My name is Stu.
All day long on the Stu Peters Network, we've been airing and streaming the live events as they unfolded in Miami, where President Trump arrived to be arraigned on the federal charges against him.
Between supposed violations of the Espionage Act and allegations of obstruction of justice and making false statements, Donald Trump faces up to 100 years in prison.
100 years.
Make no mistake, this is a bid to put Trump behind bars for the rest of his life.
But Trump, for his part, has decided to cooperate with this process, just like he cooperated with Alvin Bragg's sham indictment two months ago.
He's cooperated in both cases, even though both of them are completely illegitimate.
To refresh your memory, Alvin Bragg, a state prosecutor, is trying to prosecute Donald Trump for supposedly committing a federal felony that even the DOJ did not want to charge him with.
Literally, no other person in American history has ever been prosecuted in that way before, ever.
And Bragg invented it just to go after Trump.
Now we have this new case, courtesy of Special Prosecutor Jack Smith.
Now, to be clear, as President, Donald Trump has the clear-cut legal authority to declassify or publish whatever documents he wanted, no matter how secret they supposedly were.
And so by packing up documents and taking them with him to Mar-a-Lago, Trump was implicitly doing just exactly that.
Then along comes Jack Smith.
Jack Smith, who got shot down by the Supreme Court 9-0 when he tried to put Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell in prison because all nine justices agreed Smith had completely distorted the definition of bribery in order to put someone in prison.
Jack Smith, who tried to throw John Edwards in jail for hiding an affair.
By the way, the same thing that Alvin Bragg is trying to do to Trump in New York.
Jack Smith, who hired as his deputy one, Karen Gilbert, who, by the way, literally had to leave her job in disgrace more than a decade ago when she was caught illegally spying on defense lawyers in a drug case.
So now here we are, Jack Smith and that woman, Karen Gilbert, who have concocted a case that says President Trump is a criminal because he violated the Espionage Act by leaving some documents at Mar-a-Lago.
And then of course, thanks to this one weird trick, they say Trump's a criminal, even if all of the documents were declassified.
Very useful, that Espionage Act.
By the way, the law in question was passed by Woodrow Wilson to criminalize dissent against World War I. It's also incredibly disgusting.
These parasites crawl out and say, Trump is risking national security because of some documents allegedly in his possession.
But then these same parasites have been leaking details about these exact same documents to the Washington Post and the New York Times and CNN and so on, all to slant things against Trump and by extension to target you.
But of course, they'll never be prosecuted for it.
They'll never be prosecuted for any real crime.
For example, sending our young men into one war after another while leaving our own borders intentionally unguarded.
You know, these people babbling about national defense and national security.
These are the people who let two million people flood over the border every year.
It's so just incredibly revolting.
So no, we don't think President Trump should just respect the process with these indictments.
Respecting the process isn't what made him appeal to so many people in 2015 that later led to an election victory in 2016.
Respecting the process is not what bolstered the following of President Trump.
No, Trump has the following that he does because he stood against the fake system and dared it to play by different rules.
You know what Trump should be doing?
He should have refused to go in.
He should have dared them instead of just showing up to arrest him.
Or asked to be placed under the protection of Ron DeSantis, his home state's governor.
Let's find out how based this Florida governor really is.
Or I mean, he could just go to another country, run his campaign from El Salvador or Hungary or some other country that doesn't hate its own people like ours does.
But if Trump isn't willing to consider doing any of this, then he's not a real revolutionary.
He's just doing a pro-wrestling stunt for the camera.
Might as well be a movie.
And this goes for far more than just Trump.
Go on Twitter and you'll find dozens of congressmen denouncing the DOJ. Some people calling this an act of war by the DOJ. But do they actually believe their own words?
Do they really mean it?
Do they really think the DOJ has made an act of war?
Do they think the DOJ is totalitarian and out of control and must be stopped at all costs?
They say all of that.
But they must not actually believe it.
Because, in fact, there is something that they could do if they really believed those words.
Jim Jordan, Marjorie Taylor Greene, the entire Freedom Caucus could refuse to fund the DOJ. That's all they need to do.
None of this dog and pony crap on the Fox News channel.
