All the way back in the 2008 presidential campaign, Barack Hussein Obama promised to close that prison if he won.
Well, he did win, but when he was inaugurated, one of his very first acts was to sign an executive order to shut the prison down, but despite that, it never happened.
Well, we know the press has always been in the tank for Obama, so they just shut up about it.
Forget it, like it never happened.
Just shove it in the memory hole.
Well, now the war on terror is over.
The press shoves that in the memory hole also because the Taliban is back in control in Afghanistan.
It's like the whole damn thing never even happened.
Well, except for teaching the importance of transgenderism to passion tribesmen and looking the other way while warlords raped little boys.
And besides the TSA making flying miserable and the permanent surveillance state expansion, don't try to send $600 or more.

But besides all of that, it's like it never even happened.
But Gitmo is still there.
And there are still 31 prisoners languishing there.
They're probably bad dudes.
They probably deserve to be there and be tortured and be executed.
But after what we've seen from our government for the last 20 years, do you really trust them holding anyone indefinitely in some offshore prison?
Or are those prisoners just being held there in the service of another lie, perpetuated by the Empire of Lies?
Yep, that seems plausible because now there's new filings for the Guantanamo Military Commission that raise questions about this exact matter.
The court filings date back to 2021, but they were heavily redacted at the time.
Well, now uncensored versions have unexpectedly come out.
And they claim that the CIA recruited two of the 9-11 hijackers before they flew planes into the World Trade Center, allegedly.
These court filings say that the CIA used Saudi Arabia as a go-between in order to circumvent laws that bar the CIA from conducting spy operations on Americans.
Richard Gage is an architect in the Bay Area with more than 30 years of experience.
He's also the founder and former CEO of Architects and Engineers for 9-11 Truth, which has amassed more than 3,500 members over the years.
For two decades, Richard and his wife Gail have been leading the charge for a deeper investigation into the destruction of all three World Trade Center skyscrapers 20 years ago.

So if I want somebody dead and I go contract a killer, does that make the killer immune for liability or prosecution because I used a go-between?
It's worse than that, Stu.
The CIA is going to try to spin this to say, oh no, we were just trying to infiltrate al-Qaeda.
But you see, the documents, which anybody can download, right off the RT Today, Russia Today article by Levschutz, you can download it.
It's 20 pages.
It's the testimony of the lead investigator for the defense organization in the military commission.
And in it, He has spent five years interviewing FBI agents, half a dozen of them, 9-11 Commission investigators, a whole bunch of them.
And their testimony is absolutely damning.
It not only shows the Saudi involvement in the payment and aiding of two of the hijackers, al-Hazmi and al-Midar, but scooting this thing all along and hiding it from the FBI,
the Alex Station secret police, The center that the CIA put together with FBI agents had tracked the travels of Al-Hazmi and Al-Midar to Kuala Lumpur to a secret meeting Which was videotaped.
And then that was 18 months before 9-11.
And then within weeks after that meeting, that was an Al-Qaeda meeting, they were allowed into the U.S. So the CIA knew they were at this meeting.
They were allowed into the U.S. anyway.
And they were then aided in finding an apartment by al-Bayoumi.
A Saudi intelligence official.
So the details of this are absolutely stunning because the FBI is going, we've got to get this because these guys are now in the U.S. We've got to get this to the FBI. And the CIA stopped them.
And they stopped them for almost 18 months until the last minute in August when the CIA finally said to the FBI, oh, we lost them.
You've got to find them.
So what did they do?
They set up the FBI as the scapegoat of intelligence failures when they all along were facilitating this.
You see, we know, Stu, that this is an inside operation by the fact that all three of these buildings, Building 7 and Building 1 and 2, came down in a controlled demolition.
This is evidence that we've been putting out for 18 years now.

This is just icing on the cake that's been given to us by RT, the author Levschitz, and the With this damning testimony from Canestraro, the five-year investigator at Guantanamo.
So your detractors are going to say, well, this is just Russian disinformation.

