| While it's disappointing that Durham didn't put any of these deep state criminals in prison, his report is still completely devastating for the FBI's credibility. | |
| And that means something. | |
| And that's not just us talking. | |
| Jake Tapper on CNN had to come out and admit that Durham's report has finally, totally, and completely exonerated Donald Trump of the sham collusion allegations. | |
| He literally called this devastating for the FBI. Left-wing lunatic Keith Olbermann was so outraged by Tapper's statement that he demanded that he resign. | |
| But most of America isn't as mentally ill as Keith Olbermann. | |
| So listen, here's the raw truth. | |
| If the FBI can go on a years-long wild goose chase using fake, manufactured, concocted lies and fake evidence to try to prove that an elected U.S. president is a Russian agent based on absolutely zero evidence except what gets shipped to them by an opposing and disgruntled failed presidential campaign, | |
| Then the FBI is, by definition, a criminal organization. | |
| It is a terrorist organization. | |
| At minimum, it's completely discredited. | |
| It has revealed itself to be inept and stupid and politically biased and woefully incapable of carrying out its basic mission. | |
| Most importantly, it's proven that it cannot be trusted, that it's the enemy of the people. | |
| Listen, we've learned enough to know that if we retake power, Then we can and must strip the FBI of its powers. | |
| We need to take away its manpower. | |
| We need to fire its senior executive. | |
| Put most of its agents in jail. | |
| Force them to declassify their embarrassing old deep state documents and so on. | |

