Candice Taylor, and I seriously have a great show tonight.
I have one of my very best friends I have met campaigning from Arizona, and you're going to be so excited because you're going to know who he is.
We're going to start with Isaiah 41, 10.
Fear not, for I am with you.
Do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you.
Yes, I will help you.
And I will hold you up with my righteous right hand.
And I think I did the wrong scripture, actually.
Did I? No, I love that one because a lot of people have this, a lot of fear and anxiety right now.
And all you got to do is just give it up to Jesus.
Give it up to God and kind of That fear and anxiety can get lifted off your shoulders.
You know, we try to carry too much sometimes, and I think we just got to have trust in God and keep working our butts off, but have trust in God, you know, to get things accomplished.

I just didn't even introduce you, Josh.
I just started talking to you.
But this is Josh Barnett from Arizona.
He ran for U.S. House.
He is a fighter.
He is a patriot.
He taught me so much about the Constitution.
Welcome to Jesus Guns and Babies, Josh.
Well, I'm happy to be here.
I know we talk here and there, but not officially, you know, like in interviews and everything.
So this is going to be a lot of fun.
Yes, and I've been going to have you on for a year, and so I was finally here today.
But what I was going to say, Josh told me a verse, and I looked it up, and then I read it, and I think I heard the wrong book.
But, you know, God tells us what we need.
I think that's perfect for and fitting for us not being anxious, us not fearing.
He says it 365 times, one time for every day of the week, day of the week, day of the year, not to fear because he wants us to rest in him and cast our cares on him.
So we're not going to be anxious because in the end, we know who wins and it's not Lucifer or the establishment politicians.
It's Jesus.
So let's talk about, I want to talk, let's go back in case there are people watching that don't know you.
We met when we were campaigning.
You were running for Senate.
I was running for governor.
And we did a lot together virtually.
And then I went to Arizona to see the audit.
And we spent some time together then in person.
But Josh, let's talk about how you got involved in politics.
And I want you to tell people your background with your business and helping people to With the constitutional law, the common law, and how you did that.
Can you just kind of go into some of that?
Yeah, no, I've been a gym owner for 19 years.
You know, I moved from Indiana to Arizona in 2010, opened a new gym here called Metroplex Gym.
And I was, you know, running my gym and having a great time and getting people to shave and keeping people healthy and doing what I really love to do.
And working with athletes and everything else.
And then COVID hit.
And Governor Ducey, as you guys know, not just Governor Ducey, but almost every other governor in the country, decided he's going to shut down businesses due to COVID. And I didn't think that was right.
I didn't think it was the right thing to do.
As a matter of fact, I knew it wasn't the right thing to do.
I knew it was unconstitutional.
I knew that it was not going to help anything.
And it turns out I was right about all of that.
But, you know, we figured out a way, a friend of mine, David Jose, at the time, we figured out a way to move my business into the private as a private membership association.
And by doing so, it allowed me to reopen my gym right in the middle of COVID during their emergency lockdowns and reopen it.
And so once I tried it on myself and we did it, we used the law to do so.
And then we reached out like over 170 Different entities around the country that we reopened during COVID. To anybody who wanted to listen, we would reopen them and we'd do it the legal, proper, constitutional way.
And there's nothing that the government could do about it.
So that was even more fun because every day for three months straight, I was going on Instagram and my social media and having my people here do it too and tag Ducey every day saying, hey, I'm open.
We're playing loud music.
We're all working out.
Nobody's wearing masks.
I literally did it every day because I was trying on myself before I let anybody else do it.
We realized that we were right and we realized that legally and constitutionally we were right that we had this power, this authority granted to us as one of the people and being in the private that your public world, your public realm and your public law does not apply to me in this realm, this private realm as a private association.
In Arizona, we're fortunate enough to even have a statute, ARS 26317, that basically will tell you that a private association or a member thereof can choose to opt out of an emergency order.
Basically, I'm just summarizing what it says.
And so we took that, along with other constitutional law that's out there, and we put it together.
And we put them on notice.
I sent it out to them.
I moved my business from an LLC S Corp that most people have that keeps you in the public realm.
I moved it to the private as a private membership association and we reopened.
I let my members know as of midnight tonight you have 24-7 access again like normal and I reopened.
So I had 30, I think it's 31 cops show up at my door in like two days.
They all came to sign up to work out.
Wow!
So there you go.
