I'm going to fill this box here and I'm going to try to replicate the indoor environment that most people face anywhere in the world today.

Another fantastic episode of self-wellness.
Today we're going to dig into a very uncharted territory of what is going on inside of our home that is causing us to be the sickest version of ourselves.
When I heard about 109 days ago that a very, very dear friend of the Self Wellness Podcast was going to be starting a journey of going on a fast journey.
I thought for sure that this would end after maybe a week or maybe two weeks.
And when you guys hear the story of how long this patriot has been fasting and what he has been doing to mentally make himself strong, but not only that, he wanted to prove to others that his journey of removing toxic things from the home can be done not by just him, but by absolutely anybody.
So guys, I want you to understand That here at the Self Wellness Studios and our Self Wellness Podcast, we don't bring toxic chemicals into our building.
There is nothing that is manufactured by any of the conglomerates and anybody who thinks that you guys have this grand illusion of choice.
I love when you see the wheel of how many hundreds of thousands of products are owned by seven or eight of the biggest corporations that are out there.
So you walk into the grocery store, right?
We walk into Publix, we walk into Walmart, we walk into Target.
All of these companies that not only shove woke agenda down our throat, not all of them, but a lot of them.
We look at the thousands of products that are on the shelves and we think, man, I've got so many choices here.
And when you look at the back and you see who they're owned by or the subcategories of the companies that they're owned by, shell companies are actually owned by all of the biggest conglomerates that are out there.
And we are going to give the audience an option today to join not only a Patriot Buying Club, but I want you guys to dig deep into the journey that one of the founders of this company has gone over the past 109 days.

I'm on top of the world.

Can you share with us over the past 109 days what life has looked like for you?
Well, we've saved a significant amount of money.
I haven't eaten any food in 109 days.
I cook for my family.
I go out to restaurants with everyone.
I haven't changed a single thing about my life except for picking up a fork and putting food into my mouth.
For most of my life, I was morbidly obese.
A couple bouts of weight loss fads, weight loss products, things like that.
When I met Dr.
Ed Group and I met David Wolf, or I knew David Wolf for many years, but when I saw him at the Truth About Cancer, that's when it all started.
And then, you know, over the past three years, I'd heard people talking about fasting.
I'd done a deep dive into the carnivore diet and the carnivore animal-based lifestyle and things like that.
And Josiah, my son, who's 14, and I went to a conference that David did in Houston back in March.
Dr.
Judy was there, and Mickey was there, and Del was there.
One of the things David told me was, and at that point, I was probably 325.
Back in October, I was 341 of last year.
He said, the best nutrition for your body, Scott, is your own body's excess fat.
And Josiah looked over at me and said, Dad, you could probably live forever.
And so I started, I read the book by Paul Bragg, The Miracle of Fasting.
I watched the fasting movie on, you know, on the documentary.
And I've known many people that had done seven-day fast, 10-day fast, cleanses, juice cleanses, juice fast, fat, sick, and nearly dead documentary where the guy drank vegetable and fruit juice for, you know, 30 days, 60 days, whatever.
And I'd always wanted to do a detox, a serious, serious detox.
Battled most of my life, you know, a lot of my life with some real dark areas, with drug addiction and things like that.
And so I wanted to take a serious detox.
And so right after The Truth About Cancer, you know, Dr.
Ed Grooke went on a strict water-only fast with water.
And urine.
And so I did a deep dive into that.
And so to answer your question, Mike, not to get off topic, but 109 days ago on April 21st, I stopped eating.
I had my last bite of food.
And so for the first couple of weeks, it was difficult.
And after that, it got real easy.
I started looking at everybody around me and the things they were eating, the things they were putting in their body and their temple.
And it really began to really weigh on me.
And so I went past 40 days and went all the way to 109.
I took a few supplements, some amino acid products, you know, Perfect Aminos by Body Health.
I took that product between five and ten servings a day based on my hunger.
And I drank Cardio Miracle for most of it for about the first 100 days.
And I've lost 95 pounds.
I feel amazing.
My mental acuity is off the charts.
I'm not going to eat until every ounce of fat on my body is gone.
That's not supposed to be there.
And so that's what the last 109 days have looked like.
That's absolutely fantastic.
I want to tell you, buddy, I'm proud of you.
I know that if your mama and dada and your grandma and grandma were all still here, they'd tell you that they're proud of you too, but I'm letting you know, brother, they're looking down at you and they are absolutely, they're screaming your name to the finish line, brother, and I can't wait to see the final version of yourself.
Your face looks 20 years younger.
Literally 20 years younger.
And I want to share with you, you know our very good friends, Elizabeth and David from Cardio Miracle.
You've met them at the events before.
David saw a picture of you The new version of you and did not even recognize you.
He goes, no, I've never met him before.
And Joey goes, yes, yes, you did.
You know him.
And Elizabeth went and showed him a picture of you six months ago And he goes, oh, he goes, yeah, the guy with the kid with the top hat and the suit.
And I'm like, yes, that's him!
So somebody who, you know, wow, what a change.
109 days and over 100 pounds of excess garbage that has been burned up and used.
It's absolutely fantastic.
I wanted to know if...
You could also maybe share a little bit.
I know that the self-wellness for everybody looks differently, but one of the easiest things that I believe people can do is simply swap stores.
Not only are we talking about a patriot organization, and I know some people, they get so upset when they think about patriots because everybody thinks that this is some type of left versus right.
This is about freedom.
This is about American choices supporting American manufacturing and taking toxic chemicals away from the home.
Can you briefly share how this swap was introduced to your family?
How long ago it happened and what changes has happened in your family over the last seven years of you simply just switching stores?
Absolutely, Mike.
Good question.
It was 102 months ago.
It was about eight years, six months almost.
March of 2015, my wife and I were struggling.
And I received a telephone call from a guy that I didn't know.
And I picked the phone up and talked to him.
And he said he'd been shopping at this store for 19 years.
And he had created a database of 18,000 customers that shopped every month.
And I was very intrigued by it because he said they had a 96% retention rate.
96% of the people that shopped last month are going to shop again this month.
And so I looked at it and he met with me for breakfast and he showed me his customer database, which is about this thick.
And it had every single customer in it and how many dollars they spent.
And there was a column that listed all of his customers and it showed how many consecutive months those customers have been shopping.
And here's all I saw.

