	So, for the past four years, Mel Tucker has been the head coach of Michigan State football.
	Two years ago, the Spartans finished in the top ten.
	This year, they were off to a 2-0 start, looking to make another really strong run at their season, but now the season has been derailed by the abrupt suspension of Coach Tucker.
	So, what happened?
	Well, in a word, Tucker has been me-tooed.
	He's been accused of unsolicited phone sex by a woman called Brenda Tracy.
	That would be bad if it were true, but is it true?
	Make it easy for you.
	No, it's not true.
	Here's the reality.
	Ms.
	Tracy is a self-identified rape survivor, speaker, and sexual assault prevention educator specializing in sports and working with men.
	In other words, she's basically a professional grifter off the anti-sexual harassment movement.
	She knows exactly how to weaponize the system against someone.
	And that's what's happening here.
	Tracy isn't mad about getting sexually harassed.
	No, she's mad that Mel Tucker broke off of a relationship with her.
	Clay Travis of Outkick has a great summary from Twitter.

	Mel Tucker is getting railroaded.
	Mel Tucker brings in Brenda Tracy, who is a sexual assault survivor.
	So she came to speak multiple times to his team.
	It sounds like both of these individuals became interested in each other.
	27 phone calls between the two.
	The average length of those phone calls, over 30 minutes, many of them late at night.
	On its face, that does not sound like a work relationship.
	One phone call evidently had phone sex involved.
	This is a phone call that lasts 36 minutes.
	I don't know about you, but if someone called me and they told me that they were jerking off and I stayed on the phone call for 36 minutes, I think it would be reasonable to presume that I was consenting.
	She waits 8 months to file a Title IX complaint.
	And the only reason she made a complaint is because he cut off their relationship.
	How is he going to lose his job over this?
	So in other words, it's complete BS. Brenda Tracy is just a bitter, scorned woman angry that she got dumped.
	That's the fact.
	The media, predictably, is racing out with all kinds of spin.
	For example, the left-wing sports site Deadspin made this argument, quote, Here's why victims of sexual trauma often don't fight back.
	Social media trolls can doubt Mel Tucker's alleged victim all they want, but science says her reaction was completely normal.
	Bogus.
	Tracy wasn't being held down and threatened with violence.
	She was on the phone.
	This wasn't some one-off encounter.
	She was on the phone with him constantly and for months.
	So what might be really going on here?
	There's a lot of layers.
	We could start with the financial one.
	Two years ago, at the peak of Michigan State's surprise top 10 season, Mel Tucker was one of the hottest commodities in college football, and Michigan State rewarded him with a $95 million contract.
	So then last year, they were a disappointment.
	Michigan State may have had second thoughts about this huge payout, but if they just fired him, they'd still have to pay him tens of millions of dollars.
	If they can find a way to fire him for cause, though, they can wipe the contract out.
	So, in other words, the school has this huge financial stake in railroading Tucker, but we're supposed to think that their investigation is legitimate.
	Of course it's not.
	And it's worth remembering, this is a public college.
	Why wouldn't the same government that lies about COVID and lies about Ukraine and lies about weapons of mass destruction and lies about JFK and lies about BLM and everything else also lie and call someone a rapist if it benefits them?

