But one of the most important keys is knowing how to take care of your temple when you're in the hospital.
And they're killing people in the hospital.
They're not Michael.
I don't know, man.
I've never been.
I don't think I would go.
I think I would call Dr.
Group and I would check into a hotel and do anything I could at any cost to stay away from there.
I mean, I think that it's really sad that people in the 21st century are still calling them hospitals.
I consider them just concentration camps.
It's where people go to enter into the next phase of life, which is either going into the eternal fire pit of hell or being ready to spend the rest of your life in heaven with Jesus.
I don't know about those protocols, but I've heard some horror stories.
Christopher, how about you?
Well, we've heard unbelievable horror stories, talked to some amazing men and women that have had their family members killed, murdered, I would say, by this healthcare system.
I tell everybody, you know, if I had a terrible accident, please, God, take me to the nearest emergency room, but you let me get the heck out of there as fast as I can, because the chance of me dying, you know, from God knows what, why I'm there, is highly possible and very probable, because these are death counts.
And this is all about the money.
This is all about the power.
But today, Michael, we've got two young women that are going to tell us what we can do to regain our rights while we're in the hospital so that we will not be murdered like so many people have, Michael.
And again, I think that there's a lot of truth to people having a good plan, but I still 100% want to just let everybody know that my personal preference is if there's anything that can keep you from going to the hospital, whether you seek...
Homeopathic, a holistic, doing a Zoom call with somebody.
That is your absolute best option.
And I will, again, I want to share, you and I were there.
Do you remember when G. Edward Griffin shared his story about when they forced him to go to a hospital?
He had lost consciousness.
And on three separate occasions, on three separate days, they tried to come in and administer him remdesivir.
Remdesivir.
He said, run, death is near.
He said, I don't want to.
And each time they changed the nurse, 2 o'clock in the morning, the same, he would hear a little door opening, and he'd say, you're not here to give me that remdesivir, are you?
Yeah, it's on your chart.
I told him, no.
Well, this is what people had.
Knowledge is power.
And it's so important to know your constitutional rights.
And, you know, they think they're God and they're not, Michael.
They, plain and simple, are not God.
And that's why it's so important for you guys to know your rights.
And that's why we want to bring these two young women on today to help you understand your rights if you were to have to go to these death camps that they call hospitals.
But again, It's so important to take care of your temple.
If you take care of your temple, Michael, you don't have to go to the murder camps.
You don't have to go to these hospitals.
And that's why it's so important, we believe, to take in real water, to take in real food, to take in real frequencies, to take in real air.
And we have the solutions for all those things, Michael.
Yes, we do.
So with no further ado, please, ladies, introduce yourself and tell us how to stay out of the hospital, or if we go to the hospital, how to maintain our constitutional rights.
Well, I'm Greta Crawford, and this is Laura Bartlett, and we're going to get into our backstories just a little bit in a second.
But before we do that, we wanted to play something for your audience so they understand how severe this is, because I know we talk about it, but to hear it from an actual patient is different.
These are actual voicemails of people who have called from hospital beds or outside the hospital advocating for somebody that is in a hospital bed.
So let's hear the first one here.
Laura, this is Joyce in Salt Lake City.
I'm rushing to the hospital because in a conference call with Jayla, that nasty doctor who was nasty to us from the very first, she said that Frank is on comfort care.
I said, that's the first I heard her there.
He hasn't, supposedly, he hasn't had Dialysis or food since Monday, but I think they did it before.
That's why they haven't been taught to me.
My husband, even his pastor who wanted to pray with him Monday night.
And now they're killing him.
Right.
Mom and Mom, I'm sorry for sure.
I see you, fourth floor, I need help.
They have me struck down a bit and try to give me medicine and oxygen and all this flavor against my will.
I don't want to get up, but I need help.
And I make up the lines and twice walk through.
We just fall, okay?
Fall, thanks, bye.
Oh, sorry.
So before we get into that, we wanted to say real quick that that is hard to hear.
But it's happening.
And people don't want to believe that it's happening.
And Laura, you know, she has a hotline where she tries to rescue people.
It's very difficult.
It's what we found out it's easier to go in prepared.
So you don't have to be in those situations.
And unfortunately, both of those patients died in the hospital.
And so why we're here today is to give you some information to prepare yourselves in case there is an emergency.
Because like you say, I am in total agreement.
Stay away from the hospital if you can.
Keep your temple pure and healthy and honor God with your body by doing the right things.
But there's those instances where you could get in a car wreck.
You could have a pulmonary embolism, which I helped somebody get the necessary TPA enzyme.
Treatment to break up that clot and they were out of the hospital within 48 hours.
That's life-threatening, a stroke, other things.
You just don't, you don't know.
That's why it's an emergency.
We don't plan emergencies, but you can prepare for one.
And then this is how we're going to help your audience and listeners prepare just in case.
Even if they've got to have a scheduled surgery for like a knee replacement or hip replacement.
Mm-hmm.
So we're going to play this next clip really quick to give you an introduction about what we're talking about.
One thing before you play that.
What you're about to hear is from Dr.
Joseph Mercola.