Well, J. Michael Springman, who ran the visa department in the Department of State at the consulate office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Was constantly refusing to allow these Saudis into the US for visas, and he was constantly being overridden by the CIA. And this was back in the very late 90s.
He knew, excuse me, 88, 89, 90, he knew that the CIA was allowing people who were suspected of terrorist links into the United States for training and sent to Afghanistan for fighting the Soviets.
He was at that era as well.
So this is a pattern that the CIA has had and apparently continued in the preparations for 9-11.
Would Bush 43 have known about this?
I don't know if they kept him in the dark or not.

So everybody knows the left, in other words, the godless commies in our government that are sold out to the Israel lobby and the CCP, those that are infiltrated and controlled by the inflation of bribery and blackmail material and Epstein Island crap, are always looking to expand and entrench their power in every facet of life.

It's totalitarianism dressed up as capitalism.
And one of the biggest enforcers of ESG is BlackRock, one of the world's largest asset managers, heavily invested into the Fox News Channel and 95% of the rest of the media.
BlackRock has made ESG a core part of its corporate ideology, which is its way of carrying favor with the American elite and insulating itself from any challenges to its position at the top of America's capitalist hierarchy.
Until recently, a man was an employee at BlackRock, but he questioned their ESG racket, saying that it damaged the returns for BlackRock's clients.
This man is called Kurt.
Kurt also declined to get the COVID-19 jab, which should have been fine because he had a medical reason for avoiding it and he already worked from home anyways.
None of that mattered.
Nope, because this wasn't about medicine.
This was about an ideology.
So Kurt was fired from his job for being a straight white male who didn't play along with the ESG sham.

