Hello and welcome to In the Trenches with Teddy Daniels.
I am Frankie Stocks of National File.
I'm going to be filling in tonight for Teddy.
Before we get started, just let me thank Teddy.
Thank the Stu Peters Network for having me on again, letting me guest host the show.
It's a great time.
Love the audience.
Love the show.
Let's get straight into it tonight, guys.
We have a lot to cover.
Let's kick off with this.
I know today's Juneteenth.
I know there's a lot of news today on Juneteenth and the various violent crimes, savage beatings, mass shootings revolving around the holiday.
But National File has a huge story up today on the site.
This is the story of Speaker of the North Carolina House Tim Moore, who has been busted in a deviant sexual relationship with a young lady, a young state employee, as well as others within the state and within the state government.
This has been revealed in a new lawsuit filing.
I'm going to take you guys through the National File article.
I'm going to put it up on the screen right now.
And we're going to take a look at this.
It is really despicable stuff, really disgusting accusations.
But this really lets everyone in on the world, the underworld of the GOP establishment.
You know, we covered the last time that I guest-hosted this show a few days ago, we covered the North Carolina State GOP Convention, which for all intents and purposes was completely rigged by the GOP establishment in favor of Rona Romney McDaniels, little right-hand man down in North Carolina.
They used a phony voting app.
They used, you know, electronic election chaos.
There were people voting from even from out of state, you know, people that didn't even show up to the convention.
The entire thing had no paper trail.
It was a total disaster, a total joke.
And now the GOP establishment in North Carolina once again is being publicly humiliated.
So guys, let's go ahead and share the screen here.
I'm going to put this up and I'm going to run everyone through this article.
Give me one moment to share the screen.
And here we go.
So, lawsuit.
North Carolina House Speaker Tim Moore coerced state employees into group sex, the suit claims.
North Carolina Speaker of the House Tim Moore used his position to advance a deviant sexual relationship with a state employee, according to a lawsuit filed in Wake County.
Speaker Tim Moore is at the center of the scandal primarily because of the allegation that he had an affair with an at-will state employee named Jamie Lasseter.
This is the young lady pictured up here, by the way.
The plaintiff, Scott Lassiter, the husband of Mrs.
Lassiter, filed the lawsuit under a North Carolina law known as alienation of affection, a law typically on the books in more conservative Christian states in the South that has fallen out of favor in many places, and it has.
It has fallen out of favor in quite many places, but fortunately in North Carolina, the law is still on the books.
The law is still there to uphold the American family, the Christian family.
And it looks like it's all coming tumbling down on Speaker Moore.
So let's continue going through the article, guys.
This alienation of affection claim further raises the stakes for Speaker Moore, who is in the middle of budget negotiations.
Jamie Lasseter believes that she got preferential treatment because of the sex and that she was coerced by the Speaker who manipulated her into it.
If she ended the affair, she was going to face serious reprimands up to and including losing her job.
The lawsuit alleges North Carolina House Speaker Tim Moore used this position to begin and maintain a sexual relationship with Mrs.
Lassiter, who was a state employee.
The lawsuit was filed electronically in Wake County Superior Court, and according to the complaint, Moore has had extramarital affairs with the Executive Director of the North Carolina Conference of Clerks of Superior Court since 2019.
So this was a long, ongoing issue.
Raleigh insiders are beginning to ask whether Speaker Moore has been trading sex for preferential treatment.
And if he has been trading sex for preferential treatment, how long has he been doing so?
So this is a really disgusting story here, guys.
I'm going to pull up National File's Twitter feed, and we are going to go check out the legal documents, which have been posted to our Twitter feed on National File.
If you're not following National File, I highly recommend that you check it out.
Great site, great news site.
Let's dig into these a little bit.
This is being called the gangbang lawsuit, by the way.
So here we see Scott Riley Lasseter, the plaintiff, versus Timothy Keith Moore and John Doe, defendants.
There is a guy in this case who's unknown, and there are pictures of him engaged in various property crimes, sort of snooping, trespassing type stuff.
So we'll just kind of go through here.
I'll flash these up on the screen for, you know, a moment or two at a time and kind of tick down.
And there are some very disturbing allegations in here.
So, for instance, here's one.
Mrs.
Lasseter tearfully confessed that she had been involved in an extramarital affair with defendant Tim Moore for more than three years and that she had engaged in sexual activity with defendant Tim Moore, including group sex with other individuals seeking Tim Moore's political favor.
And that she feared ending the relationship with defendant Tim Moore would result in losing her job.
So this is really...
It's very deeply disturbing stuff.
This is what we hear all the time about the political establishment, the uniparty establishment out of both parties all over the country, the sexual manipulation, the personal manipulation against various people, against men and women.
You know, this has happened to men.
This has happened to women.
It's not exclusive to women.
It's totally debaucherous.
