Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, I have decided to dedicate this entire week of my show Shots Fired to the January 6th political prisoners who are rotting in prison as we speak and have been since they've been arrested two, three years ago.
I've decided to wear black and those of you who know me know that I never wear black.
I'm wearing black for mourning for these political prisoners and good friends of mine, specifically the Proud Boys.
Five Proud Boys in the last couple weeks got sentenced to prison decades in prison.
Enrique Tarrio, the leader of the Proud Boys, got sentenced to 22 years in prison.
Joe Biggs, 18 years in prison.
Ethan Nordean, 17 years in prison.
And we have two other Proud Boys joining us as well.
And they're all going to be calling us from prison, inside the D.C. jail.
They're going to be making these phone calls to us just to tell us what it's been like for them, the whole experience, how the court was for them, and the completely rigged justice system.
I'm doing this tribute to them because, of course, in the last couple of weeks, most of them have been sentenced.
At least five of the Proud Boys have been sentenced.
But these are our patriots.
These were my friends.
These are people that a lot of people knew personally and hung out with.
They're good men.
They're good guys and they're incredibly good, strong and brave patriots.
The kind of men that we need more of.
In our country, and yet they are locked up in prison.
And these are guys that did nothing wrong.
Some of them didn't even step foot into the Capitol.
So you're going to hear from five of the Proud Boys that have been sentenced just in the last couple of weeks, hear their tragic stories.
And in fact, they're actually incredibly still upbeat.
They have their spirits still pretty high, but it's important that we do support them.
We still keep standing for them.
And that we donate to them if it's possible.
So we will have their donation links across the lower thirds and throughout the episode each interview.
All right?
So do try to donate if you can.
This call is from a corrections facility and is subject to monitoring and recording.
Thank you for using Global Tail Link.
Hello?
Hi, everyone.
We got Joe Biggs on the phone right now on the line.
Hey, Joe.
How are you?
I'm all right.
I mean, I've been better.
Yeah, I know that's such a stupid question.
Yeah, yeah, no problem.
All right, cool.
So everybody, we've got Joe Biggs on the line right now.
Joe Biggs, one of the most notorious of the five Proud Boys that have been locked up.
And tell everybody again where you are right now and what you were just sentenced to.
Hey, I'm in the D.C. jail at the CTS side.
It's a little bit cleaner than the other side, a little bit nicer, but the food still sucks.
Yeah, I just got sentenced to 17 years in prison for walking around with my hands in my pocket and taking selfies and not bringing in weapons, not hurting anybody, not breaking anything.
My biggest crime that day was putting my hands on a fence and shaking a fence that hundreds of other people shook.
And I was told that the shaking of offense was tantamount to terrorism, so I'm looking at spending the next 17 years of my life in prison, and I'm about to turn 40, so yay.
Wow, that's so disgusting, so unbelievable.
So you were walking inside the Capitol, taking selfies?
Yeah, yeah, so I, you know, used to be a reporter, as a lot of people may know, I got out of the Army.
I retired from the Army, became a reporter.
So I've covered riots, and I've been around many protests that have turned into riots.
So for me, you know, January 6th wasn't that big of a day for me.
It doesn't stick out really that much in my head.
It was just another protest-turned-riot, and it sucks that that happened, but it definitely wasn't the worst that I've ever been to.
I was just walking around that day and I filmed videos.
I said, oh my God, look, the barriers are going down.
People are going up to the Capitol.
They're storming the Capitol.
Oh my God, I can't believe this is happening.
You can see and hear in my expressions, I'm surprised at this.
Not like, all right, this is the plan that we set to do and it's happening and it's unfolding.
Nothing like that.
It's all like, oh my God, I can't believe this is happening because I was generally shocked that it was happening.
And, you know, as I approach the building, eventually there's a door that's open, and it's wide open, and people are walking in it, and I walked in it.
I didn't break into the door.
I didn't break the door.
I didn't see how it was open.
It was open before I got there, and I walked right in with hundreds of other people, and I immediately exited.
When I exit, I run into some friends.
One of the guys can't find his son.
I said, hey, I just came out from this side door over here, and there was no one there.
I said, so it should be easy to walk right back in.
Let's go see if we can find them real quick.
Got to use the bathroom anyways.
We go into the Capitol, peek around, look in some rooms.
I ended up opening up one door that ended up being in the Senate chamber, but it was up in the nosebleed sections.
I peek in.
I take a selfie.
I go, oh my God, I've seen this room on C-SPAN. And take a selfie, approach a cop.
A cop tells me where the restroom is.
I go to the bathroom.
We can't find the guy's son.
