Folks, I don't play the political game.
I just refuse to do it.
So, folks, when we start, I have to thank our new sponsor, Four Patriots.
Folks, a food shortage could be coming even in the U.S. You know, Bill Gates is saying, we're all going to have to eat bugs and fake meat now.
Economic experts wrote at the end of the summer crop season about this food shortage.
Farmers sense it too.
John Boyd Jr., a fourth-generation farmer, told Fox News that we're going to see empty food shelves in the coming months.
Folks, you saw with this scandemic how everybody rushed to the grocery store, emptied the shelves, the whole nine yards.
Folks, create your own stockpile of the best-selling Four Patriots survival food kits.
It's not ordinary food, folks.
We're talking good-for-25-year super survival food.
Handpicked right in a family-owned facility in the USA and giving jobs to over 200 Americans.
These kits are compact, sturdy, water-resistant, and stack easily.
And folks, let me tell you, Guys, I wouldn't call myself a survivalist.
I call myself a realist.
You know, I have a go bag that is ready to go at any time with ammo.
Guys, I have more guns in my house than the local National Guard armory, so I've got a few of those in my go bag.
I've got ammo.
I've got cases of water.
I've got guns.
I'm not going to tell you what kind.
I've got guns.
What else do I have in there?
I have a first aid kit.
I have gas masks.
I have extra socks, folks.
As an infantryman, you always take care of your feet.
Extra socks.
Boy, what else do I got?
It's one of these huge duffel bags.
Knives, batteries, a radio, and I have the survival food from Four Patriots.
So, they have different delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners.
You can make these meals in less than 20 minutes.
Just add boiling water, simmer, and serve.
Folks, right now, you can go to 4patriots.com.
That is the number 4patriots.com.

There's a lot of companies out there that offer this stuff.
I love 4Patriots.
A lot of their stuff, folks, I'm a big hunter.
I travel around the country.
I hunt.
Let me tell you, I throw a pack or two in my backpack when I'm out hunting because, folks, you never know.
Okay?
Preparation is key.
You see what's happening in this country.
You see the crazy stuff that's going on.
Having a stockpile of food ready to go is essential for everybody out there.
Go to 4Patriots.com and use code TEDDY. Save yourselves 10%.
Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome to another show.
In the Trenches with Teddy Daniels.
I am your guest host.
The Black Mamba.
Chief Jerome Bell bringing it to you today.
Once again Teddy's on vacation so I'll be bringing it to you today and the rest of the week.
So today what we're going to do is Since it's, you know, election season and election season is ramping up, you know, it's starting to ramp up a little bit.
You know, as we do this, we're going to have candidates on.
So today I'm going to have on Chuck Smith from Virginia, who's running for Senate, who's running for U.S. Senate.
Later in the week, I believe Friday, I'm going to have congressional candidate J.R. Majewski.
On Friday.
So, you know, without any further ado, because you know how we roll here, you know, we go hard, we go strong, we go long, you know, sometimes because I get a long-winded, but, you know, I just want to cover some stuff.
So, we're going to talk to Chuck Smith here from Virginia.
And Chuck Smith ran for Attorney General in Virginia.
What was it, 2021?
2021 ran for AG. He won.
In my opinion, he won.
That was the year that Virginia brought in this firehouse primary or this convention with this BS called ranked choice voting.
The same ranked choice voting that they used against Sarah Palin up in Alaska.
I believe Virginia was the test bed for that.
And it ushered in China Yonkin.
And that's what Trump was trying to tell you guys.
When he said Yonkin, it sounds like China.
It sounds Chinese, doesn't it?
Yeah, well, that's because Trump understands who Youngkin is with the Carlisle Group.
He's ushering in, I believe he's building a battery plant, a Chinese battery plant in Virginia.
You know, so when we brought in China Youngkin, Who has done really nothing for Virginia.
I think he's run for, or either went out there and tried to run for president.
I believe he's polling at 1%.
So, you know, I believe he's, you know, they're not his candidate anymore.
They're going to go with DeSantis, you know, because Johnson is just not pulling, he's not even pulling his weight in Virginia.
But, uh, Chuck Smith ran for Attorney General.
I believe he won.
He lost on the official ballot, the official counts.
I think he lost by like 400 or 300 votes or something like that.
But people didn't even know how to count the ballots.
And so I believe it was another rigged election to usher in certain people here in Virginia.
And, you know, just like we saw around the country.
Okay, so I'm going to bring in Chuck Smith.
I'm going to let Chuck Smith tell you himself, you know, what he found and what happened and why he is the best choice for U.S. Senate in Virginia.
I endorsed him.
I endorsed Chuck Smith the other day.
He's my guy.
He's the guy I believe that can beat Tim Kaine, Hillary Clinton's Tim Kaine, who's been in the Senate here in Virginia for far too long.
The state of Virginia has gone to hell with Tim Kaine as Senate and these other governors.
You have McAuliffe as governor and all of this other stuff.
So, and Northam, you know, Ralph Northam.
And it didn't help any having Tim Kaine as the U.S. Senator.
So, Chuck, welcome to the show.
How are you doing, man?
Welcome.
Thank you so much, Jerome, for having me.
Yeah, I appreciate it.
