Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, I have decided to dedicate this entire week of my show Shots Fired to the January 6th political prisoners who are rotting in prison as we speak and have been since they've been arrested two, three years ago.
I've decided to wear black and those of you who know me know that I never wear black.
But I'm wearing black for mourning for these political prisoners and good friends of mine, specifically the Proud Boys.
Five Proud Boys in the last couple weeks got sentenced to prison decades in prison.
Enrique Tarrio, the leader of the Proud Boys, got sentenced to 22 years in prison.
Joe Biggs, 18 years in prison.
Ethan Nordean, 17 years in prison.
And we have two other Proud Boys joining us as well.
And they're all going to be calling us from prison, inside the D.C. jail.
They're going to be making these phone calls to us just to tell us what it's been like for them, the whole experience, how the court was for them, and the completely rigged justice system.
I'm doing this tribute to them because, of course, in the last couple of weeks, most of them have been sentenced.
At least five of the Proud Boys have been sentenced.
But these are our patriots.
These were my friends.
These are people that a lot of people knew personally and hung out with.
They're good men.
They're good guys and they're incredibly good, strong and brave patriots.
The kind of men that we need more of.
In our country, and yet they are locked up in prison.
And these are guys that did nothing wrong.
Some of them didn't even step foot into the Capitol.
I mean, it's insane.
These are people that did nothing wrong, but they're being used as an example to make an example out of us.
And remember, they're not really coming after them.
They're coming after us.
And if we let this slide and if we let them go down and take the fall, when there was millions of other people and patriots there at the Capitol, including a bunch of Antifa and agent provocateurs, then we all go down.
The justice system is obviously completely broken and it's rigged and they want us to go down.
They want to have all of us be considered and labeled as domestic terrorists.
And just look at what happened to all of these guys that, again, some of them weren't even literally inside the Capitol.
Some of them were in walking around with the thousands of other people that were there, but yet they have taken the fall.
It's despicable.
It's disgusting.
And I'm wearing black, which I never do, in mourning for them.
And really, in mourning for America, the fall of America, the fall of justice in America and freedom in America.
It is so disgusting, despicable and sad.
And people really need to care about this.
They need to not forget what is happening to these January 6th political prisoners.
They need to not forget.
And you need to care.
And not only do we need to care as patriots, but the rest of Americans need to care about this.
They do.
They really, really do.
So listen up to these interviews.
Hear what they've got to say.
And again, these are just normal guys.
They were patriotic guys.
They were out there because Trump said, let's all go out there for a rally, okay, like millions of other people.
And they did nothing wrong.
They weren't there coordinating They weren't there colluding.
They weren't there even with the intention of storming the Capitol.
The only people that we know for sure that has been verified to be colluding and conspired were the FBI, were the three-letter agencies.
They were the ones that conspired.
They were the ones that orchestrated this entire false flag event that was basically just one big trap for conservatives or patriots.
Has Trump personally reached out and made a phone call to any of them or their families since they've been sentenced or since they've been locked up in prison three years ago and the key was thrown away?
No, he hasn't.
And that's disappointing to me.
You can think whatever you want about it.
You can think, well, it's a bad PR move if he talks to them in prison or tries to donate to them or raise funds to them.
It's bad for him to regain his presidency.
It looks bad.
Well, we didn't elect him and we don't support Trump because he likes to please the media and he likes to please the left.
No, the reason why I supported him and why most people did is because he didn't care about pleasing the left.
He didn't care about pleasing the deep state or the media.
He just did things that were right and fair and just.
So I am disappointed to hear that he has not reached out at all.
But it is what it is.
You'll get to hear from five of them.
Three of them today.
And then the other two in next Thursday's show.
This coming Thursday's show.
Sorry.
So you're going to hear from five of the Proud Boys that have been sentenced just in the last couple weeks.
Hear their tragic stories.
And in fact, they're actually incredibly still upbeat.
They have their spirit still pretty high.
But it's important that we do support them.
We still keep standing for them.
And that we donate to them if it's possible.
So we will have their donation links across the lower thirds and throughout the episode each interview.
All right?
So do try to donate if you can.
All right.
We got Enrique Tarrio on the line, guys.