You know, it's funny.
I was listening to how you were the things that described this, and I've heard you tell the story a bunch of times, but it was interesting because it's like we're testing the waters to see, and I say water, but I'm saying waters on here.
People might find me how I say water, but we're testing the water and we're seeing if it is Safe before we get somebody else arrested, right?
But, you know, it's interesting because we didn't know and we never had to push back on our government because we've always been free and now we're having to push back on our government legally and show them, hey, this is the Constitution, this is our freedom and no, you don't just get to do whatever you want to.
It's our country.
And so it's kind of interesting how our minds have shifted in our thought process.
And that's not the only way that it shifted, Josh.
We've learned so much about elections and our rights and what we can do and what we can't do and how to help people speak to the fire.
And so we'll get into some of that.
But I think that was an interesting kind of thought process there when you were talking.
I thought, you know, testing the water.
And then it's like, okay, this really does work.
They really do have to submit.
I really am.
It's my country, and it's a bottom-up government, and I am the person in charge, and you are a public servant.
It's been a million years that I'd have to do this.
Even today, it still blows my mind that we are where we are.
My business partner, I co-owned the Metroplex Jim and Oceanside, California.
Lewis was one of the guys who got arrested.
So it had Ian, everybody knows Ian from Attila's Gym because he was on Tucker, right?
So before Lou, Lou got arrested before I figured all this out, right?
And they released him back.
So the funny thing is that I'm the one that was pushing the buttons, I guess, of the government, you'd say, and I'm the one that didn't get arrested because we figured out the proper legal way to do things.
But Ian was shut down and getting beat up on a daily basis.
They actually locked his doors, chained his doors shut.
And when I got to him through a friend of mine, Christina Oden, who's going to be actually one of my business partners, got me in touch with him.
I got up on the phone with David on like a Thursday night late, like midnight, like middle of the night his time on the East Coast.
We moved him into the private.
He sent the letter, the affidavits out to the government officials, which would be like, you know, the attorney general, the governor, everybody else there.
And they were not going to hit because it was the weekend, right?
So they weren't going to hit until probably Monday afternoon when they received notice of what he did.
Well, he got arrested that Monday morning.
They arrested him from all the prior public stuff, right?
So he got arrested.
They let him, you know, check him in, let him out.
He called.
We're like, Let us know when he's hit.
Let us know when they receive these affidavits stating what you're doing with Attila's Gym now.
So he called and said, hey, they got it.
They received it.
We said, wait one day, go in and open his gym.
So Ian waited the one day, didn't want to.
He wanted to go right away.
I think it was that Wednesday.
Him and Frank kicked the front doors in, like alive on Instagram, and kicked the front doors in and made this big spectacle, which is kind of funny.
But brought a lot of attention to it, right?
So when they explained on their door, they had, you know, we're a PMA now.
Here's what we're doing.
Here's what we are now.
Here's why you can't infringe on our rights as a private membership association.
Well, you know, Ian never got arrested again.
They made a very public spectacle of this, kind of thrown at the governor's face and the attorney general, and no one ever came after him and arrested him again.
Well, again, that's proof in itself.
Understanding what the private is and what the public is and the difference to protect yourself and your business moving into the future.
So I'm still, even today, on a rampage of learn the difference between public and private and protect yourself and protect your business, which I never call myself a business.
I'm an association, you know, anymore.
So when you understand that difference and what it is, and most lawyers will tell you, oh, that's common law BS. You know, that's not real stuff.
But one, they don't teach it.
Two, they just say that because they don't make money off of it.
And three, the Bar Association will come and try to take the license that they probably do teach it.
So, you know, I'm living proof that it works.
You know, Ian, not being arrested again, again, is living proof that it works and I can name 170 others around the nation.
Yeah, the attorneys, you know, they don't learn the Constitution in law school.
In fact, they learn how to adhere to statutes and how to bend their knee to the government and worship the politicians.
That's what they learn how to do.
So they don't really, you know, we pay them as attorneys, but they're held accountable to the Bar Association.
So really, we should be able to access our government and access our courts and represent ourselves pro se and go in and do what we need to do.
And so, you know, and people are learning that.
I mean, all over.
My husband, Ronnie, has been doing this whole, he's been in a rabbit hole learning about how to represent himself pro se.
And I think people are going to do that more and more because it's a waste of money to have all these attorneys doing things.
And they are not going to fight for me like I'm going to fight for me.