| Look, I have a lot of mixed feelings, emotions about the Durham probe and the entire situation that came from this report. | |
| Look, yes, he laid out a roadmap that Congress must follow now. | |
| There's enough talking. | |
| It's time for action. | |
| People like Jim Jordan, Comer, some of these other folks who have been on the Hill for a long time, they've been talking a big game for years about defanging this weaponized federal apparatus. | |
| Now, Durham laid out that roadmap for them to do it, and if they don't do it, then these people are going to go downhill. | |
| As a disgrace to the American patriots who put them in power. | |
| So that's the first thing. | |
| The second thing is we also did have a massive senior level arrest by the own DOJ, and that's Charles McGonigal. | |
| Charles McGonigal was the FBI's head of counter-intel out of the New York office. | |
| There's still a lot that we have to understand why they arrested this guy and what's going to come out at trial. | |
| And the third thing, there were a lot of strategic omissions From Durham's report that Congress needs to get Durham to address under oath. | |
| Okay, so we're going to rely on Congress to do their job. | |
| That's the fix here. | |
| Look, if we don't have Congress, and I'm really calling out people that I respect, right? | |
| Jim Jordan, Comer. | |
| These are people that I think are patriotic Americans. | |
| Just today you have a hearing on the weaponization of government where you have these various FBI whistleblowers in front of the House today discussing how politicized the FBI has become. | |
| So they are holding these hearings, but it's not enough to hold hearings. | |
| It's not enough to simply expose this damage that the FBI has done to this country. | |
| You have to defund them and potentially restructure the entire organization from top to bottom. | |
| And that's not going to come from indictments. | |
| It's not going to come from putting people like Comey under the spotlight. | |
| It's going to come by using the weapon of the purse, and only Congress can do it. | |
| That's why I'm putting the pressure now on Congress to act. | |
| You know, if I go and say, if I just go file a false police report, that's a crime. | |
| I mean, if I go say, hey, George Papadopoulos came over to my house. | |
| I saw him on my cameras. | |
| He was wielding a gun. | |
| He was threatening to kill me and my dog. | |
| And I say that that happened and it didn't happen, then I can be prosecuted criminally. | |
| I can be charged with a crime. | |
| I can go to jail. | |
| These people completely made up an entire hoax, scam, paid for one of the most grandiose schemes that we have seen in human history, and they skate. | |
| How does this happen when the entire world can see right out in broad daylight what they did? | |
| You're absolutely right. | |
| If you or I or probably many other high-profile conservatives even did a scintilla of what these people did, we would be behind bars for probably decades, if not more. | |
| They did this in broad daylight. | |
| The American public, whether you're a conservative, a moderate, or even a liberal today, has to understand how damaging what the FBI did in the 2016 campaign was not only for that election, but obviously the 2020 election. | |
| When they were not held accountable in the 2016 election for what they did, like you just mentioned, they then put their fingers on the truth of the 2020 election. | |
| That's why the CIA got involved with this 51-letter signatory letter to suppress a Hunter Biden story that likely tilted the last election in favor of the Democrats. | |
| And we could argue about that. | |
| Yes, this is scary stuff. | |
| You and I would have been in prison for decades if we did even a percent of what they did. | |
| And the only way, like I said, to hold these people accountable are two ways. | |
| One, get Congress to act, and two, get Trump re-elected. | |
| You were innocent. | |
| They came after you. | |
| What's going to stop them from targeting any American who has a dissenting point of view? | |
| We've mentioned this in a different interview, and I think that back in the day, let's say in 2016, they were trying to use some sort of smoke and mirror strategy, right? | |
| They never wanted any of this information out there because they didn't want hearings. | |
| They didn't want people like you questioning things. | |
| They didn't want, obviously, you know, the president himself calling his campaign being spied on. | |
| That's all been exposed now. | |
| Now the gloves are off. | |
| They don't care about nuance. | |
| They're very reckless and reckless administrations do reckless things. | |
| And I think that's actually going to end up backfiring on them, whether they like it or not, because the polls are showing that Democrats are collapsing. | |
| Trump is ascendant. | |
| And I think this is going to push him over the edge. | |
| So we have now 300 pages of evidence proving that the FBI broke the law. | |
| So why do we need hearings at this point? | |
| Why doesn't Congress employ law enforcement to go and arrest these people? | |
| I mean, this is what should be happening. | |
| People on the Hill should be saying, go and arrest these people. | |
| We're taking our country back. | |
| Get them out. | |
| Look, people have lied under oath. | |
| Jim Comey lied under oath. | |
| Andy McCabe lied under oath. | |
| Brennan, Clapper. | |
| This is all public information. | |
| This isn't conspiracy theory stuff. | |
| This is not what I'm talking about. | |
| They have been referred for a criminal indictment, yet the DOJ under the Trump administration and the current administration decided not to prosecute. | |
| That's why I'm really looking forward to understand more about why they did go and arrest Charles McGonigal. | |
| Charles McGonigal was the head of the counterintelligence division of the New York office of the FBI who was running the crossfire hurricane investigation. | |
| We keep focusing on Strzok, Lisa Page, Comey and others. | |
| This guy was arrested. | |
| He has a trial coming up. | |
| What is he going to talk about during this trial? | |
| Who was he going to flip on? | |
| That's the first point. | |
| The second issue is that Durham never even interviewed Comey, Strzok, Lisa Page, and some of these other individuals. | |
| Usually what happens in these type of prosecutions when you don't interview them is because you have a case building without having to interview them to interfere in that. | |
| So that's why I think your viewers should focus on right now what's going to come out from the Charles McGonigal trial upcoming. | |
| This guy was Strzok's boss, but he's not being talked about at all. | |
| So how deep do the tentacles go from the deep state? | |
| I mean, how much influence do they really have? | |
| Is this why Congress is not acting? | |
| I mean, we've seen the weaponization of our entire bureaucracy federally from every organization, not just the CIA and the FBI, but the FDA and the CDC and CPS and the Department of Education. | |
| I mean, the list goes on and on. | |
| So what are these people that are supposedly doing the bidding of the people? | |
| What are these so-called elected representatives actually doing on behalf of Americans? | |
| I mean, do we just have a corporate crime syndicate at this point that's totally sold out to the country? | |
| Look, there are many in the Republican Party who have completely sold out. | |
| And, you know, rhino is a good word for them at this point. | |
| There are also just a couple of handful of patriotic Republicans on the Hill who I really think can make a difference. | |
| If we didn't flip the House's passing the terms, we wouldn't even be having any hearings. | |
| We wouldn't even be discussing this type of stuff. | |
| I think the louder the calls for accountability gets and the more whistleblowers that continue to put their neck on the line in front of the House, just like we have today, I think that is going to force Congress's hand because the American people will have had enough. | |
| I gave an interview recently to one of these liberal ABC shows about the Durham investigation. | |
| The results of that interview were shocking. | |
| And shocking in terms of that these people had no idea of any of these details. | |
| So the more and more stuff like this comes out that we're talking about here on your show, it's going to outrage so many Americans, I believe, that it's going to force Congress's hand, give them the cover to hold these people accountable, because without information out there, none of this would be possible. | |
| Yeah, I mean, if they don't hold these people accountable, ultimately it will be we the people that have to hold Congress and this rogue government accountable. | |
| And I'm talking about, you know, citizens' grand juries. | |

| And what is their interaction going to be like with, you know, good morally upstanding people? | |