And you are calling live from the D.C. jail.
Correct?
Yes, that is correct.
Oh, man, we're live.
No, you can't cuss.
That's okay.
We can bleep it out.
I'm kidding.
I'm not going to cuss.
I'm a person of high mall standards.
Of course.
We know you are.
And, you know, I'm wearing black today to symbolize my morning for you guys.
I've been praying for you all, and I'm really just so beyond disgusted with what's been going on.
So we really, really are fighting for you over there.
Deanna, you can be wearing white.
Wearing white.
Also, you know, it's really bad.
You know, our spirits are strong.
They're unbroken.
I think this is actually, you know, unfortunately, I hate to say this, but this has actually helped people open their eyes even wider.
I know it's something that we keep saying, that people keep waking up and stuff like that, but I think this has opened people's eyes, and I think it has been now exactly What's at stake?
Yeah, I agree.
I mean, people...
22 years...
Go ahead, go ahead.
Yeah, just for the people, a little refresher for the cheap seats in the back, because not everybody knows what exactly is happening.
Enrique Tarrio, exactly how many years in prison did you just get sentenced for?
I got sentenced to 22 years in prison for simply watching the events of the Capitol unfold on TV. So that's what I thought.
You weren't even actually there at the Capitol.
No, I wasn't.
I wasn't there.
I actually wasn't really even speaking up-to-date too much with what was going on at the Capitol, really because I didn't have a phone, and I went to go buy a phone, and I was waiting for it to activate.
So I didn't really see what was going on in the Capitol until about like 2.40 p.m., which was just a couple hours after the Capitol was breached.
And so their mental gymnastics, I mean, what kind of mental gymnastics did they have to run through to make it seem like you were conspiring to commit treason or, you know, sedition?
Well, you want me to explain to you the government's case?
I mean, it's pretty simple.
Yeah.
Racist, racist, racist, white supremacist, proud boy chairman, he's a leader.
Of course, you can find him guilty, because that's all they're shouting for.
You know, there was no evidence of pre-planning.
There was no evidence.
Obviously, nobody claimed that I was there.
You know, the government didn't even claim I was there.
The government claimed that I was there.
Some type of mastermind.
You know, something like out of a top plan.
You know, that I was like, some kind of mastermind that I planned what happened on January 6th, months in advance, without even knowledge that January 6th there was going to be a rally on January 6th.
But what they did is, since they didn't have evidence, they were allowed to bring in, like, my previous statements, my podcast, You know, statements that I said, my locker room banter, you know, and these people, this jury, God bless their hearts, you know, because they're allowed to think whatever they want.
They're allowed to vote for, they're allowed to be misguided and vote for Joe Biden or whatever they did in an overwhelming process.
93% is the actual number.
When they were put on this jury, knowing who the bad boys were, knowing who I was, and already having a bias and saying, yes, I believe that this gentleman here is a...
They were asked, well, can you put those feelings aside and judge this case by the evidence alone?
And multiple, a lot of them said, no, we can't put that aside because it's too much.
Well, you know what happened?
They were asked that question again.
And they go, well, are you 100% sure?
And they're like, well, we're not 100% sure, but we can do it.
Okay, well, then you can put it to the side.
They put people in the jury that already disliked or paid this and already had a preconceived notion of who we are.
The whole...
Yeah, I mean, the whole...
Honestly, the whole trial seems like it was a big CNN package, you know?
I mean, it's all about emotions.
They're just creating emotional propaganda and no facts.
Zero facts.
I mean, they had no facts that indicated that there was evidence of you guys doing anything, conspiring anything, damaging anything.
No.
Actually, there was evidence that broke the opposite.
I said multiple times...
On private messages, this isn't my messages to the public, on private messages with the guys that I didn't think would be part of a court case, I said, hey, we're always the ones that are going to be on the defense.
We're never going to be the ones to cross the police line.
You know, we're going to stay safe.
We're going to keep it cool.
We're going to get our pictures taken.
You know how much I like people taking my pictures.
Of course.
And I was going to go speak on multiple stages and that was what I wanted to do the entire day.
Obviously that didn't happen.
I got arrested for burning a BLM banner and I was taken out of commission.