But this legal document delivered in a specific way can absolutely, with virtually 100% confidence, make sure that you are never given anything against your will in the hospital.
This has to be done before you get in the hospital.
Otherwise, it won't work.
So...
Amazing information.
I can assure you, you have never seen anything like this before, so you need to share it far and wide.
Everyone needs to do this.
This is novel This is new.
This definitely puts them on notice.
We want people to be safe.
We want them to know that they need to do this before there's a problem.
You're going to need to get involved in your own health care.
Just like you were saying, Dr.
Mercola, do everything you can to prevent yourself from even having to go.
That's number one.
You don't want to be in the hospital.
But there are those cases.
I know that there are people going to the hospital regardless.
And you've got this legal protection, even if you implemented some COVID. I mean, you could have circumvented this with simple things that they cannot violate.
You cannot violate without serious legal consequences.
Jehovah's Witness faith.
Has made a precedent for this.
In COVID-19, they didn't change the course and give Jehovah Witnesses blood transfusion.
They did not do that.
What we've experienced using these documents is that a complete change in the attending physician from being aggressive and maybe Arrogant, authoritative, tyrannical.
To being very helpful and efficient.
And once they receive these documents, they just have a 180.
I would recommend for those who have a regular spiritual practice and involved in the spiritual community and go to church.
Yes.
Synagogue.
That they share this with that community.
Exactly.
Because everyone in that community needs this information.
This needs to spread like a wildfire.
There's no question.
There's no cost.
Why would there be a reluctance to do this?
And it's a simple strategy.
So that's that's what we're going to talk about today.
I'm going to give you a little background about myself.
I am actually a survivor of the protocol.
I got five rounds of remdesivir, and it's by the grace of God that I'm here today.
While in the hospital, I experienced that tyrannical treatment.
The constant push for the vaccine, constantly asking, am I vaccinated?
And then my doctors coming in and harassing me daily to get the vaccine, get the vaccine.
At the time, I knew not to get the vaccine.
I knew not to get a ventilator, that they were killing patients with ventilators.
But I did not know about the drug remdesivir.
And because of that, I was poisoned over a course of five days and couldn't figure out Why I was dying, why I was being, you know, getting sicker and sicker and sicker.
I eventually was able to get out of the hospital, but only after I had waited a period of 12 hours during they were going to release me.
And so I waited for 12 hours that day and finally I said, I'm done.
I don't know what they had planned next for me, but I started ripping off leads and eventually they went and got everything that I needed, the oxygen, wheelchair, paper, everything.
And when they did that, I was able to get out and go home.
And when I got home, I suffered continuously for about three months and ended up doing natural detox to get better.
But it was a lot of pain, a lot of suffering.
I still didn't know what the long-term consequences were going to be as far as kidney damage and things like that.
So it was a very unsure time for me and my family and my body.
And I should have never had to go through any of that.
Because they never informed me of this drug.
They asked if I was vaccinated.
I said, no, I don't believe in experimental drugs.
And I said, I'm not a lab rat.
And at that moment, they injected me with an experimental drug.
Now, you can't tell me you don't know better than that.
What I learned is your verbal word means nothing in the hospital.
Absolutely nothing.
It's your word against the doctor's word.
And if you're dead, it's the doctor's word against a dead person's word.
So I knew that I had to warn people, so I created a site called protocolkills.com.
And on that site, I wanted it to be a place to warn people because I thought I was informed.
I did my research.
I looked at the VAERS report, went through the data.
But like I said, I didn't know about remdesivir.
And I didn't know the dynamics of the hospital had changed to such cruel and, you know, just people that...
Don't really care.
There's no care in healthcare.
And so I wanted to warn people, and I also wanted a platform to where people could tell their stories, because what I learned in over 250 stories that are posted on the site is that I am one of very few that survived this.
Very few.
I'm so fortunate to be here.
I said a prayer in the hospital and I said, Lord, whether I live or die, I'm going to serve you.
You just guide me.
It's your will.