And I was blown away.
And so he said, we're just a manufacturing company that makes greener, cleaner, less expensive products in Walmart.
We make everything in America.
And, you know, we have a couple that was built on values.
At that time, we had two factories.
One was in the Midwest and one was in the Central Southeast in Tennessee.
And he said, we have two redundant manufacturing facilities, and we went and toured those.
And actually, we toured them afterwards.
When he was telling me about it, I was like, you know, that's kind of how Walmart started.
You know, back a long time ago, Sam Walton, all those products were made in America.
Now they're not.
And so he said, we never had a price increase.
He said, when we started in 1985, the products, the same price today as they were back then.
And so we got involved as a customer.
And after a very short period of time, we started sharing the store with others.
And about 95% of the whole company are just shoppers.
They do have a customer referral program that my wife and I have capitalized on and been able to share this amazing store with others.
And so for the last eight and a half years, we've You know, shared and shared and shared and built a database of over 6,000 customers.
And if you drew it out to, you know, if you drew out every single customer in the database, you know, it's tens of thousands of customers that have switched stores.
And so, you know, when we talk to somebody, Michael, we're not asking people to spend any money.
A person will actually save money by shopping here.
Because we own the manufacturing process.
We have over 60 scientists that work full-time for our company.
We have over 100 patents or patents pending.
Very proprietary blends of plants and citrus peels and fruits and all essential oils and all that kind of stuff.
We have a very strong and specific and proprietary ingredients philosophy.
And if you really look under the hood, It's better than anything else out there, any company that you could shop at, especially that's in the commercial market.
But if you looked in the green market, if you looked in the organic market, if you looked in the expensive market, the companies that are now all owned by the same conglomerate, there's some propaganda associated with their ingredients.
There's some propaganda associated around those types of terms like USDA organic and pure and all that stuff.
You can dig deep into the Truth in Labeling Act And all that.
But the cold hard facts are, is I know these people.
And I've spent the last eight and a half years at their homes, in their, you know, in their presence.
I know their heart.
And they've built something, you know, that'll last a lifetime.
And, you know, so when it comes to switching stores, everything that we used to buy at Publix, Walmart, Target, wherever we used to shop prior to eight and a half years ago, Sam's, BJ's, Costco, why would anybody have a membership at all three?
I don't know why I had a membership at Sam's, BJ's, and Costco, but I did!
And you know, but we don't shop there anymore.
We shop there for, you know, we shop at the local farmer and everything else we buy from our store.
It's radically changed our life.
You know, there's no toxic chemicals.
My little girl can drink them and it will not harm them.
You know, they work better than bleach and ammonia.
They're built on solid principles.
Speaking of bleach and ammonia, are you familiar with sick building syndrome?
It sounds familiar, but I've never heard them put together like that.
Sick Building Syndrome is actually a medically published article that talks about the more airtight that our houses become, the more of a toxic soup is built up.
So when you go to Ikea and you get a formaldehyde pressed build it yourself furniture and you bring in an area rug that spent six months on a shipping container from China and then, you know, because of embargoes and how broken California is.
Do you remember when the shipping remember when the shipping containers were sitting out there like monuments for four or five months, the products baking in the hot sun, you then bring that product into your house.
And when you go use the store chemical that you get, you go rent that that Publix area rug cleaner and you're spraying your brand store ammonia based products with your phosphates.
That stuff has a very hard time escaping the home.
Your HVAC system that's in there that's supposed to keep the house cool, it's never meant to purify the home.
It was meant to keep large particulates like cat hair, dog hair.
Your hair, my hair, from getting sucked into the HVAC filter.
So that little filter would protect the HVAC. It was never really meant to protect you, the end user.
So when you talk about bleaches and ammonias, these products, not only are they off-gassing, but it's creating a chemical soup.

And so we've never had a single health claim.
We've sold billions and billions of products in the last 38 years.
Never had a single health claim.
Who can say that?
Well, I think the more important part of it is how many people do you know have been able to walk into Target or Publix or Walmart And make a life-changing business decision by shopping at those stores.
I don't think that the model of the past is going to continue.
As more and more people decide that they want more quality time with family, right?
You read the book of The Five Love Languages.
Quality time is probably the one that means the most because we're only guaranteed Nothing.
As far as your timeline on humanity, right?