	Always appreciate having you.
	I just want to go on the record here.
	I'm not coming out and saying that I'm advocating or defending this guy, Mel Tucker, allegedly who has had extramarital affairs with multiple different women, but what this is seems to be really obvious.
	Do you agree?
	Oh, without a doubt.
	I mean, the guy's an idiot.
	He should have never entered a relationship with her.
	He's married, estranged or not.
	But what is going on is still a crime in and of itself.
	He didn't commit a crime that he's being accused of, and now he's going to have to pay a price for it.
	And this is what this woman's entire career has been based on.
	And the real problem I have is, I don't know how we can even look at this woman with any ounce of credibility that she ever got raped in the first place.
	She's made a whole, her entire life's earnings have been based on she got raped, she's fighting against sexual assault, and she did it with my case.
	She champions these victims and these situations with no knowledge, whether they're true or not, to monetize it, to make money, and now she saw the perfect cash cowl.
	She was involved once again with a $100 million coach.
	And he didn't want to be with her anymore.
	So she had the perfect doorway to open up another sexual scandal with her name all across the headlines.
	These aren't even allegations of forced sexual assault.
	These aren't even allegations of some big black man holding my man-looking ass down and raping me.
	No, this is a man-looking woman coming out and saying, I am a victim because I stayed on the phone for 36 minutes with some guy who allegedly told me he was jerking off.
	So if we can't believe that, then, to your point, we can't believe her about any of her previous encounters, but that she's just been grifting by going to all of these schools and public colleges and sports teams.
	Making her whole identity and living based off of what now looks to be a completely less than credible narrative.
	Yeah, and it's the biggest crime against actual victims, right?
	These advocates that push for all this.
	And instantly, now, when you hear a sexual assault accusation, sexual harassment, I immediately am like, okay, I don't believe that.
	Let me hear the details.
	That's screwed up for an actual victim.
	But she's the biggest criminal against victims for doing this because she is stealing credibility from actual victims by trying to create a fabricated credibility for herself in this non-story.
	Michigan State has said that they're conducting this investigation.
	Of course, as I cited, they have a financial stake in this, obviously, to say, yep, our investigation finds that this indeed did happen.
	We don't support that.
	We're terminating him.
	We're voiding his contract.
	We save ourselves $95 million.
	Are the police involved?
	Are there real investigators actually taking a look at these claims?
	No, absolutely not.
	I mean, I had it with a former player of mine.
	You can look him up.
	His name is Torrance Gibson.
	I had all the details.
	He was in a relationship with a tutor.
	They had sexual relations multiple times.
	When he broke up with her, she came out and said he harassed her.
	He got kicked out of school, couldn't attend Ohio State.
	He's a five-star, big-time recruit, and we thought he was going to be an NFL football player.
	He got kicked out by this judicial review system, which involves a Title IX coordinator, In Ohio State's case, it was a female, very liberal, and the kid had no chance.
	There was no police involved.
	He faced no charges.
	He committed no crime, and he was booted.
	And I'm telling you right now, he's in South Florida somewhere, and his life is not in a good place when he could have been a college graduate, potentially professional athlete, because this non-legal review decided, wow, he shouldn't go to school here anymore.
	So we have a media that is going to try Mel Tucker.
	We have the court of public opinion that is going to be fed information by a financial stakeholder, Michigan State, on what their findings are, and then the media will spin it to make Mel Tucker look like a heathen and a rapist and a predator.
	And make this woman Tracy look like a victim and a hero and then she'll have a case against Michigan State to sue them because this is where she was placed in this environment of predatory behavior and how she was victimized and so then they'll save themselves 95 million dollars turn it over and pay her.
	How scary is that?
	For all of college sports, this entire Me Too movement, and professional sports, or even just any job of status.
	A high-profile individual can be just easily targeted by somebody, and we don't put them on trial and court because we don't have a real law enforcement agency investigating this.
	Instead, we have some private entity with a financial stake in the game and a media that are going to determine whether or not this person is guilty.
	Yeah, it's ridiculous.
	Absolutely ridiculous.
	Michigan State's in a tough spot, right?
	On one side, he was 2-0 before he got suspended this year.
	He might have turned the program around, but they're going to have all this heat and pressure from the Me Too movement to get rid of him.
	And like you said, if they don't trust in the future, it's an easy out on the buyout that he has in his contract.
	But even in doing that...
	They're going to face a massive lawsuit from her.
	So they're screwed if they do, screwed if they don't.
	I don't know why this university doesn't just stand up and say, no, no, no.
	There's nothing here.
	And if we want to fire them, we'll fire them for reasons on the football field.
	But we're not going to subject ourselves to some sexual assault lawsuit.
	And Brenda Tracy makes tens of millions of dollars.
	I think it's absurd.
	You know, I'm also concerned about copycats.
	The media goes ahead and publicizes this tremendous victory and victimizes this Tracy woman.
	It's going to encourage women like her to prey on low IQ idiotic men like Mel Tucker, who happen to find themselves in positions of good financial status, high profile positions and just target them.
	They'll just buy it.
	How does somebody like that protect themselves against this if somebody like Michigan State is willing to set the precedent that, yep, we just kill it right here.
	We just cut it.
	We just take his head off right now and just forget it and then settle for big dollars with this woman.
	Well, and the other side of it is these lawyers that get a hold of Brenda Tracy's case and they're going to try it and they're going to look for more victims because that more victims means more money and more money for them.
	So they're going to interview secretaries.
	Did he ever say anything inappropriate?
	They're going to find more victims.
	They're going to find more people that he sexually assaulted so that they can increase the sum of money that they can get out of Michigan State to pad their own pockets.
	And then make it indefensible for him.
	Just totally bombard him with all kinds of different witnesses and victims.
	Like they Lou Pearlman, these people.
	They just make them up.
	Like Backstreet Boys or NSYNC or Britney Spears.
	We're all just made up things, just put in front of you.
	Oh my God, they're tremendous dancers and singers.
	No, they're not.