He joins us now for more on this.
That's what this is, right?
This is about woke ideology.
Well, I think it's really all part of, there's a whole bundle of things happening here.
There is the vaccine, there is the ESG, and there's also the DEI, diversity, equity, inclusion, all wrapped up into one in this matter.
So, putatively, my client was terminated because he did not get a vaccine.
He had a medical exemption, a medical reason not to get it.
Not that, you know, in reality that you should need a medical exemption because it's an experimental vaccine, which is something that we raise.
Well, actually, you shouldn't need to get an exemption because you should have autonomy over your own body and make your own medical decisions.
I mean, I agree.
But in particular, with the COVID vaccines, There's really no excuse because they're emergency use authorized and the statute for emergency use authorization says that you can't compel somebody to take them.
They have a right to say no.
And they can't be punished for it under federal regulation.
It's an issue we've raised in this case and several others.
But my client, though, was early on when BlackRock started moving toward a model of ESG investing and it was raised as something that it was going to do.
My client raised questions as to, well, why are we doing this when we have a fiduciary duty to our clients to get the best possible returns?
And these ESG investments, you know, woke investments as you would call them, I'd call them, These things were not going to get the best returns, but they were going to get the best political result for the people who wanted that political result.
Then subsequently, Lawrence Fink, the CEO of BlackRock, on a conference call, we allege, said that there are too many white males in management in high positions.
That's what this is really all about.
Well, it's about all of these things.
It's about, you know, these are really the three-headed woke monster, right?
You have DEI, you have ESG, and you have the vaccines.
And they're really all part of the same thing.
It's this agenda to force people to, it's essentially the social credit system all wrapped up into one.
It's China's social credit system.
That's right.
Being pushed on workers and investors and everybody else Because BlackRock has the power to do that, and Lawrence Fink is the one who is pushing this agenda.
And BlackRock, as you mentioned, they have the California Pension Fund and lots of other billions and trillions of assets that they can manage.
And they basically have the ability to tell corporations what it is that they can and cannot do in terms of DEI, ESG investing.
It's now this ubiquitous problem.
My client was terminated because he raised issues, and my client was terminated because he wasn't vaccinated.
Even though he worked from home, they offered no reasonable accommodation.
They knew that he had special needs kids at home that he had to help out.
And he was an excellent, excellent employee who on his trading desk multiplied many times when he was there.
So it's not a matter of performance.
My client was an excellent, excellent employee.
He just didn't fit the mold.
You know, you mentioned DEI and ESG, BlackRock, all of these companies, all of these acronyms, these are synonymous with one other acronym, CCP. This is the Chinese Communist Party infiltration into every aspect of human life, including this.
And so the power of the money that's coming from China is going to persuade any greedy person, including Fink and those at BlackRock and anywhere else, including those in our fake government, the corporate crime syndicate that's after these people and this woke agenda has become so powerful.
Because of the infiltration through things like TikTok, for example, and every other aspect of your life.
BlackRock owns 95% of the media or has investing in 95% of the media.
So it's no question where their allegiance lies, and that's to furthering a political agenda.
How dangerous is this?
If your lawsuit succeeds, does it set a precedent for everybody else?
Does it send a giant message to those that are trying to institute this woke agenda?
Well, listen, I like to think it will...
Be an important case.
You know, first of all, my first and foremost concern is my client, right?
I have a single client and I'm representing my client's interests.
Of course.
But of course, there is a greater impact.
My client is getting a lot of people from the investment community or contacting him, thanking him for doing this.
People are afraid.
People are afraid to lose their jobs.
They're afraid to lose their careers.
Because if they speak up against this stuff, as my client did, There's going to be a target on their back.
My client was targeted, I believe, by BlackRock because he stood up and said something.
He had the nerve to speak freely and to actually say to BlackRock, the employers, why are we doing something that we're not supposed to be doing, in essence?
Hopefully, we will set a precedent that we'll get a nice judgment here and teach a lesson that they can't do this to people and they can't behave in this way.
And investors have to be treated as investors should be, which is they're supposed to get the best return possible from their financial managers.
Yeah.
We're not seeing a whole lot of that these days.
And in the workplace, people should be allowed to say whatever they want to say, to believe whatever they want to believe, aside from the fact, you know, hey, I'm going to kill you or I'm going to rape you or something like that.
But within reason, I mean, people should be allowed to have a position.
People should be allowed to have their own autonomy over their body, especially when it comes to what has now been proven to be a weapon of biowarfare containing lipid nanoparticles and What is this other crap that's in this thing?
Graphene oxide.
I mean, nobody knew that at the very beginning, probably including your client, but that was his decision based on previous underlying medical conditions that he didn't feel that it would be best in his interest to take this experimental emergency use authorized, what they then called gene altering or editing technology, This is disgusting.
It's going to take people like your client and like yourself to stand up.
There's not a lot of attorneys in your position.
You know that, right?
There's not a lot of attorneys that will actually take a case like this.
Why do you think that is exactly?
There are a lot of reasons.
I just got off a call with a prospective client just before this call, and it's the same call I get over and over again.
People call me and they know that I'm willing to take their case.
They go, I've called 50, 60 attorneys.
No one will take the case.
And to me, these are all great cases.
They're cases that should be, we don't know how they're going to turn out, but if you put things in a vacuum and you look at the facts about the discrimination taking place based upon healthcare choices, health issues, race, gender, orientation, these in a vacuum in a normal world, These are all highly actionable cases.
Whether or not that's going to pan out with these cases, we don't know because we have to realize that, you know, some courts is going to be a political bent to some judges.
Now, what we tend to do, I have a number of vaccine cases.
We've sued Governor Murphy in New Jersey.
We've sued Mayor de Blasio and Mayor Adams in New York.
Good.
What we do is we tend to take the cases federally.
Because we believe ultimately our best shot is not going to be the trial level of any court, state or federal, but we do believe that our best shot is really going to be in the appellate courts and maybe the United States Supreme Court for some of these issues that really need to be decided.
You know, issues about the legitimacy of vaccine mandates.
I've raised issues.
I've personally sued the chief judge of the New Jersey federal courts, not because of anything personal about the judge, but because she had an order in place that required me to have a vaccine card to enter the courthouse.
And I've argued that it's an illegal order and that it violates my First Amendment rights and that it violates my equal protection rights.
You know, we have to take these cases and people have to be willing to stand up for it.
Why don't other attorneys take these cases?
Because I think a lot of them are afraid.
Yeah, they're cowards.
Exactly, they're cowards.
And they don't want to be persecuted in the same way that your client is, or the lady down the street that got fired from the supermarket because she didn't want to wear an oxygen-inhibiting Sharia face muzzle because she already needed oxygen, for example.
Or the lady at the church who no longer has a job, who's praying to God before her pastor and going to Christian counseling because she wouldn't take the vaccine that had fetal stems in it.
This story is repeated millions and millions of times over again, and I think you're right.
If we're going to get any justice at all, it has to get out of these district courts and into the Supreme Court.
These are decisions that need to be made for our entire country.
So we hope that you do set a precedent.