Tell me what to do.
And again, I didn't know I was being poisoned, but it led to this.
And so now, after I made the website, I didn't want people just to stay home and die if something happened.
Because in my case, I started coughing up blood clots.
I went to my doctor and my doctor didn't seem, you know, phased by the fact that I was coughing up blood clots in front of him.
And he gave me some useless medications.
I was diagnosed with the flu, pneumonia and COVID and sent me back home.
And at that point, I coughed up more blood clots and my oxygen dropped to 66%.
I had to go to the hospital or I was going to die.
So in one aspect, I was saved.
But then when I was stabilized, they proceeded to try to kill me.
So, I mean, it was just, you know, a dynamic that I'd never experienced before.
And it's awful.
And I didn't want anybody to go through that.
So I also wanted people to try to find a way to heal themselves.
I promoted people that were giving supplements and ways to stay out of the hospital.
But I also knew that there was those emergencies, like in my case, where, you know, if you're coughing up blood clots, you really do need to go.
You don't know where that blood clot is going to go and if it's going to kill you.
And so I came across Laura, and Laura was actually trying to save people from the hospital.
And over our course, our journey of two years working together, we were able to come up with an even better solution, a preventative solution that is working on the offense instead of the defense.
And so I'm going to let Laura talk a bit about that.
Real quick, before she comes in, you said that they gave you the vaccine while you were in the hospital?
No, they gave her remdesivir.
Exactly.
Remdesivir.
Five rounds.
Even though you told them no.
Even though, well, I didn't know what remdesivir was, but I said I don't...
She didn't get informed consent.
Right.
That's the problem.
That was the problem.
I didn't know anything about it.
I just knew I didn't want any kind of experimental drugs or vaccines put in me because I'd already learned about the vaccine.
And I'd learned that it killed more people than the previous vaccines 10 years combined.
So I didn't want anything to do with any kind of experimental anything.
And I told them that several times.
And they knew remdesivir was an experimental drug.
So you're probably asking, how did she get it?
How did they sell that?
This is what doctors are doing.
They're not giving informed consent.
They're saying, I'm going to give you a COVID protocol or a COVID medication to take care of Your problem, whatever that is, fill in the blank.
I'm going to give you this for that without a specific name, without telling you the risk or the benefits or the alternatives or their success rate with it.
That's called informed consent.
And that's what we're here to talk about today and how you get that informed consent, whether they want to give it to you or not.
It's very exciting because it is the silver bullet solution, which is, you know, we call it a silver bullet because it's a simple solution to a seemingly complex problem.
Right.
Everybody needs to listen to this because I promise you, The Plandemic Part 2 is coming, and it's coming very, very soon.
Everybody's kind of laid down right now, and everybody's lowered their vibration and thinking everything's over.
No.
This was a test case, Michael.
They wanted to see how...
How much the people would go along to get along, and they realized we are so stupid, Michael, that the programming...
I mean, if you would have told me back three years ago that my Alabama rednecks would put a mask on and some of them put two masks on and some of them put pantyhose when it was 104 degrees with the humidity of 100 percent, I was like, there's no way in hell these brothers and sisters would do that.
But every single one of them had at least one and half of them had two masks on, Michael.
It's unbelievable.
And what's worse than that, before you get into it, is remember, this was not just a test case for seeing how easily we would buckle.
It was for the first time, I think, in human history, you saw big government cooperate with big profit-sharing corporations and...
They said that this was all about money control.
This was the biggest shift.
They said, we're going to be able to monopolize.
We're going to funnel all of the money into these big corporations.
You saw middle-class America start to buckle.
Every church was closed down and every Walmart was open.
That's all there was to it.
There was money being funneled into the marketing.
Billions and billions of dollars was put into every billboard on the corner of every America to go get this clot shot.
Again, people need to understand this is completely satanic.
This is totally Luciferian.
And this is eugenics.
This is about the mass extermination of over 7.5 billion people.