	It's a facade.

	So a week ago, our Republican Majority Congress House Speaker made this big show of saying that how he was on board with an impeachment investigation against Joe Biden.
	That's the illegitimate pedophilic president that's in the White House, allegedly.
	It got a lot of press.
	But is any of this real?
	Or is McCarthy just using more smoke and mirror to bedazzle the Republican base so he can keep doing his job while doing nothing?
	Because that's what his job is.

	You don't launch an impeachment inquiry by just snapping your fingers and saying, Shazam!

	No, you actually have to do some things.
	First, you need to send out subpoenas to the Bidens, to their entire criminal empire.

	You need to draft actual articles of impeachment and then bring them to a vote on the floor.
	So far, none of that is happening.
	Subpoenas are nowhere to be seen.
	We have no timeline at all for when Hunter Biden will testify or James Biden or Devin Archer or Tony Bobulinski or any of the foreign oligarchs that Hunter negotiated to sell out of America with.
	No, it's not like we have infinite time either.
	We're wasting two weeks here and that's like wasting a big chunk of the time that we have before the next election.
	So slow playing these things and making promises that go nowhere seem to be the strategy for Kevin McCarthy.
	Why?
	Well, back when he took the speaker job, he promised to release all of the January 6th tapes.
	You guys remember that, of course.
	He did give a small handful to Tucker Carlson, and then Tucker got canceled, and that was it.
	Nobody else got the tapes.
	We petitioned for the tapes.
	We can't get the tapes.
	They haven't been released to the general public so that people could draw their own relevant conclusions.
	And if you ask him about it, he just says, well, they'll come eventually.
	Listen, he's lying.
	His plan is to drag things out until everyone forgets or gets too distracted by the national election or some other news story.
	But the only way that we're actually getting those tapes is if he's forced to release them.
	It's all fake.
	It's the perfect performance for a fake opposition leader from a fake opposition party.
	If you want to have real opposition, you aren't going to get it from goons like Kevin McCarthy from California.
	No, you have to forcibly evict them from office and install people who will get the job done.

	So with all that out of the way, I think what McCarthy and some of the other rhinos in the U.S. Congress are trying to do here is keep conservatives distracted with the shiny object over here, the impeachment inquiry.
	Meanwhile, they want to ram through massive amounts of spending to allow Joe Biden to do all of the stuff he wants to do.
	Continue terrorizing mostly peaceful protesters on January 6th.
	Continue weaponizing the Department of Justice and many other federal agencies against the American people.
	Continue turning our military into a woke freak show instead of what it was supposed to be, an armed force to defend our country.
	So you have McCarthy and McConnell both on board with this agenda.
	I'm actually amazed at how many otherwise sensible conservatives have come on board with this agenda to pass this continuing resolution, even though they all promised.
	I mean, I guess I expect we forgot, but they all promised they were going to do 12 different funding bills so that we could see what was going in, so that we could discuss each one.
	Now they want to roll it all up into this continuing resolution.
	They'll get the first one done for the first month.
	Keep us distracted with impeachment.
	This is a scam of the highest order.
	And we shouldn't be surprised that Kevin McCarthy was just seen at the Bohemian Club with his little fruity buddies there.
	And we should not be surprised that he's betraying our country again.
	Yeah.