You know, I didn't care to communicate with the guys because what did I have to communicate with them, really?
If they were just going to spend the day doing what I was planning on doing was just partying and hanging out, there's no reason to communicate, and there was no communication.
You know, the government never told that there was communication, or even alleged that there was communication.
Right.
Because this wasn't a plan.
Okay, so what ended up happening is we were going to trial, I don't think the prosecutors thought that they could win.
I think they had doubts.
So what they did is they had offered us some plea deals that we didn't want to take.
And then they reached out and basically what they did is they scheduled a sit down, which I thought was just going to be like a typical plea deal, like, hey, you plea out for this and blah, blah, blah.
Basically what they did is they wanted a cooperating plea deal.
But not your typical cooperating CDOP there.
There's nothing about this is typical.
What they wanted me to do is they wanted me to sign and go with what their story of the events of January 6th was.
You know, I would have had to assume their story and made it through in the eyes of the public.
which what they wanted me to basically do, long story short, is they wanted me to lie about a connection that I had to Donald Trump in order to indict him at that moment.
This was back in October of 2022.
They didn't want the truth because when I denied them, if they wanted the truth, the simple thing to go, not even investigators, but even a journalist, right, would ask a follow-up question, and that follow-up question would be, okay, well, would ask a follow-up question, and that follow-up question would be, okay, well, if this didn't happen, then Yeah.
Right?
Not that I would have answered that question anyway, but that question was never asked.
They said, this is, this is, uh, sign this and you will be home soon.
Wow.
Right?
Which I assumed soon would be, I'd be home right now, um, without problems.
Um, and they wanted me to lie.
They wanted me to say that I was communicating with Trump through what they said, which is even wilder, three degrees of separation, meaning A person that I knew, which was not even, I don't even consider that person an acquaintance, right?
It's a person that I exchanged like five messages with and I met him on the TV. Yeah.
He sold pins, and obviously I sell merchandise, so I wanted to get his supplier for pins, and that's when the conversation would stop.
So that person communicated with another person, which I didn't know who that was.
And then that person communicated with another person, which I didn't know who it was, and then that person communicated with Trump.
And what they wanted me to do is they wanted me to confirm that I was communicating with President Donald Trump through this fucking intricate method of communication of secrecy, which never existed, never happened.
Unequivocally, I'll say it right on this show, I have no connection to Trump.
I have no connection to his family.
I have no connection to anybody remotely close to him.
Wow.
So, yeah, they wanted me to lie.
And I should have been home.
I should have been a hero.
I would have been hailed a hero.
I mean, think about it, Deanna.
I would have been hailed a hero.
You know, I would have taken down, single-handedly taken down Donald Trump if I would have said that he was a suspicious traitor or whatever.
Yeah.
I don't know if I could...
If you could have turned on...
Yeah, you can.
Yeah.
Whatever the fuck their story is, right?
It would have been, I would have been their hero, I would have had a, forget I didn't say go, I'd have a regular go fund me like regular people.
Yeah.
And I would have been able to raise millions of dollars, right?
I would have been a trader, but I would have been held a hero by the left.
Yeah, you would be their poster boy.
Yeah, at that point.
Yeah, you would have taken down Trump, destroyed his re-election, because, oh, he did have ties with the Proud Boys after all.
Look, the leader of the Proud Boys confirmed it.
You know, and all based on a lie.
You would have been upheld by the FBI and by the left.
You would have been their hero.
Oh, yeah.
Biden would have been dropping a medal to my neck for a photo op.
They probably would pay you.
I'm surprised they didn't even offer you...
Did they offer you money to do this, or it was just your freedom?
I mean, either way, you would have gotten money in it.
Probably I would have gotten money in it.
They did an offer.
Here's the thing.
They didn't, since I told them to go fuck themselves, they didn't tell me what that offer was going to be, or what incentives, or anything like that.
I'm innocent, so I'm not going to sit here.
I'm not going to lie.
Well, again, I'm sorry.
I'm not gonna lie.
Plus, I'm innocent.
Yeah.
You know, I'm going to trial.
I'm going to trial.
Okay?
Yeah.
And that was that.