Thank you, man.
So tell people who don't know you, because this is a nationwide show.
So people that don't know you, people that want to support you, people that may want to send some money your way, because we all know when we run for office, it's expensive, especially when you're running against these Democrats and when you're running against the Rhinos, who are probably going to put four or five people in your race to try to split the votes because they know you're the best candidate, but they're going to try to You know, stack the race with their horses, you know, so their horse can win just like they did to me in 2022.
But go ahead and tell the people, give people a little bit of your background and who you are, Chuck.
Well, good.
Thank you so much.
Let me start with your race there.
I think you should have been our nominee for the second.
You brought to the table a lot of the experience, which was unmatched on the other side.
We see this time and time again where we have good candidates that are not supported by the people in play, the people in power.
And unfortunately, when you lose, Virginia loses because they don't get the benefit of your leadership.
You have mentioned a few things in your campaign.
You stood strong on the issues of the day.
And I think it's just sad when we see people Who are very qualified for the office, who have put in the time, who have been in the trenches, as it were.
And you stand up to represent your district.
You stand up to represent, in this case, the second.
And the people come with their favorite person.
And it's unfortunate because the second has traditionally been, at least when I was chairman, a very conservative district.
The Second has obviously the military base here, and there are a lot of important issues that flow through the Second.
So it really is a disappointment not to have you in that seat.
Having said that, I know that all eyes are on our Second District Congresswoman, and we're going to hold our feet to the fire and just make sure that she stands up for the Constitution, she stands up for the things she stated in her campaign.
I don't know how she's going to do all of those things and, you know, mix some of the campaign promises she made, but we're going to see how that happens.
We have to get our country back, and that's where I come in.
When I ran for Attorney General, I was, you know, hands down, I think, the best qualified candidate.
I didn't lose any experience having run For AG and now running for the State Senate.
I'm the only Marine in this bunch.
I predict I'll probably be the only Navy JAG commander retired in this bunch of people who are running for the United States Senate.
I've been the only one and I will predict I'll be the only one who has practiced law for more than 44 years who is running for this seat.
And I probably will be the only one in this seat who has been a former chairman of a very large city committee, the largest here in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Having said all that, you know, we know how this system works.
It's all about how much money you can raise.
It's all about how much influence you can muster.
But I bring together, Jerome, the Biggest package against Tim Kaine.
No one will come in this race.
I don't know where they come from.
No one will have as much military experience.
No one will have as much law experience.
No one will have as much political party experience.
And when I say political party, I'm talking about the trenches.
I wasn't always the chairman.
I used to be a regular member.
I was the head of what we call the 120 Club.
I worked within the party.
I was a precinct chair.
I did a number of things in the party, as you did.
And I think these should be our first choices.
Having said all that, when we run these races and we don't win, our job is not to turn tail and run.
As you have not done, you stayed strong.
As I have not done, I have remained strong.
And I believe in this race for U.S. Senate.
Not only will I be the person to, I predict, not only will I be the person to win the nomination, I will win the general election as well.
You know, again, Cain does not have my experience.
Cain, I think, if I recall correctly, was in a fifth grade when I enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1970.
I know he hasn't practiced law as long as I have, and I know that he hasn't been, you know, head of his party.
You know, at the grassroots level.
So having said that, we've got a lot of issues going forward.
Obviously, we have Afghanistan, cancel culture, COVID crime.
Boy, do we have crime running.
And, you know, the Democrats, I think, are shamefully responding to our need to enforce our police officers, our need to have safe cities, to obey the rule of law, The rule of law.
We have drug policies that are just not working.
Economic policies.
Inflation is high.
It's out of sight.
Education issues and policies.
Election integrity issues.
Energy independence.
Foreign policy.
I mean, boy, are we facing a world war if we don't get things right.
I proudly state that I am pro-America, pro-Virginia, pro-life, pro-Trump, pro-child safety, And a card carrying 100% unapologetic support of the Second Amendment.
This is where I come from.
This is what I believe.
I'm running on the Constitution.
I think this is where we're going to lose this country.
If we don't get back to the issues that matter, if we don't get back to believing that the citizens have guaranteed rights under the Constitution, nothing given to us by the states, I think we're going to see and say bye-bye to the United States of America as we know it.
Well, Chuck, what do you think?
Okay, when you mentioned that you were head of the party, you talked about the Republican Party of Virginia Beach.
And when you were chairman of that party, that was the last time that I can recall, unless I'm mistaken, that we actually won total statewide seats in the state of Virginia, correct?
Right, right.
That's true.
When I was chairman, we held every single Allocated General Assembly seat.
We held the 21st.
We held the 82nd, 83rd, 84th, 85th.
We held the 7th and 8th Senate Electoral seats.
We even held the 2nd District Congressional seat.
And get this, we even held the statewide Senate seat with George Allen.
Virginia Beach was a conservative unit, a very conservative unit.
We were a powerhouse.
We were a powerhouse to be reckoned with from Virginia Beach.
Remember, McDonald came from Virginia Beach.
You have other leaders that came from Virginia Beach, people who had been in the trenches.
You talk about Youngkin.
He was elected governor.
Of course, Winsome was elected and also Jason were elected.