We leave.
And eventually we're able to get him on the phone, you know, later on down the road and find him to make sure he was safe and nothing happened.
And that was the extent of it.
I mean, I was in total time in the Capitol, I think maybe a handful of minutes.
Not that very long.
Not like some people that were in there for a long time.
I wasn't charged with any violence.
I didn't hurt anybody.
I didn't steal anything.
I didn't take any weapons.
I didn't take the kind of body armor one would need to go up against a full-armed government.
I had a staff-proof vest on because the previous event we were at, we had four Crowboy stabs, so I was more concerned with being stabbed.
I didn't think that the tanking of a capital was going to happen that day and was shocked by all that that happened.
I'm still shocked that I'm in jail for what happened that day.
There are people who are just far worse than I am.
As a matter of fact, this morning I woke up to check the news app on my tablet and it says that Ray Epps is going to get charged with picketing or something like that.
When he was at every major breach and he was at every spot where every fence went down, he was seen telling someone to take a fence down and he's going to get a slap on the wrist and time served Maybe a few months.
And I'm looking at 17 years in jail.
It's unbelievable.
This week, I couldn't believe it.
I mean, Ray Epps was one of the...
There's so many videos of him saying, let's go to the Capitol.
That's where all our problems are at.
We're going to storm the Capitol.
Literally inciting everyone to go to the Capitol.
And he gets a slap on the wrist, a single charge of a misdemeanor.
I mean, how do you and the rest of you guys sitting in prison feel about that?
Well, I haven't been allowed out of my prison cell yet to talk to any of the guys.
I'm about to get let out for, like, a little bit to walk around, and I'm going to actually get to talk to these guys for the first time, and it'll be interesting to hear what everyone's got to say, but I'm sure they're going to be just like me, pissed off that, you know, here's this one guy that you've seen on video, not even just the day of, but the days leading up until January 6th, telling people that they're going to go into the Capitol and saying, we should go into the Capitol.
That's what Reyes was saying.
And at the very first breach, he goes up to a guy there and tells him, you can see it in the video, to go up to the fence and get it taken down.
And then the second fence that goes down, the one that I'm supposedly responsible for breaking, the one that I touched that was shooken, the fence goes down where he is and the government blurs the video where it goes out in front of him and the blur goes away when the fence comes down eventually down near the area where I'm at.
So they blame everything on me.
The entire January 6th was blamed on me.
The very first January 6th insurrection hearing was on Donald Trump and me.
They took everything that Reyes did and they put me in his place, and I'm being blamed for the crimes that Reyes committed.
Wow.
Yeah, and they say you...
Joe Biggs was sort of somehow the mastermind of January 6th, and we need to lock him up for many decades, so long that he can't even possibly create or collude to create another insurrection again.
I mean, it's completely bogus that they somehow pin this on you with no evidence, no facts at all.
I mean, the trial was a complete circus, right?
Yeah, and I think about this.
Like, any time they've gone after, you know, a defendant on January 6th, they've hammered them with everything they could.
And any time you hear them naming the press, they get slandered, and they're called insurrectionists, they're seditionists, they're treasonists, you know, everything you can think of terrorists.
But the media, they jumped out of the woodwork, you know, 60 minutes of the special on them, And making him look like he's the victim, and this January insurrectionist was the victim, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, and he gets a slap on the wrist.
It's like, really?
If anybody is a government asset, if anybody was there doing the devil's work, it was that guy.
And we're the fall people for it.
We're the fall guys for it, the Proud Boys and myself.
You know, in particular, we have to go to jail for the rest of our lives for Ray Epps' mistakes and his crimes.
Exactly.
And tell everybody who might not know a little bit about your jail experience.
You were put in solitary confinement, right?
Yeah, I've been in solitary confinement for over a year and a half.
I just got out a couple months ago, and I've been in for almost three years now.
It's not been good.
It's been pretty bad.
I mean, the other guys didn't have that experience.
They were out in general population.
They got to have friends and they got to hang out all day.
I was stuck in a small cell, a concrete cell with white walls with nothing to do, no form of way to entertain one's mind or anything like that.
I had a Bible and I prayed and I did the best I could to work on my relationship with God.
And, you know, it saved me from losing my mind, I can tell you that.
It's not easy spending that much time alone, by yourself, day in and day out, with, you know, the only interaction of a human being is when they come to bring you food for that split second.
You know, I didn't have people to talk to.
I didn't have anything like that.
It sucked.
It was horrible.
I can't imagine.
I still can't even believe that you're still standing.
How does that not break someone?
You're just in a room, it's freezing cold, and you have no human interaction for a year and a half.
