We had two guests on who actually did Jail Time.

I know that you are heavily, heavily, heavily involved in compiling a lot of January 6 footage.
Introduce yourself to our audience.
Tell our viewers who you are and what you've done and what you've put together.

My name is Gary McBride with M5 News.
I was not at the Capitol on January 6th.
My road to all this started on January 15th of 2021.
I'm watching a video with Kirk Berkhalter giving his so-called analysis of the violent mob chasing him up the stairs.
And so I've released episode one.
We've got two more to come out.
Nicole Reffin and I are putting that out on what we've started.
It's called Newly Independent News, News That Changed the Nation.
And we're going to be bringing out the truth.
We're going to be showing the videos that everybody wants to see.
Tucker Carlson, you know, he did a good job.
He queued us up.
I mean, he didn't intentionally do it, you know, but I knew how it was going to be sent out from him because there's no way...
That he has time, no matter how many people he has working for, to go through everything.
I've seen it.
And it's not easy, especially if you find something and you really want to know about it.
You're looking through video in slow motion, frame by frame.
And I realize going through all this, the amount of hours, I'm probably upwards of 8,000 to 10,000 hours, somewhere in there that I've viewed from open source to the 14,000 hours altogether.
And the open source, I mean, there's a lot of us.
You know, that have used the open source.
And what was good about getting the image or the videos that everybody wants to see is I went with everything that I've uncovered, from Sicknick to Roseanne Boylan to Lila Morris, so many others.
So I went and looked at that footage first to use, to back up what I'm saying.
Because the attorneys like to say, that's a good theory or whatever, but it's not a theory, it's the truth.

Daniel Tao, whatever you want to call him, who, it's all his camera footage also.
Daniel Tao is the one that started, I mean, he lit the match that started the fire today, or that day on January 6th.
And this is one of the Capitol Police officers, correct?
No, this is Metropolitan Police.
Here's the thing with that, Teddy, the Capitol Police officers don't wear body cameras.
So this was D.C. Metro that came in and did this?
Yes, sir.
I look at it as they brought, they came in and as the The muscle, the...
They're used...
You know, the Capitol Police, look what they do all day long.
They're security guards, brother.
They're security guards.
Exactly.
So, the big mistake of that day was bringing them in because they have body camera.
If we did not have that body camera...
Because it has audio on it, we would not be where we're at today.
We would not have a clue what's going on and they'd be getting away with it.
But because of that footage, that footage is better than what they have inside the Capitol with their cameras, the CCTV. It has no audio.
But honestly, what's so great about the body-worn camera is because it has audio.
So, you know, even if you're looking at something you don't think is good, you got to look at and listen to it because...
You know, it dawned on me one night, months and months ago, when something was said.
And during that whole time I was already watching, I was like, I might go back and watch again because something was said that really got my attention.
And so it's important to listen.
Very important to listen.
Brother, I got to tell you this.
I'm glad that you brought up that they brought in DC Metro.
As the muscle.
Now, I was a cop for nearly 15 years.
And when I saw those Capitol Police officers in Congress crying, okay, about how bad it was, brother, I came out and blasted them.
I blasted them.
And I essentially said the D.C. police, I mean, there's a difference between law enforcement and cops, okay?
Street cops are one type of breed.
Law enforcement is something completely different.
And just because you wear a badge and have arrest power doesn't necessarily make you a cop.
So, of course, these guys were on the stand crying.
And Brother National Media lit me up.
Teddy Daniels hates cops.
No, dumbass, I used to be a cop.
I'm telling you the difference.
And that if these guys were seasoned street cops...
They wouldn't be on the stand crying.
That's right.
That's the big difference.
So go ahead, brother.
I'm sorry for interrupting.
No, no, no.
You're not interrupting whatsoever.
You hit the nail right on the head because the unit they brought in, CDU, Civil Disturbance Unit 42 and 54, there's others.
That's what they're trained to do.
I'll tell you this.
Daniel Tao that I've talked about, he's been sued four times with a bunch of other cops, Since 2014 or 15, I can't remember, but they've been sued four times.
And so the department is sued, you know, like J-20 when During Trump's inauguration, if we remember what happened there, where they lit a limo on fire, they destroyed a news vehicle, busting out business windows.
That was a riot.
That was a riot.
And they kettled everybody, and Daniel Tao was throwing munitions at them.
Well, there's no difference than what was happening on J6, because Daniel Tao did the same thing on January 6th as he did J20, and they got sued for it, and they lost.
J20, everybody that was arrested, all their charges were dropped.
They went to jail also.
And what's funny is that those people, BLM, Antifa, whatever, that was in jail, they complained the same way J6ers complained about the conditions in the jail, the food, that they had their phones taken and they haven't got their phones.
Everything that happened then is happening now.
It's almost like Okay, now we know how to really do it so we don't get in trouble.
But there's going to be a time where they're going to get sued.
And it's going to be coming out because these same cops, it's almost like that's what they're trained to do.
And that's what they were brought in for.
That's the way I see it.
They were brought in to do a job, and that was to instigate, you know, start fights with protesters.
Protesters did fight by.
And I'll say this.
There were good protesters, bad protesters, bad police.
There were.
You're right.
You know?
And there's one in particular cop I'd love to be able to talk to, and his name is Frank Edwards.
He's the heavyset officer that was shooting munitions.
But I'll tell you, he did it the right way.
He would get up to the line, and they would say, don't shoot us.
And he would tell them, I don't want to shoot you.
Just don't touch the cops.
Don't touch us.
He's de-escalating it the way you're supposed to.
And he would never shoot.
If they were having him go in there with his munition gun to shoot a flashbang or whatever it was that he's going to shoot in there, he would ask first, make sure there's no kids.
I mean, you hear him saying that.
So it's almost like, here's how they should have done it, not like how it was completely done, you know, with attacking everybody.
And the whole purpose, brother, as a police officer, is to come into a situation and de-escalate it.
Not escalate it to the point to where now you are assaulting...
People who showed up to protest.
That's right.
There was a lot of bad that happened that day.
A lot of bad.