But these people were not a part of the leadership that we had when Virginia Beach was a powerhouse.
I was.
These people were not of the party, if I recall.
I really don't recall Winsome back in 2006, 2007.
And I certainly don't recall Jason.
I'm not sure Jason was even out of high school back in 2007.
I'm not sure.
I'm not trying to Throw something out there.
But I do not recall the people who are currently in the leadership of the state having been a part of the dynasty, the powerhouse that Virginia Beach was back in the 2000s.
I mean, well, we know Yonkin wasn't because he was part of the Carlyle group.
So, you know, he was not.
He was brought out of nowhere to be governor.
Let's get into some issues.
One of the biggest issues right now, we'll touch on a couple of things because I have some questions.
As you mentioned, CIT, you mentioned the things at the school board with the LGBTQ agenda.
You got all of this, the transgender and everything that's being thrown at us.
But I think one of the biggest issues right now, and with you being an immigration attorney, What's your position and how do you feel on, right now, the invasion that's going on of America?
And what would you do as a U.S. Senator to stop that?
Or where's your stand on that?
Let me just ask you that.
What's your stance on that?
Well, first of all, I practice law in a number of areas, three key areas.
I do immigration law, criminal law, and divorce.
I do other things, but those are the main things that I do.
And I want to stress, I practice legal Immigration law.
None of my clients who want to maintain a status of being out of status or illegal do I represent only if they're looking to legalize their stay here in the United States.
But I'm a firm believer that without borders, we have no sovereignty.
I think we have an outrage right now at our borders.
What we need to do is shut our borders down.
We need to make sure that the people who are in the United States have a reason to be in the United States, and those that do not, we need to show them a quicker way to the exit door.
If people are not applying to remain in the United States, in other words, when you make an application, you're telling people where you live, how long you've lived there, who lives with you.
If you're not legally applying to stay in the United States, you have no right to be in the United States.
And so, immigration, I think, is the fault line.
I think this is what's going to tear our country down.
This is what I believe unchecked.
The numbers will come across, not just our southern border, but the numbers will come across with fentanyl.
The numbers will come across with drugs.
You already have human trafficking.
We have to get a handle on this.
No other country in the world, I think, allows the type of open border policies that we have.
We need to stand by people who believe in strong borders.
Let me say this.
A lot of what we see Is from Democratic policies that have been put in place.
But the Democrats did not, and this shouldn't be lost on anyone, the Democrats didn't gain power all by themselves.
Some of our guys, some Republicans, supported Democratic policies, which allowed them to be in the positions that they're in today.
And I guess under this myth that If we get a lot of people in the United States, these people are going to be voting liberal policies.
This is anything but what the Constitution provides for.
This is anything but what our laws provide for.
We have to get a handle on our borders to maintain our sovereignty.
Everyone who's not making an application should be shown the exit door.
We cannot continue to have the people rush into the United States at the numbers they're rushing in.
And let me say this, too.
There are a lot of people running for office, but people who are not grounded in immigration law, who don't understand immigration policies, in my opinion, have no business running for offices where they have to begin to understand how we can close our borders.
You cannot, in my opinion, understand immigration law if you're just going to rely on others to interpret that for you.
In other words, people who understand immigration law can develop a plan Which would support the shutting down of our immigration system long enough so we can get a handle on who is in the United States, and then opening it again and allowing people to begin with the processing for whatever the applications are.
We cannot have an open border policy.
I don't know any country in the world that believes in sovereignty of their country, which allows the type of access that we have right now, where people can just come to the border Make a statement, be put off in a class, and somehow be let loose, and then they're in to the United States, and we have to worry about how we're going to deal with them.
Our schools can't support it, our hospitals can't support it, our public systems can't support it, and we're going to begin to see a shutdown of this country, shutdown of America, in a real sense if we don't get a handle on our immigration laws.
I mean, not only a shutdown, but these cities are going to be overrun.
Even like Chicago, you see these constituents up in Chicago right now.
They're actually complaining.
I'm going to say constituents.
I mean, black constituents that are complaining about the illegals.
And this is what they voted for.
This is what the people voted for when they voted for Joe Biden, when they voted for these mayors, when they vote for these Democrat leaders in their cities.
This is what they voted for.
So, you know, I ran in 2020 and I ran in 2022 on a minimum 10-year immigration moratorium because, you know, I believe that we have to shut it all down.
Like you say, we need to find who's in the country, who's here legally.
We need to remove them properly, and then they can start the system to come into the country legally.
We are not against immigration.
We are for, like you said, legal immigration.
You know, so just to clear that up because, you know, the Democrats are trying to twist that, oh, he's against immigration.
No, he's for legal immigration, but we need to know who's in the country.
But like President Trump said the other day, these people need to be deported.
We have gangs that have come across the border.
We have Chinese.
We have people from over 159 different nations that have come into the, just walked across the border.
And these are people that have been caught.
They're giving papers.
And I'm hearing now on the border, you know, these people are being processed with, you know, paperwork that says that they need to come back to court in 35 years, in 45 years.
This is this nonsense that they're doing to destroy America.
This is the destruction of America, and it has begun.
We haven't been invaded like this since 1812, the War of 1812.
Okay, so let's move on.
So the next probably big topic What's going on right now is what is going on in our schools.