All they need to do is just stand up and say, nope, the DOJ has lost all of its credibility, all of its trust, and all of its control.
They're a rogue ideological enforcement operation, an American Gestapo, and they're not getting one more red cent ever again.
We are shutting down the government for as long as it takes to get rid of them.
That's all you need to do.
You don't need to say go and personally spy on or entrap or arrest anyone.
That's just what the DOJ itself does.
You don't have to hold parents at gunpoint or use malicious overcharging to threaten people into guilty pleas for crimes they didn't commit.
No.
You don't even have to pass legislation.
You literally just have to do nothing.
Tell the world that the DOJ is a discredited organization and untrustworthy and politicized and they get no more money ever again.
Fire everyone, arrest most of them, and charge them.
That's what you do.
But we aren't going to get that.
We're just going to get some angry tweets.
Because all of this song and dance is fake.
All of this is a movie.
Lauren Witski and the rest of the Stu crew have been live down there working their butts off to make sure that you could see this stream all day long as these events unfolded.
There have been bomb threats there today.
There have been people moved around and shut down, people arrested.
Make no mistake, they're going to try to make this an insurrection 2.0.
We caught up with Lauren Witski earlier today.
Here's part of what she said.
You know, your monologue was dead on.
2020, the communist won.
It was an overthrow of our nation.
We have a weaponized DOJ and, you know, we're seeing the results of that.
Now, hundreds and hundreds of people have shown up to support President Trump for this peaceful protest, just a lot of flag waving and people, you know, and even still, the Trump base is so pleasant.
You know, despite it all, despite the fact that they are coming after our president, who had an election stolen from him, we are still keeping our cool.
And it's great.
And no matter what they try to tell you, we are not violent.
We are not here to cause issues.
There's already been bomb threats.
They've had to clear us out.
It's probably a Fed threat.
Like a false flag type deal.
But, you know, there are hundreds and hundreds of people here to support President Trump.
You know, the DOJ, the fact that we are at this point now where our weaponized DOJ can take down anybody, even a president.
Like you said, it's not about Donald Trump.
It's essentially about the populist revolution and his base that he motivated in 2016.
The fact that he was talking about immigration.
The fact that he embarrassed the media.
The fact that he embarrassed those who were corrupt and exposed all of that.
Just last week it came out that almost confirmed evidence that Joe Biden made a five million dollar deal with Burisma and a bribery deal.
He got the attorney fired.
These are facts and these are crimes that the current sitting president he participated in.
It's crime.
But they will never go after him because they're more So by going along with this, Donald Trump is legitimizing an illegitimate system.
I mean, that's the position that we have here at The Network.
He is legitimizing a sham process, a weaponized Department of Justice that has targeted equally as President Trump so many innocent people that attended January 6th.
Stuart Rhodes right now is going to prison for decades because he dared to openly say that he hates the government.
So by legitimizing this, even if Trump were to get off scot-free, even if Trump were to never ever see one day in prison and he were to beat this, whether it be playing 5-D chess or trusting the plan, I don't know, but if he were to beat this, Still yet, we're setting the precedent that the DOJ and our judicial system can target anyone at any time, even with made-up charges and a completely fake and rogue political process in our justice system.
Why is he cooperating?
I don't know.
When you participate in the circus, you become a clown.
You know, he should have stood strong, say, I am not participating in this kangaroo court.
The Congress should have automatically moved to end the DOJ, now that it has been weaponized against their very own voters.
Conservative voters are being targeted.
We know the FBI is going after parents at school board meetings.
We know that anybody who speaks out against mandates ends up on a list.
And the DOJ is completely weaponized.
They have to be cut off.
And Congress can do that.
They can defund the DOJ, fire everybody, and rehire new people that are at least uphold, that care to uphold the rule of law.
Because right now, we don't have that.
We don't have that.
I don't feel safe as a conservative in my country.
I know that I was put on a list.
You know, they're worried about people like me instead of bribery deals with Joe Biden and Hunter Biden participating in human trafficking.
It is weaponized against us.
It must be defunded.
And Congress can do that.
They can make sure that they don't get their budget so they can't continue to do this.