So recently, Dr.
Astrid Stuckelberger came on this program to make the claim that the World Health Organization deliberately engineered the planet's disastrous over-the-top response to the deployment of the bioweapon known as COVID-19 in order to trick people into deploying deadly fake mRNA shots around the world and then injecting themselves with a weapon of biowarfare.
Well, Dr.
Stuckelberger, you'll recall, is a former WHO employee herself turned whistleblower.
She spent more than 20 years at the University of Geneva in Switzerland.
She's worked as the president of the Geneva International Network on Aging.
On our show, she argued that literally nothing in these mRNA shots is actually biological.
It's all synthetic, she says.

Yeah.
So let's address that first.
What was Tony Fauci's involvement, to the extent of your knowledge, when you were working at The Who?
Well, when we work at the WOU, what we do and what I did was to set up the International Health Regulation course on emergency management, pandemic management and declaration and surveillance, communication, etc.
There was a whole lot, of course, for three years.
And we had experts and members of the government from the USA, United States, and the PAHO, the Pan American Organization, the Americas, Regional Office of WHO, and those who came, came from the Ministry of Health, NIH, or from CDC. This is very important to know because CDC has a big role also in the risk assessment of what we call today the pandemic.
And we did not see much about that.
But what happens is when there is a suspicion of an agent of a cause, and it is not a virus first, it is a large spectrum of typologies that we have to go through.
We can talk about this after.
I mean, I want to say it can be chemical, it can be infectious disease, it can be foodborne, or it can be radiation.
And I always said from the beginning in 2020, They have only assessed one thing is the COVID virus, but actually in the International Health Regulation, you have to go in a large, large spectrum.
So when they declared The lockdown of people around the 15th, 16th of March, which is really the last thing you do in WHO is to lock down people at the ground airplanes because the Annex 2 and the purpose of the international regulation is explicitly not to lock down people.
It is to keep the trade and travel.
You can look at Annex 2 of the IHR. It's the binding law.
And so I have now a proof In all the emails of Fauci, that is clear that Fauci got, and I can cite exactly the date.
Fauci got on Monday, March 16th, 2020, at 8.14pm, so go and look in the whole lot of emails that were disclosed, an email from Michael Liu, L-I-U, Anthony Fauci, NIH, saying, great advice from Chinese expert subject.
And it is written there, Lock down the world now.
Lock down the United States now.
And it says in this email, we don't have time to read it, But you can see clearly that first they have to wear masks, then they have to get in concentrated isolation, then they have to take all the measures that we have looked, you know, closing the business, closing this, grounding the airplanes, which is the last thing that we were supposed to do.
So when you see this email, you have the proof that Fauci first had a link with the Chinese.
And maybe it's not a Chinese, but his name is Chinese.
The email is from, I suggest you go and make your investigation.
But what is fair, he got an order to lock down the United States now on 16th of March in the evening.
So this is very important that you have to see that Fauci is an element of the whole system.
That has gone throughout the world to lock down the world around the 16th of March.
Yeah, he needs to be locked down and he needs to be locked up.
And he needs to be tried before a military tribunal for his crimes against humanity.
So I just want to back this up just a little bit, Dr.
Stuckelberger.
The population here in America with our fake criminal propagandist lying media was, we don't know what's going on here.
There is a virus.
It's a contagious, very highly contagious respiratory virus that passes from person to person.
And you have to stay away from people.
You have to distance at least six feet these arbitrary numbers.