It's totally depraved.
Let's keep going through it.
So beginning in or around 2019 and continuing beyond January 11, 2023, the defendant, Speaker Tim Moore, and Mrs.
Lasseter were physically intimate, including kissing, having sexual intercourse, and engaging in other forms of sexual contact in North Carolina on multiple occasions at locations that include but are not limited to the following.
Defendant Tim Moore's condominium in the PNC located at 3301 Fayetteville Street in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Defendant Tim Moore's condominium located at 700 Bishop Park Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina.
It does note that this was willfully engaged in sexual intercourse.
This was not forcible rape.
This was a long-term manipulation process, almost like you hear out of sex operatives from foreign intelligence services, the complete and utter manipulation that goes on in these situations.
And the second claim of relief...
Prior to Defendant Tim Moore's extramarital relationship with Mrs.
Lasseter, the plaintiff, which is Mrs.
Lasseter's husband, the plaintiff and Mrs.
Lasseter were happily married in a genuine love and affection.
Upon information and belief, Defendant Tim Moore committed the following acts in North Carolina during the time period from 2019 through January 11, 2023.
The acts which were designed to alienate Mrs.
Lassiter from the plaintiff, from her husband.
This guy was coming in and really manipulating the husband and wife relationship between the two Lassiters.
I mean, you'd call him a homewrecker if this were an old country song.
That's exactly what he is.
Sort of like what they say about another GOP or Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Defendant Tim Moore used his position as Speaker of the North Carolina House of Representatives to initiate contact and develop a personal relationship with Mrs.
Lassiter, despite knowing that she was married to the plaintiff.
Defendant Tim Moore engaged in sexual intercourse with Mrs.
Lassiter on many occasions over multiple years, despite knowing that she was married to the plaintiff.
We have much more of the information here.
This one is rather disturbing.
Article C here.
Defendant Tim Moore convinced Mrs.
Lasseter to engage in degrading sexual acts with him, including group sexual activity with others over whom he had power or influence.
He called and sent text messages to Mrs.
Lasseter, including with his state government phone.
How about that?
The taxpayers funding House Speaker, allegedly funding House Speaker Tim Moore's Perverse affair with this young lady.
Defendant Tim Moore persuaded Mrs.
Lasseter to lie to the plaintiff regarding her whereabouts So that she would sacrifice time with the plaintiffs to spend time with him.
I guess having degrading and degenerate group sex.
Defendant Tim Moore made statements to Mrs.
Laster that caused her to believe her job and the position of the North Carolina Conference of Clerks would be adversely effective if she ended their relationship.
That's really how it always goes with the political class, isn't it?
So the claims go on.
Most of the most disturbing details were listed out and bulleted through the earlier parts of the lawsuit.
Tim Moore's unlawful conduct with Mrs. Larkin.
Lasseter upon information and belief, defendant Tim Moore and defendant John Doe, that is the unidentified male who was pictured.
I will flash those pictures up on the screen in a moment.
They willfully and wantonly interfered with the plaintiff's property rights and his right to privacy by entering upon plaintiff's property in the middle of the night and installing equipment intended to surreptitiously record the plaintiff's private actions in his own home.
I mean, this is absolutely disgusting stuff here.
The actions of the defendants described here and above were malicious, willful and wanton, atrocious and with reckless indifference to the rights of the well-being of the plaintiff.
Here we have here, this is officially signed.
This has officially been received into a court of law.
Now, there should be A few photos on the thread.
If there's not, it's not the end of the world.
But there are definitely photos of this entire saga.
But guys, this is exactly what the GOP establishment does.
You know, what the uniparty establishment does.
They manipulate.
They attack.
They come in and take complete and total control of the lives of people who they want to use for whatever reason, be it sexual, be it political, be it for personal gain, be it for all of those things.
And this is exactly what we're seeing on the GOP establishment at the state level and on a national scale.
You know, the North Carolina GOP establishment, this is a major blow to these guys.
And really, this is a problem that's persisted in both parties in North Carolina.
As some of you may remember, National File broke a major story during the 2020 election that Cal Cunningham, Democrat nominee for Senate, Was engaged in a sexual affair.
He had been pushed out of his family home.
This story truly swung that race and quite possibly swung the presidential election into the GOP column in North Carolina where the GOP was trailing Really, Tom Tillis, who is an establishment figurehead, but he can thank conservative media, he can thank patriot media for his seat in the US Senate.
You know, I firmly believe that because his race was a total lost cause before it was turned upside down by the Cal Cunningham revelations.
So this entire situation in North Carolina is disgusting, it's disturbing, and it's really just bizarre.
You know, going into someone's house, going onto their property, and planting surveillance devices so that you can observe your Your affair counterpart's spouse is truly despicable and truly disgusting.
But that is what the GOP establishment does.
