What I do is I get up every morning, I urinate for three seconds into the toilet, and then I collect the rest of it, and then I drink three ounces of my urine, and then I immediately chase it with my Cardio Miracle.

But it works for me.
It doesn't have to work for you, but it works for me, brother.
I got good skin, and then I take the rest of it.

But the reality is this.
You're probably taking the Cardio Miracle at the exact right time.

So first thing in the morning, usually on an empty stomach.
Yes.
So the three ounces of urine probably won't...
It probably works great with the bodily fluids.
But then we generally recommend a half an hour or so if you're going to have coffee or if you're going to eat protein.
But a half an hour before protein, primarily.
Why is that?
Well, because what happens is protein fights with the amino acids that create nitric oxide.
So the nitric oxide pathway.
It's kind of like getting on a crowded subway.
Makes sense.
And so we want to give it the full path first so the empty stomach is helpful.
Or some people, if they find that the turmeric and some of the ingredients are a little strong on their stomach because they have maybe a bad biome or they have problems with their gut or whatever, you can always take it with a carbohydrate.
Okay.
But we recommend protein 30 to 60 minutes after and then...
Most people we've recommended two doses a day for maximum benefit.
And that's best to take an hour or so after the evening meal and finish the day so it can do the detoxing and working through the blood-brain barrier through the night when the body's detoxing and recovering from the day's activities.
And then for those who are athletes, they can actually add another dose as a part of their pre-workout.
Some people take it during the entire workout.
Some people take it About a half an hour after the workout, if they're heavy muscle building, they want to break things down and then they want to give the body a chance to do that inflammation and then turn around and restore.
Then, you know, like Stan Graham and others who are our lead athletes, they take it off a half an hour or an hour after the workout.
But they've taken a dose in the morning that helps them have a more effective workout as well.
So if I was an NFL ball player or if I'm about to go run my triathlon and whatnot, would I do it right before the event or no?
I would load in the morning.
I would take extra doses the night before.
A couple of doses.
I take a couple of doses in the morning.
And my experience has been, and of course, I'm not a triathlete.
I need to be.
I need to start doing the Christopher Keyes regimen.
There you go, brother.
So I can look like you and be like you.
But sometimes I tell people on their 100-mile bike rides or their Ironmans or whatever, every other bottle.
We don't have additional electrolytes, but the ingredients have electrolyte types of things in it.
So depending on what people do in their training regimen, we find that taking Cardio Miracle every other interval as they're hydrating during a 3, 4, 5, 10 hour experience is very helpful.