And I'm highly intelligent and I can do it myself.
And so that's how a lot of people feel.
And they're taking stuff into their own hands and they're handling it.
And we also have more grace in the courtroom.
And we don't have to adhere to the same requirements and regulations and restrictions that an attorney does because we represent ourselves.
You're exactly right.
Actually, the case that I filed against Katie Hobbs um after the the other uh mal-administered 2022 election yeah um you know as pro se you know i did i was calling lawyer friends of mine for help because i didn't know how to file all the stuff and do everything like that which i learned very quickly um how to do and uh was asking advice which i'm allowed to do as a pro se you know uh one of the people you know answering the case and leo d'onofrio i was calling leo calling other attorneys
Asking for advice and help with specific laws.
And, you know, I saw the corruption firsthand because the judge in my case, she actually went, she didn't dismiss it right away, which was a miracle in and of itself.
But I think she was just appeasing the people.
Definitely just appeasing the people.
We come back, we have our little back and forth.
And I made my blanket and point at what I was going to make about 16, 650 here in Arizona, just a statute that was showing that they should not be appointing Governor Hobbs as the governor.
And we were going through it saying they should wait.
And in the same argument, we found out after she ruled against me, big surprise, the same argument that I made We found out that two years prior, the attorney that I was going against in Maricopa County made the same argument I made and won his case.
And so we filed an emergency motion on Sunday.
We filed an emergency motion.
We showed the case.
I think it was 18 pages that we put into the motion showing, hey, this guy made the same argument.
You're going against case precedent here.
And this guy, ethically, should have made known This, this, that this has happened.
And he did it.
So, what did she do?
She, she rolled against me again.
And then went after Leo, trying to get his bar, his license stripped from him.
This is how corrupt these people are.
Oh, yeah.
And, and, and it's like, and I, you know, I saw firsthand, like I saw the border firsthand when we caught two drug mules.
You know, we, we, we, you know, basically held them.
I'm not at gunpoint, but we had guns.
And it was nighttime, and we caught these guys coming with camo on, and we held them in place until Border Patrol could come, and they had drugs in their back, you know?
And it's like, I see this firsthand, and they're trying to tell you it doesn't happen, or you're a crazy conspiracist.
That's not true, you know?
And you're not being targeted as conservatives.
And it's 100% not true.
And look what they're doing to Rudy.
Look what they're doing to John Eastman.
And I think John Eastman's great.
And what they're doing to him is disgraceful too.
Sidney Powell, but a lot of them were like Jake, the shaman, you know, walking through.
The police are opening doors for him.
You know, he did nothing wrong.
And for them to treat these people like wild animals, I wouldn't even treat my dog as bad as they treated these people.
And it's just, we live in a, that's what communism is.
You attack your dissenters, you jail your dissenters, and that's exactly what they're doing or attempting to do right now.
And it's gonna, you know, the good thing about Georgia is, I believe that, and I think President Trump has made this well known, that we're gonna make sure the evidence gets out now.
Because this is a criminal trial.
We have, you know, the right to defend ourselves and we're gonna get the evidence out.
And I know what, you know, and I know what the evidence is out of Georgia, and I know what they've been working on the last couple of years, and I know you do too.
There's been lawsuits that have been through that have been slow-walked forever with Garland, you know, and different people.
And that evidence comes to light.
People are going to see exactly what we've been talking about.
That data that Catherine and Greg have with True to Vote is finally going to be seen in the court of law.
I mean, possibly.
That's my hope.
And it's not going to be brushed under the rug like Brenovich did here when they gave the data to him and he acted like he never received it.
He got it back in December of 2020, you know?
And then he just literally said he didn't receive it.
It's like, well, you know, we have proof of you receiving this.
And then, you know, this is a criminal organization, a cabal that we're going against.
A uniparty that we're going against, and it's truly us versus them.
There's no doubt in my mind that's how it is at this point.
Well, you know, they try to pull everything they can pull.
They try to ask 5,000 questions and try to make you look like you're crazy.
And I had the New York Times say, well, you know, y'all shown all the evidence.
Nothing's been proven.
There's nothing.
I'm like, do you think you've seen the evidence?
Like, that shows how ignorant you are and the media is and these people.
Have you seen any of us in a courtroom?
We can't get in with grand juries.
We can't get in with lawsuits.
We have massive data and massive fraud, black and white.