That's what the uniparty establishment does.
In Washington, D.C., there's an entire slush fund that exists to pay off people who...
Come to the surface, people who reveal that they've been sexually assaulted, been manipulated, sexually preyed upon by the rich, by the powerful, by the politically in charge.
There's an entire slush fund that exists for career politicians to pay off those folks who raise their hands and say, hey, I was mistreated by this guy or this woman, as we've seen, especially in recent years.
Oftentimes in politics, we're seeing that the women are just as bad as the men.
It's really just a big orgy of disgust up there.
So this sexually charged political environment that we're living in is quite disturbing in my book, and I'm sure it's quite disturbing in the rest of your books.
Guys, I'm going to cut to a quick commercial break here.
We're going to get back into it and start discussing some more headlines that are up on National File, some Juneteenth news.
You know, as I mentioned at the start of the broadcast, there has been some serious violent crime that's going on.
Over the Juneteenth weekend, murders, woundings, the whole bit.
So we're going to get back into that and really see how it kind of ties in to this entire uniparty, globalist agenda to delegitimize the United States, to sow chaos, to sow death, and sow destruction.
So guys, stick with me through the break, and I will be right back.

Welcome back to In the Trenches with Teddy Daniels.
I am Frankie Stock sitting in for Teddy today.
I'm a reporter with National File.
In the last segment, we touched on a breaking national file report on Tim Moore, the Speaker of the House in North Carolina, who's state-level Speaker of the House, who has been implicated in a very twisted lawsuit regarding some sexual manipulation.
This is really disturbing stuff.
Manipulation of job positions, of political leverage.
So this, you know, part and parcel of the entire political system that we're living under.
I did mention in the last segment that we would get into some Juneteenth news.
Today is June 19, 2023.
It is the Juneteenth holiday that has recently been declared in our nation and has been celebrated for the past few years on a national scale.
You know, the holiday has definitely not been without mass amounts of carnage, without mass amounts of death, of violent crime, and that really picks up where the pushers of Juneteenth left off.
This was declared a federal holiday after the violent, murderous, riotous Black Lives Matter movement demanded that it be.
Now, this was observed for the first time federally in 2021.
And every year since then, we have seen headline after headline after headline of gang-related shootings, Street crime-related shootings at Juneteenth bashes, Juneteenth block parties, community events.
They've been plagued with violence.
There's a report up on National File today, and I'm going to take you guys through this one as well.
Let me share the screen here.
Bear with me for a moment, and we'll dig into this.
Tarnage!
Juneteenth celebrations, once again plagued by violence and murder.
Juneteenth was made a federal holiday thanks to the demands of violent mobs, and the occasion has been marked with deadly violence each year since.
This is actually one of the crime scenes of a mass shooting.
Well...
Let me backtrack.
They're calling it a mass shooting.
They love to call these mass shootings as the term mass shooting evokes the image of a white male, of a dejected, rejected white male who likes to play video games and snaps and goes and shoots up a school, shoots up a mall, a Dylann Roof type who goes and shoots up a bunch of black Americans.
But in reality, these shootings are completely and totally confined to the communities that the Juneteenth celebrations are going on.
And these are not some kind of mass shooting race attacks, as the media would like you to believe.
These aren't mentally ill, you know, crazy guys going out and shooting up a block party.
These are generally gang members.
These are generally street criminals who are Killing people.
And they're doing it on the holiday that was put forward by BLM, really installed into our federal calendar by the BLM movement after their summer of rage.
And every year since we've had this as a federal holiday, it's been marked with violent crime.
Let's pop back into the article and we'll dig in.
So to kick off, you know, we'll go in somewhat of a chronological order here of the of the shootings, of the killings.
In Asheville, North Carolina, the same state we were just talking about the Speaker of the House having some serious issues in, a 16-year-old has been arrested after shooting two other juveniles at a downtown Juneteenth bash on Saturday.
Due to the shooting, Asheville's Martin Luther King Association, the organizers of what was supposed to be a weekend-long Juneteenth celebration, were forced to cancel Sunday's events.
They released a statement talking about how sorry and sad they are about the inconvenience as they called it.
And due to a shooting that occurred on Saturday evening, they'll have to cancel the festival which was supposed to last all weekend.
That same day, in Akron, Ohio, a 15-year-old boy was shot in the chest at a Juneteenth celebration that included a parade and a park gathering.
He was transported to a local children's hospital, and fortunately, they're saying that his injuries are non-life-threatening.
So already, we have seen two states, one on the southeast coast, One, really the quintessential Midwestern state facing Juneteenth crime surges, Juneteenth shootings in the very communities that this so-called holiday was meant to uplift and celebrate.
Let's get back to the article and we'll keep going down it.
In San Diego, California, there was another shooting.
This one left one person dead and at least one more wounded, and the suspect, at least at the time of this article, is still at large.
