Dane says that climate engineering is the biggest contributor to the so-called climate crisis.
Why is climate engineering so important or geoengineering or chemtrails?
Because this is the one thing that we can't control.
We can't stop breathing.
This is one reason why Z Media has focused so much on this of late.
And as of this week, we released The Smoking Gun, a bombshell report proving the contracts in the United States, as well as with all the earth, to spray us with lethal, toxic chemicals in our skies to block out the sun.
Induce rain and do all sorts of things that are going to be detrimental to our health and also detrimental when it comes to our efforts to stifle the agenda.

In Australia's Pandemic Preparedness Plan, which we exposed here on the Stu Peters Network, right here on Uncensored, Last year I spoke about the fact that it says that human encroachment on natural habitats is what is going to be the main driver or contributor to the development or evolving of pandemics in the future.
And that they're subject to change based on our interaction with the environment essentially.
So this was going to be what was used by the globalists to further their control measures, to induce pandemics, to declare pandemics.
Because human beings were stepping out into the grass essentially.
So what they're doing is not only are they manufacturing this climate crisis, they're making it worse and then blaming the human being for it because they're the ones spraying this in the skies.
They're the ones doing this from the ground.
It's not just sky operations, it's also ground operations.
They're doing this and then blaming you for your carbon emissions and saying that that's the reason.
I'm telling you, this is the biggest scam that we have at the moment.
Not just the COVID shots, but what they're spraying in the air.

That interview proves that the synthetic biology aspect of this is really unavoidable at this point.
It's being sprayed in the skies.
It's being put in the food.
I mean, the list of how this stuff impacts us is endless.
And the thing is that we can avoid getting a shot.
We can avoid certain foods.
We can take all of these measures, but we cannot stop breathing.
And this, I mean, what's the alternative?
We walk around with heavily filtered gas masks?
What masks do we even need?
It really is like something out of, you know, the Book of Eli, when you think about it.
And especially of late, I've seen people reporting here in Australia, these brown clouds, grey clouds, a strange grey colour that they've never seen before and it comes with a chemical smell and I myself personally experienced this just last weekend.
So what are they?
Are they increasing their operations?
Are they changing them?
Well, I think first and foremost, the masses need to wake up to the fact that this is occurring.
It's real.
So today I want to take you through another damning document that adds to our body of work and the collection of research that we've been doing, especially of late.

You need to see this.
Because it proves we have the contracts of the operations that have been conducted over your skies, toxic, cancer-inducing materials being sprayed constantly over the unsuspecting public.
This is absolutely criminal.
The report I'd like to take you through today is called Review of Advances in Precipitation Enhancement Research.