And until we get in front of a judge and a jury, we're not going to present it.
So get us in a courtroom and you'll see the evidence.
Do we have the evidence?
Absolutely, we have the evidence.
And that's why we're not scared to speak and say that it was fake and it was hijacked because we've seen it.
And so all these charges they're doing are frivolous.
And you're right.
President Trump and all these other people are going to get to have discovery and they're going to get to vindicate themselves.
And not only that, but prove treasonous behavior on all these people who well knew what was going on and turned their head.
Yeah, it's like here, just like, you know, they kept saying, we got to look ahead to win the next election, right?
And then 22 came around here in Arizona.
And then they did the same thing to Cary Lake that did to President Trump in a different way.
You know, we had 59% of the machines were down on Election Day in primarily Republican areas.
People waiting four, five, six hours had to leave.
God knows how many didn't vote.
They just went home and they couldn't come back.
They didn't have time.
We don't know that number.
You know, then we had almost 15% adjudication If it's over three, that's like a red flag.
It was 15%.
And then we had the guy, or the people that were verifying signatures on these mail-in ballots, and you see that video of him clicking the mouse like that, like 100 miles an hour?
And they tried to tell us that that's signature verification, you know?
It's laughable.
And then they expect us just to gaslight us and tell us that there's nothing to see here.
And Carrie Lake lost because she's not popular and nobody likes her.
It's a complete lie.
Arizona's not purple.
It's not blue and it's not purple.
And they keep pushing this propaganda to make the average person out there who doesn't really pay attention think that, well, we're just Democrat now.
We got a bunch of Californians moved in and we're Democrat.
It's a complete lie.
If we have an election the way I want it to be held, we're going to be able to show them that we're in a red state.
Even majority of the Californians moving here moved We get the hell away from what's happening over there.
Yeah, I mean, Carrie, what happened with her, they had to cheat in a different way than they do in Georgia.
And that's how I know Georgia is really, really bad.
Because in Arizona, you go in and you hand mark paper ballots.
And you do have signature verification, even though, like you're saying, they click, click, click it in really.
Georgia has none of that.
We don't even have a ballot.
We have a receipt.
We go and touchscreen a machine.
It prints a receipt with a QR code that nobody can read.
90% of people don't check the paper.
They won't let us count the paper.
They won't even let us count the receipts to make sure that they are received.
Reconciled.
I couldn't think of the word.
Reconciled.
They won't even let you do that.
So they want you to totally just scan them in, then go into cyberspace, knowing that a code can override a code, and never look back.
And that's how, in Georgia, they were able to take every one of my votes and give them to Brian Kent, even though I had 20,000 more volunteers than votes I received, even though we know I got exactly 5% of his total all night long, which is a mathematical anomaly.
It's a joke.
And they know it and they don't care.
And that's how he ended up with 70-something percent.
Even though we had five people in the race, you're not going to get 70-something percent when you're the most hated governor in Georgia because you allow the election to be for President Trump.
That's not going to happen.
But it did.
It happened.
And people in Georgia...
We have tried everything we can do to prove it, and they won't do anything about it.
They won't count the paper.
They won't let us.
It's just going to continue.
So we look forward to 2024.
Quit looking back at 2020.
Quit looking back at 2022.
Okay, well, are you going to give us paper ballots so we can actually reconcile?
No, because you have been cheating for so long since in Georgia in 2002 when we got electronic voting.
You've been cheating for so long, and it is so out of control now and such an in-your-face game.
They're like, who are y'all to question this?
They don't want to hear anything we have to say.
It's like, how dare you question?
In fact, I'm going to arrest everybody who had a big name or little name that questioned it, and I'm going to give them RICO charges, and I'm going to make up something that's like the mafia, like being compared to the mafia, that murder people because we want truth, because we're trying to have justice.
It makes absolutely no sense.
This is what communism looks like.
It is, and I know how terrible Georgia is.
After speaking with one of your representatives there.
Oh, yeah.
For sure.
You know, like, the guy literally told me, you know, we were talking about, you know, somebody steals my car and I find my car.
I want my car back.
And he's like, well, why don't you just buy a new car?
Yeah.
Like, I don't want a new car.
I want my car back.
You know what I mean?
I'll pay for it.
They don't care because they're in office.
They're part of the establishment.
They're part of that Uniparty call.
They're taken care of themselves.
They're good.
They can care less.