Now, amazingly, amazingly, the police have not released a racial description, despite the suspect being on the land.
They've said he had on dark clothes, but they didn't say anything about his actual appearance, about the tint of his skin.
Or the color of his hair.
Or anything like that.
It's all being sort of swept under the rug.
You know, and honestly, it sounds to me like the police and like the local officials there in commie-controlled California would rather let this go by, would rather let it not be brought to a conclusion in a court of law so that they don't have to prop up A black guy as the Juneteenth shooter in San Diego.
You know, if you notice, in the Ohio shooting and in the North Carolina shooting where the shooter was already arrested, we have no racial description of the shooters.
Okay, that's usually a major indicator that it's not a white guy.
Let's get back to the article.
In Illinois, now this is one that everyone has heard about, I'm sure by now.
I mean, this was a massive, bloody event here.
Truly disgusting.
But you know what?
It's in the Chicago area, and this is every single day in Chicago, Illinois.
Every single weekend, there is what would be considered a mass shooting in Chicago, in the Chicago area.
A large-scale Sunday shooting at a Chicago-area Juneteenth celebration left at least 22 people wounded and one dead when police say that an unknown number of suspects fired multiple rounds from multiple weapons into the crowd before fleeing the scene.
Again, police are still searching for those responsible, and as far as I know, they've released no racial description.
In all of these cases, they have failed to release racial descriptions of the suspects, whether apprehended or still on the lam.
Instead, opting to obscure their identities and blame the carnage on gun crime.
As if the guns trotted out to the Juneteenth celebrations and started shooting people.
You know, this is a weekend long occurrence that we're seeing.
I'm sure we'll be seeing tonight.
We'll be seeing tomorrow morning updates on attacks on gang violence, on street crime that's unfolded on Juneteenth celebrations that happened today on the actual day of Juneteenth.
You know, these were celebrations over the weekend meant to mark the entire weekend as Juneteenth weekend.
And they were stricken with violence.
You know, this is in all corners of our country.
Now, this is a very interesting piece of the article down here.
I'm going to reshare the screen with you guys.
Before I do, you know, Juneteenth has been put out here in the United States as if it actually marks the end of slavery.
Coincidentally, it's only a couple weeks before the Fourth of July.
It's a couple weeks before America's Independence Day.
Really, this is a balkanization effort by the left, by the Uniparty, by the global elite, by Black Lives Matter, who rammed this down America's throats, who coerced and convinced and rioted their way into the political class, declaring Juneteenth a federal holiday.
And, you know, the entire holiday is revolving around supposedly the end of slavery, but this is not.
June 19th, 1865 was not the end of slavery in the United States.
Far from it.
Let's share the article and we'll get further into it.
So the holiday is supposed to mark the date of June 19th, 1865, when Union General Gordon Granger invoked Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation in Galveston, Texas.
Obviously, one of the southernmost portions of the Confederacy.
Though Juneteenth is marketed as a holiday celebrating the end of slavery in the United States, the Emancipation Proclamation only applied to the Confederate States in open rebellion against the Union when it was issued by 16th President Abraham Lincoln and had little legal standing before the arrival of Union forces and the implementation of martial law in these Confederate States, considering that they'd seceded from the Union and were functioning as their own country.
Now this, this is the big kicker.
Slaves held in slave-holding Union states like Kentucky and Delaware were not freed until the ratification of the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution on December 6, 1865.
There were still slaves in Joe Biden's Delaware For months after the Civil War ended, for months after the Emancipation Proclamation made its way to Galveston, Texas, and some may argue, for years.
Delaware was the last state to ratify the 13th Amendment to the Constitution, which actually banned slavery.
The Emancipation Proclamation did not ban slavery.
And if you would like to get into the real historical context of it, as a longtime Civil War buff, this is something that I have studied quite a bit.
The proclamation was really a political tool used by Abraham Lincoln, used by his men in Washington, D.C., to keep European powers out of the war.
You know, the French, the British were prepared to come in on the side of the Confederacy.
And when Lincoln made the sole objective, at least politically speaking, on a global scale as far as what the rest of the world was seeing when they looked into the Civil War Really, the war between the states, considering secession had created two different countries.
They saw a battle over slavery.
The Emancipation Proclamation really turned the war, the political narrative of the war, into an anti-slavery narrative.
Instead of what it started and what the men from the Union states went to fight for was to preserve the Union, to preserve the United States, to stop it from splitting into two countries.
But the entire premise of the war has now been reduced to slavery, and Juneteenth has gone to further that false narrative.
Delaware, Joe Biden's home state, slave-holding Union state, did not ratify the 13th Amendment at the end of the Civil War.
They waited and waited and waited and waited and waited.
And when the 13th Amendment was finally ratified as an amendment to the U.S. Constitution, It was then that one could say slavery officially ended in the United States, but it wasn't on Juneteenth.
