the American people.
They've already used the media.
They've already used the dominant narrative to flip the script and make it look like the American people did this.
Meanwhile, there are literal heroes rotting away in prison right now.
Speaking of which...
The trial began today for the January 6th hero, Officer Ronald Colton McCabe, who attended to save Roseanne Boylan from deadly police beatings.
Now he sits in prison.
Guys, this is a hero who's now rotting away in prison like the other January 6th Patriots who were there protesting, all because the deep state set this up.
Ronald Colton McCabe's wife, Sarah, wrote the Gateway Pundit in May asking us not to forget her husband, who is still being held as a political prisoner without trial.
To the world, Ronald Colton McCabe became known as the Sheriff of January 6th, But Colton's law enforcement story started back in high school when he was part of the Community Police Explorer Program.
From a very young age, Colton knew that he wanted to help people and to make a difference in the world.
He chose to pursue a career in law enforcement where he could help people turn their lives around.
Each day, when he came home from work, his four-year-old neighbor...
We'll be outside watching.
Colton had become a hero to the boy.
One day, Colton walked next door to talk with the boy.
He learned that the boy, too, wanted to become a police officer.
He told the young boy, you will be a great officer.
You can do good in your community by helping others, and you will be able to influence people for Colton has always looked to help others, especially during the seven years he was a law enforcement officer.
Many awards would follow in his career, including a life-saving award that states action taken by others and McCabe are in keeping with the finest traditions of public service, and he reflects great credit upon themselves and the community.
As many people will tell you who knew Colton, he would give you the shirt off his back.
He is so selfless and puts others before himself.
He has such a big heart and is passionate about the things he loves.
All of these traits, bravery and service and faith, were on full display on January 6th.
The one trait that goes without being said is his love to protect his fellow Americans and country.
And this is the man they want to throw in jail.
This is the man they have in jail.
When chaos broke out at the Capitol on January 6th, Colton jumped into action to continue to protect and serve as he was off duty.
As one individual said, Colton was the only officer that day who tried to save Roseanne Boylan's life.
Only officer, guys!
That's right, because the others, the others were in on it with the FBI. Ronald Colton McCabe rendering life-saving aid to Roseanne Boylan to help police officers and helping police officers.
Colton McCabe is just like many, a husband, a son, a brother, a patriot.
But he is not just any patriot.
He is a January 6th patriot.
He is a January 6th warrior.
He is a fellow American We're good to go.
It's too late.
They have Colton in jail and they have so many others that did the right thing on January 6th, protested peacefully, and in the case of Colton, actually tried to save somebody's life after they were hurt by the deep state cops that were involved in all of this.
Roseanne Boylan, we all know what happened there with her.
And what's worse, not only did the deep state set this up, but the reason they set it up is so that they could continue to go after American patriots like Colton, to go after American patriots like you, like Donald Trump, like Mike Lindell, like anybody who refuses to go along with whatever the deep state wants.
And they're weaponizing everything they can against anybody who goes against the people.
In the next part of this show, I'm going to be talking about a case they have with eBay.

The website that you can sell used goods on.
eBay out of all places.
They violated environmental policies.
So the DOJ is going after them too.
They're going after everybody.
That's what January 6th existed to do.
To amp up the government's ability to continue going after the American people.
Except for this time, it's so normalized, they can go after you for absolutely nothing.
And you know what the sad part is?
No matter how much evidence comes out that what the deep state did was indeed the deep state.
It was all a setup from the deep state.
No matter how much evidence comes out about that, they've already gotten what they want.
And that's what pisses me off more than anything.
Because there are patriots that are still rotting away in prison as we speak.
Many of them will probably die there, unfortunately.
I have to say it.
Unless we do something drastic.
But everyone's so scared because that's also part of the tactic.
The deep state wants to scare you into sitting there doing nothing.
That's what this exists to do.
They want to scare you.
They're going to weaponize the government against the people, and they're going to scare you into not doing anything about it.
Do you understand how effective January 6th was?
I'm sure you do, but it's just baffling, baffling that the government got away with this.
And it was the government.
We now know that.
We've known that for some time.
I mean, evidence has been pouring in, proving that not only were there FBI informants there, but there were plans laid out very clearly.
That indicate this was the fact all along.
The deep states set this up and they did that for a reason.
It was so that they could normalize in going after the people.
And now you have Merrick Garland going on TV crying about the fact that the poor FBI are the victims here.
Shut up!
No, they're not.
Neither is the DOJ. Neither is the CIA. Neither is the IRS. None of these people are the victims other than the American people.
That is 100% the case.
So don't you gaslight us into thinking or into trying to make us believe that it is anything other than that.
And sadly, they're getting their way.
They got their way, and they're continuing to get their way.