And that's what this is all about.
It's us versus them.
And that's why here in Arizona, what I decided to do for 24, when Leo D'Onofrio brought this to my attention back in December, we've been working this for eight months about 24 presidential election.
What are we going to do to protect it?
And in Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2 tells us That, you know, the POTUS election is run with the plenary authority of the state legislature.
So I've been on the state legislature and said, hey, you have the plenary authority over the presidential election.
You can change the manner of it anytime you want.
So the first hundred years of the United States, we used to, the state legislature used to appoint the electors for president.
We didn't vote for president.
Actually, we don't have a constitutional right.
To vote for president, if you really want to look into it.
They actually stated that in Bush v.
Gore in the big case down there.
But they, you know, what we found out was is that they can change the manner anytime they want via a resolution or an order.
They don't need a governor's signature to do this either.
So they can decide.
So over time, you know, the states went from appointed the electors to a popular vote, which is fine if you have free, fair, and legally run elections, right?
But we don't anymore.
So now I'm telling them, since we don't have that anymore, our elections have been maladministed twice in a row.
I want you to use your plenary authority, take the power back, and appoint the electors on behalf of us.
And protect our vote for 24, because I don't want it to be rigged again and stolen and have all these lawsuits and everything else.
I want you to protect my vote by appointing the electors.
That's what I'm asking them to do right now.
And what I'm doing is I'm going to the legislative districts.
I'm hopefully getting this resolution passed in the legislative districts by the precinct committee.
I will then go to the legislators from that district and I'll say, hey, your PC voted for this.
You work for them.
We expect you to vote yes and to pursue this on day one of the next legislative session.
Here's a pledge.
I want you to sign this pledge saying you're going to vote yes and then you're going to bring it forth.
And I'm going to put them on the spot individually.
Because I get this a lot, and you probably hear this as a deflection.
Well, I'm all for it, Josh, but so-and-so's not, so we're not going to have the votes.
I don't care what so-and-so does.
I'm asking you right now, are you for it?
Because your constituents are for it.
So are you going to sign this with a notary, by the way?
Are you going to sign this and put, yes, I'm going to vote for this?
I'm going through them one by one, and I'm going to make them sign it.
And if they vote no, if they say no, I'm going to let everyone in their district know.
I'm not here to make friends anymore.
I never really was.
But, you know, I'm not here to make friends.
I'm here to do what's right and to protect our country and protect our vote and to make sure the right person wins the presidency.
So that's what I'm doing here and what I'll be working on probably the next couple of months, getting my resolution passed in these legislative districts at the local level.
So, you know, this could be done in any state, but I know Georgia's lost cause.
Yeah, because I'm sitting here thinking, you have a lot of good people in Arizona.
Like, I can name five or six myself, and I'm from Georgia.
I don't have one in Georgia.
Well, I do.
That's not true.
I have Colton Moore, and I have two others, Clint Day and Charlize Byrd, who have came forward and demanded a special session.
There are three.
So we have three that are brave that have come forward and demanded a special session.
They've continued...
You know, said that Fannie Willis needs to be dealt with and what she overstepped herself as a DA in Fulton County, and they do not support that.
And so they've come out.
So you got three out of all the well over 100 that You know, are mostly Republicans.
We have the House majority and the Senate majority in Georgia, but yet none of them want to stand up and do the right thing.
So Georgia would not be a good choice to let them choose.
It would not.
We might end up with somebody even worse than Joe Biden, which I don't know if that's possible, but maybe Michelle Obama would be worse.
Well, I think it's going to be Michelle Obama.
I think that's going to be the one they're going to pop up.
Michael Robinson, Michelle Obama, whatever the name is today.
I've been saying that for a couple of years.
I think they've just been waiting for that right opportunity because obviously Biden's not going to make it.
This guy's a disaster.
They're going to prop him up.
You always think Newsom, right?
Because they've always kind of propped him up because it's Pelosi's family.
But it wouldn't surprise me if Michelle Obama gets propped up.
But there's a lot of things in that closet too.
You know, that could be a potential problem for them.
Michael Robinson?
Yeah, exactly.
So, you know, and then the fact, you know, Obama's telling everybody that he dreams of being gay and writes it in his diary and tells his girlfriend about it.
There's a lot of stuff, you know, that's been coming out recently with that.
But I just feel that, you know, President Trump, if we have a free, fair and legal election, it would be a Ronald Reagan victory.
