Uncensored: Globalists Prepare Electricity, Cyber Shut Down as People Demand WHO Exit

The World Economic Forum, the United Nations, and the World Health Organization.
Make no mistake about it.
These are terrorist organizations.
They operate with foreign influence, forcing governments essentially to change policy, to change laws, to do all sorts of unimaginable things like call for the decriminalization of sex with children.
Hint, hint, United Nations.
In order to achieve their agenda.
And governments have been, in Klaus Schwab's own words, penetrated.
Cabinets have been penetrated by the World Economic Forum.
Well, while we still have time, we need to get this message out and exit any association with these organisations.
The WHO being the first one, because as we know, we've been told Disease X is coming and they want complete medical martial law over the whole world.
But people are starting to wake up to this.
The whole world is starting to realise, or at least a huge portion of it, that this is occurring.
They are waking up to the conspiracy fact that we are under terrorist attack by these three organisations.
Never mind who's pulling their strings.
They're the front.
They're the terrorist front.

We know, I spoke about this earlier this week on Uncensored, reports confirms dozens of senators are being issued, this is the Gateway Pundit, being issued taxpayer-funded satellite phones in preparation for a disruptive event.

Microsoft says CCP hackers compromised critical US infrastructure as DHS warns of a grave threat.
Microsoft on Wednesday warned that a Chinese state-sponsored hacking group, Vault Typhoon, has compromised critical US cyber infrastructure across several industries, including manufacturing, construction, maritime government, information technology, and education.
Now I'm going to take everyone through the article on this because we need constant reminding and they're ramping it up, but here's their video on it first.
The COVID-19 pandemic has shaken our economies and societies to the core and shown us how vulnerable we are to biological threats.
In the digital world, similar risks are being overlooked right now.
A cyber attack with COVID-like characteristics would spread faster and further than any biological virus.
Its reproductive rate would be around 10 times greater than what we've experienced with the coronavirus.
To give you an idea, one of the fastest worms in history, the 2003 Slammer Sapphire Worm, doubled in size approximately every 8.5 seconds, infecting over 75,000 devices in 10 minutes and almost 11 million devices in 24 hours.
Fortunately, at least until now, cyber attacks have not impacted our health the way pandemics have, but the economic damages, and therefore the impact they have had on our daily lives, have been equal and sometimes even greater.
You see, the only way to stop the exponential propagation of a COVID-like cyber threat is to fully disconnect the millions of vulnerable devices from one another and from the internet.
All of this in a matter of days.
A single day without the internet would cost our economies more than 50 billion US dollars.
And that's before considering the economic and societal damages should these devices be linked to essential services, such as transport or healthcare.
As the digital realm increasingly merges with our physical world, the ripple effects of cyber attacks on our safety just keep on expanding at a faster pace than what we're preparing for.
COVID-19 was known as an anticipated risk.
So is the digital equivalent.
Let's be better prepared for that one.
The time is now.
All right, so now you've seen the propaganda video, I'm going to show you the article, what the COVID-19 pandemic teaches us about cybersecurity and how to prepare for the inevitable global cyber attack from June of 2020, World Economic Forum.
This is still on their website.
So if you go down to lesson one, It says the reproductive rate or RO of COVID-19 is somewhere between 2 and 3 without any social distancing which means every infected person passes the virus to a couple of other people.