The most frustrating part, the most frustrating event was January 6th because of the way they gaslit the American people and the way that they really started going after domestic terrorists, which happened to just be conservatives.
So it was very clear, they normalized, they used January 6th, they did it themselves, and they made it happen as a way to normalize going after the American people.
Now, I hate to overuse a phrase, but Donald Trump was 100% right when he says, they're not after me, they're after you.
Because ultimately, that's what January 6th was about.
Let's get Trump out of the way, and then once we prosecute Trump, we can also start prosecuting other people, which is exactly what they've done.
And not just other people, but other organizations, other things, right?
Speaking of which, look at what's happening to eBay, guys.
The deep state is even going after eBay.
Why?
Because they violated environmental policies.
This is insane, guys.
When I came across this story, I knew I had to talk about it today.

Biden DOJ files lawsuit against eBay for alleged environmental policy violations.
The Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against eBay on Wednesday, alleging that the company unlawfully distributed hundreds of thousands of products in violation of federal environmental policies.
The complaint was filed in Brooklyn Federal Court on behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the I didn't even know that was a word, but anyways.
And the Toxic Substances Control Act, TSCA. What's always interesting about the EPA to me is that it's so funny how the government has the EPA which goes after places like websites like eBay or other websites, other organizations, whatever they may be going after under these environmental protection agency policies, right?
But the irony in all of it is that they act like they care about your health when in fact it's the complete opposite.
The FDA is a disaster.
The EPA is a disaster.
The fact that they recommended a vaccine that literally kills people.
They didn't just recommend it.
They actually mandated it.
They meaning the deep state, the government.
So, you know what?
Screw off.
Just stop pretending like you care about my health.

Stop pretending like you care about anybody's health.
But that's not what this is about, right?

The Justice Department claims that aftermarket defeat devices harm public health.

By significantly increasing pollution emissions, which include carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter, and non-methane hydrocarbons.
You're literally killing us, government.

The complaint says eBay violated FIFRA by unlawfully distributing or selling at least 23,000 unregistered, misbranded, or restricted-use pesticide products.
This is despite the EPA reportedly issuing a stop-sale order to eBay in 2020 and amended in 2021, according to the DOJ. I think?
It's the same BS that they sell us with the whole banning of the gas stoves thing in New York.
If you gave a shit about my health, you wouldn't have forced me to take a vaccine, which, by the way, I didn't take.
But I'm just saying the whole idea behind the fact that they care about us and that the government exists to protect us.

So if anything, if anything, you would benefit if these things were true.

The IRS is now going after Mike Lindell.
Not for the first time, but it seems that they're really cracking down on this man.
Why?
Well, probably, I don't know, because he stood up against the deep state and called fraud on the election, right?

I can't obviously speak too much to that, but I will say this.

Here he went on Steve Bannon's show, meaning Mike Lindell, talking about the IRS literally coming after him now, which obviously is weaponized by the deep state, hence why they hired 87,000 new agents.