It certainly was not on Juneteenth.
And, you know, there are historical reports that slave owners in Delaware held on to their slaves for quite a long time.
Okay?
This wasn't a state that was put under martial law by invading Union forces.
This wasn't a state that went through Reconstruction.
And it really wasn't even a Southern state.
It was a slave-holding state, sort of in the Mid-Atlantic.
You could consider it the North.
We'll call it the Mid-Atlantic.
But this was a slave-holding state that was loyal to the Union.
You know, Kentucky, the other final state to ratify it, where slaves were not free by Juneteenth, while Kentucky contributed many men to the Confederate cause, they were never able to completely and officially secede from the United States.
They did remain technically in the Union, and they remained as a Union slave state.
So the entire premise of Juneteenth, it's really been set up as a federal holiday, at least.
You know, I can completely understand why communities around Galveston, Texas, or in the state of Texas, which has observed this as a holiday for quite some time, for decades, I can completely understand why it would be marked there.
You know, I can't.
It was when, in that state, slaves were freed by invading Union forces.
But as far as the national issue, this was not the end of slavery.
You know, it truly was not.
And Juneteenth has been set up in a number of ways to delegitimize the Fourth of July as America's true Independence Day.
It's a major talking point among the BLM crowd and really even among more mainline liberals at this point and the GOP-ers who are embracing Juneteenth.
Let's not forget them.
There's legions of them embracing Juneteenth.
And this has become really a talking point for them that Juneteenth is America's real Independence Day.
It's Freedom Day.
And it serves to delegitimize the Fourth of July, to delegitimize the signing of America's Declaration of Independence, which we'll mark in about two weeks from now.
So the entire thing has been set up as a wedge issue to drive a wedge between the people of the United States along racial lines, the communists' favorite way of doing things.
And it has been to great success.
You know, the myth of Juneteenth persists from the political level, the corporate level, from the public education level.
It persists all over the country.
Fortunately, I have seen this year right many people calling it out for what it is, calling it out for a hoax that was installed on the date of June 19th as a federal holiday to delegitimize America's Independence Day and delegitimize the Fourth of July.
If we want to mark the end of slavery, let's mark it in December.
When the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution became law.
Okay, let's mark it in December.
But why wouldn't they want to mark it in December?
Oh, that's right.
Because it's too far away from the 4th of July.
It's too far away from the 4th of July to delegitimize the entire holiday.
You know, summer, for me growing up, for a lot of you growing up, you'd get out of school, You'd have a month, maybe a little bit more of break.
And the 4th of July was really that midpoint in the summer.
You sort of looked at the 4th of July of this is the middle of summer.
This is when everybody who's anybody around town, you know, any of my buddies, we're all going to be down at the parade.
We're all going to be down at the fireworks, having a grand old time.
Of all races, everybody was out enjoying themselves.
Now we're seeing people boycott the 4th of July in favor of Juneteenth.
It's a complete wedge issue, and it's a deliberate attack on American history, on American reality, and on America's Independence Day that we've celebrated for centuries.
And, you know, America's 250th birthday is going to be coming up in just a few years here.
It'll be coming up in 2026.
When you look back, you know, I wasn't born yet.
I'm sure a lot of you weren't born yet, but the bicentennial of 1976 Was the entire year, at least it seems in retrospect, was sort of a salute to the United States and a salute to our founding.
We have the famous Bicentennial Quarters.
You know, I actually collected those as a young kid.
I've got a coffee can full of Bicentennial Quarters that I picked up throughout the years.
You know, they're beautiful.
I wish I had one sitting beside me.
I'd hold it up for the camera and saluting the colonial army.
You know, the Continental Army, I should say, excuse me, it's saluting America's Continental Army who rose up against the British forces, you know, against the biggest empire in the world, took on the biggest empire in the world, took them out, kicked them out of the United States, asserted our sovereignty, and proceeded to build the greatest country in the world.
And Juneteenth serves to delegitimize that.
And I'm sure that everyone in this audience will agree with me, but those in uniparty power right now, they have no love for the United States.
They have no love for American independence.
In fact, they're selling us out.
They're selling us out to globalist powers, to really the ideological descendants of the British Empire who want to rule over the entire world, especially the United States of America.
This time, they're in the form of the United Nations.
They're in the form of the World Economic Forum.
And they want to destroy American confidence and American freedom and in the American way of life.
And that's exactly what they're doing.
That's exactly what Juneteenth serves to do.
It drives that wedge in between black and white Americans.
And really, the way that it's been embraced, it drives a wedge between your more extreme white liberals and You're just average, everyday white Americans who are saying, hey, I'm looking forward to the 4th of July.
You know, it drives a wedge.
You're being called a racist if you don't put up five Juneteenth posts.
