	The entire country used to laugh at stand-up bits from people like Johnny Carson or David Letterman, but there's not even a pretense of comedy on these late-night shows of the present.
	No, they're entirely political sermons for sad, childless, middle-aged liberals who are apparently the only people that watch them anymore.
	Stand-up comedians who get specials on Netflix or HBO are far more likely to go on about their disgusting sex lives or sermonize about abortion rights than they are to ever say anything remotely funny.
	Nobody ever satirizes anything that deserves it anymore.
	So that's why everybody who wants to actually laugh has to turn to alternatives.
	If you want real comedy, you have to find independent comedians or simply find the wittiest person on Twitter.

	But they didn't explain the reason why they were fired.
	We looked into it, and you have part of the story.
	So you know that we fired James O'Keefe because of the stolen standards.
	But we noticed that there were still sandwiches going missing from our fridge.
	Really?
	So yeah, we had a problem there.
	And the only thing we had left to do was to basically fire everyone.
	And so we did.
	And it worked.
	The sandwiches are still there.
	But the only problem we have now is that we do not have any employees anymore.
	Yeah.
	Damon's most recent work weighs in on Elon Musk's decision to cut off Starlink access to Ukraine before they could launch an attack on Crimea that may have ignited a nuclear war.
	SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has recently confirmed a report that last year Musk blocked access to his Starlink satellite network in Crimea.
	Should there be repercussions for that?

	Elon Musk saved the world from a bigger war by refusing to accept Zelensky's demands.

	And I think you should be happy about it too, but you're not because you work for CNN and CNN is a warmonger who profits more as the war escalates.

	I mean, honestly.

	This is the truth, and we live in really scary times, but you're unafraid to go after the real issues and bring attention to them through comedy.
	Why is that so important?
	Well, it's because these people, they want war.
	They make money when there's war.
	And the only way to go after them is to do the comedy because, you know, comedy works better than seriousness.
	So as far as like, I like to be serious, but the comedy stuff is just better to get the message out.
	And I happen to be kind of good at that.
	Yeah.
	I mean, in a world where everything is so black-pilled, our elections are rigged and fake and gay and stolen.
	The ADL wants to take everyone off of Twitter or any other social media website for just saying the truth.
	I mean, this can be factual things.
	Their critics could even him or herself be a Jew, and they don't care.
	They want them canceled.
	I mean, the power structure in this country, this show every single day that we do here, I mean, we bring a lot of people some very bad news, but we want people to be aware that But people at the end of the day really need something lighter.
	They want to be able to laugh.
	They want to be able to smile.
	They want to have some fun with all of this.
	We try our best over here, of course, with everybody dropping dead, dying suddenly, and a new COVID variant coming.
	Can't wait to see your take on that, by the way.