And I believe that last time.
I believe that's what happened.
Absolutely.
I believe that he won every state but one.
Yeah, there's...
Yeah, I mean, when you look at the anomalies, like you were saying, like the bellwether states, how do you win 18 or 19 and you don't win?
Like, this doesn't happen.
How does Joe Biden have the most votes in history, the most popular president in history over Obama?
And this...
He put a sentence together.
He didn't even...
He didn't even campaign.
We're not stupid.
We know what you're doing.
It's just a matter of catching it.
Hopefully we get some of this information in the courtroom of Georgia and we can get it out there.
And Josh, I don't know what's going to happen with these other states because they were on the right track and we had fair voting there.
And we've been so concerned with Arizona and Georgia and Michigan and Wisconsin and In Pennsylvania, we've been so concerned with these states that I hope they haven't implemented something in these other states and hijacked them without us knowing.
And that thought just came to me.
Like, I don't even know if they're as secure as they were, you know, three years ago.
Yeah, basically, like, I truly believe that, like, us, us being in Arizona, us in Wisconsin in particular, maybe Pennsylvania.
Yeah, Wisconsin, too.
What I'm trying to do is appoint the electors, and I'm going to be fair, I'm going to be fair, and I'm going to compromise with the governor here.
I'm going to say, if you don't want the electors to be appointed to the Republican GOP primary winner, because it's not about Trump.
We're doing this ahead of time.
We're being proactive.
We're going to appoint them there because the majority of people voted Republican in Arizona for a state legislature.
So they want a Republican agenda, so we're going to go and appoint it for the Republican primary winner.
But Hobbs, here's an election integrity bill that we want.
If you're willing to sign this, we will rescind our order and go back to a popular vote like we've been doing.
But unless you sign this election integrity bill, get rid of the machines, go to election day, in-person voting, all the stuff that we want, no mail-ins, absentee ballots are notarized, all the stuff that we want done, then we're just going to get appoint the electors.
Let's go to court because guess what?
There's at least four Supreme Court cases that we know of that we found, actually five, that support what we're saying that we have the authority, the plenary authority to appoint electors.
And, you know, Bush v.
Gore is a big one, McPherson v.
Blacker is the original, the OG of plenary authority, and then you have Chaffalo v.
Washington, and most recently Moore v.
Harper.
That Moore v.
Harper case actually strengthened our argument That they have the plenary authority to appoint the electors.
And so I put that all into a resolution, laying out the law and everything and why they can do it.
And then ask them, if you don't want this to be done, that's fine, but you're going to give us what we want, which is election integrity, which is what we should have to begin with.
But if you want to, we got to play a hardball.
And if our legislators are going to sit on their hands and not play a hardball, I'm not going to be cool with any of them.
I can't.
This is the hill I die on.
Because this Everything that's happening to this country, to us, is because of the rigged election.
And because we don't have the right people in office representing the people of this country.
And that's why we have an open border.
That's why we're in World War III, practically.
That's why all this stuff is happening.
And until we fix elections, everything stems from that.
It's a common denominator for everything.

Opinionated about that the last couple of years, and they knew that I was opinionated about that, but they did an interview with us, and they asked me in the interview, do you think we should move on for 2020 from the election?
And I said, no, we got to fix, if we can't fix what happened, and, you know, we can't move forward.

You know, this is ridiculous.
But that was one of the questions he asked me.

And I'm just trying to get myself out there as much as possible so I can talk to the people and educate them.

I don't need to prepare for debate anymore because I do it every day.

Well, so what else have you been up to besides this?
I know you're opening a new business, right?
Or a new association or however you say.

No, I've been busy with the gym here.
Also, we were just in California visiting a little bit ago.
Before school started here.
And, you know, I got a big, big, huge project that I'm working on that I'm super excited about because it's not gym related.
It's something completely different.
And I feel like I was almost holding myself back and what I can bring forth.
And I'm excited to kind of branch out and show people what else can be done besides I can do more than just gyms, guys.
And I'm going to show that and also show, again, the legalities of what you can do and what you can't do.
And I look forward to kind of embracing both of those things and putting this project forth.
It's going to be so great for Arizona.
It's going to be so great for the people here to have a place to go to and have fun.
And bring their families to.
And it's just going to be amazing.
I wish I could dive into more, but I need everyone here to start an NDA so we'll be able to do that.