And then, if you do put up the Juneteenth post, you know, Juneteenth posting by white, we could call it, many of the Juneteenth revelers will come on, come onto your social media page and start accusing you of racism and start accusing you of appropriating and stealing a holiday that's meant for black people.
So, the entire thing has just thrown the real flow of the American summer into chaos, you know, has delegitimized.
I know I keep saying this word, delegitimized.
That's exactly what it's done.
It's delegitimized.
The Fourth of July is America's Independence Day, and that was the point all along.
But there is good news!
About Juneteenth, folks, there is very good news about Juneteenth.
There's another article, another report up on National File that I will share on the screen with you all right now.
Happy Juneteenth.
Communist Rosenberg spies executed on June 19th, 1953.
Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, two communists who passed American nuclear secrets to the Soviet Union, were executed on June 19, 1953, by way of the electric chair.
There's a picture of them, not very lovely people, you could say, rather grotesque facial features, like most communists.
June 19th marks the day in 1953 that communist spies Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, who passed American nuclear secrets to the Soviet Union, were executed after being convicted in a court of law on espionage charges.
I'm going to read a couple of paragraphs off here, guys, and then let's kind of jump in and do a little bit more dissecting of this report.
At the height of America's 20th century fight against the Bolshevik communism that's reared its ugly head once again in more modern times, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were apprehended, convicted, and later executed by way of the electric chair for their roles in anti-American communist espionage operations sponsored by the Soviet Union.
Their execution made them the first American citizens to be executed on peacetime espionage charges in U.S. history.
A married couple with children.
The Rosenbergs were for years portrayed as innocent victims of an overzealous American government by sympathetic leftists.
And of course, charges of anti-Semitism were thrown in.
But contrary to these claims, this is where it gets good.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, declassified documents from the old communist regime showed that the Rosenbergs were indeed anti-American spies who not only passed American secrets onto the Soviets, but recruited fellow travelers to their cause, ranking rather high among the treasonous communists of their day.
They were also registered members of Communist Party USA. Included in the article here, There's a photograph of court evidence that was used to convict the Rosenbergs as well as their co-conspirators.
David Greenglass, who was the brother of Mrs.
Rosenberg, Had drawn that little diagram up and it actually shows the design for an American nuclear weapon.
That was passed on to Julius Rosenberg, who then passed it on to his Soviet handlers.
He was given a little bit of cash in exchange for the various secrets that he handed over.
And the Soviets used this to rapidly advance their nuclear weapons program.
You know, the United States, despite entering into an alliance with the Soviet Union, which actually, as it mentions in the article, which you can check out on nationalfile.com, as it mentions in the article, the alliance between the U.S. and the Soviet Union through the prism of history has sort of been redressed.
It has been realized that that alliance was pushed by communist and communist sympathizers within the U.S. government.
You know, the Soviets, everywhere that they went in the world, every country that they involved themselves in, they planted spies in.
They planted spies in countries they didn't involve themselves with, but in countries that they did align with, like the United States at that time, it was rather easy to plant spies to obtain spies and to then obtain American secrets like our nuclear secrets.
Despite being allied with the Soviet Union at that time, the U.S. was not sharing nuclear secrets with them.
Largely due to the fact that many people in the U.S. government, actually also in the U.S. military, like General Patton being one of them, believed that after World War II, the Soviets would be the next, or that it could be a continuous battle, after defeating the Germans, that the Soviets would be the next foe that the United States would stack up against.
You know, General Patton actually wanted, he realized the communist threat.
He realized that after the United States took out Nazi Germany, that we were on the verge of selling out continental Europe to communism.
And in a domino effect, we would sell out the British and we would sell out ourselves.
Okay, the British intelligence was obviously highly involved in that alliance as well.
Let's not give them a free pass.
They were actually pushing it probably a little bit harder than the United States to align with the Soviets.
But General Patton, you know, it is widely believed in the years past his death that he was taken out because of his opposition to the Soviets and because of his wish that the United States, the British,
and the Allies actually absorb Elements of the Wehrmacht, you know, of the German, just the German People's Army, not the hardline SS Nazi Party members, but German factory workers, German farmers who were conscripted, who enlisted, what have you, that the United States and that the allies absorb these forces, retrain them, sort of de-Nazify these guys, and then push into the Soviet Union.
Said, we've got to fight them today or our grandchildren are going to be fighting them.
And that's really exactly what's happened.
The Soviet Union, while it did collapse, it spread communism throughout the world.
It, along with elements of the United States government, led to the CCP disaster that we have in China now.
And then when the Soviets and the Chinese split, America embraced them, embraced the Chinese, and that was all that she wrote.
You know, communism came marching into the United States through both the Soviet Union and now through communist China, and people like the Rosenbergs were a big part of this.
They were a major part of it.