And it's not just Mike Lindell or eBay, of course, because a lot has happened recently, fully as a result of the dam broken after January 6th, because the one man that, of course, they love to go after more than anything, Donald Trump, was also on trial earlier today.
Of course, the Donald Trump case from this morning is, you know, once again an example of how they were able to go after him.
More than ever because of the whole January 6th situation.
Now that he was already in the public, the court of public opinion, at least from the dominant narrative's perspective, a criminal, really anything goes, which is why he was in New York this morning for his civil trial.
Last week, of course, Judge Arthur Angoran, who was one of the weirdest people I've ever seen in my entire life, like disgusting looking, he literally looks like he smells bad and he looks like he's a pedophile, seriously.
ruled against President Trump, and he alleged that he had committed fraud in his business dealings.
However, obviously, Trump denied this, denied these claims because they're not true.
They're just throwing anything they can at him, seeing what sticks.
And Judge Arthur Angoran is his name.
I had to write it down here because I literally, like, keep forgetting it.
It's the weirdest last name, fit for a very strange-looking person.
Anyways, as the judge in this case, in this trial, what was quite interesting about the whole legal proceeding this morning, and I'm going to walk through it because this is a perfect example of what I'm talking about here, he didn't mind there being cameras in the courtroom.
Now, this is a little bit bizarre because apparently this violates rules that normally would have been at the judge's discretion.
He could have told the cameras to leave, but no, he was more than happy to have them there because this is nothing more than to humiliate Donald Trump, to make him look like he's guilty for something that he never did.
Of course, the deep state can get away with this because of what they did on January 6th.
There is no line that they won't cross because they already crossed it with January 6th.
That's the whole point.
And that's why Arthur Angoran, a man who looks like a smelly pedophile, was able to get away with allowing cameras to be there.
He looked happy to see the cameras there.
Take a look at this.
The judge controls that courtroom and most of the security will respond to these guidelines, which includes not allowing television cameras inside.
The judge did not appear to be surprised.
In fact, he seemed to be absolutely jovial when the cameras were on.
And so he also could obviously see that there were photographers in that courtroom.
So for what, I guess, legal reasons would the judge allow that to happen?
Well, we saw in New York that the judge allowed a couple of still pictures to be taken and then got the photographers out.
The judge here, I can't say with any confidence because we haven't heard from him, but it is possible the judge decided that there would be the same accommodation in this case.
And really, the framing of the photos, I think, quite frankly, helped Trump.
You have James in the background looking quite satisfied, Trump looking quite stern, and the judge looking like, you know, he was in a wonderful mood.
And for people that view this through one lens, it's going to reaffirm this view, that this is A sort of canned hunt.
And he's the one in the box.
Yeah.
As you said, Professor, about five minutes ago, people looking at this, they're either going to be thrilled or they're going to be angry.
And I think you probably hit the nail on the head with that.
So the photographers are out.
Opening statements will get underway shortly.
It was incredibly frustrating to watch.
But they don't care.
They know they don't have to take this seriously because they already know their decision is made.
They already know how they feel about Trump.
This wasn't about justice.
It never has been about justice.
It's been about scaring you, the American people, by going after people like Trump, by going after people like Mike Lindell, and even going after regular ordinary citizens who were there on January 6th.
They can make a political prisoner out of anybody.
They made that clear after January 6th.
That's what this is all about.
And by the way, Donald Trump did speak after the trial.
I'm going to go ahead and play that clip.
But what I find interesting about this clip is that he mentions that it sounds like 80% of the case is over in his favor, in Trump's favor, because he said the statute of limitations applies here.
But what's interesting is that they came to this conclusion not based on the fact that Donald Trump is an innocent man, but because the statute of limitations applies.
That shouldn't be the ruling.
Donald Trump is innocent and he's not guilty of any of these things.
But no, that's not what this is about.
And they're probably pissed That the statute of limitations even got in the way.
But anyways, here Donald Trump is speaking about it.
So this is how the day wound up ending.
And I guess it's somewhat good news.
But it's bad news that he has to even be in this predicament to begin with.
It's ridiculous.
Here he is talking about it.
Well, I think that was very good.
That last five minutes was outstanding because the judge essentially conceded that the statute of convictions that we won at the Court of Appeals is in effect.
Therefore, about 80% of the cases over I was going to come out and say that, as you know, we're not entitled to a jury, which is pretty unusual in the United States of America, so you think it's very unfair that I don't have a jury, but the judge's last statement was very fair, and if I read it right, I'll let perhaps one of the lawyers speak to it.
But Cliff, maybe you'll speak to it, if you would.
But the way I interpret that, and the way everyone else in the room seems to interpret that, is that the statute of overtations is a very real thing in this country.
And that would be about 80% of this case would be over.

Based on the judge's comments at the end of the trial today, It would appear that he is agreeing that all the transactions that closed prior to 2014 are now out of the case.
Which is about 80% of the case.
And it's also something that we want on appeal, but was not accepted by this court, but now seems to be accepted by this court.

I think it's pretty obvious that you were going too easy on him.
You were actually being too nice there.
Because you and I both know, and the American people know, that this was complete BS from the get-go.
And the fact that the reason why basically 80% of this case is dismissed is because of the statute of limitations, that shouldn't be the reasoning.
The reasoning should be that it's absolute BS. Okay?
And we all know that.
We all know that if this were truly the way, if every, if we were going to apply the law equally to every single past president, that almost every single president would probably be a million times worse than any of these other, than Donald Trump.
And that's what Donald Trump, not even guilty.
The point is, you look at Obama, you look at the Biden administration.
I mean, Joe Biden, for goodness sakes, he's literally a traitor.
He should be on trial for treason.
And we're busy wasting our time with Donald Trump's business transactions?
I mean, prior to when he was even running for president?

Like, I'm just so sick and tired of it being this obvious, thrown in our face.
The reason it's dismissed, basically, not dismissed, but the reason why 80% of the case no longer applies or no longer dealing with that is because of the statute of limitations.

The reason why none of this should really matter at all is because he's an innocent man.
But no, this is about the politicization of the DOJ, of the deep state, against Donald J. Trump.