Stop funding people who hate you.
Look at what they're doing.
Look at the result of that.
We're at the federal courthouse in Miami because Donald Trump is getting trained for something that everybody knows he didn't do.
And it's just, you're right.
Like, how do we call on Congress to actually step up for once in their lives and do something to protect us?
Well, we've been calling on Congress to protect us forever.
They ignore emails.
They ignore phone calls.
They block you on Twitter.
These people, their hubris is shameful, really.
It's despicable.
But what we can do is expose them for what they're not doing.
So when they're waving their elbows around like Jim Jordan on the Fox News channel, rolling up his sleeves and loosening up his tie and talking tough talk, what is he actually doing?
He's doing nothing.
We can expose that.
He has the ability to do this.
The Freedom Caucus, these tough-talking people, We're good to go.
Why do the people still believe that there's really any good actors inside of our government?
Do they really believe that this is legitimate?
This is fake.
The whole thing is fake.
The two-party representative government system, the constitutional republic, the constitution itself, there's no enforcement mechanism inside of it.
The document was actually, you know...
Written by depraved degenerates itself.
There's no way to go after these people unless there are people who are actually willing to uphold the Constitution and do something.
But then the government, the fake crime syndicate, has actually set a precedent by saying, no, if you go and do that, we're going to throw you in a gulag without due process.
We're going to send you away for decades, possibly 100 years, the rest of your life.
So what are these people saying that they think they should do?
Just continue to show up at rallies and go vote harder next time?
Our process is fake.
You're right.
We need to call on the people to hold their elected officials accountable.
Go talk to your congressmen.
Don't stop hounding them with letters and emails and phone calls.
Ring their phones off the hook until they act.
You're right, Stu.
All they do is they go on Fox News and get their hot takes.
Remember, I think it was Ron Paul on Fauci.
And Jim Jordan and Fauci, they really grilled him hard and got those hot takes on Fox News.
But when it came down to it, nothing happened.
He was held accountable for nothing when he committed some of the greatest crimes against humanity.
That's right.
And we just saw this mattress ladder climber, Nikki Haley, You know, who said, oh, the DOJ has been weaponized, blah, blah, blah.
It took her like 24 hours to flip-flop and then throw Trump under the bus and say he really risked our national security.
These people are all sailboats.
They blow in the wind.
They're weather vanes.
They're nothing more than fake actors.
They are pro wrestlers playing their part in a movie while the country goes to hell.
Be safe out there, you and everybody else.
Watch out for the feds because you know they're going to try to make this an insurrection 2.0, another fake excuse to throw people in prison.

The Constitution makes it very clear how the people of this country are to handle a form of government that becomes oppressive to your God-given inherent inalienable rights.
To tear it down and to replace it with a form of government that is truly representative of the people.
What are the legal ramifications of this illegal illegitimate prosecution?
From the DOJ angle, from the Biden administration angle, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, this is a sham mockery of justice from a legal perspective.
Any jurist, any member of the judiciary should be appalled at the process that's playing out before our eyes.
A seemingly endless list of principles which have stood in place for decades, if not centuries, are being completely obliterated live on international television.
In just the last three years, the DOJ, along with their scribes at the Washington Post and New York Times, have expended vast sums of money in an effort to completely reshape our nation's judicial system.
That's not being hyperbolic.
That's not some in-the-dark conspiracy theory.
No, there's evidence of that.
Exhibit A is the fact that Stuart Rhodes, a man who didn't even take one of those now-famous Capitol Police guided tours through the Capitol on January 6th, can be arrested, charged, tried, and convicted of seditious conspiracy.
Sent away, likely to a maximum security federal lockup facility, for decades.
Just like Roe v.
Wade was established precedent for decades, we now have new precedent.
Now voicing opposition to our nation's illegitimate government, a murderous corporate crime syndicate, is also considered by precedent to be sedition.
That's what's allowing all of this.
And so now here we have this second bogus Trump indictment, another indictment that Trump should just completely ignore.
He should have ignored the last one.
And he should definitely ignore this one.