	This is extremely deadly, highly contagious.
	And it's interesting because we've never isolated the first virus at all.
	This mystical, magical, very elusive virus that everybody is supposed to be running to the hills for.
	Well, with the COVID, they have to sell the new boosters.
	So that makes sense.
	And you know, the more I look at it, the people who are afraid of the COVID stuff, these are people who want protection.
	And you can see that the way they vote.
	These people are people with trauma in their life, like we all have been through this.
	But you know, at the early age in life, when you go through some of these past traumas, things happen to you that you want people to protect you.
	And that's the way you are going to vote.
	You are going to vote for the system that will protect you.
	And right now, the system that will protect you is the same system that is selling you the vaccine.
	So I don't care if there is a new COVID. Honestly, I didn't get the jab.
	I know some people in my family got it, but I didn't judge them.
	They didn't judge me.
	I think if you want to suffer, you should be allowed to because we are born in a dark world.
	We are born in sin and people have to just go the way they want.
	You can spread the message, try to show them the reality.
	Whatever they want to do, they have the free will to do it, and they should suffer if they want to.
	You mentioned free will.
	You mentioned being born in sin.
	It's refreshing to hear from a comedian because most of these people are obviously Satan-worshipping devil horn people.
	What happened to late-night television?
	What is all of this when you turn on these major broadcast networks and you watch people dressed up like syringes and dancing around?
	And is Donald Trump even a jokable matter anymore?
	Because, I mean, I think we've heard every one of them over and over and over again.
	None of it is funny, and that includes holding up a decapitated head off of what was allegedly Donald Trump's body.
	Well, it is not funny.
	So their leadership is going down.
	And the reason for that is because they turn to politics.
	They're trying to do everything based on the party they are supporting.
	And people see through that.
	And that's why it's not working for them.
	So it's pretty simple.
	They are trying to demonize people like Donald Trump, like the conservatives.
	And sometimes, I'm not an expert in comedy, but as far as I've seen, good jokes are based on reality.
	And these people, they just keep making fun of the other group of people, the conservatives, the right, and they have nothing on them.
	So they are just spreading propaganda, and it doesn't work.
	Of course, they have some liberals that watch their shows.
	That's why they have the fake laughs and fake claps, but it doesn't work, and people see through that.
	Yeah, they are fake laughs and fake claps.
	I don't think anybody actually even goes to these things anymore.
	They can't because, of course, it wouldn't be safe for them to all be in the same room with one another.
	It would be irresponsible for them.
	I mean, there's a new variant going around.
	Right.
	Unless you're showing your proof of vaccination.
	And, you know, I mean, even these so-called conservative outlets are acting in the same way.
	I mean, I don't know if you saw the...
	Freedom Awards or whatever they were called that Fox News put on.
	You had to have proof of vaccination before you were able to attend it, but yet they present themselves.
	And how funny is that, actually?
	I mean, these people need to be openly shamed and mocked and ridiculed, and you're helping to do that.
	Well, I think if they want to be shamed, when you do dumb things, you deserve to be shamed.
	And when you do it online, you know, there's been, you know, I had a conversation with someone saying, like, the way you talk about these people, you're, like, mocking them.
	And I'm like, okay, most of these people choose to do whatever they do and put it online.
	They are doing it on camera.
	Millions of people see these videos, see what they do, and they deserve to be mocked.
	And, you know, evil doesn't to be mocked.
	So that's how it works.
	A God-fearing man who's a comedian, and he's on Twitter, and he's making fun of all these people, and he is openly ridiculing those that deserve it the most.

	Last year on this show, we told you the remarkable story of Bahid Saliba.
	He moved here 40 years ago from a war-torn country.
	He dreamed of becoming a pilot.
	Very ambitious.
	Remarkable.
	Actually, very admirable.
	So he drove back and forth across America seven times looking for a flying job and finally landed one.
	Forgive the pun.
	Well, after nearly four decades of flying, he has achieved, truly, the American dream.
	He even built his own home by hand.
	But Bahij's American dream, just like the dream of millions of others, was thrown into immediate danger by the insanity of these COVID tyrants who began ordering him and all pilots to wear a mask while flying.
	So many pilots have talked about the dangers of this on this program.

	Who could imagine anything going wrong in the cockpit of an airplane?

	His employer, American Airlines, forced him to see a psychologist, treating him like he was literally insane.
	Well, Bahij, again, thank God, never surrendered.
	Instead, he's fought back and now he's filed a lawsuit as of September 5th.
	His lawsuit names American Airlines and accuses American of a whole raft of violations of the rights of pilots, particularly, though, through clauses that were just inserted into their most recent collective bargaining agreement, which forces pilots to settle any labor disputes outside of an actual court.
	Of course it does.

	Well, Vahij has our full support in his struggle, just like all of the heroes fighting this monstrous tyranny do.
	We wanted to have him on for an update, learn more about all of the details of his case.
	And to that end, he joins us now.
	Vahij, thank you so much for coming.

