My name is Michael Lewis Arthur Meyer.
I go by Lewis Arthur.
I'm Minister of Walking for the Forgotten Ministry, program creator and founder of Veterans on Patrol.
I'm a civilian who advocates on the behalf of veterans as part of the Veterans Suicide Prevention Program.
In addition to a child advocate, we're operating on the border, tracking the children that are being smuggled into the United States through the cartel.
And we're also doing street activists where we're hitting doing a homeless veteran search and rescue while we're building up for another major operation that's being taking place at Beale Air Force Base.
Hopefully within the next few weeks, but it's God's timing not ours.
Well tell everybody you were in Arizona.
Can you tell about a little bit about what was going on in Arizona and why did you end up in California?
Yeah, currently we still have our operations going on in Arizona.

She's running the child search and rescue operations at the border.
So we encourage you to get a hold of her.
But from the Arizona border to the United States of America, for three and a half years, I was able to document and live on the cartel smuggling routes, and I've been all over.
We led the first cross-border incursions into Mexico last year that made Congress so mad that AOC and Elizabeth Warren and Booker, they're literally cursing us on Congress floor, calling us racist militia and everything.
We are a Christian ministry.
We do missionary outreach, and we operate a veteran suicide prevention program.
We've had a lot of focus on the child sex trafficking, the child rape, the child abuse, the satanic rituals that are taking place across the United States of America.
But we're not interested so much in reporting it.
We want to change the story.
Right now, for example, I'm located in Oroville, California.
Right directly behind me is a cartel compound.
Veterans on Patrol has a cartel compound surrounded.
75% of this compound is surrounded right now.
We've been running operations on it this all week.
I've extended.
I'm right on the border of tribal land.
So I want people to understand this is not tribal land.
This is on their border.
And we have women and young girls that have been drugged and put in this metal connex behind us.
Two girls have escaped.
We have testimony, eyewitnesses, horrible things that's actually been taking place.
And a community, a community where private citizens, even a business owner...
I just got done talking to a firefighter not about 15 minutes ago that pulled over and said, yeah, man, thanks for doing this.
We're well aware of what these people are doing here.
And the problem is you have so many people that are aware of it, but no one's stepping up.
So Veterans on Patrol...
We're trying to do a homeless veteran search and rescue, but we come across these individuals and they decided that it's okay to start raping the homeless women.
I mean, who cares about them, right?
So they think dragging the homeless women, in addition to the women they're targeting from the casino right up the road from me, dragging them back there, raping them, abusing them between the hours of 1 and 3 a.m., they think that's a good idea.
We're here to tell them it's not.
Now, what we've been doing for the past few days is fixing their position.
I can tell you that they got all the drugs off of this property within 24 hours of me being out here.
At nighttime, the homeless don't have to listen to the girls screaming and crying anymore, banging on that metal connex.
There have been calls to Butte County Sheriff's Department and law enforcement.
None of them have been responding.
In fact, the first call they came, They came out and they started taking flashlights, going into the homeless camp, going in to target those individuals when it was very clear that it's this property and the neighbors across the street, there's neighbors around here that I've interviewed.
I'm waiting here now to interview an individual who raped Stacy.
And so I would like to get his face on camera so everyone in the community can know who it is.
I don't want anyone to be misidentified.
I know the individual that I'm waiting to interview.
We've been here for a few days.
I happen to be running a cleanup project like 50 yards away, and I happen to be having a homeless search and rescue that's going on in this county.
So I got a lot of work that I'm doing right now.
Yesterday the Sheriff's Department was called on me, but I do have my press credentials.
I am in a right of way.
I've made it safe.
I have three different purposes to be here, including the utility company.
They're actually thanking us.
We're repairing the fencing that the homeless have done getting in and out of properties.
So we're going to be repairing the barbed wire fences.
So we have nothing but land and opportunity going on right now.
And as these individuals are going on and off tribal land, they're greeted with various signs.
First sign they're going to see if they're going on the land is going to say, justice for Stacey.
That's it.
We don't care if the woman's homeless, if the teenager's homeless.
We don't care if they have a home.
You don't rape women and children, period.
Now the people going out this way, they'll see shut it down right there.
And the community's been really great.
We've already been here for a week, helping the businesses, helping the homeless.
We were already established.
We were already established.
We began moving our people in, extracting the homeless out.
So now VOP has people out here in the woods.
Now we have this compound surrounded, 75%.