Wow.
Everything else.
Well, thank you for being an actual hero, because a lesser man would have just gone with it.
You know, you'd be home, you'd get your freedom, you'd be with your families, you would have all this behind you, but you know you'd be living this lie.
And you would have seen the downfall of Trump and his re-election campaign and everything, and know that you did it in your heart.
You helped contribute to that.
But you would get your freedom, you'd be a hero to the left, and a lesser man might have done that.
But you're a true patriot and a real hero because you didn't lie, you didn't do that, and you're locked up behind bars now.
I could have done what Officer Fanon is doing right now.
Yeah.
Lying and taking advantage of it and crying in front of whatever.
I'm pretty sure he's an actor.
I'm pretty sure he was a paid actor to begin with.
That is not a real military man.
Come on now.
Decorated military hero.
Get the hell out of here.
That's what he is.
That's all he is.
He's a coward.
Whatever.
His fame will end.
You'll be miserable.
And I'll be happy.
Yeah, you did the right thing.
I mean, you did the harder thing, but you did the right thing.
And now you're facing 22 years.
22 years in prison.
I'm not facing.
I'm not facing.
I got 22 years.
Yeah, you got 22 years.
So if there's no amendments or appeals that go through or anything, I mean, yeah, you're getting 22 years in prison.
It's just so disgusting.
So disgusting.
Yep.
I don't know how you guys are still standing with your spirits semi-strong, but people need to be thanking you because you guys...
I know!
I don't know how you do it.
We're always smiling.
You're always smiling.
And we're not going to stop smiling, you know?
It's not...
But I do need, like, people to do it.
I need...
I need...
We need people to get out in these twin states and get out and vote.
And bring people to vote with you.
Because our life depends.
A lot of people are looking at the next election as like a crossroads in the country.
Some people are voting to fix the economy.
They want to fix the country.
We personally need Donald Trump to win because our life depends on it.
So we have something different riding.
I don't want to be a one-issue voter.
I've always hated the fact that one-issue voters were a thing for right now.
I became that which I hate.
I'm a 1C voter.
You know, me, the most important thing is that J6ers get caught in for their sentences commuting.
And I think that has to come in one way or another, and whoever does it, you know, obviously Trump has already mentioned a couple of things about it, but I don't care who it is.
I don't care who it is.
If it's Vivek, if it's DeSantis, if it's Nikki Haley, I don't care who it is.
If it's somebody, that's what team I'm on right now because that's the only thing that's important because it's the biggest issue that we have in our country personally.
Absolutely.
And just in case we get cut off, too, I want to make sure that everybody knows where to find you and donate to you, because that's very important right now, guys.
Get out and donate.
If you're going to donate to anyone, anything, any cause right now, there's no cause greater and more important than these guys that are in prison.
They are political prisoners right now.
So plug your donation link again.
You know, I hate it.
I hate it.
I hate it.
I've never asked for money throughout this entire time.
I've never asked for money.
I never wanted to ask for money, but I'm done.
I'm at wit's end.
I have nothing left.
Yeah.
Okay?
Attorneys are very, very expensive.
Even the ones that want to do the greatest good, it's very, very expensive to do what they do.
Yeah.
So if you guys can go to tario, that's T-A-R-I-O, tario.com.
FamilyFunds.org.
I really appreciate it.
Again, I hate, I hate, I'm cringing right now as I'm saying it.
I know.
I hate asking, but I need as much help as I can get.
These cases, I know all faith pictures are equally important to everybody.
But our case right now is the weakest.
And I think if we're able to topple the dominoes with our case, I think all the other cases will come right behind that.
There's some cases that our attorneys right now are taking to the Supreme Court.
Good.
And we're hoping that the Supreme Court takes those cases.
We will be going to our appellate court, and hopefully I don't have to go all the way to the Supreme Court.
Hopefully we get this done.
But, honestly, I prefer a part of our commutation sentence.
Yeah.
It's more of a middle finger in the air.
At that point, that's where my anger is right now.
You know, I don't want this.
What's happening to us, I don't wish this upon the left.