They only want half a million people here, Michael.
That's all they want.
Half a million people.
But this is still going on today.
We want to make that known too, that even though you think COVID's over with, it's not.
You're going to go in for whatever emergency you're going in for.
And in the last voicemail, go ahead and explain the last voicemail.
That was not COVID. Well, that was not COVID at all.
She went in for a scheduled surgery, but also Laura recently got a call where a man had gone in for having seizures, and the first thing they did was push a DNR, a do not resuscitate, and then they kept pushing for him to donate his organs.
Of course.
So why would you want organs so badly?
This is why we are so passionate, and thank you for letting us come on your program, because we do this for free.
We have given up income.
I have zero income.
I'm living off of my life savings as a single mom.
Raising my kids as a single mom for most of their life.
They're grown now.
And so we do this because there's a need for it.
And God's given us the ability to do this.
And we have a solution that we are passionate to let your audience know that, well, if they ever are in a hospital, this is how you keep yourself safe.
From the moment you walk in.
It's a novel strategy.
Ladies, let me tell you, everybody that's listening, if you have on your driver's license that you're an organ donor, please, when you go get it renewed, take it off, okay?
Because you are so much more worthy dead than you are alive.
And you can tell your family members and whatnot that, yes, you want to donate your organs, but don't put it on that driver's license because when they see that, money signs go off.
Do they not?
Is that not correct, guys?
Makes sense.
Yeah.
What we have though as a strategy will protect you even if you know everything that you don't want, even if you know just like what you just said about the eugenics and about hospital and financially incentivizing certain protocols and certain medications.
Even if you walk into a situation where somebody's standing at the end of your bed called a doctor And that person is hell-bent on having you die quickly.
This strategy will protect you.
Now, let me tell you what it is.
Why did Dr.
Mercola say that this is, you know, the one silver lining?
This strategy and falling vaccination rates.
Why is this so important?
It's because there's already a precedent for it.
There's a group of individuals called Jehovah's Witnesses.
This is where we patterned our strategy after what was working for decades for them.
Prior to COVID, during COVID, and after COVID, they did not get what they did not want.
And guess what that was?
It was blood donations.
Blood transfusions.
Just because there's a protocol that may have led to needing a blood transfusion, they still did not get blood transfusions because of their strategy and we patterned ours after them.
So go ahead.
Yeah, and I don't know if you want to pull the screen back up, but I wanted to share with your audience that these documents are for free.
The only thing that we ask is that no one monetize off of it because we believe that everyone needs the chance to survive.
Everyone needs to know this information.
My people perish for lack of knowledge.
And so we are here to help spread that knowledge and everyone deserves that chance of surviving.
What we want to show people is that when you go in, you do have to sign something with the hospital or they won't treat you.
They need an agreement saying, yes, you will allow them to treat you.
But if you look here at the second part of this example, it says independent physicians.
It says, I acknowledge that the physicians taking part in my care or providing a professional service to me do not work for the hospital and that the hospital is not responsible for their judgment or conduct.
So when everyone says the hospitals are murdering, no, the hospitals aren't murdering because the hospital did not order my remdesivir.
It's just a building.
It's just a building.
It's a doctor who did it.
The hospital did not inject remdesivir into my veins.
And although I do not like Fauci with any part of my being, He won't be on my Christmas list.
Yeah, he wasn't injecting remdesivir into me.
There was only one person that could allow this to happen, and that was my doctor, because it is a doctor-patient relationship.
So the doctor knows and is taught in medical school about informed consent.
They know about Jehovah Witnesses and their capacity to refuse blood.
They know this information, but their fear of losing their job It kept them going forward with this protocol when over a course of three years, they saw the pattern of how people were dying from it.
So a lot of the shift and blame has been moved away from the people who could have actually been heroes.
You want to call them heroes when in fact they weren't and they should have done their job, but they had the opportunity to be heroes.