regardless of how untrue this is, pay attention to what they say about cyber attack spread.
So by contrast, estimates of IRO of cyber attacks are 27 and above.
One of the fastest worms in history, which you saw in the video, the 2003 Slammer or Sapphire worm, doubled in size approximately every 8.5 seconds, spreading to over 75,000 infected devices in 10 minutes and 10.8 million devices in 24 hours.
They go on to talk about another example from 2017, which was about to cripple more than 200,000 computers in 150 countries, but it was halted by emergency patches and so on and so forth.
The accidental discovery of a kill switch.
Sure.
So the cyber equivalent of COVID-19 would be a self-propagating attack using one or more zero-day exploits techniques for which patches and specific antivirus software signatures are not yet available, they say.
Most likely it would attack all devices running a single common operating system or application.
This seriously sounds like Skynet, but anyway.
So they say, lesson two, the economic impact of a widespread digital shutdown would be of the same magnitude or greater than what we're currently seeing.
If cyber COVID mirrored the pathology of the novel coronavirus, 30% of infected systems would be asymptomatic and spread the virus while half would continue functioning with performance severely degraded, so on and so forth.
They say.
The end result, millions of devices would be taken offline in a matter of days.
The only way to stop the exponential propagation of cyber COVID would be to fully disconnect all vulnerable devices from one another and the internet to avoid infection.
They're speaking about it like COVID. The whole world would or could experience cyber lockdown until a digital vaccine was developed.
All business communication and data transfers would be blocked.
Social contact would be reduced to people contactable by in-person visits, copper landline, snail mail, or short-wave radio.
Now, I want to show you this article that talks about a new rivalry between the US and China over the world's undersea cables, which, by the way, they've already started cutting these because of the China-Taiwan alleged conflict.
So thousands of miles of...
And I say alleged because we don't know what's true and fake anymore.
Anyway, thousands of miles of fiber optic cables lying at the bottom of the world's oceans carry more than 95% of the world's data from phone calls and emails to encrypted military secrets.
Now those submarine cable systems are at the forefront of a new rivalry between China and the US over who controls the flow of big data.
So you go to that, you look at the physical attacks on the undersea cables that are already starting.
Then you look at the fact that Microsoft is saying that China has, CCP hackers have compromised critical US infrastructure.
This is what they're officially saying.
Who knows what's actually happening?
Then you look at the fact that senators are being issued, taxpayer-funded satellite phones in preparation for a disruptive event.
I mean, guys, they are preparing us for the shutdown.
There is no doubt about it at this point.
There is no doubt.
This is all the propaganda that's going.
They're saying, oh, there's physical attacks to the undersea cables.
There's a rivalry over who controls data.
Meanwhile, China's hacking the systems.
Microsoft's under attack.
You're going to tell me that Microsoft, who controls the flow of information along with Google and the other culprits, are under attack by the CCP? These people are working together.
Come on.
And again, when you go to the World Economic Forum's publication on cyber-COVID and the fact that they talk about the only solution Is to go into a digital lockdown and we would go into this cyber lockdown until a digital vaccine was developed and you link that with what the WHO is wanting to do, the fact that they want a global vax pass, all of that stuff, that is going to be linked with the shutdown.
So you don't know global vax pass, no coming back onto the internet.
It's very, very simple.