Gary, I've got to ask you, how did you get all this video footage?

So that's like I said, I was told not to, you know, I could look through it, just don't download it.
And so I took that as something else and that's what I started doing.
And I'm glad I did because if I would not have done that, there's just no way of knowing what would have transpired after that.

Are losing everything or whatever the case is.

I thought I deleted all this so nobody calls.

Having everything that I've got and what I've watched, I wasn't able to download everything that I wish I could have because it was such a big task.
But the way I look at it now is with what I have and what I know and what I've seen, that should build up some credibility for myself to say what I've seen and get that out there also.
So people know it is available.
If the attorneys will look for it, if McCarthy releases it or whatever.
Well, here's an issue I have.
McCarthy made a promise to release the footage.
To me, releasing the footage means starting a website and downloading all that footage on a website.
Not turning it over to Tucker Carlson, okay?
Because he played games with the whole thing.
Now, on a personal level, I like Tucker.
I've done an hour-long sit-down with him on his show.
But I think they could have released a lot more footage than what he released.
Yeah, I agree.
And I also look at...
I wonder if he was given what to show, or did they actually go in all that and find all these special little stories?
And what I like about it, Teddy, is that everything that Tucker came out with, I like to say that he brought the salad to the table, and we're going to bring the meat and potatoes.
That's good.
And that's what it is.
So he doesn't show everything.
He gets hammered for not showing everything.
But I can show everything and build upon that.
And that's what I do with this first episode that Nicole Refn and I released.
So to me, it's a great opportunity to get this out.
He's got it going.
Everybody knows about it.
They're hungry for it now, brother.
They're hungry for it.
They want all of it.
And again, brother, I haven't seen all the videos that you've seen.
Again, I was there.
I saw a lot of what went down with my own eyes.
Your opinion, your personal opinion, is what the left and the media portrayed about what happened on January 6th.
Is that accurate?
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, it's, you know, when...
When they showed, when Kirk Burkhalter gave this analysis, what started back then is everybody was, you know, was in an uproar because of the stolen election.
And that's exactly what it was.
It was a stolen election.
It was a stolen election, but from the videos that you have, this was not a violent insurrection.
No.
You know what?
I mean, think about it.
What an insurrection really is.
I mean, it wasn't.
You know what I mean?
They were there to speak and to give their grievances, let their voices be heard.
Is that not what we're supposed to do?
Can we not do that?
I mean, and now they're putting the fear in everybody to make us not want to stand up, not want to protest.
And so that's what I want to do.
I want to encourage people to not back down and to not hide and to stand up, you know?
And there's like Tommy Tatum and the co-reff at Mickey Witthoff, David Valentine.
That's who I'm with.
That's who I live with.
And we're out there every day.
We're not just sitting here just waiting to be on a show.
I mean, we're in the courtrooms.
We're in the Rayburn building.
We're getting in front of elected officials.
We're on the Freedom Corner every night from 7 to 9, Freedom Major Express.
We're busy and we're getting in front of people and we're being heard.
And that's what's important.
Just get up and just speak.
Just go talk.
If you're in D.C., go to whoever you voted for.
Go to their offices in your local area and get in front of them.
We've learned how to do that.