But sadly, Trump is going along with yet another bogus indictment, helping to legitimize a kangaroo court, an illegitimate criminal rogue process that's aimed at targeting you.
So we have to ask, what are the ramifications of continuing to go along with an entirely corrupt system?
Is Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis now complicit where Donald Trump resides?
That's easy.
The answer is this.
Anyone pretending that this process is legitimate is now guilty of creating the future precedents that the violent totalitarian communists will use as pretext for locking up Americans.
What is the true cost of playing along with this made-for-TV circus?
Answer.
Playing along is bringing us closer and closer to Maoist-style Chinese tyranny.
Long-standing principles that have been the bedrock of our nation's rule of law are flying out the window and being carpet-bombed on international television.
Trump's attorneys are being forced to violate attorney-client privilege.
Let's look at the indictment.
In this section, Trump Attorney 1 is Evan Corcoran who is forced to testify to the grand jury and hand over notes memorializing conversations with his client, Donald Trump.
Donald Trump asks, quote, what happens if we just don't respond?
That is exactly the type of question that you would expect a client to ask his attorney in the context of privileged, confidential communications.
But here the DOJ decided to take those communications by force and use them as evidence of criminality.
So now Jack Smith and the Biden DOJ are working to abolish the bedrock principle of attorney-client privilege, all so they can throw their political opponent Donald Trump into the proverbial gulag.
The Biden DOJ is destroying American civil liberties and empowering the national security state in the name of taking down Donald Trump.
The DOJ decided to abolish attorney-client privilege way back in March.
Where did they come to this decision exactly?
Was it voted on?
Was there an on-camera hearing?
You know the answer to that.
Of course not.
They decided to get rid of attorney-client privilege at a secret court hearing using secret court filings.
And as usual, the excuse is protecting national security.
Where is the Freedom Caucus?
Where is our Republican-controlled majority Congress?
All they have to do is defund the DOJ, shut down the government completely until it's accomplished.
But they are sending Trump to be their martyr.
They're setting him up.
Different day, same bullshit excuses from our intelligence community and deep state national security apparatus.
We live in a completely fake system.
They are showing you right now through the use of this bogus Donald Trump indictment number two.
They are warning you clearly, sending you the message that if you should dare to go against the grain of this totalitarian takeover, then you too will be charged and arrested and convicted and sent away to prison.
Look around at what's going on right now.

And who's paying for that?

So, Ted Kaczynski, who you may better remember as the Unabomber, passed away.
He died just last week.
As you may know, Kaczynski was one of America's most brilliant mathematicians, but somehow in his 20s, he just went completely nuts.
He wanted to become a woman.
He later moved into a cabin in the woods where he built bombs.
So why did Kaczynski go so insane?
Well, one reason is that as an undergraduate at Harvard University, he was made a subject of the CIA's MK-Ultra mind-control manipulation and torture experiments.
This isn't some wild, made-up conspiracy.
No, this is 100% true.
He was set up to receive therapy and support from a psychiatrist who was actually secretly told to belittle and torment him.
Unsurprisingly, that left Kaczynski severely damaged.

It may have gone long afterwards.

As a part of her torments, she claims that she was raped by both Bill and Hillary Clinton, and that she was involved in a cocaine smuggling operation for the two of them, and that she took part in a secret black ops operation for the CIA, among other things.
Kathy even says that she had a child while inside of MKUltra who was even more extensively experimented on than she was.
Only a heroic rescue effort by her now husband, Mark Phillips, allowed Kathy to escape, she says.

You Google Kathy O'Brien.
All you get is negative hit pieces, calling you a conspiracy theorist and a liar.
To these people, to these articles, to those who may not believe you, what would you say?
Well, I'm no stranger to censorship and I'm certainly no stranger to those kind of smear campaigns because when Mark Phillips, who is an intelligence insider, rescued my daughter and me right out of the Washington DC human trafficking swamp in 1988, people did not have a point of reference for human trafficking, for mind control.
They didn't know what the pedophile agenda was about.
You know, so people have been waking up for a long time to the reality of MKUltra mind control, its pervasiveness among individuals like myself, and also the way it's being used to make a compliant nation and ultimately a compliant world for what Adolf Hitler, George Bush, and Joe Biden termed the New World Order.