I don't wish this upon the BLM, I don't wish this upon the Antifa, or anybody for that matter, but if these wrongs aren't made right by some means, then I want everybody who touches the fence, actually, In my case, I want anybody who's a friend of somebody who cuts the fence at federal property to be charged, convicted, and sentenced to 22 years of prison.
And I want them to put them right next to me.
I want everybody, at that point, if this wrong isn't righted, I want ANC-CMBLM to be in here for 22 years just like I do.
Because I want equality.
I don't wish it upon them, but if it doesn't get correct, this is what needs to happen.
Amen.
Yeah.
And those on the left that are cheering for your sentencing, they're cheering for their own sentencing in the future and their own loss of freedom.
It's so despicable.
They don't get that yet.
What's going to happen to you is just a sign of what's ahead for us in our country.
It's a loss of freedom for everybody.
I mean, to your listeners.
Here I speak directly to your listeners.
All along.
How long before you guys are the ones sitting here in a 4x6 cell for 23 hours a day?
How long before that happens?
I'm willing to bet it's not going to be that long.
I guarantee you that you'll be here with us very, very soon.
I hope you aren't, but if we keep traveling in this country the way that we're traveling and the direction that we're traveling, that's the future.
Amen.
This is the future.
This is...
As much as you love America, we need to be realistic with each other.
If we keep going down this, this is the second fall of Rome.
Okay?
There's no fixing it.
There's no correcting it.
There's no person that you can put in that high office after 2024.
There's no person that you're going to put in that high office of 2016.
Okay?
America, as you know it, will end.
There's a secret Fed bailout happening right now, and it's looking like 2008 all over again.
Banks are collapsing, executives are taking fat bonuses, and the White House is running to their rescue.
While regular people are struggling, we can't pay our bills, we can't fill our tanks with gas, and suddenly Biden has the nerve to bail out wealthy Americans again.
And guess who's paying for that?
We are.
But the good news is you don't have to play their game anymore.

Want to hear some sad news for gun owners that you may not know?
Millions of concealed carrying gun owners have made a huge mistake with their holster.
Sadly, their holster is so uncomfortable, they've stopped using it.
Meaning their quest to defend themselves or others fails at the start.
That's why VNSH holsters are quickly becoming one of the most popular holsters ever in America.
Thousands of customers say it's the most comfortable holster ever, and when you get one, you will never stop carrying.

Hi, Ethan.
How are you?
I guess that's a stupid question to ask you.
Yeah, honestly, I don't know how you are still standing and you're not completely broken right now, but you are the man.
You are the true definition of a warrior and a patriot, seriously.
Well, I know we only got 15 minutes, so let's just get right to the heart of the issues here.
First of all, tell everybody where exactly you're calling from.
I'm calling from what a lot of people call the D.C. Gulag or the D.C. Jail right now.
All right.
And this is Ethan Nordean, everybody.
So, Ethan Nordean.
Sorry, I mispronounced your name.
Ethan Nordean.
Yeah.
All right.
So, tell everybody what you just got sentenced to.
Well, I just got sentenced to 18 years.
And, you know, it's crazy.
I mean, I wasn't really surprised.
I was surprised that I got 18 years, but I wasn't really surprised, honestly.
Okay.
Why not?
You know, because I just knew right from the get-go.
Our trial started and they started playing that clip with President Trump telling the Proud Boys, stand back and stand by.
Oh, wow.
I already knew what time it was.
You know what I mean?
I already knew what the government was going to do.
Wow.
It's such a frame job.
I mean, I keep thinking, gosh, did they just all get incompetent, terrible lawyers?
No.
I mean, it doesn't matter how great your lawyer was, right?
It's just that the whole system was a big frame job.
It was just a hit job from the beginning.
Yeah, absolutely.
You know, there's still a lot of guys that are going through trial, some that just penned, and we, I'm pretty sure we're still at 100% conviction or hate for people going through trial.
As sad as it is, it's just, you know, you sit there and during the recollection, and you just feel the kind of energy in the room.
You just feel like you're already convicted day one.
Wow.
I mean, do you think the people on the actual jury were just like government, farm-raised, CIA plants to begin with?
Or do you think they were actually humans from Washington, D.C.? Tough question.