That's what a lot of times, that's what Mickey and them are doing.
Nicole Reffitt, she's a J6 subject matter expert when it comes to the courtroom.
She is in there She knows so much about what's going on in there.
For example, I got here of all the days, January 6th of this year.
And the first time I went to a court with Nicole, it was in Cara Castranova.
I was...
It was during the Proud Boys trial, and the government was showing a video, and I had already released the breach number two of Epps, of Ray Epps.
And when they're showing this video in court, they showed the same video that I have, except there's a glitch across it where you couldn't see the, by the media tower, the black fencing right there, that you couldn't see how my breach number two.
And now I'm not saying that they were hiding what I had already put out, but what they did is they hid that That black fencing, which had covered up Epps and stuff like that.
And what they're trying to do is portray or say that the Proud Boys are the one that broke through that first.
They're the ones that destroy the fence.
They want them to pay for all of that, you know?
And so when that glitch happened, I leaned over to Caracastinova and I told her, I said, they doctored the video right there.
And she said, how do you know?
I said, because I have the same video they do and mine isn't glitched.
Theirs is though.
So they doctored it.
They doctored it.
So...
It's being able to be in there when I can and when they watch videos, and I really pay attention to that so that I can catch anything that they're trying to hide from the jury, which is tainted pools anyways.
You know, that's what sucks.
Oh, it is.
It's in D.C., and there's no change of venues, and that's the sad part.
Now, I had two guests on last week.
Who both did jail time for January 6th.
They were both sentenced by Judge Royce Lamberth.
One did 60 days.
A friend of mine, Frank Scavo.
Another friend of mine, Derek Evans, who is running for Congress in West Virginia.
He did 90 days.
Now, I brought up the point that Royce Lamberth, this federal judge, is taking away people's freedoms.
And not allowing them the opportunity to have video evidence present to defend themselves.
What are your thoughts on that, brother?
Yeah, it's exculpatory.
Case should be done, over with.
They should be out.
I mean, it's exactly what it is.
These attorneys have a huge task in front of them.
Having to go through that and find it.
And that's why I try to let everyone...
You know, from day one, when I first started in 2021, a lot of the guys in jail, and to this day that they still do, will call me wanting to help.
And I told them, you know, whatever I find, you know, good or bad, I'm going to give you your attorney.
And they didn't care.
They just wanted somebody to help them.
And so a lot of it that I've seen, which helped me because I've got to see some of that 14,000 hours, is knowing exculpatory evidence.
As long as I knew what was going on in the courtroom.
But I can't be everywhere, you know?
And it really dawned on me because I never wanted to come to D.C. But when I went to court that first time and the first day I went with the Proud Boys and I caught that, I knew, you know, I know I need to be here now.
And so I try to get in there.
But a lot of times, you know, when they go in there, David Valentine or Nicole Reffitt will write down exhibit numbers, what the video was about, what body camera it was, so that I can go and look and show them.
And they'll know, you know, how it was shown in court compared to what I have that's never been doctored or manipulated or anything like that.
So they are actually doctoring evidence to convict these people.
Yeah, I mean, I caught J6 committee manipulating footage, making it sound like Trump was calling people to hang pants, and they changed the timestamps.
And that's what I'm saying.
Anything that changes that I know about on the West Side in particular, I'm going to know the times.
I'm going to know if they've changed timestamps, doctored a video, and I'll catch it.
I mean, I'm not trying to be braggadocious or anything.
I'm just...
I know.
And so...
It's disgusting what they are doing to the American people.
And so, you know, attorneys aren't going to do anything.
Our elected officials aren't.
It is actually going to be us.
You and I and everybody else, what we're doing right now, it's going to be we the people.
And they're scrambling right now.
You know, they're running damage control, but it's too late.
Their damage control is not going to help them whatsoever.
It's too late.
They've juggled themselves a whole lot.
The sad part is, Gary, is we still have a very large percentage of our population that still believes everything that the mainstream media wants to shove down their throat.
So like when Tucker released the little bits of video that he did...
You know, I made some posts about it, and the left went rabid, okay?
You know, insurrectionists, seditionists, domestic terrorists.
I mean, they called me every name in the book, and it's like, hold on, guys.
This is a false narrative now.
It has been proven to be false.
And you people still are going...
With the fake program.
Yeah.
I tell you what, Teddy, I want to tell all your viewers right now and yourself, Google Department of Homeland Security, February 2022, the bulletin that they put out about mis, dis, malinformation.