They're just treating you like a dog.
It's just, it's heartbreaking.
I can't even believe it.
I got a little daughter too, and my daughter, my daughter, my mom last night told me that Savannah, my little girl, fell asleep crying last night wanting to know where her dad was because She hasn't seen him.
I haven't seen her since she was three o'clock.
She's six going on seven now.
I mean, since she was three o'clock.
Since she was three years old.
She's, you know, six going on seven.
And her only, you know, interaction with her father is a picture, a framed picture she carries around with her all the time.
And that's who her dad is now, is a framed photo of me.
Wow.
That's who she talks to.
Ah, Joe.
The government wanted to let me see my own kid.
I haven't seen her yet.
I haven't even seen her on video conference.
I don't even know what she looks like in these three years.
I can't see how much she's grown or anything.
They won't let you even see her on video conference or anything?
No!
Wow.
That's just, that's like, it's just inhumane.
You know, it's like so inhumane.
I have no words.
I'm sorry.
They're trying to break you guys.
I mean, they're just trying to, like, throw you in prison, lock you up, throw away the key, and just completely break you and your spirit, because that's, that's, you know, if they can do that to you guys, they can do that to the rest of us, too, with no consequences.
Well, yeah, they're not gonna break me.
You know, I, I might, you know, I get sad because of my daughter, but I'm, I have a warrior spirit.
I'm a fighter.
I don't give up.
I can't give up.
I won't quit.
These, these people, they're gonna pay for what they've done.
You know, the truth is going to come out, and the rights, you know, the wrongs are going to be righted, and the people who are responsible for this are going to be put in the spotlight, and they're going to be thrown in jail.
You know, it's just, it's kind of injustice can't go unchecked.
I don't know.
I don't even know what to say.
I don't either.
And that's why it's so important for us to keep on talking about this, not forget about this, you guys, because their fight is our fight.
And their sorrows, what they're going through right now, their battles is our battles.
They are just sort of, they took the fall for us.
So I really urge you guys to donate to them as well.
I mean, out of any cause right now you can donate to, this is what it is.
So Joe, plug your website again where people can donate to you.
Yeah, I need help with the appeals.
It cost a lot of money to buy the transcripts from the trial.
Thousands upon thousands of dollars.
And then I got to help with my daughter because they took away my government, my Army retirement.
With these charges, they took everything away from me.
It's like the entire time I served doesn't exist anymore.
And I lost my retirement pay, so I can't pay to help my daughter out anymore, so I need help.
So if you can, go to FreeJoeBiggs.com.
And you can donate on there and that money, I'm told when the money is deposited and people read me the comments and I get to tell where the money goes.
I have full control over it so you don't have to worry about that.
So I've given the money to my lawyer and then the money goes to little Savannah to help her for school and all that because she just started the first grade.
Unbelievable.
You served your country, and you're just being treated like a domestic terrorist, and you protected us from domestic terrorists.
And then they cut your military benefits off.
I mean, that's just, again, it's just so cruel, so inhumane.
So vile.
Yeah, I can't even get the medicine I'm supposed to get.
I have to fight, you know, like day in and day out in these foam battles.
Like, I'm trying to constantly go through warriors and The medical staff here, they won't even give me the medicine I'm supposed to get for, you know, for my anxiety and all the stuff that I have now.
And it's just, it sucks.
It's hard.
Every day is a struggle.
Every day is a battle.
And I just need help.
And I wish, you know, people would help and at least let us know that they're still there.
Yeah.
Did they ever forget about us?
Yeah.
Well...
We're definitely still here and I think it's really important to continue to get the word out because we can't forget you know they're still here they're taking the fall for us and we're so grateful you guys did nothing wrong and yet you're in prison and we're free it doesn't feel right you know it just doesn't and we're all still here we're praying for you guys if you know I know that God Is there and he's watching you and justice will be served because I just can't see this happening.
I cannot see you guys spending the next 20 years in prison.
I just can't.
Something has to be righted.
There's a secret Fed bailout happening right now, and it's looking like 2008 all over again.
Banks are collapsing, executives are taking fat bonuses, and the White House is running to their rescue.
While regular people are struggling.
We can't pay our bills.
We can't fill our tanks with gas.
And suddenly, Biden has the nerve to bail out wealthy Americans again.
And guess who's paying for that?
We are.
But the good news is you don't have to play their game anymore.

Hello?
Zach Rail calling in.
Yes, hi Zach Rail, how are you?
Well, bad question.
Okay, good.
All right, so just, ladies and gentlemen, we've got Zach Rael on the line right now, and he's calling from the D.C. jail.