	Good to see you again.
	Yeah.
	So you're suing American Airlines.
	Good for you.
	Tell us about it.
	I have filed a suit on the 5th of September against American Airlines and APA, the union representing the pilots of American Airlines, the 15,000 pilots who are on the seniority list, a little over 15,000 pilots.
	I had warned both the airline and the union not to include any language in the collective bargaining agreement that would touch my medical certificate.
	And They basically refused to do so.
	And in the 11th hour, after four years of negotiations, Stu, in the 11th hour, they inserted language in an obscure section of the collective bargaining agreement that would literally take me out of the court system if I wanted to challenge anything that Americans would impose on me in the future.
	And it would lock me in an administrative process under the Railroad Labor Act, which may or may not end in binding arbitration, where the arbitrator has no authority to interpret public policy or the law.
	Well, this lawsuit hits at a perfect time as this new fake variant is coming out for a virus that's never been isolated in the wild.
	We'll talk about that a little bit later in the program.
	But of course, it's never been found on a surface or in the air or on a patient.
	This really extremely contagious, highly deadly virus is very elusive.
	It's almost magic, actually.
	But because this new variant, I don't know how that even happens when we don't have an original virus, this new variant is coming out.
	Masks are coming back.
	We've heard from whistleblowers at TSA via Alex Jones.
	We've heard from iFly quite a bit.
	I've heard from airline flight attendants that they have restocked the galleys with masks now.
	They're not mandating them yet, but they're all coming on board the aircraft.
	So this is coming back.
	How insane is that?
	It is insane.
	And the violations just keep piling up.
	And as long as nobody stands up to the perpetrators, then they will continue violating with unimpeded.
	And in my case, I truly believe that what I do for a living, when I carry people, I have a very Great responsibility.
	It's a tremendous responsibility.
	Yes, of course.
	Absolutely.
	I mean, if I fly three legs a day and 200 passengers on each leg, I'm carrying 600 people in that day.
	And I have an obligation to be at my top game.
	And it's a legal obligation.
	Yeah.
	I mean, on thousands of flights, there are over two and a half million Americans flying domestically every single day.
	I mean, That's right.
	Things are bound to happen.
	And recently, we've seen that these incapacitated pilots are causing huge danger.
	And a lot of people think of flying like they're just these fuselages in the sky.
	No, they're loaded with soles.
	I mean, they have children on board that are going to vacation and to go see their grandparents and husbands or wives traveling for business and children expecting them to return safely.
	I mean, this is insanity.
	That is correct.
	And one thing I want to make clear is that the FAA never regulated the masks, which means that the airlines were operating outside their operating certificate.
	They never had any training programs.
	For me, I never went through any training program with a mask on.
	Now, can you imagine an evacuation?
	We're not at 35,000 feet yet.
	We've just taken off.
	And we abort it for some fire or whatever.
	And now we're evacuating the airplane and everybody has their masks on.
	That demonstration has never been done.
	We don't know how people are going to behave with a mask on.
	The mask might blind them.
	The mask might move and cover their eyes where they can't find their way out.
	They block a way out and everybody behind them will be stuck and everybody can be Greatly harmed in an evacuation.
	That was never demonstrated by the FAA or the airlines.
	Never mind the flying at 35,000, 39,000 feet with a rapid decompression where similar conditions could happen.
	So from a legal standpoint, and that's what I decided to pursue, is the legal angle of everything that has been going on and primarily the medical certificate of the pilot.
	So, how is the medical certificate impacted by all of these, you know, illegal mandates?
	Okay, there's the one rule that pilots follow, and that rule is 14 CFR 6153, which tells you, everybody, all these lawyers that I've been dealing with, and I have, like, I'm dealing, I'm working up against, like, nine of them, I think.
	There are three different law firms and the judges, and they all believe that the rule Should be treated as a sick call.
	And it is not a sick call.
	It's a planning tool.
	That rule 14 CFR 6153 says, if you know or you have a reason to know of any medical condition, that is the legal interpretation in my argument for scuba diving, for blood donation, for over-the-counter medication, Everything has a legal interpretation, and that rule is the legal interpretation for any of these activities.
	Even the J&J shots were put on hold on 4-19-21.
	What is the legal interpretation for the FAA to say, don't take these shots?
	Oh, by the way, the airline and the union, as far as I can tell, never told the pilots, don't take that shot.
	They actually still had it as an acceptable Shot for their requirement.
	And I had started questioning, why are you doing that?
	Can you clarify for me?
	The FAA says it's on hold.
	Can you give me any logical explanation at all whatsoever?
	And to that, they said what?
	Right.
	Nothing.
	Nothing.
	They refused.
	The senior VP of flight, who is a defendant in my case, refused.
	Flat out refused.
	And in one hearing, I asked him, are you going to answer my question?
	He said, no.
	Flat out.
	No.
	So, now, after the intimidation and coercion and the threat of termination, they got the pilots to put the masks on, they got the pilots to take the shots, which have caused harm to many pilots.
	Some have died, some have lost their medical, some are walking around with a Yeah, and by the way, some of them are actually hiding their conditions and they're not reporting them and they're not going to the doctor, at least one that will document it because they don't want to lose their flight medical, which, by the way, means that you're now flying around with pilots who are concealing a heart condition or high blood pressure or clotting.
	That is the danger in invading public policy.
	You see, the standard that has been set by the FAA is public policy.
	And pilots have to meet that standard at all times.
	Really, it's a 24-7 deal for pilots.
	You can't let go of your health and expect to perform when the time comes to operating an aircraft.
	So you really have to maintain your health at all times.
	So with the airlines mandating and demanding these shots, they effectively By the force of coercion, threat of termination, or incentives, they managed to get all these pilots to take these shots.
	By doing that, and it's all public, I've got all these filings on my website now, and everybody can go read them.
	So it's public information.
	I'm not making things up.
	They effectively created a second-tier medical standard.
	That to the FAA. So if you want to work for one airline, they're going to say, well, you take these shots.
	If you want to work for that airline, you take these shots.
	Where would it stop?
	Where will they stop?
	They won't stop.
	They won't stop until they're stopped.
	They're creating a new standard and invading public policy.
	That's right.
	That's what they are doing.
	And that is wrong.
	That is completely wrong.
	And now to finalize their action, to put that last nail in the coffin, they want to contractually control the pilot medical certificate and health choices pilots make to maintain that standard.
	And that's where this language in the CBA comes into play.
	So once they put it in a contract, it becomes contractual.
	It would be That the pilots waived their authority over their medical certificate.
	And their autonomy of their own body.
	That's correct.
	So although the language is very tricky, it really is.
	The title of the language, for example, says medical protections and qualifications.
	And then it goes on to say...
	The company may not require a pilot to undergo any medical treatment, I mean, I'm sorry, medical procedure unless it's required by the FAA. The FAA does not, has never, will never require any medical treatment or procedure to issue a medical certificate.
	So the language to begin with, if the FAA doesn't require it, why put the language in a collective bargaining agreement?
	And there's only one reason to do that, and that is when the company comes to the pilot and says, you've got to take this medication, and the pilot says, no, I'm not going to do that because, and the contract says, you can't force me to undergo any medical procedure.
	They will say, this is not a medical procedure.
	This is a medical treatment.
	Therefore, you and I disagree on the language.
	You are welcome to grieve it.
	But you must comply.
	And now, if you go to the court and say, well, you know, they're forcing me, the court will tell you we have no jurisdiction because there's an administrative process under the Railway Labor Act that you must exhaust before coming to court.
	So now you're locked.
	You can't go to court like I'm doing.
	So how many of these pilots have already signed this or agreed to this?
	Done.
	It's been ratified on the 21st of August.
	So in your lawsuit, could you undo this?
	I'm asking for an injunction to strike the language in the collective bargaining agreement and return to status quo, which in the previous agreement, there was no language at all.
	There are many reasons besides...