So you made some extremely large, huge allegations against the Clintons.
You would obviously know intimate details about the Clintons, something obviously that only you would know that can substantiate the claims.
I don't believe that these claims have ever even been addressed by the press or by the Clintons themselves.
They just completely ignored them.
So I just want you to tell our audience in the time that we have together today, just take us through it.
Just spill the beans.
Well, it was the journey to be thrust into a White House Pentagon level of MKUltra mind control.
It's important to understand that trauma is the basis of mind control.
And I had been sent to the swamps of Louisiana to be traumatized in a cult, ritual, and horrific abuse by Wayne Cox.
Wayne Cox was working CIA ops.
He was a serial killer.
That worked the Clinton coke lines that were in full swing at the time and in his you know satanic coven was Roger Clinton who is Bill Clinton's half-brother and together they were running the cocaine operations into Mena,
Arkansas and Also, merging in some very horrific satanic aspects that were the groundwork for what is now known as adrenochrome.
And the Clintons were involved all the way right from the get-go.
So I've been exposed to the Clintons since 1977 and throughout the 1980s right up until Intelligence insider Mark Phillips lifted me out of the Washington D.C.. Why you?

I was born into a multi-generational incest-based family, and that made me a prime target for MKUltra Mind Control.
My father was caught sending child pornography of me through the U.S. mails.
And one of the guys that he had trafficked me to as a very young child, as a toddler, in my grandfather's Blue Masonic Lodge, was a local politician named Gerald Ford.
And Gerald Ford was actively involved with the CIA For implementing MKUltra mind control on individuals and the nation.
This is the same Gerald Ford that went on to become the unelected president of the United States.
As Gerald Ford's political career escalated, so tooted my victimization in MKUltra.
But we look at this and we consider this was like 1960 and already our courts were corrupted to allow for the proliferation of pedophilia.
My father was granted immunity for prosecution for so-called reasons of national security.
That's because Hitler Himmler research had found that trauma being the basis of mind control, there's no trauma more horrific Then sexual abuse of a child prior to age five while the brain is still forming.
That's how I became a prime candidate for MKUltra Mind Control and it gives us insight into what we're seeing today with this huge pedophile agenda being pushed so hard.
The pedophile agenda is a mind control agenda and knowledge is our defense against mind control so it's imperative that people understand that.
When you went to law enforcement after you were able to make your escape, certainly it was investigations that were conducted, weren't there?
Well, Mark Phillips was an intelligence insider who lifted me out of it.
He worked the highest levels of mind sciences, and he was a spook, so he wore every hat, CIA, NSA, Secret Service, whatever he needed to be as what he was.
And he wasn't alone in being disgusted with seeing the pedophile agenda being carried out with children taken in and out of the White House to blackmail politicians and people in positions of influence.
He was disgusted to see that pertinent information on mind control was being suppressed.
Like I said, he wasn't the only one.
Trant's movie, the Kathy O'Brien story on mind control, human slavery and healing the nation, goes into a lot of detail and even has film footage Of other heroes at that time, like William Von Robb,
who has had a US Customs, doing everything he could to wake people up to the drug and human trafficking operations across open borders that was being sanctioned under national security because it is a funding mechanism.
So did you go to law enforcement?
I mean, did you go to the local police?
Did you go to a sheriff?
Did you go to anybody?
Did you present evidence to anyone?
We went straight to the top.
We went right to William Von Robb.
We went right to other members of law enforcement and intelligence who are very much concerned with what is happening to our nation.
That what we're seeing unfold today and every bit of my testimony in Transformation of America has been validated by these clean members.
And even so, national security was invoked on my testimony for Congress.
And we need to understand that national security is threatening the security of our nation because it's been covering up crimes against humanity my whole life and my testimony since 1995.
So Bill and Hillary Clinton both raped you.
Those were allegations that you made.
They raped you.
This is a criminal offense.
So if these people are substantiating your claims, if law enforcement knows this to be true and there's evidence to support that, then why are they still running around free?
I'd sure like to know that too.
They've been caught with other crimes against humanity.