So, all right, Zach Rael, tell everybody first what you, you know, you were the president or the former president of the Philly chapters of the Proud Boys, right?
That is correct, yeah.
Okay, okay, great.
All right, so how long have you been in jail for as of today?
As of today, probably looking at about two years, seven months, about.
Wow.
That's great.
So, yeah, I've been living in here since March 17, 2021.
A lot of the time I expect solitary confinement for no reason at all.
Yeah, I find that very bizarre.
It seems like all the Proud Boys have been put in solitary confinement at some point for no reason, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, and to add insult to injury, we were in Alexandria in solitary confinement over there, while the Lockerbie bomber, who was suspected of blowing up an airplane filled with 75 Americans in it, he was in general population while we were in solitary confinement.
So an actual terrorist was like, It's unbelievable.
I can't wrap my head around it.
It's crazy.
It's crazy how they get away from stuff.
It blows my mind.
Yeah, it's not being monitored or anything.
So do you want to tell, I mean, I know we only have 15 minutes, so I want to make sure that you get, you know, you get to say everything you want to say, you know, the main points you want to talk about, whether that's what you actually did to get this sentence or the trial or how they've been treating you in prison.
Where do you kind of want to start?
I mean, really, wherever.
I mean, this whole thing really just has to do all about Trump, really.
I mean, I've said from day one that they were going to attack all his supporters and kind of, like, work their way from the ground up in kind of like a reverse pyramid, you know, a pyramid-type thing.
And I knew eventually...
They're willing to come after him with drugs.
And I knew it just had to do with them trying to keep him from running for office.
And that's what it's all about.
You know, it's all about destroying his image, destroying his supporters, share the population, and then get him off the ballot.
That's what they want to do.
It's kind of terrifying in a sense.
You know what I mean?
It's something that shouldn't be allowed to happen in our country.
It shouldn't be allowed to do this.
In fact, part of the reason why there's four out of ten amendments to the Bill of Rights have to do with the justice system is because the balance is going to make sure that nobody should be politically persecuted for speaking out against the case.
And here we are being politically persecuted Because we spoke out against the Democratic Party.
Yeah, yeah.
It's wild.
Wow.
And what was your sentence, just so everybody knows that might not have been following?
Remind everybody what you just got sentenced to.
Yeah, so I got sentenced to 15 years in federal prison.
Wow.
When the judge is describing my, you know, me describing What I did or didn't do.
He openly admitted that I did not break or escape or it was anywhere near the fence that we all got terrorism for.
Yeah, this mythical fence.
Yeah.
It wasn't even a fence.
It was a state prop.
It was a divider of the inauguration stage to divide the DIPC From the, uh, you know, it's like regular, regular, that's what you say.
And, you know, they're saying that that fence was, that fence didn't allow everybody to pour into the Capitol.
It's like, no, it wasn't.
It wasn't.
That fence didn't lead into the Capitol at all.
It's just, like, it's crazy, like, how blatantly they just, they lie and they get away with it, you know?
So, So basically, a state prop was knocked over, and we were charged with terrorism for it.
Not charged with terrorism, but we had a terrorism, and we can't just add it on to that.
Wow.
And that's what caused, that's what allowed him to give us these absurd, crazy, additional years on our sentences, when we probably, according to the charges themselves, we've only got something between five and seven.
Everybody was overcharged in general.
If you went into the building, and you didn't do anything but go into the building like I did, I went into the building, I took some selfies, I walked around, and I left.
You didn't have to charge of anything more than parading in the Capitol.
Six months misdemeanor.
Six months back, misdemeanor.
Anybody who was even on the Capitol grounds got...
The obstructive and difficult preceding felonies, which is a 20-year felonies.
Wow.
That's what a lot of...
That's the ones they're using to get a lot of the, you know, denied bail.
Up for, you know, we...
We were also charged with the disability and, you know, convicted of that.
And that, I believe, we're going to see more of at some point down the line.
I... Do you think they're done?
So do you think that they're done with investigating everyone that was at the Capitol that day, or do you think they're still going after people and still making potential arrests in the next year or two?
Yeah, I mean, I think as long as the election's going on, I think they're going to be making it go.
I do think they're going to keep looking for people just to make a team, just to, you know, You know, it's all smoke and mirrors, it's all big show, you know, and it all has to do with the election.
Unbelievable.
Right now, right now there's whispers that they want to try and supersede Donald Trump's indictment for January 6th and charged him with specific conspiracy.
It's ridiculous.
And, like, we don't know President Trump personally, you know what I mean?
Yeah.