The agenda that they're trying to push within the schools, the LGBTQ agenda, the trans, the transgender agenda.
You know, where do you stand on that?
And what would be a policy that Chuck Smith would produce or support in the U.S. Senate?
Well, listen, let me just put this out here.
People can live any life that they want to live.
I am not about telling people the life or lifestyle that they can live.
What I disagree with is that we need to change our vocabulary for them.
We need to change our language for them.
We need to change our policies whereby we teach our children for them.
I am opposed to that.
I don't think that we need to change our Constitution for that.
We have a Constitution in the United States that really is being treated as if it's some backdoor regulation that they can at whim decide what they will follow and what they won't.
And 90% of the time, they're deciding they're not going to follow the provisions of the Constitution.
They're going to go with their own interpretations of some lower regulation.
But we cannot have our children being taught policies that are inconsistent with math, science, English, biology.
We cannot have our children, nor should we, being introduced to the criminal race, what I call criminal race theories, the critical race theories of the 1970s, which is now morphed into full-blown wokeism.
What we need is to get a handle on what our children need in their schools and teach them that.
We do not need to change everything that we're doing, nor, as some people have added, some of the people in these communities have added, we need to change our Constitution.
I'm reminded, and this might be an offshoot, of a lecturer before an English forum who was talking about Jesus, who was talking about God, How God welcomes everyone and God believes that everyone should come to the Lord and come to the Lord to be made whole.
And he commented that, yes, that is true.
God does want everyone.
He does want people to come as they are.
But in every single situation, the people changed.
God never changed.
And so the idea that we have to change everything that we're doing Our religion, even, but change everything we're doing, our schools, change our programs, change how we teach, change the things that we're doing.
I think that is anathema to a strong nation.
We have established what our Constitution is, we've established what our laws are, and people living the life...
Okay, are you still there?
Yeah, I'm still here to go.
I'm still here to go.
Okay, my screen went blank.
People living the life that they want to live.
I don't fault anyone for living whatever lifestyle they have.
We can't change our military.
We can't change our math teachings.
You know, one and one will always equal two.
He is always masculine.
They is always plural.
We've gone far aboard.
I guess what I'm telling you is I will be a senator that will get us back, not just to the rule of law, but will get us back to common sense principles and values that have kept this country strong and that will keep this country strong.
There's Chuck Smith for the moment.
Hey, we're going to take a break here.
Our first break, let Teddy Daniels pay some bills.
And we will be right back with Chuck Smith, candidate for United States Senate in the state of Virginia.
We'll be right back.
Folks, I want to talk to you about Gold Co.

We're back here on In the Trenches with Teddy Daniels and your host, the Black Mamba.
I am Chief Jerome Bell, the Black Mamba of the Air Raid Waves, and we have Chuck Smith.
Chuck Smith is with us today.
Chuck Smith is running for U.S. Senate in the state of Virginia.
He ran for AG. I believe he won, and I will say that.
Until, you know, the cows come home.
I believe Chuck Smith won.
But I believe he's going to win the U.S. Senate.
I believe he's the only candidate that's running in the U.S. Senate, for the U.S. Senate, that could beat the Democrat Tim Kaine here that's been here way, way, way too long as Senate for the State of Virginia.
Alright, so Chuck, we talked about the border, we talked about the LGBTQ stuff, right?
So, let me ask you this.
What policies would Senator Chuck Smith want to put in place That would bring jobs or that would bring, you know, make Virginia whole again, because Virginia's not right, even though they bring this to the Chinese.
And would you limit the CCP in the state of Virginia?
One hundred percent.
I don't know a place in China where you can find an office of the Commonwealth of Virginia or an office of the United States, other than the embassy now, and even those.
Operate within certain limits or define limits.
The CCP has no business owning any property in the United States.
And I know some states are actively, like Florida and others, passing laws to prohibit that.
But the senselessness of allowing a country who has posited itself as our enemy.
I mean, you know, when you shoot a balloon over our country, you're not our friend at this point.
But the senselessness of allowing them to own certain property here in the United States is just absolutely ridiculous.
And I will vote against that 100% of the time.
I don't believe it's the correct thing to do.
If they want to have an interest in the United States, then they need to go through the proper informal foreign policy channels.
And to think that we can allow People from other countries to do in this country what we could not even begin to do in their country, I think is absurd.
We need to get not just our dignity back, but get our sovereignty back.
And, of course, we need a strong president.
We don't have a strong president now.
He's a strong president, and we are one on the horizon.
And let me just say a word about President Trump.
A lot of people say, well, Chuck, why are you for President Trump?
He's got so much on his plate.
He's got this lawsuit, that lawsuit.
He's got this interest, that interest.
He made statements.
And my answer is this.
The question is not what he has on his plate.
The question is, can we allow the weaponization of the federal government against individuals?
Can we allow the violation, direct violation, not just of the Constitution, but of our own laws to take place?
You have people in New York who are starving, people who are committing crimes.
You have an economy that needs to be addressed.
How is it that out of all the things that New York has got to deal with, they find time and they find an interest in prosecuting someone under the weakest of all laws?
That in itself should indicate to people that we need to be standing up against this.