The Soviet nuclear technology advanced so quickly that the United States knew something was up.
They began an investigation, and they pegged the...
The secrets being leaked, the technology, the diagrams being leaked, back to Greenglass, who then immediately blamed his brother-in-law, Julius Rosenberg.
He initially tried to protect his sister And then he quickly rolled on her, too, after it really became undeniable that both of the Rosenbergs were spying on the United States.
I'm going to reshare the screen here, reshare the article screen.
There's some interesting information down at the end of the article that I think everyone should know and I think everyone will appreciate.
So obviously the Rosenbergs, they were convicted in March 1951, and they were executed on June 19th of 1953.
Today is actually the 70th anniversary of their execution.
Though an interesting historical tidbit that goes with the story of the Rosenbergs is this.
Roy Cohn!
Who knows who Roy Cohn is?
great American patriot who went on to work for Senator Joe McCarthy in his attempts to eradicate communism from the U.S. government and later served as a young Donald J. Trump's personal attorney helped prosecute the case against the Rosenbergs.
Cohn, who passed away in 1986, has been credited with personally recommending that the death penalty be carried out against the Rosenbergs.
And actually, from what I understand, that's a fact that Mr.
Cohen was rather proud of.
This guy was a militantly patriotic anti-communist, and he helped see to it that the Rosenbergs were executed for anti-American communist espionage.
While certain elements of the country are celebrating Juneteenth as a phony narrative on the Civil War and a phony narrative on American independence, and as a phony narrative really on the end of slavery, because as we just went through, it wasn't.
Union states were still holding slaves and practicing slavery for quite some time after Juneteenth, the original Juneteenth in 1865.
So we can really look at Juneteenth.
We can reappropriate, as they say, the holiday of Juneteenth as a celebration of American sovereignty over the communist cause, over the Bolshevik communists that sought to overthrow and destroy our country.
Over the Rosenbergs and their Soviet handlers.
We can see Juneteenth as a day that the American people and the American judicial system, before it was controlled by the left, by the people that actually are the ideological descendants of the Rosenbergs and their cronies.
We can look at it as a day that the American people rose up and fought back.
And we can take inspiration from it.
Because as the United States is once again consumed by Bolsheviks, by Maoists, by commies, it's time to stand up and fight back.
It's time to take back the levers of power, to take back our sovereignty, our United States government, and overthrow these communists.
Peacefully, of course, through electoral means, if we can still rely on free and fair elections.
We can take it back through electoral means.
But if not, things could get ugly.
But let's all pray that we can take it back at the ballot box.
Let's all pray that we can truly drain the swamp so that things don't get hot.
But Juneteenth, the day in 1953 that the treasonous communist Rosenbergs were executed in a great win For American sovereignty and for the American people.
I'm Frankie Stocks, reporter with National File.
I'm in for Teddy.
We're going to cut to another commercial break.
We'll be back in a few minutes to talk a little bit more, go over a couple more headlines, and wrap things up on this Juneteenth, 2023, the 70th anniversary of the execution of the Rosenbergs.
We'll be right back.
Frankie Stocks, National File, in for Teddy.
Trump made a bold statement recently.
He said he could end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours without going after Russia.
He says Russia is not the enemy, but this is, and it's currently targeting the U.S. as we speak.
The enemy wants to control us, our bank accounts, our assets, and practically enslave every U.S. citizen.
It's part of their sick and twisted plan.
Folks, this goes way beyond the failing banks.
And the worse that the recession gets.
According to experts, this event is the closest thing to a rapture we have ever seen, yet no news stations are covering it.
A new video that's out there actually shines the light on a dangerous situation.
It exposes who the enemy is, their diabolical plan, and An effective strategy to hedge against this upcoming disaster.
Folks, visit darkagedefense.com backslash teddy to watch this controversial video.
It's currently streaming online for free.
It might get canceled soon.
Folks, watch it now before they take it down from everywhere.
The cancel culture is nuts.
Watch it while you can.
Folks, darkagedefense.com backslash teddy.
Link in the description.
Go watch.
Go see what's going on.
Welcome back to In the Trenches with Teddy Daniels.
I'm Frankie Stocks of National File.
Filling in for Teddy.
We've got a few minutes left.
It's come to my attention during the break here.
We're doing this live.
I didn't want to throw any incorrect dates out there, so I did a quick search during the break here because I wanted to verify when Delaware and Kentucky, as we talked about earlier, When they actually ratified the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to end slavery.
So I'm going to read this off of my phone.
And this is along the lines of what I was thinking about Joe Biden's home state of Delaware.
Delaware, rather loyal to the Union cause, did not ratify the 13th Amendment to end slavery until February 12th of 1901.
Over 35 years after the end of the Civil War and 35 years after the first Juneteenth.
So, obviously, It's not that slavery existed in any massive form until 1901 because the amendment was ratified with the approval of a two-thirds majority of the states.