	Joe Biden, you mentioned him being arrested.
	Yeah, if not for molesting his daughter, perhaps.
	Or how about just losing an F-35 fighter jet?

	But then with McCarthy and these other so-called sensible conservatives, at least superficially, Why are they doing this?
	The only thing I can speculate is they want to remain in power, number one, so they have to get along with the controlling regime, which is the uniparty globalist elites that control Joe Biden, who obviously doesn't even know where he is or when he's defecating.
	And then also for grift, because if you can keep the American people pissed off just long enough, you can enrich yourself in your war chest by saying, hey, we're going to go fight this nonsense when actually you're helping to perpetuate it.
	Is that what you think is happening here?
	I do think that's what's happening here, Sue, but I do think the critical thing that's really happening behind the scenes is what's going to happen with this impeachment inquiry, and it's already happening, is it's sucking all the air out of all the other stories.
	If the impeachment inquiry were not happening, any headlines, any news reporting about what's going on in Congress right now would be focused on the spending.
	They're right now getting ready to fund the government again.
	Of course, they betrayed us at the end of last year.
	On their way out the door, the Republican Senate slammed through this ridiculous omnibus spending bill that basically funded everything that Joe Biden and the Democrats wanted.
	They said, don't worry, come September, we're going to then start reigning in spending.
	They basically handicapped the House GOP, the incoming House majority, by passing this omnibus.
	They said, don't worry.
	In September, we'll have our chance to do it.
	Well, here's September.
	Nobody's talking about these budget fights anymore.
	Nobody's talking about the continuing resolution because everybody's focused on the impeachment inquiry and everybody's focused on the presidential election in 2024.
	This is what they always do, Stu.
	And I know you know this.
	They get some kind of shiny object to distract people.
	The people who are actually paying attention sucks all the air out of the coverage of the things that are really, really significant.
	And that's what they do.
	That's their modus operandi.
	You mean like a Chinese spy balloon or something like that?
	How many different examples can we think about?
	The aliens, some sort of a rocket that was allegedly fired off by Elon Musk blew up because it couldn't penetrate the firmament.
	So what do people do about all of this?
	I mean, if we just stop funding the government ourselves and just stop paying taxes, I mean, what do people do that are sitting at home at their dinner tables?
	Like, I mean, this is just getting out of control.
	They're murdering us and they're molesting our kids and we're funding it all.
	Yeah, I think there's a lot of things that need to be done.
	First and foremost, every American needs to be on the phone with their Republican representative, if you live in a Republican-controlled district, and say, we will not accept this monstrous spending anymore.
	You need to defund all of these crazy programs that Joe Biden is doing.
	In fact, you need to slash the size of the federal government by orders of magnitude.
	Defund the World Health Organization.
	Defund the United Nations.
	Defund the woke Department of Education.
	Defund the wokeness in the military.
	Republicans, people keep forgetting this.
	Republicans control the purse strings right now.
	Every single thing that Joe Biden is doing that costs money is going to be the responsibility 100% of the Republicans in the House of Representatives unless they take this.
	But what happens is, after multiple generations of dumbing down in the public schools, Americans don't even know how the government works anymore.
	They don't realize all spending has to start in the House of Representatives.
	So that's the first thing.
	Get on the phone with your congressman.
	Tell them, we know how the government's supposed to work.
	We know you have the power of the purse.
	Stop funding the stuff that you're so good at complaining about when you come back to the town halls.
	Second of all, we need Republican states to start standing in the gap and saying, no, we're not going to accept that.
	Florida led the way in some ways during the height of the COVID madness.
	We need this all across all the Republican states.
	We need state governments to say, no, we're not going to shut down our power plants to comply with your illegitimate carbon dioxide cuts.