And whether or not you support Donald Trump, you have to support the rule of law, because as the saying goes, if they can come for him, they can come for you and me.
As United States Senator, I will stand by the Constitution.
I will stand I will stand by the rule of law, and I will stand by our values here, which are, I think, totally opposite to what China is doing or trying to do here in the United States.
I think it's an insult.
I think it's a direct threat to our national security, and I think people ought to know that.
I mean, when you have China operating in ways outside of an embassy That will not allow Americans to enter their buildings or not allow Americans to know exactly what they're doing in these places.
I think that begs the question on whether we are a sovereign nation, whether we have borders, whether we have a rule of law.
And as a senator, I will stand up for the Constitution first and foremost and always.
You mentioned the weaponization of America and against the American people, right?
So the way that we're finding out now is that a lot of the FBI, the DOJ, was weaponized against President Trump.
Right along with the Rhinos, who were never Trumpers, right along with the...
I'm having some difficulties with my...
I'm trying to get my voice right, and something happened.
But anyway, we just keep going, and I hope it's not distorted too much.
But the weaponization of the FBI and the CIA and the DOJ against the American people, I believe it started with the Patriot Act.
I believe the Patriot Act was not just for People, you know, are terrorists, trying to find terrorists abroad.
But I believe it was actually for and against the American people because what we're finding out now is that they're using the domestic terrorist part of the Patriot Act to go after Parents that want to speak at school boards.
The American patriots that want to stand up and fight.
And these people that want to afford their right under the first amendment.
Right?
To, you know, for redress peacefully.
This is what, you know, the J6, you know, was about, J621 was about.
But, you know, we have people rotting in jail.
We have, I call them prisoners of Washington, rotting in jail, you know, because of this act.
Would you, as U.S. Senator, allow the Patriot Act to sunshine and go away?
Would you vote against the Patriot Act if it came back?
Would you be a no vote against that?
All of the above.
I think the time for spying on Americans has come and gone.
We have seen some of the Democrats' extreme activity.
Who would have thought that they would weaponize the United States government against...
My screen has disappeared again.
Are you there?
Yeah, I'm here.
Go ahead, ma'am.
I'm having some soundboard issues, but sorry about that.
Go ahead.
The weaponization of the United States government against individuals How absurd is that?
I mean, where is the Constitution?
Where are rules of law?
Where is our Supreme Court?
Where are the people who believe in this country?
Someone needs to stand against this.
I do not think that we should allow the Democrats in this wokeism phase to get away with every willy-nilly attack that they have on the American citizen.
I'm one of those people who believe that if you violate a law, you should be held accountable.
And let's just pick on any law here.
Let's say you commit any type of felony.
You should be held accountable.
Let's say you commit a misdemeanor, and it's proven now that you've committed these things.
You should be held accountable.
Well, if you intentionally commit these acts, as is a requirement of the element of these offenses, of course, you are going to be held accountable.
Well, what if you intentionally deprive someone of their First Amendment rights?
If you do that intentionally, you should be held accountable.
If you deprive someone of their Second Amendment rights intentionally, on purpose, you should be held accountable.
If you deprive someone of their Fourth Amendment rights, their Fourth Amendment right against unreasonable searches and seizures, their Fifth Amendment rights of due process to have notice in a hearing, their Sixth Amendment right to counsel, their Seventh Amendment right to civil jurors, their Eighth Amendment right to cruel against unusual punishment, Or the 10th Amendment rights to go beyond what the Constitution provides.
Remember, all power, not specifically delegated to the federal government nor prohibited by it to the states, is reserved to states and people.
If you intentionally violate that, you should be held accountable.
And we need to bring those things back because we have far too many Democrats, including the President of the United States, that believes that they can willy-nilly right-rot-shot, if you will, over the Constitution And not only put people in jail, but cause our agencies of government to be weaponized against individuals.
Those should be criminal offenses for which they should be held accountable.
And I don't care who commits it.
I mean, you know, no one's above the law, right?
If the president does that, he should be.
That's what the Democrats say.
Right, right.
So, you know, unless it's them.
Well, my point is, it is them, and they should be held accountable.
You know, we have this charade going on with Hunter Biden.
You know, I'm sure that day of reckoning is going to come.
But, you know, just keep our eyes open, because as a United States senator, I will make sure that I do my part in making sure that people who have intentionally violated our constitutional rights are held accountable.
That's what we need.
And I think once you begin holding people accountable, you will see the surrender of some of these, what I call, criminal activities.
You cannot intentionally deprive someone of their freedom of speech rights.
You cannot put people in jail and throw away the The Brady Rule, where they have an opportunity to have all exculpatory evidence available to them.
If you intentionally keep those videos and keep those exculpatory items of evidence away from their trial, you should be held accountable.
I think we've seen so much going on in this society.
I can't wait to get into the United States Senate.
They're going to see a lot of change with me because I believe in the Constitution.
I believe in the rights of people.
Some things I think need to be left alone.
I don't think we should have overkill on certain things, but we have had so much underkill on the rights of the people.
It just begs the question, are we really a nation?
I mean, is this more of a tyrannical rule type of government than it is a government of and by the people?
We see the news media being weaponized.
We see the FBI being weaponized, CIA being weaponized.