I'm certainly not the only one exposing them.
I'm one of the only ones who have survived to this point to be able to bring this information to light.
They are among a very criminal faction that is in control of our country right now, destroying our justice system, our constitutional values of freedom and justice for all, and they are allowed to keep doing what they're doing under the guise of national security.
It's imperative that we expose their secrets and stop allowing secrecy to rule our courts and our nation.

Of course.
In March of 2022, my colleague Lauren Handy and I were doing anti-abortion advocacy at a local Washington DC abortion center.
This is the center that is run by Cesare Santangelo, the butcher of DC. Someone we've long known to be an enemy of the unborn, someone who has armed women.
And so we went to his clinic that day with the intention of going in and helping moms inside the clinic.
But we didn't get inside the clinic that day because when we arrived, there was a truck parked outside labeled Curtis Bay Medical Waste Services.
And we know that medical waste likely means dead babies.
So we went right to the back of the truck.
We saw the driver standing there.
I asked him, do you know what's in these boxes?
And he said, no.
And I said, it's dead babies.
And he looked really shocked.
And I said, would you get in trouble if we took one of these boxes?
And he asked, what would you do with them if you took one?
And my colleague, Lauren, said we would give them a proper funeral and a burial.
And so he said, okay.
And immediately we took the box, we took it back to Lauren's apartment, we opened it up, and as you have described, we found the remains of actually 115 aborted children.
110 of them were first trimester, maybe early second trimester, very small, but still very human.
You could see their hands, you could see their pulverized bodies and exposed ribcages, Their spinal cord snapped in half.
And at the bottom of this box, we found five much larger buckets.
One of those buckets was much larger than the other four.
And inside of these buckets, we found babies older than 30 weeks gestation with no visible wounds, some of them with no visible wounds, indicating that they were likely born alive and others severely dismembered.
It was the most heartbreaking experience of our lives.
We have never, we have done activism for many, many years and nothing could have prepared us for that moment.
Yeah, I mean, how did you react to opening up that box?
I mean, how have anyone that you have told about this reacted to this story?
I mean, certainly it's not normal for somebody historically with your ideological position to align with an anti-abortion sentiment.
So I mean, by showing this video to people, by telling people about this, how could anyone possibly still advocate for this process?
The majority of Democrats actually are not okay with third trimester elective abortion.
And that differs from the Democratic platform, which allows abortion through the third trimester and refuses to protect babies after they're born during an abortion procedure.
And even a third of the Democratic Party actually identifies as being pro-life.
So the message that the leadership of the party is touting is a lie.
And so when I'm looking at the landscape of the issue of abortion in America, it's very obvious to me where the problem is.
It lies in the Democratic Party.
And I have been so moved by this experience that...

There cannot be peace in our nation until we stop the mass murder of the unborn.
So did you stop at that particular clinic or have you any intent to continue exposing this by going and finding more precious, innocent, murdered babies that have been labeled medical waste?
Well, the five largest babies still remain in the hands of the DC medical examiner.
They have been denied an autopsy.
We now have a pro-life majority in the house.
We can have hearings for these babies.
We can call Cesare Santangelo to testify under oath.
And so that has to be our next move.
This is the pathway to a national ban in America.
We have to show the American people what happened to these babies in D.C., and then Congress needs to act.
So call your Congress people and ask them to hold hearings for the D.C. Five.
Yeah, you know, also, I'm not much of a federalist.
By any means am I a federalist, actually.
I believe that the states should assert their own rights and by and large just ignore the federal government, which has been hijacked.
I mean, call your state's executives.
Call your governors.
Call your attorneys general.
Call the state house representatives that represent you in your own state.
No, we don't care what the federal government says.
We will ban abortion completely in our state and make sure that they never hear the end of you until that exact thing gets done.
And if they don't do it, then remove them.
By any means necessary from office and make sure that the murder of innocent unborn children or in some cases born children who are murdered out of the womb just moments after being born can never happen again.
And the people responsible for doing this should be tried for crimes against humanity and they should be dealt with accordingly.
The organizations that fund this should be deemed terrorist organizations and then they should be treated accordingly.