I mean, a lot of them, it's odd how many of them are either activists who work for the government or have families who work for the government.
Wow.
You know, it's a very concentrated group of kind of government-supporting individuals.
So, right off the bat, it's biased.
Yeah, absolutely.
And what were your actual charges and what did you actually do at the Capitol?
For those who want me.
Yeah, so the big charges are conspiracy, conspiracy to construct official proceedings, conspiracy to construct law enforcement.
These are the things that we're really convicted of because we didn't really do anything.
They've applied this terrorism enhancement to what's called Count Six.
It's the destruction of property.
So there's a video out there that It shows this interaction with meaning and obeying this black fence.
That's a huge controversy.
Where people were kind of, you know, taking this fence back and forth, trying to remove it.
And I put my hand on this fence for about 0.5 seconds.
And that right there is how they get their terrorism enhancement and their force argument for the different conspiracies.
Wow.
It's mental gymnastics that you have to do to get to these explanations on how they justify.
It's crazy.
Wow.
That's unbelievable.
Um, 18 years.
So, uh, I just, I can't even believe it.
It's so, beyond punishment doesn't fit the crime, obviously.
Um, but it's, it's, you did not go there, just to clarify any doubt, you did not go there with a plan to break into the Capitol and commit treason or conspiracy, correct?
Like, that day, that reason you went to D.C. was not for that purpose?
Yeah, that's absolutely correct.
Anybody who knows Proud Boys, anybody who's been fine with Proud Boys knows that our MO is always protection.
Usually, if we do support an event, we're kind of there to just oversee things, check the perimeter.
We want to support, but that's never usually our main objective.
My main objective that day was not to It's a protest.
You know, it's there to, you know, kind of do what we've always done, and that's our reputation.
And it had absolutely nothing to do with storming the Capitol, stopping the electoral vote, or anything.
It never does.
Yeah.
Okay.
I know that from being around you guys and interacting with you guys, but, you know, for everybody who might think there was even a question in their mind that you went there to commit seditious conspiracy, whatever the hell that even really means, they're making an example out of you.
I mean, they're just stringing up as many bearskin trophies as possible, and you guys are big trophies to them.
Yeah, like I said, you know, I believe that we are kind of the government segue to Trump.
That, you know, they built all these indictments to justify coming after us.
And, you know, we rationalized the crowd with our culture of violence, you know, that they portrayed over months of trial.
No actual evidence in regards to January 6th.
It's a quote-unquote culture of violence and political violence.
That our president radicalized this crowd, and our presence was, you know, you could blame Donald Trump for that, because he said, stand back and stand by, and that was kind of a nod to us, you know, a gesture to us to be ready in January 6th, and kind of a spark to that.
So, that's their theory, and I mean, it's laughable when you really look at the facts.
Wow.
I honestly think that our whole thing is to get to Trump.
Yeah, exactly.
And to get to us, anyone who supports Trump, anyone who wants to be a patriot, anyone who even wants to go to a rally.
If you have conservative values, then they can use you guys as examples of this is what you guys could be considered a domestic terrorist.
This is the route you're taking if you hold conservative beliefs or act on those beliefs.
You know, this is sort of they can use you guys as examples, I think.
Yeah.
And here's another interesting thing I just had hearing today in regards to count six, which is a maximum sentence, that's a very maximum of 10 years that you can give, right?
And that's the charge that they apply to terrorism enhancement to.
So for people who understand kind of the legal jargon of how this works is our bigger charge is that carry a higher maximum of like 20 years.
Well, the terrorism enhancement isn't applied to those charges.
So now the judge It's realizing that he's going to have a hard time explaining how to give us more than 10 years because you only apply the terrorism enhancement to a statutory maximum 10-year charge.
And so now we're kind of in this weird place of, well, he's going to try and justify giving us 18 years for these other charges that don't have the terrorism enhancement where, you know, you see a lot of other people being sentenced for five, seven years, you know, So what are the most important things?
I know we don't have a lot of time, but what is the most important things you want to make sure you get out there to the people?
Well, I mean, obviously I just want everybody to know that we are innocent of these charges.
You know, I know that a lot of people say, well, you shouldn't have been there, you shouldn't have gone.