We're letting the community know that there's a Sinaloa The Sinaloa rapists here.
Very important for anyone in this area with women, with wives, with daughters, anybody.
It ain't going to do you no good to go look on website to see how many sex offenders you got in the area.
We got some active dirtbags here that's been dragging women and raping them and torturing them, and it's not going to happen no more.
And then the favorite one, we get a lot of people, especially first responders, the sheriffs, the police.
They've been real nice.
They know I'm waiting to interview someone.
But we usually don't use vulgarity.
We usually don't use vulgarity, but we want people to understand F the cartel.
Very important.
We don't want the community to continue to be afraid because the cartel's got networks all across the United States of America.
And listen, America, for five years, VOP's been trying to stop that and keep it at the border, but couldn't get enough help.
Everybody wants to vote.
Everybody wants to pick the political criminals.
Everybody wants to go to rallies, watch sports.
Everybody wants to talk about the problem.
So now the problem's in your backyard, but praise God because VOP is mobile.
We'll track it to your backyard.
We're showing you right now how you would shut down cartel compounds.
You don't gotta call 911.
In fact, and all the homeless and everyone in this community will tell you it's really funny.
After they got the drugs out, they called the sheriff's army.
That's a big no-no.
You don't rat people out.
I didn't call the cops.
I didn't call the sheriff.
We don't do that.
We handle our stuff the way we've always handled it.
We got street codes out here.
We don't need to get law enforcement involved.
In fact, they're part of the problem.
So we're trying to train communities and teach communities how they could fight back.
Now, you can go to any casino across the United States of America and find all kinds of sex dens.
You will find all kinds of places where women are just working the oldest profession and they're not being abused and they're not being misused or anything like that.
You'll find the other ones who had no choice, who don't know nothing else.
Those are the ones you need to be looking for.
You'll find the ones who are being forcibly raped and abused.
We don't forsake anybody.
We don't forsake anybody.
We don't forsake the thief, the liar, the murderer, the prostitute.
Christ died for all.
Christ died for all, and we will go after the last and the least because that's where God pulled us from.

We got one of them missing, but the other one's safe.
And they've been raping the women.
They went from getting them at the casino to the homeless camp back here.
And now we have a home.
They can't call 911.
They're terrified.
So we're here to shut them down just so you know.