If they stood up against a hospital without doctors, you don't have a hospital, but instead they caved to fear.
And Laura, I think you're going to go next.
So why do we believe that our strategy has a snowball's chance in hell to help you?
Because of the Code of Medical Ethics Opinion 2.1.1 out of the American Medical Association.
It says, when the patient surrogate has provided specific written consent, that's the secret sauce there, specific written consent.
The word that I want you to isolate is written.
It's not verbal.
It's written.
That written consent form should be included in the record.
What's the record?
Your electronic patient medical record.
So once it's written, it gets fast-tracked into your electronic medical record.
And we have a very specific way that we go about that that nobody's talking about.
So lean in.
Go ahead, Greta.
Okay, well, this is my part.
The advanced directives are not that we're talking about.
Everybody's talked about advanced directives.
There's a lot of doctors that are promoting advanced directives.
Guess what?
Advanced directives only kick in when you're incapacitated.
So do we want doctors to do whatever they want to do to you without your consent prior to being on a ventilator, prior to having no capacity to verbalize what your consent is?
No, there's a lot of time there during COVID where people were, BiPAPs and breathing supplemental oxygen and talking that they could have had their rights protected and they could have been in the clear, safe and clear.
But what we're talking about is a current consent document, meaning the moment you become a patient, this gets kicked in.
There's nothing like it out there outside of the Jehovah's Witness, a declination to refuse blood.
So this is our document.
This is the premise that it's based on.
And what I've learned in posting these stories of victims is many of them did know about remdesivir.
Many of them refused remdesivir, and they were given it anyways.
Verbally saying I do not consent in very clear English without any misunderstanding is not good enough.
You need to have a contract between the doctor and the patient.
And that's what this is.
And there are three key elements to this.
The first is your religious and spiritual beliefs, which is kind of what we formed it after the Jehovah Witness.
The second is the actual consequences to the doctor if they don't adhere and listen and follow the wishes in this document.
And the third part encompasses the whole document, which is the patient-doctor contract.
For Jehovah Witnesses, they do not believe in accepting blood from any other creature for any reason, even if it means surviving.
This has been going on for decades.
This is not something that's new, and it withstood during COVID even.
They knew, the doctors knew about this, and if there was an accident or anything like that, they would not give them blood.
They didn't have to understand their religious beliefs.
They didn't have to say, well, I know better than your religious beliefs.
All they had to do was honor those religious beliefs by law, because a precedent has been set already.
In our documents, we have that it is your deeply held religious and spiritual beliefs.
And it is worded that way specifically because no one else can interpret what you believe.
And there's no way that they can override that.
That is your constitutional right.
And in this situation, it quite frankly can save your life.
Okay, there's another aspect to this document that has teeth.
Finally, there has been no consequence to doctors throughout this entire charade, this terrible situation in the last three years, the devastating deaths.
There's been no doctor held accountable.
Why is that?
Well, because the shielding in the hospital prevents legal recourse from the patients getting justice right now because of the legal shielding in every state and every hospital for malpractice.
But this situation, by putting your consent in writing so that everybody's on notice that treats that patient the moment they become a patient, By violating it, it's now intentional.
Malpractices, you know, all the things that happen, like maybe a medical mistake or negligence, this is not that.
This is intentionally you knew.
I did not want remdesivir in Greta's case.
She put it in writing.
It was put in the medical record.
And then if a doctor violated that and put remdesivir in her arm...
There's going to be serious consequences.
And we let that doctor, because that's the only person who could have ordered it from the pharmacy, and then ordered somebody to administer it, like a nurse, that know the consequences.
And the consequences, there will be an immediate state medical board complaint.
And trust me, I know the grief that good doctors have had to encounter having bogus medical board complaints.