You know, that's a great argument, and if that's the case, all right, fine.
You know, we shouldn't have been there, but...
We're talking about crimes that, you know, are going to hold up in prison for decades.
So I want people to know that, you know, and this is an issue I think that people on the left and the right need to get behind because, you know, that building is, you know, we have First Amendment rights, protected rights to protest at that building, and we want to make sure that people in the future feel confident in being able to protest in the future Any issue,
whether it's left or right, and not have to worry about getting these crazy charges put on them because, like I said, you know, the things that we did that day are very simple little things and they escalate to a point now where we're looked at as, you know, terrorists.
Aside from that, I think also I really want people to understand that, you know, we have leadership right now that are pretty much doing absolutely nothing in regards to protecting our rights and looking out for us.
There's so much injustice being done.
You look at our individual cases and you see the lies from the FBI and the DOJ and you expand that out to each case on January 6th and you start to see that the entire agency is lying The DOJ and every single case is lying.
So you kind of have to imagine that these people, the superiors in these, you know, departments are basically saying, hey, do whatever you need to do.
Lie, steal, hide evidence, destroy evidence, do whatever you need to do to get convictions.
And, you know, as we've all gotten together in this D.C. jail and started talking, that's what we're starting to see, that every single case reflects this maliciousness.
Well, think about how they were able to cover up COVID or 9-11, right?
I mean, these government hit jobs and false flags, which I believe January 6th was, a giant setup and a trap from the very beginning.
I mean, they have resources, they have the ability to, and they have actors and everything to make this frame job complete.
And that's what's so sickening.
Yeah, absolutely.
And you know, as well as I do, we've been to a lot of events in the past.
Prior to January 6th, I've been to, you know, events in the West Coast where we were walking into a hostile environment.
And I'm telling you right now, nothing has ever felt like January 6th.
Walking into D.C., the air just felt off.
Yeah.
So you're exactly right.
Right from the get-go, it felt like a setup.
And I actually almost called the whole thing off just because of how it felt.
It just doesn't feel right.
In the same way, I felt something really weird.
Yeah, yeah.
And, you know, a lot of other people I talked to, they were like, yeah, you know what, you're right, something just felt weird.
And so, obviously, you know, what we're dealing with now, and, you know, you, I mean, Tucker did a great interview with the chief of police at the Capitol, where he was talking about the huge failure in intelligence, lack of resources and response from National Guard, and that's a whole other argument in itself.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, absolutely.
And how are you guys being treated in prison by the guards or by the other fellow inmates?
How has your prison time so far been for you?
So, it's been pretty miserable.
Yeah.
But, surprisingly, you know, the other inmates that aren't involved in January 6th that we've been associated with, they love us.
You know, they're big fans of what we've done because, you know, we were standing for something.
We were standing for everybody that day.
Yeah.
We've got a lot of fans from the guards, too, but here's where we've really been kind of screwed is the jail policy.
In a lot of the places that we've been held, like this one, like Alexandria, you know, I've spent over a year in solitary confinement for quote-unquote my safety, which, I'm sorry, you know, I handle myself as a man, and like I said, all the other inmates, you know, they get along with us, so I'm not really sure how putting me in solitary confinement, not being able to go out and see the sun, or, you know, work out or anything like that for over a year is for my own safety.
So they've definitely treated January Sixers like we are basically Pablo Escobar, you know what I mean?
Yeah.
Like we're this really big, huge threat, and it's really been difficult for us to view our discovery and fight our cases effectively.
I mean, we've gone through some pretty bad stuff.
I mean, I could get into it, but, you know, I hesitate saying a lot of it over to the public.
I mean, you can if you want to.
Now's your platform.
You can share anything that you want that you think will help people really understand the gravity of it.
But if you find it's too personal, you don't have to share it either.
Totally up to you.
Well, I'll just, you know, I'll say that, you know, the beginning was the worst.
I'm one of the individuals who was arrested basically right off the get-go.
So we're coming up on three years now.
Wow.
And I was put in a hole for a month and starved.
And kept in almost freezing environments where I was so cold, I lost 40 pounds in two months.
Wow.