But Delaware didn't get around to ratifying it until 1901.
And that is where these reports come from, that for years, for a great length of time after the Civil War, that black people were held in bondage in Joe Biden's home state of Delaware.
I would love to see Joe Biden stand up and talk about this when he talks about Juneteenth.
And Kentucky, for what it's worth, did not ratify the 13th Amendment of the United States Until March 18, 1976.
I mean, that's just bizarre.
Obviously, slavery was long extinct by then, but, you know, that's over a century after the fact, and that's a state that didn't secede from the Union.
It did contribute to the Confederate cause, but it was dominated by Unionists and Union politicos during the war between the states.
So, you know, next time you hear that Juneteenth is America's Independence Day, America's real Independence Day, Freedom Day, remember those two little tidbits there.
Delaware and Kentucky, it took them decades to ratify the 13th Amendment, and the 13th Amendment was not ratified on a national scale until December of 1865, when the slaves were actually freed in Union slaveholding states.
So let's stop delegitimizing the 4th of July.
Let's kick this thing.
If we're going to celebrate this as a national holiday, let's kick it down to December.
Something tells me no one's going to want to do that because, again, it's not going to be in the way of America's Independence Day and in the way of July 4th.
We've only got a few minutes left here today.
I've really enjoyed being with you all.
But let's, you know, yesterday was Father's Day.
Hope everyone had a great Father's Day.
I did.
You know, did some fishing with my kiddo.
Had a great time.
Watched a baseball game.
We're big baseball fans.
So we watched our team, the Cincinnati Reds, take out the Houston Astros for a series sweep.
They're on a big win streak.
We had a great time.
You know, the Reds really turned it around.
Have broken the 500 mark.
They've now won more games than they've lost, which was not expected this year.
And the big guy Joey Votto's coming back tonight off the injured list.
So we're looking forward to that.
But anyways, this isn't a sports show.
Father's Day.
I want to touch on this real quick, and this will tie into the next National File Report that I'm going to quickly share with you guys before we've got to wrap it up, before I've got to go, and end the broadcast.
So Father's Day, in recent years, we have seen this massive push to really...
Push it away from fathers and say that single moms are also dads.
There's no replacement on earth for a father.
I'm speaking to this as someone who has a good relationship with his father, who I have found my confidence in my life comes through my relationship with my father as a man.
That's a major, major factor.
And when you're growing up, you're growing older.
When you look to your father and you see, this is a man.
He cares about me.
This is how I'm going to act.
You know, there's no replacement for a father.
That's what I hope that my child sees in me.
But, you know, it's really in recent years, the left has mocked and ridiculed fathers.
And then, you know, the so-called right has allowed it to happen.
And this is on a global scale.
This isn't just in the U.S. This is where we see it on our Father's Day.
We see it happening massively.
There was a couple corporate media articles yesterday about pregnant fathers, about mentally ill women who've had their breasts lopped off.
And then get pregnant.
I'm assuming this is through some kind of in vitro fertilization or whatever, which, by the way, can lead to the deaths of dozens of babies, dozens of babies that are never implanted.
Anyways, and that's actually, that's the number one way that the homosexual LGBT training lobby is really trafficking babies, is through IVF procedures, through surrogacy, through impregnating these trans freak shows with children, helpless, innocent children, who will be born in to something that no human was ever meant to be born into.
But anyways...
Let's take it over to nationalfile.com.
I've got to be quick with this.
Our guy Charles Downs has an article up.
Woke child mutilating elites will throw a DeSantis fundraiser in D.C. Never back down from your lies, right?
It's a never back down PAC, Ron DeSantis' PAC. They claim that he's fighting the tranny agenda, the anti-family agenda that's attacking our fathers, attacking our real mothers out there.
The DeSantis hypocrisy tour is marching on.
This time to an elite fundraiser in Washington, D.C., hosted by woke Mark Lampkin.
Committee members must raise $50,000 for the DeSantis campaign to attend this.
Lampkin is a proud Bush supporter and works as one of Brownstein-Hyatt-Farber-Schreck's top lobbyists.
Lampkin has lobbied for child puberty blockers on behalf of Big Pharma.
This is who Ron DeSantis is spending his time with.
DeSantis, just the other day, once again embraced the pro-trans movement.
He hung out with Joe Lombardo, who signed a law forcing health insurance companies to pay for child mutilation in the state of Nevada.
Some good news on this is that National File will have reporter Charles Downs at the event in DC, hopefully getting a chance to To get some interaction with these guys.
To ask some serious questions of them.
Like, why the hell do you support castrating kids?
How about that one?
Anyways, guys, again, this is Frankie Stocks of National File filling in for Teddy today.
We're all out of time.
I want to thank Teddy.
I want to thank the Stu Peters Network.