| Well, Stu, as you may know, it seems that we are under an attack of ideological subversion that's happening right now with human actors. | |
| And the problem is that this can now be automated in the form of artificial intelligence. | |
| And you may have heard about the dead internet theory, where the internet's being taken over by bots. | |
| Half of the traffic right now on very many sites are now actually driven by bots. | |
| This is going to increase. | |
| As artificial intelligence gets cheaper and more sophisticated, these bots, or imposter humans, are going to be going around the internet Clicking, acting like human beings, interacting with people, and establishing relationships with them in order to rob them of their crypto, their money, their life savings. | |
| This is a really big threat. | |
| In addition to the censorship that's already being conducted on the internet with bot-driven comments, Artificial intelligence driven commentary on all social issues because what they're trying to do is to control the narrative. | |
| And people are expensive and AI bots are not. | |
| And so one of my big fears is that humans on the internet are going to be replaced by bots on the internet and that appears to be happening right now And what's really scary is that you have all this government action, these hearings, you know, Senator Blumenthal, and they're not really tackling the core issue of people using artificial intelligence to create imposter people that people believe are real. | |
| Instead, they're trying to regulate it so that they can centralize artificial intelligence and put it into the hands of the big giant corporations. | |
| So, people like Bill Gates, who has 49% ownership interest in a company that develops artificial intelligence, which will ultimately, as Yuval Noah Harari recently said openly in public, control for, for example, elections. | |
| Right. | |
| And this is the thing, is that if you have control of the narrative, then you've got control of the elections. | |
| Right? | |
| And we've seen what happens with these mail-in ballots. | |
| We've seen the lockdowns that Google did against the Hunter Biden story in 2020. | |
| This is going to get worse. | |
| And it appears that the elites that are in control of globalism are going to use these bots in order to break the internet, cause a crisis, and then... | |

| Yeah, when you look on Twitter or you look on Telegram and you see the exact same comment or response or post, Same punctuation, same everything. | |
| And they do misspell words sometimes. | |

| And it's written four times in the downline of a tweet or a post on Telegram. | |
| And all four of them come from a different account name with a different avi. | |
| These are bots. | |
| They're very easy to detect. | |
| Are they going to become more difficult to detect in the future? | |
| Oh my god, they're going to get so much better. | |
| Like these large language models that are being presented by, you know, first OpenAI, now Google's got their BARD, Bing's got their own chat system, and now people are able to run these large language models on their own computers. | |
| And so what you're going to see is that a Cambrian explosion Of artificial intelligence that's going to be driven by a lot of bad actors on the internet. | |
| It's funny because when I was blowing the whistle against Google, if you look at it at a higher level, I was actually blowing the whistle on AI governance. | |
| Which is the thing that's being rolled out now. | |
| And it's being rolled out by all these big tech corporations. | |
| And the thing is, is that think about the narrative control that's going to be done for global warming, for this conflict that's happening in Ukraine, whether vaccines are safe or not. | |
| Like, we are going to move to a post-truth world Instead of being human-centric, it's going to be AI-centric. | |
| Okay, I'm going to ask you the trillion-dollar question here. | |
| Is there any way to stop it? | |
| What's the fix to this? | |
| I mean, look, we have to use our democratic powers in order to, you know, reassert control over this republic. | |
| Wait, wait, wait. | |
| So you're saying, operating under the premise that we the people still have democratic powers in the current United States of America? | |
| Right, and that's the reason why they're degrading our voting rights as we speak, but they haven't been able to be successful in all the places at all the time, and that's the reason why we need to have dissent. | |
| We need to show that there is a different opinion, that we do not consent To their totalitarian aims that they're trying to do. | |
| We do not agree with this war in Ukraine, this goose-stepping into World War III. And the things to do is that they're going to need a World War III in order to cover up the radical social change that these oligarchs want to bring to America. | |
| They see what's happening over at the CCP, where if you try to riot against a bank stealing all of your money, you get shut off from the social credit system. | |

| The oligarchs in this country look at that with envy. | |
| And they want to bring this here. | |
| But the thing is that they can't do it with a normal democratic system because people are going to vote against it. | |

| Because, look, sorry, we don't need your job anymore because we can have a robot take over and do it that's controlled by these sophisticated artificial intelligence systems. | |