Now, when you see mainstream media put a misrepresentation or whatever they put, that's not a misrepresentation.
That is mis, dis, and malinformation, which the DHS put out basically About what we're doing is putting out information.
They're saying it's misdismal information, which is they look at it as domestic terrorism.
They look at it as we're trying to ignite violence against elected officials.
That's not the case.
I start stuttering when I start getting a little upset.
So the Lies are always changing from one story to another, constantly.
But the truth never changes.
It's one story at the end.
You'll hear me say that a lot, and that's the truth.
It's so easy for me to talk about because I'm speaking the truth.
I don't have to change anything.
I don't have to make stuff up like they do because it's the truth.
Well, the truth never changes.
The truth never changes.
Never does.
And nowadays, it's the title, the headline that they put up, and that's all people read.
They're too lazy to read and investigate and do their own work.
And it's not everybody.
Don't get me wrong.
I'm just saying that's what they do.
And now what you hear, especially like Scott McFarlane, he likes to say, like yesterday with...
He's saying exactly what we have said for two years, but now they're saying what we've said for two years, except we get censored for it.
But now they're able to talk and say what they're doing, say that we're going to make our eyes lie to us.
That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.
They're all scrambling.
But what I want to say is that is misdiss or malinformation.
When you start seeing what I put out and watching it, That's what they're doing.
So the DHS is the one that put this bulletin out.
They need to be held accountable for that.
Same with the DHS. Senator Ted Stevens.
I say this also.
Senator Ted Stevens back in 2009.
What happened to one man is happening to thousands of people right now.
Senator Ted Stevens was the longest running Republican at the time.
He had the seat the longest.
And the DOJ and FBI made up a story about him.
He was...
Taking a court like two months before the elections, he lost his seat.
So that when he lost his seat, that shifted the power of government.
Two years later, he died in a small plane crash.
And also, he never did get a hear that the investigation that took place found him innocent after the court found him guilty of this made up story that the DOJ and the FBI put up.
The prosecutors, they ran with it, and they won, and he was found guilty.
But then the investigation found that the prosecution, of course, they didn't do their job.
Their job is to turn over exculpatory evidence.
They're to uphold the law.
But now they think that they have to win cases.
And that's not the way prosecutors are supposed to think.
Well, that's not the way that our justice system was designed either.
No, not at all.
And so when the six prosecutors in Ted Stevens' case, they were all charged.
Four prosecutors, their charges were dropped.
There was two left.
They ended up dropping charges on one of them.
But the last one, they found him hung with his wrist slit.
And I say this, what happened to one man, and Senator Ted Stevens said this at the time, he hopes this never happens to the American people because they can't, like, and he's telling the truth, they can't afford or get as many attorneys I had to try to help me, and he was still found guilty.
You see what I'm saying?
So what happened to him was an election was stolen, DOJ FBI made up a story, prosecutors ran with it, and they were found guilty.
What happened to one man in 2009 has happened to thousands of people right now.
And if people don't believe that our government would do that to us, all they've got to do is look at Senator Ted Stevens.
And they even talked about cleaning up our government, you know, when it comes to the DOJ and the prosecutors to clean it up because they think that winning cases is their job.
And it's not.
It's to uphold the law.
And part of uphold the law is exculpatory evidence.
Hand it over.
But they're not.
They know how much work it takes.
I mean, they've had two years to look through this stuff.
When the defense attorneys finally get it, they have a month, two months, three months.
That's no time at all.
That's no time.
I honestly feel that all these cases of all these people who already did time should be overturned and these people should be compensated for their lives being ruined.
That's right.
I won't stop until that happens.
Even the ones that have been condemned.
Guy Raffin, he was the first one to go to trial.
It was a huge show.
Nicole Raffin, she lives here also.
It's disgusting what they did to that family.
That's what fuels me.
Honestly, it pisses me off and it pushes me to go harder.
When I first started, I was worried for my family when I had a family at the time.
And I hid.
I laid low.
And I just kept doing the work.
But it came to a point where...
Especially after I lost everything.
And I'm not saying this to feel bad for me or nothing.
But what that did is...
I didn't care anymore what happened to me.
I do care, but it's time to go.
It solidified your sense of purpose is what it did.