It's time to flip the tables and now use what that board was for against these doctors doing things to completely violate your bodily autonomy.
And so they will get that board complaint in the mail.
Looks something like that slide.
Now, what's on this form?
Well, the number one danger walking into the hospital for any reason, whether it's a compound fracture or a scheduled surgery for maybe something like having your gallbladder removed or You know,
a ruptured appendix, which is life-threatening, stroke, any reason you go into the hospital, they're going to ask you what your vaccine status is, and you will be coerced multiple times to get a vaccine.
They will try to bully you, strong-arm you, and you don't want, even if you know you don't want one, verbalizing, I don't want one, It's not good enough.
We had a 93-year-old that I was helping, and we got her out in the middle of the night.
She had to have her family pick her up and take her out.
About eight hours before she was going to be medically discharged, she said, I didn't feel safe that if I went to sleep, that they would not walk into my room again, because they'd done it five times.
And put something in my arm and be able to note in the record, she said at 12.05 in the middle of the night that she wanted, she consented to the vaccine because it's his word against her word.
You know, whoever controls the pen has the power.
And who controls the medical record but the doctor?
So she did not have this form, unfortunately.
She didn't have that form, access to the form, didn't do the form.
And so she had to escape in the middle of the night.
And she's okay.
But that's one of the options.
No COVID vaccine.
But there are many others.
And something else that this document has is that this document is in effect until it is revoked in writing.
And why do we do this?
It's because like that situation Laura was talking about, we don't want someone to be half asleep or asleep and say something in their sleep like, oh yeah, I don't care about that form or go ahead and give me the vaccine.
And then the doctors say, well, you know, she told me in her sleep that she wanted the vaccine.
No, it has to be revoked in writing.
So that way that protects against all that and it's no more the doctor's word against the patient's word.
And part of these documents, which is very, very important, is when and how to deliver the documents.
You only deliver the documents when you become a patient in the hospital.
You don't deliver them to every hospital in your state after you get them all filled out.
You're not a patient unless you're admitted into the hospital.
So there's no need to use these.
You use them when you need them.
And the second part is how you deliver them.
The situation we've seen with a lot of people is that when you had documentation and you gave it to your doctor, the doctor would say, no, I don't want those.
Or in one case, a lady told me that the doctor took them and he threw them in the trash in front of her.
And so the method that we have for delivering is legal certified mail with signature upon receipt.
And then we have legal courier service with signature upon receipt and it goes directly to the CEO. And the reason it goes to the CEO is because that person is in charge of making sure these documents get into the electronic medical records of every patient.
And because it's delivered in a legal manner, that gets precedence over all the other mail and things that are going into the hospital.
And, you know, because legal documentation is very important, very time sensitive.
So and then you also have a receipt that it was delivered.
So if that doctor says, oh, no, I didn't get that.
Oh, no, I have the receipt that you got.
It has the date, the time and a signature from a worker at the hospital that says you got these documents.
So there will be no excuse for them not to go into the medical records.
And then in the meantime, because it may take an hour for a courier service to drop these off, it may take a little longer.
In the meantime, you want your doctor to know what these documents are.
And if you hand them to him and he says, I'm not taking those, say, that's okay.
These are in the process of being mailed legal certified mail.
And they're also being delivered legal courier service.
So your CEO will have them within the next couple of hours.
And I guarantee you he'll turn around and take those documents.
He's going to want to know what you sent to the CEO. And he's going to want to know what the CEO is seeing about his patient.
So that will pretty much end up.
And don't just hand it to him.
Don't just put it in his, shove something in his hand or a nurse's hand.
Let them know this means I don't want remdesivir.
This is documented.
I don't want, and it's notarized by a notary.
My signature has been notarized that I don't want remdesivir.
I don't want a COVID vaccine.
I might not want any vaccine.
There's that option.