	What do you think it is that is the main motivating factor for the airlines and the union to introduce this language?
	What do you think is happening here?
	Control.
	Do you think it has anything to do with money, though?
	I mean, is the federal government subsidizing the airlines for forcing these injections?
	Is Big Pharma paying American Airlines?
	Is Pfizer in bed with them or Johnson or Moderna?
	Well, you know what they say, follow the money, right?
	Follow the money trail, you're going to find out why.
	But for the airlines to inject a billion dollars, a billion dollars in improvements in the last minute, they say to match United Airlines offer to their pilots.
	But with that came that language.
	So that, in my opinion, they bought that language for a billion dollars.
	Yeah, it's a disgrace.
	And you know what?
	The CEOs and the executives that made these decisions on behalf of these airlines and these union heads that are allowing for this, I mean, the union is supposed to be who represents you and goes to bat against the airline on your behalf.
	And instead, they're just Selling your sovereignty and autonomy right down the river for cash, more than likely, or to keep their positions as executives in the union to put on this front, kind of like our government, like we have a two-party system here and we actually don't.
	This is authoritarianism and this is Marxism.
	And the people that are responsible for making these decisions after they're tried in a fair hearing, they ought to be hanged for what they're doing, not only to the pilots, but for the risk that they're putting traveling Americans at every single day, every single moment, every single minute It's just incomprehensible.
	And they're doing it all.
	They're doing it all for money and for power and for control.
	These are greedy people that worship Satan, you know, and they need to be put to death after they're found guilty.

	Yeah, Stu, what is really critical in this step that the airlines and the unions have taken is that they are attacking our protected constitutional right to a trial by jury.
	Yeah, and they don't care.
	No, and that's where everything is heading.
	Contractually waiving our Protect the constitutional right to a jury, to a trial by jury.
	I got news for you.
	This is dangerous, very dangerous.
	I got news for you.
	If our fake government, corporate crime syndicate, and the World Economic Forum get their way, then the entire constitution will become null and void because there will be a pandemic treaty where the World Health Organization has control over governments across the face of the planet.