But I'm telling you, it's going to be amazing for the people of Phoenix.
I'm really excited once we have everything rolling to be able to let people know what's coming.

Like, you get these ideas when we campaign and we talk to other people.
And people don't understand, when you get around patriots and people that have a capitalistic mindset, it grows you.
It stretches you.
And I think even me, like, through this whole process, it's like you go through the fire and God refines you and you come out the other side better.
With more creativity, with more connections, with more passion to pursue the American dream.
And that's what they're trying to strip from us is the American dream.
They think their American dream is taking our seats and making money on our back and our tax money.
That's not the American dream.
That's criminal activity.
What's the American dream is having a creative idea and hard work and making more money than you can spend or give away.
That's the American dream.
And being happy.
Happy first.
Happy and saved and know that you're in the will of God for your life and you're going to go to heaven when you do die.
That is the American dream.
Well, I've had some investors, people that I've known for years, that I brought forth this concept, this idea, and their jaw hit the ground.
I think they're more fired up than I am.
They're the ones pouring millions of dollars into this project and their friends' millions of dollars into this project because they know the rate of return or the ROI on this is going to be off the charts.
And my business partner, Christina Oden, she's a builder in New York City, a female builder in New York City.
She's pretty tough.
And she went to NYU Law School.
She's very smart.
She hates practicing law.
She went and worked for President Trump, worked for Trump for seven years.
And she learned everything she knows from a construction management standpoint from him and from them.
And so we align politically.
We align everything else.
You know, she competes in the fitness world as well or in the past she used to.
So we have a lot, you know, a lot of similarities between us and how we go about things.
So it's kind of a partnership or, you know, a business partnership made in heaven.
And then the people that we brought into the team all are like minded.
We're all like-minded and it's going to be a lot of fun.
It's going to be a lot of fun out here and I can't wait till one day show you the renderings of what we're doing and so you'll be able to see this project because when it's here you're definitely coming to the grand opening of this thing.

We're almost done with our time, but I want to hear what you do think about 2024 and where you see it going.
I was on the phone the other night, actually night before last, with our friend Stu Peters, and we're on his network right now, but we were talking about, you know, the economy and the election and all the things and He said, you know, I'm concerned for President Trump that they're going to try to do something to him.
They want to take him down so badly they can't get anything on him because he hasn't done anything wrong.
And he said, I worry about, you know, they're trying to do something to hurt him.
You just don't know.
And so, you know, they came out Monday that somebody, I think in Illinois or Indiana, I think it was Illinois, had threatened him to kill him and his son, Barron.
And they had arrested this person.
And so you hear about these things and you're like, you know, he's dealing with so much and now he's got people threatening his life.
So I'm curious what you think is going to happen next year when we know that we still have these fraudulent voting systems.
Yeah, I try to be positive.
I try, but the reality is that they're going to steal it.
And if our state legislature And I truly believe this.
If they don't do what I'm asking them to do, and they can do it, now it's just that they have the will to do it.
If they don't do it, they're going to steal the election.
Not only here, but in many other places.
They're not going to let him win.
Now, like, and I wish I could be positive and give a better message, but it's just the reality.
My point is, we need our legislature, our representatives to step up, and look what they're doing.
They're imprisoning People because they don't like what you say.
Freedom of speech is gone.
If we don't do this now, we control 308 electors.
Republican state legislature majorities control 308 electors.
Even without a few states, we control 276.
If every state legislature was to do what I'm asking and say, you know what?
We're done with this.
We're not going to let you treat People like this, we're not going to let this happen any longer.
We're not going to let this communist takeover happen any longer.
We're going to appoint the electors.
We can guarantee a Republican win.
And it could be any Republican, but we can guarantee a Republican's going to win.
And if they don't step up to the PESI challenge, remember back in the day, the PESI challenge?
If they don't step up to this, they're We're deep, you know what, and I agree with Stu that President Trump, I fear for that scenario, and I fear not only him, for RFK Jr.
President Biden won't debate him, right?
The DNC's not going to allow, they're going to pull another Hillary and Bernie, they're going to steal it, you know, for whoever the Democrat nominee they prop up, probably Newsom, or Michelle Obama, and they won't provide Secret Service Security to him.

And we sure it's that moment.
We do it legally and constitutionally.
But even better yet, if you're an outsider coming into the gym, you're going to pay $100 a month.