University in France, the School of Atmospheric and Environment, Monash University in Victoria, Australia, Hales Suppression Research Centre in Russia, the National Centre for Atmospheric Research in Boulder,
Colorado, You've also got here the Institute for Space, Earth Environmental Research in Japan, India, Institute of Tropical Meteorology in India, Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences in Beijing, China.
The abstract from this article, so on and so forth, is published by the American Meteorological Society on August of 2019.
Now in this document it says, the World Meteorological Organization expert team on weather modification has assessed recent progress on precipitation enhancement research.
Such lovely words about enhancing Something that is supposed to happen naturally, and mind you, has been happening naturally for thousands of years without any need for interference.
And the only reason we're doing it now is this bogus CO2 nonsense that we need to reduce CO2, we need to block out the harmful sun and its harmful radiation, which we need to live forever.
And vitamin D, we need to live.
This is why this is being done.
And I mean, there are other reasons.
If you've seen my interview with Jay Dyer, we spoke about Project Bluebeam and how a lot of these substances in the chemtrails are actually what's used in holographic technology as well.
So if you're familiar with Project Bluebeam, it could very well be for that reason.
I think it's a multi-pronged assault.
Is my point here.
But back to this report, it says, in response to shortages of reliable water resources and other societal needs, what other societal needs are we talking about here?
Because you're spraying toxic chemicals into the sky that are destroying crops and humans and all forms of life, often amplified in a changing climate, Which essentially means the weather that changes and has been doing so for thousands of years.
An increasing number of countries are now planning or actually conducting precipitation enhancement activities.
As sometimes desperate activities are based on empty promises rather than sound science, the WMO expert team recently reviewed progress on precipitation enhancement research.
And they talk about their last assessments.
They have main findings and recommendations from this new peer-reviewed report.
This is a peer-reviewed report on weather modification.
This is not a theory.
It's not a conspiracy theory.
This is happening.
It's real.
They're boasting about it.
They say that in the last two decades there have been major developments in modelling, analytical and observational capabilities, furthering our understanding of individual cloud processes and their potential interactions.
And because of numerous aerosol cloud interaction studies for climate purposes, we better understand that now, when serving as cloud condensation nuclei and ice nucleating particles, the ambient aerosol particles influence the...
I mean, I'm not going to read this word for word, guys.
You can see...
That they're justifying it because of the studies that they've done.
This is how they're justifying how they're going to continue doing this enhancement of precipitation.
They go on to say,"...the huge energy associated with natural cloud systems means that any attempt to enhance precipitation at the ground must be based on a precise knowledge of the system and it must involve a careful intervention such as seeding with appropriate aerosol particles that augment or substitute for natural particles that takes advantage of a surgical opportunity for some clouds." I mean, how can you read this?
How can you show this to someone and they think, no, no, it's not happening?
Geoengineering is a myth.
It's a conspiracy theory.
But they're telling you in this report, they're boasting about it.
They're saying, we're studying the clouds so that we can then surgically...
Create this opportunity for other clouds.
So they go on to talk about what this paper focuses on specifically.
I'm not going to read it word for word again, but they talk about precipitation enhancement, hail suppression, fog dispersion or harvesting, as well as subjects related to geoengineering are not discussed.
They consider two cloud types commonly seeded in the past, which is winter orographic clouds and convective clouds.
And then they talk about the winter snow packs, which if you saw our report on zmedia.com, you'd know what we're talking about when we say these snow packs, what they're actually spraying.
Again, everyone needs to go and watch that report.
So they go on to explain the natural cloud systems and their variability.
This is, you know, very, very detailed, what they've studied in terms of how clouds form, what's needed to augment those clouds.
And then further down, they talk about the, they list a compilation of their current seeding methods, including comments on some of the methods.
And you can see here that they have Glaciogenic seeding via aircraft, ground burner, rocket, cannon, pyrotechnic flares of seeding agent per minute.
They also have glaciogenic seeding via aircraft by liquid CO2, dry ice, hygroscopic flares.
This is seeded via aircraft.
Another form of hygroscopic seeding here.
Ionization of aerosol.
And aerosols and clouds here.
Electrification of clouds.
So electric discharges under certain conditions can lead to temperature increase of drop freezing.
Laser induced condensation.
Triggering condensation in sub-saturated conditions.
hail or acoustic cannon, which is a shockwave generator using a mixture of acetylene and oxygen to increase collision coalescence growth of water droplets.
They go on to admit that there is a wide range in the scale of convective cloud systems that have been seeded, which extend from small fair weather cumulus with a spatial scale of a few kilometers and a lifetime of tens of minutes, to deep cumulus which extend from small fair weather cumulus with a spatial scale of a few kilometers and a lifetime of tens of minutes, to deep cumulus or deep thunderstorms and mesoscale convective
So for all those people who say, oh, it's just condensation trails, well, contrails generally dissipate soon after and they don't turn into clouds and weather systems that span 100 kilometers.
People, wake up!
We're being poisoned every day by these lunatics.
They even give us nice little diagrams of their seeding here.

The red indicates the supercooled seeded area and the seeding material to be added by plane, burner, or rocket.
In figure B, it says the intended outcome of the seeding, red, when the added INP form crystals that grow via the WBF effect and rhyming to form snow.
The additional release of latent heat may invigorate the cloud.
The arrow indicates the sense of the space and time evolution.
That is that figure right there.
If we go on down the report, you've got figure 2, which is this one.
Hygroscopic seeding of a convective cloud.
Red indicates the seeded area and seeding material to be added by plane, burner or rocket.
You can see there the ground unit.
They've even got rockets.
The intended outcome of the seeding red in figure B, which is this one, When added, large CCN form drops that grow via condensation then trigger collision and coalescence to form rain.
They say that the additional release of latent heat may invigorate the cloud.
Further down the report, I mean, they do explain what they found to be more effective.
They say that aircraft is more effective than ground seeding, although they still do that.
But this one explains Figure 3.