The fact that you're going to try to tie him into a conspiracy with us absolutely absurd to tell everybody how utterly ridiculous this whole entire thing is.
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, it makes me think the only people that were conspiring that have been proven to conspire were the three-letter agencies.
I mean, they're the ones that have probably set the whole thing up to begin with as a giant trap.
And I probably think that they put that fence there, too, along with the agent provocateurs to go people into touching the fence so that they already knew ahead of time what charges they were going to bring to anyone who touched it.
Yeah, I think it's funny that there's people who actually, there was a couple of people in videos who were taking the fence over, but nobody knew who they were.
They were never identified.
And I can guarantee you that they were probably the agent provocateurs.
We tried bringing up the agent provocateurs and all the small unfortunate agents during our trial and You know, and ended up getting thrown under the field by the judge, and we were told we weren't allowed to talk about it ever again.
Really?
And that was that.
Gosh, wow.
That's crazy.
It's frustrating.
Like, we were sitting there, the five of us, at one point, we were just banging up in the jail cell one day, in between trial, whatever, and we're just like, man, we're really the only, we're really the only trial boys who were, like, I didn't pay by the feds that day or something.
Not probably.
There's like 200 people there.
There's so many law enforcement agents infiltrated in that Broadway group that day.
It just blows our minds.
It's wild.
We weren't even allowed to talk about it.
Yeah.
That's insane.
So what...
How do you feel about the prospect of facing 15 years in prison?
And how do you feel?
How do you guys all keep your spirits up now that you're sitting in jail together?
I mean, it's probably a dumb question, but I think the people want to know.
Good question, yeah?
Yeah.
That's a great question.
Well, for one, I mean, it's disrespectful, for one, really.
It really is.
It's a clap in the face.
I'm a military veteran.
Wow.
to sit here and be told that I'm going to, you know, I committed a sense of treason against my country for showing up my sitting president of the United States at the time.
And it's absolutely ridiculous.
Yeah.
But what keeps us positive, though, honestly, not even messing around here is the support for everybody outside.
As people weren't out there, you know, play in and, you know, raising awareness for us and sending the letters and everything, you know, it would make this way harder.
But, like I said, just knowing that people are waking up out there and people are starting to realize that this is, this is frustrating and that we are not guilty of these accusations or convictions.
Like I said, it makes me It gives me the energy to wake up every day and want to continue fighting and moving forward.
There's a way to get into the tunnel, essentially.
If other people are starting to see it, then obviously I'm doing the right thing by getting on here and talking and telling people what would happen because people are listening and people are starting to ask questions and that's what people should be doing.
And as long as they're doing it, When they continue on doing that, they're going to start finding out the truth, and they're going to see that January 6th is not what the Democrats are making it out today.
And if they're only using it, the plot to prevent Donald Trump from all the fraudsters.
Yeah.
Some people just do some things down there that they regret, I'm sure.
Don't get offended.
But it's not worse than 9-11.
It's not worse than Pearl Harbor.
This is not worse than the Civil War.
It was a protest that went a little sideways.
Yeah.
And it went sideways because the FBI let it.
They let it.
Of course.
Yeah.
Yeah, I mean, I think people thought they were going for an innocent protest.
And really, we're all just walking into a giant trap.
Nobody knew that, though.
You couldn't have known that.
But, you know, look at, like, Jeremy Brown was approached by them before for the very same thing, to be a part of it.
And so many people, there's just so much evidence that we know what a false flag looks like now.
And at this point, hindsight's, you know, 2020, we can see that it was a giant trap, but we couldn't really see it at the time at all.
Right, right.
And I'm not even, I'll just say examples, but the police wave people in, and they allow people in, and they walk people around.
And we were called at our trial that we should have known that those cops were just overwhelmed and were scared for their lives.
That's why they were doing that.
Like, how am I supposed to know, as a person who's never in D.C. before, never been to the Capitol before, I don't know how any of this works, And I'm being told by a police officer that I'm allowed to go into that building.
How am I supposed to read his mind and think, oh, he's really saying that because he's scared.
How am I supposed to know that?
That's the thing that we're going up against.
And a lot of people are being convicted because We're being told that we were supposed to somehow have read their minds and known how they really felt.
It's wild.
Supposed to have telepathy.
Yeah, I saw the cops.
They were ushering people in.
They were smiling.
You know, like someone put a MAGA hat on one of the cops and he was laughing.
Like it was a museum.
Yeah.
It was insane.
Yeah.
Right, right.
It really was.
I just want to say, before we get cut off, I want to make sure you also plug your fundraiser.
You probably have a GoFundMe or something, right?