I wish that we were speaking under better circumstances, but unfortunately, the maniacs at the WHO and all of the so-called delegates representing the people inside those meetings seem to be going full steam ahead with the treaty and the amendments.
Talk to us, James.
Where do we need to start here?
Well, you know, in Australia, step number one is Australia exits the who.com because if you knew somebody who was in an abusive relationship and they were trying to get even more control over the partner that they were abusing, you wouldn't say go negotiate for better terms.
You would say get the heck out of that relationship.
So, what has become apparent over the past couple of weeks, because they've been dribbling out documents and, you know, this past week has been like drinking from a fire hose, you know, just gobs and gobs of information.
They, and I'll try to use as close to their language as possible, in many cases they've said that they are operationalizing the things that are being negotiated.
And you know, a normal person believes, well, you know, you get a group of people together, you negotiate, you decide what you're going to do, and then you go and do it, right?
That's not what they're doing.
They know where this is headed.
They're implementing things like the Global Digital Health Certification Network They put that in print that they're doing that.
They buried it, but it's there.
And so, come 2024, when they get around to taking a vote for the treaty or the amendments or whatever it is they decide to do, right alongside that is going to be this system that's all built, and essentially they're going to say, well, do you want to use it or don't you?
Well, of course they're going to want to use it because it gives them more power and control.
Now, when you look through the new edition, they call it the Bureau's Draft of the proposed CA +, everybody calls it the Treaty.
They keep saying that this is a member nation-led negotiation process.
But what are we being handed?
We're being handed the Bureau's text.
And so what's going on here is they're changing the language.
They shuffled the deck from the zero draft.
They changed all the numbers of the articles.
They moved them all around.
They added a bunch of things.
There's a little bit of hope in the sense that they added an unusual feature where for certain articles They have, well, option A is this set of information, option B is that set of information, or option C is none of the above.
Well, that's an easy choice.
Generally, it's none of the above.
But what I think that points to is they haven't been able to come to any kind of agreement.
And so, you know, whatever group of nations or individual nations has proposed option A, they haven't been able to resolve it with the nations that want option B. So if you look through the proposed treaty, any of the articles that have more than one options, that's what's holding them back.
You know, they're in disagreement.
All of the rest of it, I've been working on an article that I hope to publish soon.
I think there's over 170 legally binding obligations.
And what I mean by that is where it says, you know, the member nations shall do this or they shall do that.
And so they argue that the treaty is not taking away sovereignty.
It's heaping on obligations.
Well, you know, you can split hairs all you want, but if you agree to be obligated to do something, you're no longer free to do what you want to do.
That, by definition, is a loss of control, which is a loss of sovereignty.
There's about 170.
Yes, and I watched the video that you posted on your Substack, Propaganda Alert.
By the way, if anyone is not...
This is one of two of the most important topics in the world.
This is why we continuously cover it, James.
As much as people are probably sick about hearing about the WHO, we have two terrorist organizations, or three, that are essentially pulling all the strings in the world right now.
The WHO, the United Nations and the World Economic Forum.
These are foreign terrorist organizations that are controlling our local policies, our local governments.
They are superseding our laws and they're calling for...
I was watching just the other day on Bannon's War Room that they're calling now for changes to the US Constitution because of actions that the WHO is instigating.
I mean, they're all instigating together.
But this is seriously dangerous stuff.
The whole world should be talking about this.
So I watched the propaganda alert.