The average citizen is in no position to fight these powerful agencies.
We've seen where Trump even making the statement, That people should stand against this.
I knew exactly what he meant.
People should stand against it.
He's not telling people to stand, but where are the people who are standing against violations of the Constitution?
Because after me, it will come to you, was the message.
I want to be the United States Senator that brings back the rule of law.
And just a word on this.
We have people who run for office for any number of reasons.
And of course, I I encourage people to run for all office.
That's what we need.
That's what our government provides.
And I think that's healthy for our society.
But if you're running for office, trying to display some type of courage, I think it is critical right now seeing what's happening to our government and how Are Republicans in name only?
Quote, unquote, rhinos, right?
How they have not stood up, how they have not been the force behind the win that makes people follow the Constitution.
I think it's critical now to look at some of these candidates and ask yourself, really, are these the type of people that you want in office who come with no backbone at a time?
For example, When Chuck Smith enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1970, when the Vietnam War was going, nobody was going.
Nobody wanted to go.
Everybody was saying, even my grandmother, don't do this, Chucky.
No, it's crazy.
You can display courage in some other ways.
Some of my opponents are displaying their courage now by, I understand, writing a book.
When they had an opportunity to serve in the Marine Corps or the Army or the Navy or the Air Force or the Coast Guard, they did not.
What senselessness is that?
Everyone wants to write a book.
Everybody thinks that this is how they try to get their word out.
This is how they try to make people believe that they are important.
They write a book.
Here's my story.
Here's my book.
Paracel in South Carolina, 1970.
I didn't ride or drive on a bus.
I ran.
I walked.
I climbed hills.
We swam.
Those were the tests of our courage, of our faith.
If you really wanted to be in service, you want to defend this country, these are the types of things you do.
And I'm not suggesting everybody's got to go in service, but where is all- I think everyone should serve two years, Chuck.
You know, I'm a believer that every person that comes out of high school, even if you're going into college, you should serve this country for two years so you can have a love of this country.
You understand what this country is about.
You know, maybe not in our military now that's so woke, but the military, when we came through, we need to get rid of these military leaders.
You know, the wokeism in the military, the wokeism in this entire administration, all the leadership.
We need to clean house from top to bottom.
I am a believer that each citizen in this country should have to serve two years in order to really know what defending this country is about, to understand, you know, what this country is.
And I believe that, you know, it would be a more love for this country because, you know, they took out civics, so they don't teach civics in school anymore.
So there's no love of this country.
You see these kids coming up with all these fallacies and these kids are being brainwashed.
There's more than two genders.
You can be a unicorn if you want to be.
A boy can be a girl.
A girl can be a boy.
Well, none of this is true.
None of this is true.
This is all about money.
This is all about the next agenda, the oppression.
This is really about the attack on a nuclear family and all of this.
I believe when you have a love of country, it's just like when you have your first car, right?
Everyone loves their first car.
They would do anything for their first car or their first home.
When you have a love of something, you will protect that at all costs.
And I believe that each citizen here in the United States needs to have the love of this country.
And I believe if we had a more love of this country, we wouldn't see the things that's happening right now.
Well, I think Trump said it best, is that the greatest threat to Western civilization is ourselves and the people who hate this country, people who hate America.
Unfortunately, we've elected some of these people, and perhaps they don't think they hate America, but you look at the way they vote.
Look at the statements that they make.
I think the military goes a long way to instill in people that you stand up for the flag, you don't kneel.
I think it goes a long way to remind people that this is the greatest nation in the world.
I have to be born on the 4th of July, but you don't have to be born on 4th of July.
I believe that this is our home.
This is all we have.
People say, I'm going to go, where are we going?
And for those who hate this country, if you want to leave, You know, by all means leaving.
But here's my point on this particular issue.
Whether or not you have served, show us the courage that you pretend to have.
Exactly.
So we're going to take a break real quick.
That was my cue to take a break.
Commercial break for In the Trenches with Teddy Daniels.
I am the host today and for the rest of the week, the Black Mamba Chief Jerome Bell with special guest today, U.S. Senate candidate for the state of Virginia, Chuck Smith.
We'll be right back.
Trump made a bold statement recently.
He said he could end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours without going after Russia.
He says Russia is not the enemy, but this is, and it's currently targeting the US as we speak.
The enemy wants to control us, our bank accounts, our assets, and practically enslave every US citizen.
It's part of their sick and twisted plan.
Folks, this goes way beyond the failing banks.
And the worse that the recession gets.
According to experts, this event is the closest thing to a rapture we have ever seen, yet no news stations are covering it.
A new video that's out there actually shines the light on a dangerous situation.
It exposes who the enemy is, their diabolical plan, and An effective strategy to hedge against this upcoming disaster.
Folks, visit darkagedefense.com backslash teddy to watch this controversial video.
It's currently streaming online for free.
It might get canceled soon.
Folks, watch it now before they take it down from everywhere.
The cancel culture is nuts.
Watch it while you can.
Folks, darkagedefense.com backslash teddy.
Link in the description.
Go watch.
go see what's going on we're back from our break this This is the Black Mama Jerome Bell with Chuck Smith.
We're going to finish up with Chuck Smith.