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Anybody who wants to follow along, go to thefriendzac.com.
You can find our Twitter on there and follow along.
You have one minute remaining.
I've had my military benefits cut off, so anybody who can, you know, donate, I'd really appreciate it.
I cannot believe.
So they cut off your military benefits.
That's insane.
Yeah.
All of the contractual obligation.
I got out honorably and everything, and they cut everything off like I never served.
Wow.
Absolutely crazy.
How many years did you serve?
I served four years.
Wow.
So, I mean...
You know, just educating the benefits that I'm owed, all that, you know, all cut off.
Wow.
Do you have any children?
Yeah, I do.
I have two children.
One got out of high school and one was born while I was in jail.
I never got to meet her yet.
Wow.
Hopefully I get out, eventually.
This would be my youngest daughter.
Oh, my God.
Well, thank you so much for doing this.
You're helping so many people wake up.
We really stand by you, Zach, and we're praying for you every day.
Seriously.
You're in our heart.
Yeah.
Thank you for having me on.
I really appreciate it.
Thank you for using Global Telling.
Ah, that makes me so mad.
I just, I can't, like...
I don't want to cry.
My makeup will be ruined.
But it's so disgusting, you guys.
I mean, this guy has a little girl that he hasn't met yet because his wife gave birth to her while he was in prison.
I mean, and now she's going to have to grow up with her daddy being in prison and have visitation behind bars, just like Joe Biggs with his six-year-old daughter.
I mean, all of these guys are fathers.
It's just such a disgusting travesty of justice and we cannot forget them.
We cannot let them just rot in prison by themselves.
We got to write them letters, support them, donate to them.
Having their military benefits cut off after they served this country and being called and labeled a domestic terrorist after they served this country to protect us and our borders from terrorists.
It's so shocking and so vile and so nefarious, you guys.
Please support them.
I'm at a loss for words.
I got to take a minute.
It's so vile.
We got to pray for them.
We got to pray for them.
I cannot imagine any of these guys serving their full sentences.
It's It's disgusting and they don't care.
The justice system is so happy to create fatherless homes.
They're so happy to break up families.
They're so happy to throw them away, lock away the key.
They're so excited.
They're foaming at the mouth and they're going to do it more.
You heard him.
They're probably going to be doing this again and again and they're going to continue to widen the net.
And it's going to be me and you next time.
They're going to just keep on closing that net more and more on us.
And they don't care.
It's going to be us.
They're just inching closer and closer to us.
So guys, these are the real Patriots.
They have taken one for the team.
They've fallen on the sword.
I mean...
And again, whatever you think of Trump, you know, it's not a good PR move or it's not politically correct.
It'll make him look bad.
I don't care.
He has an obligation, I think, a moral obligation to call these people, call them, call their families, talk to them, help raise money with the billions of money, of donation money you get every day.
Do something for them, President Trump.
Honestly, I get that you might pardon them when you get elected, But even now in the interim, I think it would mean so much to them and their spirits if you just called them.
Or gosh, give them a visit.
Could you imagine that?
How much that would trigger the left?
But how much would it make our side happy to see that?
To see that he's supporting them.
He's not just abandoning them.
And again, they are in jail because of him.
They are facing 20 years plus in prison because of Trump, because he said, everybody come out and support me.
And these are people that put their jobs on hold, put their lives on hold.
A lot of Trump supporters are not rich.
You know, they're everyday Americans.
And I was out there, too, stopping the steel, you know, supporting Trump, diehard supporting Trump.
And it feels like he kind of just abandoned these people.
And I'm going to get all these down votes and unsubscribes after this.
Gianna, you're a deep state plant because you're criticizing Trump.
No, I'm not.
I am just saying, I believe, personal opinion, I think that he should do a little bit more to show more support and loyalty to his most loyal supporters who are in prison right now.
And losing their families and livelihoods and military benefits because of him.
That's all I'm saying.
And I think it would Do a lot in terms of boosting their morale in prison, too, if he showed up a little bit more.
That's my belief, and I'm sticking to it.
And I think it would mean a lot to, even for his re-election, for people to know that, you know, we have his back.
We've had his back from day one.
Is he going to have our back?
When the tables are turned, is he going to have, does the loyalty go both ways with President Trump, or is it only one way?
That's what I believe that that would show.

Okay, so what ended up happening is we were going to trial.
I don't think the prosecutors thought that they could win.
I think they had doubt.
So...
What they did is they had offered us some plea deals that we didn't want to take.
And then they reached out, and basically what they did is they scheduled a sit-down, which I thought was just going to be like a typical plea deal, like, hey, you plea out for this, and blah, blah, blah.