And he said, this has got to get out to everyone.

He's asking us, how can we do that?
Talked to him for over an hour.
My head is spinning.
We need to set something up to where this information gets out there.

Listen, those cases, the Jehovah's Witness, a declination to refuse blood, they've already been argued all the way to the Supreme Court.
We didn't come up with this idea.
We had a brave hospital insider step out and tell us this is how one group was able to go through the whole COVID mess, and they were the only one with their informed consent honored because they had a document that declined blood.
So there's a precedent for it.
These cases have been argued.
When they were challenged all the way up to the Supreme Court, the Jehovah's Witness won.
So that tells me there's probably a good case we could save some lives here.

Hi, my name is Greta Crawford, and I'm going to explain a little bit more about the current care consent documents through this informational video.
Remember, it is important to read every document thoroughly that you will be signing and know exactly what you are acknowledging.
These forms should really be done before there's ever a need to visit the hospital.
So let's take a look a little closer at these documents now.
Along with the caregivers and consent document, there is a letter which will also need to be delivered.
It comes with instructions and will need to be notarized as well.
On this letter, you'll fill out your name, date of birth, and address at the bottom.
This letter will go to the CEO of that specific hospital the patient is in to inform him or her that the attached current care consent form needs to be added to the medical records of this patient immediately.
Once you've filled out the letter portion, don't sign it until you are in front of a notary.
Moving on to the current care document now.
The first thing will be to print your name and go down each listed item.
Read carefully each item and decide whether this is something you agree with or not.
If it is something that you agree with, you put your initial next to that particular listed item.
Do not put an X or a check, only your initials.
Remember, there is also an area where you can add personalized information that you would like your attending physician to know, such as medications or foods you may be allergic to.
Once you have filled out the letter and the current care document, it is important that you do not sign them until you are in front of a legal notary.
Once in front of the legal notary, he or she will witness your signature and initial date it and put the proper seal of notary on the document.
After this is complete, then make 10 copies of this original notarized document and instructions.
These copies are very important to have because you will need them to disperse among your emergency contacts, the doctors, nurses, and keep with you Either in your purse or glove compartment of your vehicle, for example.
Always keep the original in a safe place in your home.
It would be a good idea to have a minimum of three emergency contacts in case one cannot be reached at that time of the emergency.
Make sure to discuss with your emergency contacts what these documents are and what they are for.
Inform them that they need to keep these documents in a safe place along with the instructions in case you need to visit the hospital.
Explain to them that it will be their job to make sure these documents are delivered by certified mail and legal courier service to the specific hospital in the event you need medical attention.
Let them know that the specific instructions are included with the documents.
Here's a scenario of how these documents may be used.
Hello.
Hey Bob, this is Mary.
Remember those hospital documents I gave you a couple months ago?
Yeah, I have them right here on the side of the fridge.
Well, I've had a little accident.
I'm at hospital and I need you to follow those instructions with the documents and get them certified, mailed, and delivered courier service.
I'll text you the name and address of the hospital right now.
Please get this done as soon as possible.
Be sure to follow the instructions.
I'll do it right now.