Okay, Lewis, you were talking about the air project you guys have got going on.
What were you talking about that?
Yes, it's called Operation Pegasus Down.
Now, what people don't understand is under the last administration, they tripled the budgeting and expanded the chemical.
It's a weather modification weapons program, geoengineering.
Anybody can go and listen and see what Dane Wiginton's been talking about since 1995.
Everything's true.
The history goes all the way back to actually the 40s with the biplanes.
They've been spraying chemicals in the air.
Now our United States military has knowingly been adding fluoride and lithium and other elements to keep the docile or keep the population docile and poison the environment.
It's not only come out before Congress and we have all these whistleblower pilots and they just come out, they get a few minutes of attention, they go testify before a county board and no supervisor, nobody does anything.
What we're doing is something unique.
We've taken a playbook from the left side of the political spectrum and anyone can look up Beale Air Force Base And type in the words, Code Pink protest.
And Code Pink was able to successfully lock down Beale Air Force Base gates going in and out.
We have a safe, smart plan to do that.
Right now, part of my street outreach is letting also the communities know.
And we're going to have all kinds of people.
There should be literally hundreds of homeless that are being able to go and help occupy the surrounding perimeters of the Air Force Base.
We're demanding a halt.
To all chemicals spraying over our skies, over our heads.
You want to come out and see the ecological damage that I've been documenting.
We have trees that are sprouting branches from their trunks trying to survive because of the high metals.
Mount Shasta has seen a 60,000% increase in aluminum.
That melting snow that's filling all the reservoirs in Northern California.
Meanwhile, I've actually documented Cal Fire and PG&E and other individuals intentionally setting fires, creating quote-unquote buyer hazards in the area.
Systematically, what they tend to do is to start enacting all these new laws that they have where they can seize land because of environmental reasons, biohazard reasons, and the military is not only participating in this while poisoning our skies.
It all works together.
There is no one thing that they're doing.
Every single thing that they're doing has multiple layers, and it's all interconnected, and that's how globalism advances across the United States of America.
But we as Christians don't have to accept it.
And I prayed, and all I've asked people to do when they join me at the gates of Beale Air Force Base, to make sure you fasted, make sure you prayed, and don't put any poisons in your body.
Go with us and pray before God.
Pray at those gates.
We got a smart operation.
We don't have to surround it with guns and violence.
No.
We actually have children, and they're going to be holding giant poster boards of the pilots and the airmen at station at Beale Air Force Base.
We've gotten dozens and dozens off of their social media already of their own children.
We're going to have big pictures of these soldiers' children being held by our children.
So they can understand that they're poisoning all of us, even their own children.
I've got footage.
You can see the skies.
They even spray over the own Air Force base.
They spray over their own women and children and husbands.
They don't care.
They disobey orders.
No one's giving them the courage to say no, so we intend to go to the gates with a very smart plan.
We're going to shut them down.
If they don't stop spraying after we do the first phase, then we move on to the second phase.
Second phase is the blockade.
I've already contacted Beale Air Force Base.
Anyone can go to our news channel.
I am the point of contact.
I happen to be second in command of the protests of the march that I'm actually reporting on.
So I have multiple...
Layers of work to do here as well.
But you can go and listen to all the audio, the communication, read the emails between me and the Air Force and the other entities that we intend to march upon if we get enough people.
We don't want anyone distracted with anything else.
If they can't get to the border and secure the border and they can't get to the military bases and the places we're going to secure the sky, then they need to get to their community like we're teaching them right now and shut down these people.
You should have seen the fear coming from so many people.
So many people.
And it's not like VOP has 20 people out here.
We do amazing things with just three.
We've recruited 18.
It's easy for me to find volunteers on the streets.
They're all over.
We've been doing this for years.
We love our people.
They know sincerity when they see it.
We fulfill our promises, though.
You can do something right now.
If you want to come out and help us continue to make an example for this entity, you're more than welcome to.
So we're in Oroville, California.
All you got to do is put in Feather Falls Casino.
You won't be far from where I'm at.
So when is this event for the marching on the air?
When is that event?
Right now, what we're doing is you're seeing the ground swelling all across Beale Air Force Base, for example.
In Oroville, we can get people by shuttle and train over to Marysville, Yuba City, which are key locations that we're going to be staging from around the Air Force Base before we all converge to lock down certain roads.
And Beale Air Force Base is going to be there giving a 72-hour notice before I launch.
And that's something I agreed with everybody and told them, you have three days.
To reconsider.
Our goal is to get all the airmen to walk off of those bases and stand with the women and children outside begging them to stop poisoning us.
Begging them not to continue with the lies and act like the White House is suddenly considering dimming the sun as if they haven't been poisoning us for decades.
We have Beale Air Force Base that are literally bragging in Nevada County, the municipality had zero fluoride in their water.
So you know what the DOD did?
And they're bragging about it.
They added high levels of fluoride into the chemical spraying and they fluoridated all of the water in the municipality of Nevada County.
And a majority of those residents had no idea that the military has done this.

You can go look at their own quotes coming from their mouths.
You can go and listen to them, or you can listen to the other side that tells you it's a conspiracy theory.
I tend to go as a journalist, okay, do we have any whistleblower pilots?
Yes.
Do we have any active duty admitting to this?
Yes.
Has this been admitted to on Congress?
Yes.
Is this anything new?
No.
The only thing new is this time they're not going to be able to control the narrative because it's a grassroots movement, our skies are being poisoned, and every individual we help, God's going to send an army out.