These people are telling you what they're doing to your face.
I want to grab people by the shoulders and shake them.
Because so many people still think this isn't happening.
It's right here in your face.
It's in your face every time you look up into the skies.
No one can deny there has been a clear increase of this of late.
We'll keep going.
I note that they mentioned the uncertainties that limit cloud seeding around this time will depend on international cooperation, this, that and the other.
Let me tell you, in this recent report, again, you need to see it from Z Media.
It is really the smoking gun.
We show that every single one of these contracts and operations that have been conducted in the United States specifically There have been no risk analysis, environmental concerns, nothing has been conducted to show that this is safe for people.
Nothing has been conducted to even show that it's effective.
They're not sure.
The official statements of the organisations that do this, like Make Sunsets, state that they're not really sure.
But the climate situation is so dire that we have to take drastic action to resolve it ASAP. And the American Meteorological Society is of a similar opinion.
The climate change disaster is on our doorstep, so we have to take drastic measures.
I'm going to take you to their official statement on their webpage now.
This is the official American Meteorological Society website under climate intervention and it says a policy statement of the AMS adopted by the AMS Council on the 2nd of February 2022.
It says Apparently, it's now well established that the global average surface temperatures are increasing and the associated changes in climate are causing ecological and societal disruptions, apparently.
Further, there is overwhelming evidence that climate change in recent decades is caused by human activities.
Greenhouse gas emissions, particularly of carbon dioxide from burning fossil fuels, which is why they want to ban your gas stoves and ban your driving and ban cows.
You know, they're slaughtering over 200,000 cows in Europe now because they're contributing to the climate crisis.
I mean, this is madness.
Have already contributed and will continue to contribute to widespread climate changes.
Just think about how stupid that term climate change is and I know that the viewers of this broadcast understand this but we really have to hammer this home because as it says here that humans are the main cause of climate change you are the ones that are going to be blamed, tracked, traced and controlled For this so-called human-induced climate change.
The WHO will use climate change as the reason to invoke an emergency, as the reason to prevent a pandemic in order for you to get preventively injected for said pandemic prevention.
The United Nations emergency platform means that they can declare an emergency of any kind including a climate emergency and demand cooperation with the WHO and demand injections and so on and so forth because of said climate emergency.
Meanwhile they're doing it to us!
And the AMS go on to say That this has motivated discussion of mechanisms to reduce warming of the Earth system through intentional interventions with the goal of reducing negative impacts of climate change.
Okay, what are those intentional interventions?
Aggressive action must be taken to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to changes that are already occurring.
And at the same time, additional strategies should be investigated.
Really?
What additional strategies do we need to investigate?
Because we're already doing it.
We're not investigating geoengineering.
We're doing it.
Globally.
They talk about large-scale efforts to counteract the consequences of increasing greenhouse gas emissions.
And such efforts are now commonly referred to as climate intervention, also called geoengineering.
Which is the deliberate manipulation of physical, chemical or biological aspects of the Earth system with the intention of tempering the harmful effects of anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions.
You, the human, are the one that's causing this.
So because you, human, are causing this, Climate change, changing weather that's been happening for thousands of years and is a normal process of the Earth.
The temperature goes up, the temperature goes down.
The Earth deals with it because it's been created with the ability to deal with it.
You think when God made the Earth, He didn't know that there'd be 7 billion, 8 billion people on Earth?
That they would have technologies that could be pollutants and damage the climate?
He didn't account for that?
He didn't account for the fact that this would happen and make the planet able to handle it?
No, we need chemtrails in the skies.
With cancer inducing materials sprayed to deal with something that the creator didn't prepare for.
I mean it's stupidity!
So they go on and describe some of those methods including actively removing CO2 which we need to breathe.
And possibly other greenhouse gases from the atmosphere known as carbon dioxide removal and exerting a cooling influence on Earth by reflecting sunlight known as solar radiation management or altering thermal emissions to space by thinning cirrus clouds.
And they admit here that the proposals differ widely in their potential to reduce impacts, which means, which means, decoded, it's not actually going to do anything positive.
They admit that it creates new risks and redistributes risks among nations because 100 kilometres of cloud seeding conducted I don't know how many hundreds or thousands of times a day is going to affect the whole world.
You're right!
And again, they say reflecting sunlight would reduce the Earth's average surface temperature but would not offset all aspects of climate change and would produce a different set of risks than those resulted from unmitigated warming.
Unmitigated warming.
Because warm weather is bad.
You know, I remember in Australia having the most stinking, hottest summers that you could imagine and not having air conditioning at the time.
And it was tough.
We sweat a lot.
We complained a lot.
But you know what?
We survived.
Why did we survive?
Because the Earth is supposed to be hot in summer, cold in winter.
We're not supposed to make it colder in winter, but that's what's happening.
We're having the coldest temperatures, summer, winter, all over the place because of geoengineering.
And yet they're telling us it's getting hotter.
And altering, for example in Australia, the Bureau of Meteorology giving us false statistics to back up why they need to do this.
Or back up global warming, which is a farce.
It's unbelievable.
And again, they say that they recommend an accelerated and robust climate intervention research program and associated governance framework to inform public policies.
These people are doing it without this framework, without any public policy.
They're just going ahead and doing it.
And from what we discovered in our report this week on Z Media, it is happening through private companies, your electricity companies, councils, water companies.
With the engagement of private contractors that are working alongside those public organisations, such as electricity providers and councils and water providers, they're engaging private contractors to do this for them.
And we've seen examples of private contractors from other countries affecting doing these projects in our countries.
This is so widespread, so corrupt, and it must be stopped.
And we really believe that some of the evidence we provided in this week's report is going to enable people to take this to legislators, take this to people that can actually do something about it, just like Mexico did.
They banned it!
When they found out it was occurring, they banned it.
Any government can do the same.
Let me tell you people, the more that we expose, the closer we get to grabbing this new world order by the throat and ripping out the lies that they have fed people for all these years, the more at risk we are of the coming global cyber shutdown.