We're going to go straight through for the next 15 to 20 minutes without any more interruptions there, Chuck.
All right, so you're in the U.S. Senate, and they bring a $1 trillion Ukraine bill to the floor.
To the Senate.
How does Chuck Smith vote on funding Ukraine?
What does Chuck Smith feel about the Ukraine-Russia war?
And would Chuck Smith be a yay or a nay?
Well, this may upset some of the neocons, but Ukraine is not our fight.
Ukraine is not Our war, the people who oppose the Ukraine war have been called Russian sympathizers.
I really don't care what people say about me, but we have people dying in this country.
We have people who need our help in this country.
We can't chase phantoms throughout the world and fight in wars.
We were in Afghanistan.
What happened there?
We were in Iraq.
What happened there?
I think we need to take care of Americans and make America as strong as it can be without sending our children over to die in other countries, particularly Ukraine.
Are you kidding me?
Ukraine?
You talk about corruption.
Why are we defending the interests of Ukraine?
Listen, I think we need to reexamine NATO. I think we need to explain how is it that when we have An idea to put forces in the backyard of Russia that it could not have been predicted that Russia's reaction would be to try to take down Ukraine?
I don't think this is our fight.
And as United States Senator, I will vote immediately to get us out of this Ukraine business.
It is not for us.
It is not the hill that our children need to die on.
Yeah, I agree with you there, definitely.
Now how did you feel, you know, because I saw You know, the Speaker of the House, the new Speaker of the House, you know, around before he was elected, even though after he was elected, wearing the Ukrainian, you know, pocket square, didn't have on a U.S. flag.
You know, people were going around with the Ukrainian flag or pocket squares, like I said.
And these people are supposed to be representing the United States.
And it's the American taxpayer that's funding this war.
It's the American taxpayer that's funding the invasion right now.
And so for our leaders to be, you know, I guess it looks as though to me that they're more beholden to other countries than they are the United States.
And the GOP, the House GOP stated that, you know, because you touched on it, you know, as far as the video.
And the House GOP, you know, one of their agreements with to Allow, allow Kevin McCarthy to be Speaker of the House because he did not get voted in.
And I say that clearly every chance I get.
He did not get voted in.
He got ushered in.
He was let in.
But, you know, they said they would have a motion to vacate if he did not.
I guess they had some rules and some things that he has not or would not commit to and do.
One of those is the releasing of 41,000 hours of video from J6. He still has not done that.
He still sits on that even though they had a couple of minutes that Tucker aired to get one guy out of prison that was able to get the shaman or whatever the Hell, he was out of the gulag.
But would you pressure Mitch McConnell in the Senate to pressure Kevin McCarthy to release the video?
And how would you do that?
Would you release it publicly?
Would you have a committee to do it?
How would Chuck Smith I think it should be released.
I think our society is the type of society that believes that the American people are the best Or in the best position to determine what things are and where the truth lies.
I mean, this is the whole basis of our jury system, that we have people who don't know anything about the facts, sit and listen to what the facts are, and then they make a decision.
They make their best guess to force feed us this video in a way that satisfies But McCarthy's interest only raises the suspicion.
I mean, you can go back, what, 50 years?
Back to the Kennedy assassination.
Why wasn't that released?
And so you have all these suspicions over the years.
I think people need to do what they say, and that's the number one problem that I'm running to correct, integrity.
People need to do what they say.
They don't have to say it.
But once they say they're going to release the video, they need to release the video.
They need to do it in a way where it's not just to one reporter.
It's not just to Tucker Carlson.
It's to the people.
And I think the people are in the best position to judge the truth of what those things are.
Again, we have so much, so much evidence that government has been weaponized against the American people.
The release of this video will go a long way to prove what the facts truly are.
You know, right now we're people languishing in jail.
We have people who've been convicted and the Brady rule was not applied to them.
You know, they did not get the benefit of seeing this video.
They did not get the benefit of having evidence which could exonerate them or which could have exonerated them.
This is A grave injustice.
You cannot have a situation where we're willing to put Americans in prison and deny them a video which would have found them not guilty.
How have we arrived at this level?
I'll tell you how we arrived there.
We have neocons who want endless wars, And we have what I call rhinos, Republicans in name only, who are allowing the Democrats to do what they're doing.
Every opportunity they get to vote against it, somehow they cave and they vote for it.
These are the things I think that need to change.
If you want Chuck Smith in the United States Senate, rest assured, you're going to have someone that will always stand on the side of truth and always stand on the side of the American people.
Absolutely.
And I know that to be a fact.
So what would your energy policy be?
When President Trump here not too long ago was president, we were the number one oil producer and exporter.
We were self-sufficient in our energy policies.
We had the lowest gas prices that I can remember.
Lowest energy prices, gas, electric.
So what would Chuck Smith's energy policy be?
Listen, I think Trump said it best, drill, drill, drill.
We need to get back to fossil fuel.
Fossil fuel is our answer.
We have a lot of people who want to go with the windmills and get away from fossil fuels.
I think that's the thing that's killing us.
We saw when President Trump was in office, our energy policies were thriving, our gas prices were low.
We had inflation, which was low.
We had a lot of things that we currently do not have, and it looks like we're not likely to get those things anytime soon because the policies that this administration is pursuing are counterproductive to the results.