And in that propaganda alert, it's death by puppets repeating the same thing, really.
But the only country that really was concerned about this loss of sovereignty was Russia, although I will note that they were in support of this worldwide treaty or amendments to the IHR. But the Russian delegate did say, we are concerned about the loss of sovereignty here.
If you put on a certain set of glasses or look at it from a certain perspective, what we're really dealing with, in my opinion, with the proposed treaty is a venture capitalist contract.
What they're doing is bribing poorer nations with promises of building out infrastructure for genomic sequencing laboratories and manufacturing plants and everything under the sun to feed the pharmaceutical hospital emergency industrial complex.
And you can buy votes in small countries very easily if they're willing to give up a little bit of control.
And so I see this as not anything to do with health.
It's all about a transfer of wealth.
And essentially what they're doing is negotiating an investment contract.
And that's not a surprise because back in November, that's exactly what the Indonesian health minister said to the B20. He said, we've got this, you know, multi-billion dollar fund.
Go invest.
This is a great opportunity.
And so as long as The creation and manufacture and design and patenting of pandemic response products is a profitable industry.
They're building the pandemic response industry out of nothing.
They're creating a whole new way of making money, none of which is actually going to have any real benefit to people's health.
Yes, I want to bring up this article right now.
The next pandemic even deadlier than COVID is coming, warns the WHO. This is from May the 24th.
Health officials have issued, this is news.com.au, health officials have issued a worrying warning to the world.
It's not an exaggeration to say a disease X event is just around the corner.
And so the head of the WHO, Tedros the Terrorist, has warned the world must prepare for the next pandemic, which could be even deadlier than the COVID-19 pandemic.
So essentially, James, instead of it having a 99.997% survival rate, it's going to have a 99.996% survival rate.
We could see our worst fears, which is the 5G element of the toxins that have been injected into people, sprayed into our air, put into our water, our food, so on and so forth, activated through these frequencies, and Marburg, which they've been preparing for amongst a range of other quite serious illnesses.
The point is, they're setting up the stage.
We went from having a one-in-a-100-year event to, oh, the next pandemic, Disease X is around the corner.
They're setting up the stage for this pandemic industry that you're talking about.
If you look into, at least, United States law, that is the classic definition of terrorism.
Domestic terrorism is the use of fear and terror in an attempt to change public policy.
And so, the member of the European Parliament who spoke out in the recent week or so, literally, you know, publicly claiming that the WHO is a terrorist organization, if you just stop back and think about it, you know, they are the fearmonger extraordinaire, and you just named, you know, the latest example.
Let me finish up a little bit of the details on the new version of the treaty, because there's one aspect to it that I think nobody's been talking about.
And what that is, is that it removes control by having Appointed officials, our delegates, are negotiating, setting up a bureaucracy within a bureaucracy.
And so the delegates are being asked to vote to adopt a treaty that would set up what they call a conference of the parties, the parties being all the nations that would join it.
And the delegates would then, in the writing of the text of the document, give authority to this whole new bureaucracy.
And so, you know, they're not voted for by us, and the delegates are not voted, they're appointed.
And so what is going on with all of this, you know, bureaucratic wordsmithing They're removing from the will of the people layers upon layers of bureaucracy, and what they're ultimately heading for is something very similar to what they did in 2003, which was a framework convention for the control of tobacco.
I downloaded that document, and the font and the layout, it's like you might as well cut and paste it.
They're trying to do it again.
And what that really means is the wording in the actual document is so plain and squishy and you read it from one direction and you go, well, that sounds okay.
You read it from another direction and you go, oh, an evil person could really take advantage of that.
But it's written in a way that they can get agreement on this squishy document And empower the bureaucracy in charge of that to create protocols that come later.
And those protocols, if you look in Article 35, there's no way out of them.
Talk to us about Article 35 a little bit, if you will.
It's interesting.
They have separate ways in which the amendments would be adopted or rejected, or you could have a reservation.
The details, I encourage people to get the document.
It's actually a short little segment.
It's just a couple of paragraphs.
If the bureaucrats decide to adopt protocols, whatever that may be, If they vote to adopt them, there's no way to reject them, and there's no process by which it would go back to the nation to go through parliament or whatever.
It's just bureaucracy writing rules for we the people, right?
You know, rules for thee and not for me.
And so this is exactly what happened last year, and this is what I really want to talk to you and your audience in Australia about.
I've been, I don't know if I've been screaming, but I've been, you know, trying to tell everyone who will hear for the last year, please wake up.
Please have your standing committee on treaties wake up and do their job.
Please have those, I think it's 11 members of parliament, realize that last May in 2022, The unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats that are your delegates in the World Health Assembly did adopt amendments to the international health regulations.
Most people think that that did not happen, but it did.
It's documented.
It's crystal clear.
They made changes last year, and there's an 18-month period where every nation can say, well, thank you very much, WHO, but we reject those amendments.
Under Article 61, every nation could just write a letter to the WHO and say, no, thank you.
You can take your amendments, and we don't want them.
Well, 12 months have passed.
And some of our mutual good friends in Australia put forth an official government petition to demand that Parliament raise the issue because many members of Parliament say, oh, don't worry about the treaty.
If there's a treaty, Parliament will have to discuss it.
Well, I got news for you.
They changed international law last May and Parliament has not said a word about it.
Our Congress has not said a word about it.
Not a single politician anywhere on the planet has said a word about the fact that last year international law was amended by unelected bureaucrats and there's an 18-month period By which every single nation on the planet could say no to the WHO. And, you know, kudos to all of our friends in Australia at AustraliaExitsTheWho.com.