Beal Air Force Base has not poisoned our skies in over a week since I launched.
It's kind of funny.
I give credit to God.
But they have not sent one jet.
I'm waiting for them to start again because we're already letting people know and most people are aware.
And as soon as they start spraying again, if they decide to over our heads, well, guess what?
We're really close to their military installation and we're coming with a lot of people who aren't going to consent to them poisoning us.
And we want our sons and daughters out of the military.
It's why we operate a veteran suicide prevention program because of what the military industrial complex does to use, abuse, and misuse our soldiers.
So, Lewis, we don't have a physical date yet.
We don't know when the date's going to be.
Nope.
The first one to get the date is going to be Beale Air Force Base.
They will be notified three days in advance.
Immediately after we notify the base of the hard date, then we will notify everyone else.
So people have a couple weeks to get ready.
Their destination would be in Northern California.
And we got plenty of land and opportunity for those people that want to get out and do the work we do.
And you can live off grid and you can hit the streets and you can go deep in the mountains and take care of children and grow food and do some amazing things.
Well, Get out with us.
Because we're not participating in politics.
We're not going to be the ones trying to get law enforcement or the government to solve our problems.
We're going to be our brother's keeper.
We're going to take care of the poor.
We're going to extract those suffering.
We're going to do what our Lord and Savior did while he was here.
We'll let the world fight over the world and watch movies about child sex trafficking.
We're out on the streets putting a stop to it, neighborhood by neighborhood, and we invite anybody who doesn't want To just sit and have that problem constantly be viewed in a new and dramatic way, let's start showing stories of where they're being shut down.
Now, we've done this multiple times with cartel stash houses from the human trafficking across the border.
In my possession, I had dozens of coyote phones.
I had dozens of locations of the Sinaloa cartel is trafficked through Pima County, Arizona, my border properties, before we handed them over to veterans and other people to continue the operation.
It's all tied in together.
We have every single thing we need.
We have nothing but land an opportunity.
Satan's having a field day in America.
There ain't nothing but opportunity to get out there and do good and help people and fight back in a righteous way.
And don't let these punks, don't let individuals like these scare you.
These individuals abuse and rape teenage girls and women and they're so desperate they'll go and drag homeless women out of the freaking woods.
No.
Why would you be afraid of them?
I'm not afraid of them.
I'm afraid for their soul if they don't get right with our Heavenly Father.
I am afraid for their soul.
And I'm not going to be afraid for the women because we're not tolerating it anymore.
This is an old thing.
This is us showing the community how to do it themselves.
And there's so many different tactics and methods and ways that we apply that you would be amazed at what God can do if you just gave them an opportunity to work through you.
And still all these years, I can tell you our ministry, praise God, thousands of children.
Thousands!
Not just a few we can show you in a documentary.

We're also missing over 1,400 of the children that's been extracted off the border after being dumped by the cartel.
1,400!
DHS is telling you they've lost between 65,000 to 85,000.
That's not true.
It's over 120-something thousand children that are missing.
We can tell you just by the numbers that we have coming through Pima County alone.
They're lying to you.
The invasion's full steam.
Everyone they're sending back are being turned around and coming right back up through CBP-1.
So everyone who's doing that, they're coming right back, guys.
So you don't have any border and your communities, you're going to end up with more places like this.
And if you don't have veterans on patrol going out to check on your homeless vets and going out to sit with the addicts and pray over them, if you don't have something like that in your community, you better create one soon.
Because you don't find out about these places until you go out and put your hands and feet on the ground, get them dirty, advance the kingdom of heaven.
Stand up.
Stand up to the evil.
Stop talking about it.
Evil's not afraid of you talking.
These people are terrified right now.
The fear has been put back where it belongs.
And the perpetrators, and I'm talking over nine women raped, and we don't have all the numbers yet, and it's going to be sick when everything comes out.
But you know what?
It stops.
It stopped yesterday.
It stopped today.
And it's going to be stopped tomorrow, too.

It's a great documentary to go check out.
Lewis, when I was with you down in Arizona and we were on the border, we walked through and you showed me one of the most sickening things I'd ever heard of was a rake tree.
Rake tree.
Explain to the people listening, what is a rake tree?
They're very famous in Pima County, Arizona.
Pima County, Arizona is the largest county on the southern Arizona border.
And what coyotes did from Sinaloa is when they were dragging the women and children, sometimes men through the desert, at nighttime they get bored, maybe sometimes during the daytime.
But they would literally have women tied to a tree and they would take turns raping them.
And each time they raped them, they would hang a piece of the clothing on the tree as if they were trophies.
Sometimes they just raped them, you know, like really fast from some of the testimonies that we have.
And then they would hang the bras and panties.
Other times it was each individual coyote and male that was taking turns on the females.
Now, that is a reality for those who don't know.
Women and children are molested.
95% of them by the numbers are sexually molested, assaulted, or raped as they're being funneled up through Central America across into the southern Arizona border.
And I would assume it's like that on the northern border and everywhere else, but I can't say that.
I only can tell you what I've seen with my own eyes, interviewed, witnessed, and why our program is so important down there.
Because rape trees Used to be a known thing.
My partner, Paul Flores of DS-74 News, I'm with VOP News, he's running the electronic warfighter wall.
He's got footage.
You'll see the agents we've interviewed where they told us where rape trees are, where they literally broke down and told you everything that I'm telling you.
And there are plenty of victims out there and testimony if anyone wants to go and see for themselves.
This has been brought and talked about all the way on congressional house floors.
It didn't stop until we got out there and we and we just that was the main talking point.
They were trying to shut.
They figured that they could stop the rape trees that we would stop getting so much support.
But after we got done with the rape trees, we were showing people the children that were being abandoned and abused in the desert.
And then that really hurt them.
So regardless, as long as they're doing evil, we can chisel away one piece at a time.
Rape trees are a real thing.
But so they're becoming a thing of the past in Pima County.
We praise our Heavenly Father and every veteran and every civilian and everyone who sent supplies.
Remember, we don't raise money.
We don't have fundraisers.
We're not a nonprofit.