Basically what they did is they wanted a cooperating plea deal, but not your typical cooperating plea deal either.
There's nothing about this that's typical.
What they wanted me to do is they wanted me to sign and Go with what their story of the events of January 6th was.
You know, I would have had to assume their story and made it true in the eyes of the public.
Which what they wanted me to basically do, long story short, is they wanted me to lie about a connection that I had to Donald Trump in order to indict him at that moment.
This was back in October of 2022.
They didn't want the truth.
Because when I denied them, if they wanted the truth, the simple thing to go, even like, not even investigators, but even a journalist, right, would ask a follow-up question, and that follow-up question would be, okay, well, if this didn't happen, then what did happen?
Yeah.
Right?
Not that I would have answered that question anyway, but that question was never asked.
They said, sign this, and you will be home soon.
Wow.
Which I assume soon would be, I'd be home right now without problems.
And they wanted me to lie.
They wanted me to say that I was communicating with Trump through what they said, which is even wilder.
Three degrees of separation, meaning a person that I knew, which was not even, I don't even consider that person an acquaintance.
It's a person that I exchanged five messages with, and I met him on the street.
He sold pins, and obviously I sell merchandise, so I wanted to get his supplier for pins, and that's what the conversation was about.
So that person communicated with another person, which I didn't know who that was.
And then that person communicated with another person, which I didn't know who it was.
And then that person communicated with Trump.
And what they wanted me to do is they wanted me to confirm That I was communicating with President Donald Trump through this fucking intricate method of communication of secrecy, which never existed, never happened.
Unequivocally, I'll say it right on the show, I have no connection to Trump.
I have no connection to his family.
I have no connection to anybody remotely close to him.
Wow.
So, yeah, they wanted me to lie.
And I should have been home.
I should have been a hero.
I would have been hailed a hero.
I mean, think about it, Deanna.
I would have been hailed a hero.
You know, I would have taken down, single-handedly taken down Donald Trump if I would have said that he was a sadistic traitor or whatever.
Yeah.
I don't know if I could...
If you could have turned on...
Yeah, you can.
Okay.
Whatever the fuck their story is, right?
It would have been...
I would have been their hero.
I would have had a...
Forget I'd give, send, go.
I'd have a regular...
Fund me like regular people.
Yeah.
And I would have been able to raise millions of dollars, right?
I would have been a traitor, but I would have been held a hero by the left.
Yeah.
You would be their poster boy.
At that point.
Yeah, you would have taken down Trump, destroyed his re-election, because, oh, he did have ties with the Proud Boys after all.
Look, the leader of the Proud Boys confirmed it.
You know, and all based on a lie.
You would have been upheld by the FBI and by the left.
You would have been their hero.
Oh, yeah.
Biden would have been putting-- dropping a medal to my neck.
Yeah.
Seriously.
For a photo op.
They probably would pay you.
I'm surprised they didn't even offer you...
Did they offer you money to do this, or it was just your freedom?
I mean, either way, you would have gotten money in it.
Yeah.
They didn't tell me what that offer was going to be or what incentives or anything like that.
I'm innocent, so I'm not going to sit here.
I'm not going to lie.
Again, I'm sorry.
I'm not going to lie.
Plus, I'm innocent.
Yeah.
You know, I'm going to trial.
I'm going to trial.
Okay?
Yeah.
And that was that.
Wow.
Well, thank you for being an actual hero, because a lesser man would have just gone with it.
You know, you'd be home, you'd get your freedom, you'd be with your families, you would have all this behind you, but you'd know you'd be living this lie.
And you would have seen the downfall of Trump and his re-election campaign and everything and know that you did it in your heart.
You helped contribute to that.
But you would get your freedom.
You'd be a hero to the left.
And a lesser man might have done that.
But you're a true patriot and a real hero because you didn't lie.
You didn't do that.
And you're locked up behind bars now.
I could have done what Officer Fanon is doing right now.
Yeah.
You know, lying and taking advantage of it and crying in front of, what a...
I'm pretty sure he's an actor.
I don't want to say the things that I want to say.
I'm pretty sure he was a paid actor to begin with.
That is not a real military man.
Come on now.
Decorated military hero.
Get the hell out of here.
That's what he is.
That's all he is.
He's a coward.
Whatever.
His fame will end.
You'll be miserable.
And I'll be happy.
Yeah, you did the right thing.
I mean, you did the harder thing, but you did the right thing.
And now you're facing 22 years.
22 years in prison.
I'm not facing.
I'm not facing.
I got 22 years.