It says, quote-unquote, says it's trying to achieve.
I don't know what they're trying to achieve, but what they say they're trying to achieve.
Again, a transparent government This government is not.
And I think that we're going to need a United States Senator who recognizes that when times were good, maybe we need to go back to then, when times were good.
I like Trump's statement, drill baby drill.
People say, hey, Trump shouldn't be in awe.
But think about that.
More manufacturing jobs under Trump's administration, more people back to work, less people unemployed, more money in our pockets.
How could you not want Trump to be president again?
A lot of people want to keep their television on.
I think if you really want to know what's going on in this country, shut the TV down.
Shut the TV down.
You'll know exactly what's happening in this country.
And I think we need to have more transparency and less attempts by government to muffle the people.
Yeah, everyone that drives a car, everyone that goes grocery shopping should know exactly what's going on in this country right now under Biden.
So we've got a few minutes left, but I didn't want to touch on this because I think it's still a big issue because I think it's going to come up here in the next few years.
You may be U.S. Senator when it comes up.
I hope it happened, and I'm speaking about the Nuremberg II trials.
So where did you stand and what's your position on these vaccine mandates, the masking, the forcing or coercion of individuals having to take the jab, especially the military or people to keep their jobs?
Where were you or where are you on anything like that as far as medical freedoms for American citizens?
Well, I'll tell you this.
Everyone, I was talking a minute ago about accountability, everyone who lied to us about the vaccines should be held accountable.
You cannot have a society where our medical professionals are not telling us the truth.
Of course, our Tenth Amendment does not allow for mandates of the types that we've seen, but we were told that these things were required, and yet the science, and we were told the science was behind it.
You remember when Trump went to take His vaccine, everyone was on him because the science was behind it.
Now we're being told that all of those things were lies.
Well, I think there should be accountability.
When I'm United States Senator, we're going to see people being held accountable for the actions that they've taken intentionally, knowing that they were false at that particular time.
We had an entire nation, perhaps an entire world, misinformed.
Simply because there were people who were trying to make a dollar.
Simply because there were people who were trying to hide and keep China out from being attacked.
You know, remember Trump was called a racist because he said this was a China virus.
Well, it was a China virus, right?
We need people who are going to stand up.
That's their favorite word when they don't agree with you.
They call me a white supremacist when I was running.
That's right.
That was the Washington Post.
Yeah.
All right.
So we got a couple of minutes left.
So tell everyone, first of all, and we're going to do this a couple of times because I know fundraising is important in these campaigns.
Tell everyone where they can find you.
Tell everyone where they can donate to the Chuck Smith campaign.
Okay.
So ChuckSmith4Senate.com.
That's ChuckSmith4Senate.com.
My website, of course, is ChuckSmith4Senate.com.
You can donate there.
You can also send donations to our PO Box 613, I'm sorry, PO Box 66545, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23466.
That's PO Box 66545, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23466.
Listen, I'm in this race for United States Senate because I believe our country Desperately needs courage, integrity, conservative loyalty, and experience.
And I have a lot of it.
No one else comes in this race or will come in this race, I guarantee you, with that experience.
No one will have more military experience.
No one will have more law experience.
No one will have more Republican Party experience.
I even go so far as to predict no one will have been born on the Fourth of July.
But at the end of the day, I think we need a United States Senator who loves this country.
And this is my country.
This is where I was born.
This is where I live.
This is where I raised a family.
One of my sons was fortunate enough to get to the United States Naval Academy.
There's nothing about this country that I hate.
Yes, we've had assorted history.
Yes, we had slaves at one time.
Yes, there were dark, but look, there are dark paths in every single country in the world.
That doesn't mean that we pack up and leave, but we continue.
On what our ancestors, our mothers and fathers and grandmothers and grandfathers taught us, and that is that freedom is priceless.
And as United States Senator, I guarantee that the Constitution will return to the status of guaranteed rights for every single American citizen.
and freedom is not free thank you chuck smith once again this is chuck smith for u.s senate state of virginia chuck smith for the number four senate.com you can go to his website you can donate at his website go check him out look at his at the rest of his platform at the rest of what he's running on you know but chuck smith is in america first patriot he served this country in uh two different sections of the military a u.s marine doing During Vietnam and he was also a JAG officer for

So if you can find it in your hearts, if you can find it in your wallets, if you can find it in your soul, Go to ChuckSmith4Senate.com and donate.
Give him $2, give him $5, give him $10, give him $2,900 if you want, if you can.
But these races will be expensive, especially.
He is not, and I want to express this, Chuck is not the establishment candidate.
They're going to dump in millions against Chuck Smith for their candidate.
They're going to run four horses against Chuck Smith to keep him from winning.
But we have to fight against that.
We have to fight against the Uniparty, is what we call it now.
The Democrats and the Rhinos.
Who put $1.7 million in my opponent's coiffers in her bank account to run against me for Congress in the primary, and they spent a total of $7 million against me.
I can see them spending 10 to 15 million dollars against Chuck Smith to keep him out of the U.S. Senate.
He just told you why he's the best candidate.
He just told you why America needs an America First candidate like Chuck Smith.
And Chuck, man, thank you for coming in.