| What really went down with the firing of Tucker Carlson from the Fox News Channel? | |
| There's countless theories floating around out there. | |
| Maybe it was that Tucker Carlson was too religious and Rupert Murdoch found that annoying. | |
| Maybe it was that he was too popular and the Murdochs wanted to show that Fox is bigger than any host. | |
| Maybe they really were angry about Tucker's private text messages, justifiably crapping on Fox's top executives. | |
| I mean, there were even reports suggesting that Ukraine's President Zelensky pushed the Murdochs to take Tucker off of the air. | |
| So many theories, and possibly none of them will ever be verified. | |
| But there is one theory that Tucker himself is promoting, supposedly after being told directly by a member of the Fox corporate board. | |
| According to that board member, Fox fired Tucker because the opposing side of the Dominion defamation lawsuit demanded it. | |
| That's true. | |
| The request was made verbally and off the record. | |
| Both Fox and Dominion, of course, deny it. | |
| But could it still be true? | |
| Maybe. | |
| Or maybe it was part true and part false. | |
| Maybe Rupert Murdoch wanted to fire Tucker but needed some kind of an excuse so he intentionally let the Dominion side demand that Tucker be let go so he'd have an excuse to do it. | |
| Or maybe this Fox board member is lying to Tucker, sending him on some wild goose chase that has nothing to do with the real reason that he was fired. | |
| For now, we don't know. | |
| Maybe more proof will come out, or maybe we will never know, actually. | |
| But here's what we can say with full confidence right now. | |
| Fox News is finished. | |
| It's not just that they let Tucker go. | |
| It's that they let themselves get kicked around into making a $787 million settlement against one of the most bogus defamation cases in history. | |
| So Fox has now set a new standard that the left can follow over and over again. | |
| Find a right-wing outlet that speaks against the grain, sue them, and shut them up or shut them down. | |
| The good news is viewers seem to be realizing it. | |
| Fox's belief was that they could just take out Tucker and people would get over it and just move on quickly. | |
| That's what happened when they took out Bill O'Reilly six years ago. | |
| Tucker stepped into his time slot, Laura Ingram stepped into their primetime lineup, and that was it. | |
| The world moved on. | |
| They thought the same would happen this time, and they were wrong. | |
| Tucker was fired a month ago now, and ratings are still way down at the network. | |
| And among the younger viewers that advertisers care the most about, they're way down. | |
| Victor Davis Hanson is a fellow at the Hoover Institution, a professor emeritus of classics at Cal State Fullerton. | |
| He was also a veteran regular on Tucker's show, and he joins us now. | |