We have a couple other inmates who are pooping for not wearing a mask inside their own cell and pepper spray.
Some guards come by.
If you weren't wearing your mask inside your own cell by yourself, they would pepper spray inside your cell and close the door.
What the?
I mean, there's so many stories like this, especially in the beginning.
The narrative was we were a bunch of racist terrorists.
And it created a very hostile environment for us.
It slowly started to get a little better, but we're still being kept kind of in the solitary confinement Wow.
And there was just nothing that none of your attorneys could do to get a better sentence.
I mean, was...
Do you blame your attorneys at all?
Or is this just, you just feel like nothing, you guys are swimming in uphill, swimming uphill, like nothing you guys could do?
No, actually, you know, I have, I got really lucky with my attorney, Nick Smith.
He's a phenomenal attorney.
As far as, you know, his motions that he writes, he's just very legally intuitive.
He's really kind of babbling for me and fighting for me, and I really, at the end of the day, I really don't think there's anything anybody could have done.
Like I said, I think right when the trial started, I felt we were convicted right off the bat.
Yeah.
The second that jury took, you know, it was a game of Yeah, I mean, that's what I wonder.
I mean, how do you feel about the possibility of facing 18 years in prison?
You know, it's not something that is appealing, obviously.
It's kind of something that you mentally prepare yourself for.
You know, during these last nearly three years, That's definitely been on my mind, preparing myself for the work.
But at the end of the day, you know, as cheesy as it sounds, like this is kind of what I signed up for, you know, right when I got involved in the Pink Creek community.
Sometimes you have to deal with these repercussions for standing up against a tyrannical government, and that's exactly what we're talking about right now.
Right.
And do you have any children yourself?
Yes, I have a 12-year-old daughter.
Wow.
Yeah.
Unbelievable.
So these people are creating fatherless homes now, fatherless families.
I mean, unbelievable.
They're so sick in so many ways.
Yeah, you know, I'd really like to humanize these guys as much as I can.
Aside from myself, you know, we've got a lot of really great, solid men in here, leaders of the communities that are families and And, you know, this really hurts.
I mean, I feel like it hurts our families more than it does us, and that's what hurts us the most, the fact that how much it affects our families.
We've got guys in here who've had their families had to move out of their houses into one-bedroom apartments.
They're losing everything.
Their businesses, everything is just gone, depleted, and the government just doesn't ever seem to feel satisfied with what they think.
They just always want more.
You know, take more time, take more resources, And the restrictions they're putting on us as well, aside from the sentences, you know, this can't be, you know, social media, everything has to be limited as much as possible.
You can't associate with this person or this group ever again, you know, and it's just like, they just take everything from you and completely, you know, kill any opportunity of being successful in the future.
Yeah.
Gosh, that's unbelievable.
I want to make sure, too, that you put out, do you have a place where you're raising money, where people can donate to you?
I want to make sure we plug that before we continue.
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, the battle ahead is huge with financial, financially, you know, the appeal stuff.
If people feel inclined to give to this fight, I have a gifts and go.
It's giftsandgo.com forward slash Thank you very much.
Okay, good.
So this has been on the lower thirds the whole time, guys.
It's been on the overlay.
Make sure that you donate to these incredible patriots.
They're being so strong.
I can't imagine being in their shoes right now, but they are still standing, and they're standing for us.
They're standing for you.
That's what's most important.
They did this for you, you know, fell on the sword, basically.
We need to give to them and make sure that they continue to survive and have the best possible chance at winning their appeals.
Absolutely, I appreciate that.
Absolutely, Ethan.
Any last words?
Any last things that you want to get out there before your time runs out?
You know, I just want to continue to thank the community.
It's been pretty discouraging to see the lack of leadership from, you know, Capitol Hill on our behalf and the fact that, you know, just everyday freedom-looking Americans are still having our back.
It's keeping us going, and so I just want to keep thanking you guys.
We love you, and God bless all of you.
Thank you so much, and we love you.
Keep your spirits high.
We're doing the best that we can standing up for you.
Never forget, we mention you all the time.
I'm praying for you guys.
So, you know, thank you so much for, I guess, taking one for the team in a way, but truly being the strength and patriots that you guys are.