If they tell you they're working with veterans on patrol, we'd encourage you to.
A lot of them have to go live in the streets.
They have to go live on the trafficking trails.
They have to go way off grid, deep undercover, cover their phone bills while they're out.
Cover their gas.
Help them with their car insurance.
And we provide that for people to where they can directly assist the mission without us having to worry about anything other than getting a job done.
No taxes, no treasurer, no one can take anything for themselves.
Everything that's been given is posted on our channel with thank yous.
You'll see mostly anonymous blessers because people give all the time and they're gracious and they're great and they're like, I don't want people to know.
And that's good because our Heavenly Father sees all and they're just storing riches up in heaven.
And our job is to provide that honest, open transparency for anyone who would consider us as an alternative.
Because we're here in the United States of America.
We're here in the United States of America.
And whether it's tribal land or whether it's U.S. soil, and where I'm standing was technically tribal land before the U.S. did what it did.
So, I mean, I don't get into any of these things.
I respect the cultures.
And I want to be clear about this for people.
I want you to understand that Feather Falls Casino and the tribe itself have been extremely gracious to me.
They have been awesome.
The Lodge, everyone, the staff, the Feather Falls law enforcement officers who took my phone number to give the homeless veterans, who shook my hand and thanked.
They saw us bringing truckloads of trash out.
We're ready to run load after load after load.
We can get 16 trucks tomorrow.
People will come out and help us.
We can get 16 truckloads of trash hauled off.
We're cleaning up the problem as we're here.
And I don't want people to do it.
If you were to come out here, I would say you go ahead and give them your business.
I've given them my business.
They've been extremely gracious.
I am very grateful.
We even had one of these individuals connected with this group track me all the way back to the casino.
And the great spot about this is almost everywhere I am, there are cameras on me that aren't even my own.
And we actually have one of the individuals in the lobby.
So I got put at a higher level of security.
So we decided at that point, we're not going to continue setting up the operation to catch.
We were almost done anyways.
And our whole goal was not to let him get any more women on the property.
I wasn't going to wait for them to drag women into that connex again and hope we could get in there in time before they're raped and abused.
I wasn't going to risk having any of our volunteers fall asleep on Firewatch.
It happens sometimes.
You know, we get a lot of new people out, but it's good.
It's okay, because there's always someone awake, always someone available, and there's always been someone watching this place since we started our operations this week.
Lewis, when I was there in Arizona, I went down to that facility where they take everybody to, that brand new facility they had built, and then they were flying all these refugees out.
Can you talk about that facility?
Yeah, those are migrant centers.
They're all across the United States of America in the form of nonprofits and NGOs, but they're all full.
That's why they're going to your hotels.
The big centers are processing centers down at the border.
Every child that we intercepted was turned over to Border Patrol.
And I had people who would have taken these babies home and taken care of them and everything.
But unfortunately, if our ministry was to do that and take the burden off the taxpayer and get the child out of the hands of the government, they would be throwing us in jail for child trafficking, human trafficking, and everything else.
So we've really been limited by what this government is doing.
But I can tell you that you have these massive centers.
And as of March 28th of 2020, it was at 2022, It's been over a year, March 28th of 2022, they started mass injecting every migrant child.
Every migrant child is getting 10 vaccines in one setting.

So what they do is they lock out Border Patrol, Sheriff's Department, anyone from going on to those properties where the women and children and other bad stuff are being snuck around.

These kids have nothing to do with anybody's politics, and that's the way we operate.
So, I mean, what's happening down there at the border is you have Pima County, the AZGOP, the Republicans have been working with the Democrats for over 20 years.

We actually produce coordinates of the water stations themselves.
You can see where they're on state trust land, where they're on federal land, where they're on City of Tucson water property and Pima County property.
And we also have the law enforcement.
You can go listen to where they tell you that they're locked out of these areas or they're discouraged from going on to those properties.
And unless you go out there and make a citizen's report, nothing's going to happen.