Once you are admitted into the hospital, give the copy of the document that you carry with you to your attending physician.
Inform him or her that this needs to be put in your medical records and that this document is currently being delivered certified mail and courier service to the hospital directly to the CEO. You may also want to get family members to bring your additional copies to hand out to your nurse or other specializing doctors.
Finally, it is very important to gain access to your online medical records as soon as possible.
Once you gain access, check your online records often to make sure your current care documents have been placed in your medical record for the medical staff to see.
You will also want to make sure that your medical team is honoring what you have consented to and not consented to by reviewing your medications and treatments you are receiving as much as possible.
The current care documents and the process requires a little planning and preparation, but in the end, you could save yourself from enduring life-threatening conditions or even worse, death.

I would say you should have a conversation with at least a few people that are close to you about this document.
You absolutely need to, because you're going to tell them, this is my document.
I've had it notarized.
I've made 10 copies.
You're one of the copies I'm giving it to.
You're one of the people I'm giving a copy to.
You're not a copy.
That would be a clone.
So I'm giving you a copy of this.

for any reason that brings me to the hospital.
So not just one person, you're going to have at least three, four, five people who you've handed this to and their backups in case the first person's unavailable, second person's unavailable, yada, yada, yada.

You don't want to just, you know, give it to somebody that's a family member just because they're there.
And you can explain this to them.

You want somebody who is really informed, who takes interest in this, who understands it and is going to do it for themselves.
Please don't pick someone who's lazy, somebody who really doesn't care about you enough to save your life.
Pick somebody who you can rely on.
Can I use this in a nursing home or outpatient surgery facility?
Yes.
If there's a patient-doctor relationship that's been established, then anywhere where that relationship exists, that's where you can use these documents.
Can I use the caregivers and consent document for my children?
No, no, no, no, no.
I know there's a big need for something similar to this.
That is not what we're talking about.
This document is for adults who can consent or not consent to their health care decisions.
Yes.
As a parent, it's up to us to make choices for our kids.
But this document is made for people who can make their own decisions and who know what they want and don't want.
Legal adults.
Mm-hmm.

For your children, even though you're given verbal non-consent, wouldn't you need something like this to make sure?
You probably are in contact with way more people that are experts in law.
If you could ask that question maybe to a lawyer or a legal child health care expert, That's not Greta and Laura's lane.
So that's a good question.
So if someone else would pick up the torch and carry it for the children, that would be great.
Each state has different laws about children.
We know that California is just crazy with their laws and children.
I mean, basically, they're getting to where they're taking all the parental rights away.
But in other states, it's not like that.
So it's, you know, there's too many states, too many laws.
CPS is involved.
This is not our lane.
Just for brevity's sake, because we've got some other things to go through.
If somebody out there hears this and says, that's a good idea, let's do that for kids, please do it for the kids.

The doctor is squarely to blame, not the who, not the CDC, elected officials, the hospital.
Let's put the spotlight where it needs to be so we can correct the problem because I'm all about solutions, not just endlessly talking about the problem.
And I hold a support group on Wednesday night for victims.
And I had one lady come and she said that her son-in-law was a doctor and we really can't blame him because he would have lost his job and he had four kids to feed.
And I said, you know what?
There's a lady down the road here that I know very well.
And she has four little boys under the age of 10.
And her husband was murdered in the hospital.
They can't get another dad.
She can't get another husband.
You can't get that person's life back.
So to say that the problem was the job, that doctor can get another job.
And those kids will still have a father.
But this...
Family down the road from me, they will never have that father back.
And quite frankly, they don't have their whole mother because she is so distraught over losing her husband.
They tore apart a whole family just over financial comforts because they didn't want to find another job.
I mean, for me, I'm a Christian, and I believe, and I've lived without income, personal income for me, for two years to help people.
And I believe that if I could save one life, and it meant me living under a bridge, so be it.
I'd live under a bridge.
Wait a second.
You're not going to kill somebody just because it'll get you a better house and a better vacation this year?
No.
Matter of fact, if I could save someone, I would live under a bridge.
I literally would.
Where are these people who say they have Christ in their hearts, But it turns out it's just on their lips, not in their hearts.
We need to have people who can stand up and do the right thing because faith without actions is nothing.
We need to start stepping up and doing something.

And this has worked before.
And one of our most recent responses from a person who used this, she went in with her husband.
Her husband had to have a procedure.
He's gone to this doctor before.
And when they presented this paperwork to him, the doctor came out and she said for 45 minutes, he spoke to them about everything, the risks, the benefits, the alternatives.
He even said now, if He needs blood.
Do you want him to have vaccinated blood?
He offered that up to them.
And she said, no, I do not.
He has the same blood as me.
He'll get my blood.
And he said, okay.
She said she's never been treated that way.
Even the nurses came out and reiterated what the doctor said.
She said she never experienced anything like that, and it was because of these documents.

They're blaming each other.
They're scrambling all over the place.
But his brother got treated and got out.
And what do you say?
He got the best treatment he's ever received.
So there's the precedent for this.

I said, okay, I'm about to get on a plane, but as soon as I land, I will get you these documents.

And it helped a person that he was trying to help.
And that person's alive and well now.

But yes, this works when it's in writing.
And it has to be done Prepared ahead of time, but delivered when you need it.