Yeah, you got 22 years.
So if there's no amendments or appeals that go through or anything, I mean, yeah, you're getting 22 years in prison.
It's just so disgusting.
So disgusting.
Yep.
I don't know how you guys are still standing with your spirits semi-strong, but people need to be thanking you because you guys...
I know.
I don't know how you do it.
We're always smiling.
You're always smiling.
And we're not going to stop smiling, you know?
It's not...
What I do need, like, people to do is...
I need...
We need people to get out in these swing states and get out and vote.
And bring people to vote with you.
Because our life depends.
A lot of people are looking at the next election as like a crossroads in the country.
Some people are voting to fix the economy.
They want to fix the country.
We personally need Donald Trump to win because our life depends on it.
So we have something to provide.
I don't want to be a one-issue voter.
I've always hated the fact that one-issue voters were a thing.
But right now, I became that which I hate.
I'm a 1-2 voter.
You know, me, the most important thing is that J-6ers get caught in for their sentences commuted.
And I think that has to come in one way or another, and whoever does it, you know, obviously Trump has already mentioned a couple of things about it, but I don't care who it is.
I don't care who it is.
If it's Vivek, if it's DeSantis, if it's Nikki Haley, I don't care who it is.
If it's somebody, that's what team I'm on right now because that's the only thing that's important to me because it's the biggest issue that we have in our country presently.
Absolutely.
And just in case we get cut off too, I want to make sure that everybody knows where to find you and donate to you because that's very important right now, guys.
Get out and donate.
If you're going to donate to anyone, anything, any cause right now, there's no cause greater and more important Than these guys that are in prison.
They are political prisoners right now.
So plug your donation link again.
You know, I hate, I hate, I hate this.
I know.
I've never asked for money throughout this entire time.
I've never asked for money.
I never wanted to ask for money, but I'm done.
I'm at wit's end.
I have nothing left.
Yeah.
Okay?
Attorneys are very, very expensive.
Even the ones that want to do the greatest good, it's very, very expensive to do what they do.
So if you guys can go to Tarrio, that's T-A-R-R-I-O, TarrioFamilyFunds.org.
I really appreciate it.
Again, I hate, I hate, like, I'm cringing right now as I'm saying it.
I hate asking, but I need as much help as I can get.
These cases, I know all J6 are equally important to everybody.
But our case right now is the weakest.
And I think if we're able to topple the dominoes with our case, I think all the other cases will come right behind that.
There's some cases that our attorneys right now are taking to the Supreme Court.
And we're hoping that the Supreme Court takes those cases.
We will be going to our appellate court and Hopefully I don't have to go all the way to the Supreme Court.
Hopefully we get this done.
But honestly, I prefer a pardon or a commutation sentence.
It's more of a middle finger in the air at that point.
That's where my anger is right now.
You know, I don't want this.
What's happening to us, I don't wish this upon the left.
I don't wish this upon BLM. I don't wish this upon Antifa or anybody for that matter.
But if these wrongs aren't made right by some means, Then I want everybody who touches the fence.
Actually, in my case, I want anybody who's a friend of somebody who cuts the fence at federal property to be charged, convicted, and sentenced to 22 years in prison, and I want them to put them right next to me.
I want everybody, and at that point, if this wrong isn't righted, I want ANC and BLM to be in here for 22 years just like I am.
Because I want equality.
I don't wish it upon them.
But if it doesn't get corrected, this is what needs to happen.
Amen.
You know?
Yeah.
And those on the left that are cheering for your sentencing, they're cheering for their own sentencing in the future and their own loss of freedom.
It's so despicable.
They don't get that yet.
Like, what's going to happen to you is just a sign of what's ahead for us in our country.
It's a loss of freedom for everybody.
I mean, for your listeners.
Yeah.
Here I speak directly to your listeners.
How long?
How long before you guys are the ones sitting here in a 4x6 cell for 23 hours a day?
How long before that happens?
I'm willing to bet it's not going to be that long.
I guarantee you that you'll be here with us very, very soon.
I hope you aren't, but if we keep traveling in this country the way that we're traveling and the direction that we're traveling, That's the future.
Amen.
This is the future.
This is, as much as you love America, we need to be realistic with each other.
If we keep going down this, this is the second fall of Rome.
Okay?
Yeah.
There's no fixing it.
There's no correcting it.
There's no person that you can put in that high office after 2024.
There's no person that you're going to put in that high office that's going to fix it.
Okay?
America, as you know it, will end.
All right, that's all the time we've got for today.
I hope you enjoyed their interviews, got to know them a little bit better, and do try to donate if you can.