And I say this not trying to sound like a hero or nothing, but there's other people out there that I won't mention that can do the same thing, but they still have a family, vehicles, a job, and I wouldn't expect them to do what I'm going to do.
That's why I say that I'm going to do it because they can't take nothing else from me other than My freedom are two to the back of the head.
But I'm going to be hard to kill.

It's time for us to not be scared, not be in fear of anything, and stand up, lock arms together, and trust God and what He's going to do for you.
And know your angels surround you and protect you every second of the day, like for me.
And we've got to just stand up together and keep fighting and keep pushing.

We have to just keep putting the pressure on them.
And it's easy to do because it's the truth.
Now, do you feel the media, those in the media who were untruthful, do you feel that they should be held accountable in the same way?

And all their Emmys and awards need to be taken away and given to people like ourselves and you.
I need to see some of those Emmys of them.

But they need to be taken away because they look at all the awards that this media, these journalists got for spreading a narrative and telling a lie and they get awarded for it.

And they said, Teddy, we can't find any proof that you weren't in the Capitol on January 6th.
I said, so, okay, what are you asking me?
They were like, we would like a quote.
I said, okay, you ready?
And they said, yeah, we're ready.
I said, quote, you don't have any proof I wasn't at your mom's house either.

So, we need to start taking the power away from the media.
We need to stop taking them so seriously.
We all now understand that the media is nothing but leftist propaganda.
They are an arm of the Democrat Party.
You know, the right to free speech also included the freedom of press.
And I say this all the time, Gary.
The freedom of press was so that the American people could have a voice to hold their government accountable or criticize their government without fear of retribution or retaliation.
And since that, we have done a complete 180 to where, excuse me, Excuse me, yes.
To where the mainstream media is now the propaganda arm of the government.
And if you stand up and say something to go against them, it is the media that will intentionally try to crush American citizens for exercising their right to critique or hold their government accountable.
That's right.

And, you know, I hope they're losing viewers.
I hope they're losing money.

He passed me off to somebody.
And you'll see the lies in it about not receiving video that I sent.
And then I've got one of the captains.
I've got a voice recording of her when I was talking to her.
But in her email, she completely lies about what I asked for.
And it's never been released, but I've got it recorded.
And so for them to come back and tell me that the investigation is done, that Lila Moore still has her job, and they found it objectively reasonable for what she did to Roseanne laying on the ground, That's BS. How can anybody say that's objectively reasonable?
She was no threat to anybody at all.
And there is no reason for Lala Morris, who is hiding behind a protester, squatted down behind a protester, hiding, and then she gets up and just starts beating the crap out of Roseanne.
And then she gets to go to the Super Bowl with Michael Fanon and Daniel Hodges.
Yeah, Fanon was one of the ones that I made fun of.
And again, he's a glorified security guard.
Yeah, absolutely.