It's a very simple petition.
It just says, look, these need to be discussed in Parliament And the people demand it.
And last time I looked, there was maybe 9,500 signatures.
I would love to see tens of thousands of your viewers that are in Australia.

You know, in our First Amendment, it says that we have the right to petition our government for a redress of grievances.
But our government conveniently doesn't have a system that allows us to do that.

I think they got, like, almost 19,000 signatures in 30 days.
The UK has got the same thing.
Tess Lorry put forth a petition in the UK. And they need 100,000 signatures, so, you know, they have more people.
They have a larger number that they have to get, but they have a longer period of time.
As we're recording this, there's only a short period of time I believe it's June 10th, I could be wrong on the date, but get that signed as soon as possible.
But more importantly, it should help people realize That if you don't speak up and say no, your silence equals consent.
And so there's a time period that we have, according to the International Health Regulations, to stand up and say, no, we don't want you to be allowed to change the rules And, you know, the wonderful folks in Australia have put forth the petition that I encourage everybody to, you know, read it and consider it and sign it if you wish and pass it on.
There's a little bit of time left to get as many signatures as possible.

This particular petition is to reject the amendments.
What we really want, James, and I'd like to spend a couple of minutes talking about this, what we really want, yes, this is important, and we need to get the attention on this one.
But the problem that we have is that we have some people in politics who are even on side, who maybe have a different understanding as to what's happened with the already adopted amendments than others.
And, you know, we have this constant back and forth of people trying to understand because the WHO have purposely made this so confusing for the world.
Really what we want, ultimately...
Yes, this is an important step, but ultimately we need to exit...
The WHO, the United Nations, and we need to cut all ties with the WEF, and anyone who has past, present, or future associations with them is not fit to serve in any type of role where they have responsibility over the countries.
This is what we need in every country.
If I may give you and your audience a little thought exercise, okay?
If the World Economic Forum was a country And a foreign country was inviting people to come from your nation to their training camp.
And they were training them on how to infiltrate your government and then sending them back to your country.
And what we are dealing with around the world, if the World Economic Forum was a country, every nation would be at war with them.
And we are at war, but most people are not aware of what they're actually doing.
They are blatantly training infiltrators to control from within pretty much every nation on the planet.
And so if you just think, what would we do If that was China that was doing that, or that was Russia that was doing that, or that was any nation on the planet that was inviting people who were, you know, promising young leaders, sending them over to a training camp.
I mean, you know, think about how they blame, you know, the Mujahideen or the Taliban or ISIS or any of these other terrorist organizations.
They're training, you know...
You mean the CIA funded ones?
Quality, maybe that's what we need to look into with the WEF. They're training people to infiltrate your government, and then what is happening is on state, provincial, local, and federal levels, they're implementing the policies that are coming from that same training camp.
And so it's astonishing how people just don't see it and they talk about it blatantly.
So if you think of the World Economic Forum as if it was an enemy nation, we're at war with them.
They have probably a GDP that's pretty close to some small nations, they have a lot of money, and they have infiltrated our government with traders to pretty much every nation on the planet.
So when you think about it clearly, You realize that, yes, this is a conspiracy.
It's obviously that.
It's not theoretical.
It's blatant.
It's so blatant that people are just somehow unwilling to see it.
But it's obvious for anybody who has eyes to see.
We've got people that are awake that when the Queen allegedly died, You know, I don't know whether she died then or who knows when.
I think, you know, the announcement came when they needed the announcement to come.
You know, and just the whole world was just distracted for a whole week about the Queen's death.
And I just put out there, if we could really stop celebrating the families and globalists that are really responsible for wanting to control the entire world, that'd be great.
And I got so much backlash at the time, like, how dare you disrespect the Queen, this, that, the other.
King Charles got up, at the time he was Prince, got up in front of the globalists and said, we need a military-style campaign.
To combat climate change, military-style campaign.
To combat climate change.
And he, with all due respect, has more resources than every government in the world.
Who is he talking about when he says he?
Well, I think we all know.
My point in mentioning this, as long-winded as it is, is that they said...
This is a military-style campaign.
Jacinda Ardern stood up in the United Nations and said, we are at war with the people who disagree with us.
They all applauded.
The United Nations is coming out saying, we want to have sex with your children.
Here's the documents that we're releasing with the international jurists, the 8 March principles, saying that we want to decriminalise sex with kids.
These organizations are so wicked, so evil, and you're right, they are terrorist organizations that are infiltrating not only physically but mentally infiltrating every single country.
The only way to deal with a terrorist organization is to cut ties with them and then stop them.
Yes.
On a grand and larger scale, each and every one of us is being put to a character test.
It's a test of our character.
And so everyone is in a different situation, but we're all being faced with decisions.
And I have, for whatever reason, ended up largely focused on the WHO because, quite frankly, not too many other people were.
And so we have decisions to make.
And you'll have to live for eternity with the decisions that you make in your life.
And so it's easy to look at the systems that they're putting into place and see the convenience that they may offer you.
Oh, you know, you got a chip in your hand so you don't have to carry a wallet.
But now you're their slave.
And so you're either going to choose God and choose freedom, or you're going to choose slavery and choose Satan.
That's the choice.
And so you're free to make the choice.
We're trying to give you information.
It's really hard to sign a petition.
It's really hard to take that link and say, go visit the link and consider signing the petition.
What do you do to people?

Oh, what's the petition about?
Well, you know, they changed the rules and they didn't ask us.
Do you want them to make it public so that our limit would at least talk about it so that everybody knows that they're changing the rules and not asking us?

Do you want the WHO to continue to get away with doing whatever they want to do?