	No, we're not going to tolerate more mandates on masks or schools or vaccines or pick your issue.
	State governments have all powers, along with the people, that were not delegated to the federal government by the U.S. Constitution.
	And that's explained clearly in the Tenth Amendment, just in case it wasn't obvious enough to the people who read the Constitution by itself.
	State governments not only have the right to interpose and stop this stuff at the border, they have an obligation to do it.
	Past laws that say we won't obey World Health Organization directives or decrees, even if they come down through the CDC and the Joe Biden administration, as one example among many, especially...
	And then down to your local level, your county commission, your city government, your sheriff all need to be saying, look, we won't allow or participate in these attacks on the Constitution-protected rights of Americans.
	We need every level of government now standing against this.
	And yes, Joe Biden should be impeached.
	But as you pointed out in your opening monologue, this is not how you go about a legitimate impeachment.
	Let's focus on things that matter and remove Joe Biden from the White House.
	Well, even if Congress has the votes, the Senate's never going to move to convict.
	He's not going to be removed.
	I think the whole thing is a big waste of time and money.
	The U.S. Marshals should be just running into the White House or wherever he's pretending to be and just arrest him.
	There are so many criminal offenses and treasonous, traitor-type offenses.
	You know, criminal offenses that have happened right out in front of...
	Like, it's not even arguable.
	Just arrest him and put him on trial.
	There's probable cause to arrest the guy.
	Go arrest him and put him on trial.
	And then, you know, that'll obviously give us Kamala Harris.
	But, I mean, you know how this time thing goes.
	We're moving along so quickly, which is why I said for every day that we stall, we're losing so much valuable time.
	What happened to the all-important, super-tough Freedom Caucus?
	Where are these people at?
	Unfortunately, only a handful of members of the House Freedom Caucus have come out and said they're not going to support this CR that they're trying to ram through here.
	Who are they?
	Do you know their names off the top of your head?
	Matt Rosendale, excellent congressman from Montana.
	He's got 100% on the New American Magazine's Freedom Index.
	We just did an interview with him highlighting his excellent voting record.
	He's one of the few that is saying we're not going along with this.
	There's a few others.
	I think Matt Gates is one of them.
	Dan Bishop of North Carolina.
	So these are the guys who have come out and said, we are not going to do this.
	Also, Tim Burkitt of Tennessee.
	Do you know where Congressman Gosar is on this by any chance?
	Unfortunately, I don't know on this particular issue, but I hope the people in his district, I mean, he's generally a very good congressman.
	I hope the people in his district will make sure he's going to vote the right way on this.
	The Republicans have such a small majority that they're going to have to then reach across the aisle and get Democrats to support this monstrosity if they lose just a few more members.
	So we've got to let Congress know we're watching on this.
	This is the key battle.
	I don't want to hear these Republicans come back to their districts and say, we're standing up to Joe Biden if you just gave him all of the money he needed to continue perpetrating.
	That's right.
	When they come back to these town halls, you get in their faces and you call them liars and frauds because that's what they are.
	You call them criminals because that's what they are.
	All of these people that are pretending to be going and fighting and doing something are murdering people.
	They're complicit in murdering children through these vaccine mandates, taking hundreds of billions of dollars and sending it to Ukraine.
	You were right.
	The Republican-controlled Congress.
	They control the purse strings to fund wars, number one.
	And by the way, where's the declaration of war that only Congress can make?
	This whole thing is a huge sham.
	Our entire government has been hijacked and infiltrated and sold out to the Uniparty, which is why I don't even know if they care when you're in their faces and trying to hold them accountable because there doesn't seem to be any accountability coming, but there will be forthwith.
