This is how we take back our country.
We support local.
You need to know your farmer.
You need to know where your food is coming from.
Because sadly, your big box chain stores are poisoning you with all the toxic chemicals.
So I believe one of the best things you can do to take care of this temple that God created is to know your farmers and support your farmers locally.
Go to your local farmers market.

Yes, I would say that I would tend to agree with you.

The aluminum salts, they clog up your pores and do not allow you to detox naturally, which everyone should be doing.
Our deodorants do not contain those aluminum salts, so they still allow you to perspire.

Sprouted nuts have 15 times more nutrients than regular nuts.
Something that people don't know is all nuts have something called phytox acid on the outside of it.
Phytox acid is toxic to our body.
So it's imperative that we sprout the nut first, get rid of that phytox acid, the nut will then sprout, bloom, become alive.