| Yeah, so, I mean, what does it say about us as a country in any of these examples when we're allowing for a corporate entity to dictate the removal of dissenting voices on television? | |
| Well, I mean, I think... | |
| I grant that any corporate person, person, entity can do what they want, but what is worrisome is the lack of symmetry. | |
| So we're right now digesting the Durham report, and it's pretty damning. | |
| In other words, there was no Russian collusion, and to the degree that the word collusion is apt, it belongs in the Hillary Clinton camp. | |
| Mr. | |
| DeShinko and Mr. | |
| Steele were colluding with Russian sources deliberately fed or made up. | |
| And yet, the people who promulgated that are now highly paid analysts at CNN, MSNBC, and other entities. | |
| And there's nobody worried about this. | |
| There's no lawsuits. | |
| There's nothing. | |
| And so when Tucker then is centered. | |
| We wonder, why is this happening? | |
| It's not because he wasn't successful. | |
| These people are unsuccessful. | |
| The Don Limones of the world are unsuccessful. | |
| But what did he do that is so egregious and so asymmetrical compared to what the industry allows? | |
| Given that he was such a popular lead-in and was the anchor, as you sort of intoned, to the entire... | |
| And I don't know what he did, because I was on his show, and I can tell you that of all the shows I go on, on various networks, he was the most polite. | |
| His staff was the most courteous. | |
| They were the most professional. | |
| And although I disagreed with him on maybe one or two topics, he never tried to embarrass a guest. | |
| He was never discourteous. | |
| The clips that have been leaked, and I don't know who's leaking them, whether it's Dominion or some of the enemies that he had at Fox, they don't reflect badly on him. | |
| Whoever's ever leaking it, if it's intended to make him look bad, they should cease and desist because it makes him fully human and affable and funny. | |
| And so I'm as bewildered as many people, and I don't know what venue he will take up. | |
| I don't know. | |
| I think your point to History that when Bill O'Reilly went on, everybody said Fox was finished, went off, and then Tucker came in. | |
| And when Megyn Kelly left, everybody said the same thing, and then Laura came in. | |
| And so I think they, whoever they are, the Amorphous A, felt that there was nobody irreplaceable. | |
| Tucker would go out, they would have a tryout, and People would walk in with the same effectiveness. | |
| And I don't think that people appreciated that Tucker was not just a network anchor. | |
| He was sort of an encapsulation of a whole new Republican Party or conservative movement that had radically realigned to the middle class rather than the elites. | |
| And he was a spokesman for that group of people. | |
| So I don't think he could be judged by necessarily his ad revenue or even his audience, but the audience was huge. | |
| But the role that he played in bringing people not just to his show, but to all of the shows. | |
| And I think that's the problem. | |
| I don't know if it was made in haste or anger. | |
| But rationally, it doesn't make sense for people who were very astute and were able to have this conservative voice that was very lucrative to the Murdoch man. | |
| I don't understand. | |
| It's almost clueless as anybody. | |
| Yeah, I mean, and it doesn't even really matter if Tucker himself is a conservative or if he supports Republican candidates. | |
| He was willing to ask the questions of officials and elected representatives and important people and elites that we are discussing as Americans at our dinner table. | |
| He normalized the news in a manner where he was talking about the things that were important to my bottom line, the safety of my family and how I was going to protect it. | |
| And now that that's gone, it's unsimilar in nature to the dismissal of Megyn Kelly or Bill O'Reilly in the sense that wherever Tucker goes, I believe people will go and search for him because once people find a program willing to ask the tough questions. | |
| they want to hear the answers to those questions. | |
| Do you agree? | |
| Yeah, I do. | |
| And I'd like to quantify what you just said. | |
| So when you say the tough questions, what was his trademark is he asked questions very early on during the COVID vaccinations. | |
| He didn't deny their efficacy. | |
| He just asked if these two, Moderna or Pfizer, if you got them, were there problems and side effects and were they going to be an absolute problem? | |
| As Anthony Fauci said, absolute guarantee from being either infected or being infectious, as they were advertised. | |
| Because he said the whole point is if you don't want to be, and I'm speaking as someone who is fully vaccinated, but he said if you don't want to be vaccinated, they're going to leave you alone because the vaccinated people could neither infect nor be infected. | |
| He was one of the first to question that because he brought in dissenting voices. | |
| On Ukraine, and I disagreed with him on elements of Ukraine, but he was the only one really very early on that said, is this wise to equip the Ukrainians with offensive weapons to engage in sinking a ship on the Black Sea or going into Russia with drone attacks when it's a nuclear power? | |
| If the Nordstrom pipeline, we don't know who blew a blow, but nobody was asking the questions. | |
| And so he brought people on and said there's some evidence that either Ukrainian operatives or people in Europe with the consent or the guidance of the United States government. | |
| I don't know if that's true or not. | |
| But the point is, these were not conspiracy theories. | |
| And he brought people across the political spectrum. | |
| Greenwald or Robert Kennedy Jr. | |
| So this was a forum where there were certain taboo subjects that were of enormous importance to the body politic of the United States. | |
| And he was willing to open the discussion and the discussion was considered so volatile and dangerous that you were not even to talk about it on any network. | |
| And that's what he did. | |
| And I think that got people, you know, from foreign countries were angry. | |
| And you've got people across the spectrum. | |
| I know that people in the Republican establishment Say, Mitch McConnell or the former Speaker Paul Ryan were furious at him for just these questions, questioning of Republican orthodoxy. | |
| They didn't want to talk about that. | |
| He said things you were not supposed to be. | |
| He said, this is the big debt, $31 trillion. | |
| We look back, the Republicans should have been blameless, but during their administrations, they almost matched the Democrats in reckless spending. | |
| And you don't do that if you're a conservative, supposedly. | |
| In the media today. | |
| So there was no sacrosanct. | |
| Nobody was sacrosanct. | |
| On any given day, Tucker Carlson could say anything about anybody, anywhere, anytime, but within professional parameters. | |
| He wasn't reckless. | |
| He wasn't a guy that was, you know, he had a staff. | |
| He wrote his own monologues. | |
| That's another thing I think that people don't understand, that when you look at his monologues, they have his imprint on it. | |
| He wrote them. | |
| And they were different than almost every person on any cable news. | |
| And they got more exciting as they went on. | |
| And that was because he had started his career as a writer. | |
| He was foremost a journalist. | |
| So he was a multidimensional person. | |
| And that means that when he leaves... | |
| He's going to be multi-dimensional. | |
| We don't know what venue he'll choose. | |
| It looks like Twitter, but I don't think that he's going to follow the trajectory of what Fox or anybody thought he would. | |
| I think he'll be very successful in a way that we can't even imagine. | |
| I would agree with that prediction, and we hope that he is successful. | |
| We think that there's no reason why he wouldn't be successful. | |
| People will follow him wherever he goes. | |
| Twitter is a platform right now that is being Taken over by a new CEO who is an executive chair at the World Economic Forum who has stifled free speech in and throughout the Western world right now. | |
| I mean, how do you feel about the future of that platform? | |
| Well, I've never met him. | |
| I have no vested interest in him. | |
| But what separates Elon Musk from the people around him... | |
| And I'm talking about Yaccarino, his new hire. | |

| So I don't know why he hired her. | |