It could kill, you know, 20, 30, 200 million people across the planet.
This thing is highly contagious and very infectious.
Is any of that true?

So none of that is true?
You're saying none of that is true?
That this was never a contagious respiratory virus.
Is that correct?
It's not possible.

That would be identified in China in December 2019.
The whole world gets this virus at the same time in the whole world.
So we're having some connectivity issues, but you're saying that it's not possible that we could identify a person in China with this, and then all of a sudden, all at the same time, the entire planet gets a virus.
You're saying that's just not possible.
It's just technically, medically, it's not possible to have someone dead on the floor in China.
And then at one week, two weeks after, to have the same thing going on, it was one month, all over the world.
It is not possible because you have to prove that the causality is really a virus that people are sick and die.
And you have to prove that when they're sick, And they die that it is from this specific agent called a virus COVID. And it has not been done because the autopsies were forbidden.
In June, it was not recommended by WHO. What right does WHO have to come and forbid a crime?
It's a key of a real assessment of a death.
So this was never a contagious respiratory virus.
And the reason why these autopsies were completely forbidden is because then immediately everybody would know that this person was not, in fact, infected with a contagious respiratory virus, but yet that they were a victim of a pathogen, a weapon of biowarfare that was chimerically engineered and it was synthetic and that a weapon of biowarfare that was chimerically engineered and it was synthetic and that it contained 25 or more genetic sequences and that it was developed first person by the FDA, among others, right here in America at Fort Detrick and the University of

Well, what we can say is that the hypothesis of a virus is out of the window.
It is not a virus.
But what we can do as a hypothesis, it is not only a bioweapon because of the vaccine, the experimental injection, but what happened in Wuhan is related to the massive installation of 5G. That the people who suddenly drop dead, like the birds drop dead, is very suspect we had this case as an exercise for the members, And we did not know always the answer.
We thought, oh, what happened that the birds fall massively?
And the only answer today is the radiation, because this is something that is overlooked.
It is not in the risk assessment of the medical normal assessment of WHO. We have radiation by radionuclear event, but we don't have this radiation, which is really something that a lot of experts have I have condemned because there are so many,
there's so much evidence that 5G and radiation can kill, that it's very bad for your health, that it has been called in WHO to the Secretary General of the UN The members of the staff have called to stop the 5G installation around the UN in Vienna, and Guterres laughed and said, oh, I did not notice that this was dangerous for me.
But we have a lot of evidence.
It was even in WHO evidence, and it's been canceled.
So I have a very strong hypothesis.
This is very linked to a new development, like Charles Morgan said, in the wax, the oxygraphene, which is a conductor, Immetor, receptor, could be even part of the shedding, but it is recepting some bio-coded radiation.
We have more and more evidence, and this is what an investigation is, a criminal investigation has to make step by step.
We are advancing and are more sure and sure.
Science is never 100% sure, but what is clear is with all the evidence that you mentioned, there is something that has been discarded and it's censored.
So there is a controlled opposition trying to censor the openness of this investigation.

So, to the extent that Charles Morgan was talking about how graphene oxide and other aspects of these shots could actually be used to achieve mind control, would that suggest that there's some AI involvement here?
Yes, what Charles Morgan said, which was very interesting, is that graphene oxide and other nanotech, that's why it's not just a bioweapon, it's bio-nanotech.

And WHO has started to produce documents, PAO, also the Pan American Health Organization, on how can we help mental health problems with AI, with robots.
So, in this article that the United Nations has just produced, UN Special, which I used to write sometimes articles in, has produced a whole section today on AI, the dawn of an era, a new era.
So they are talking in this article that I read through, you can find it on internet, that they are making the argumentation of replacing, and they say that we already have the first robot, Nadine, who has passed all the medical license with its AI chat box, you know, the GPT excellency, and they have also passed all the exam for being a lawyer in the United States.
So they are replaceable, lawyers, doctors are replaceable, and many others.
So they're putting actually in WHO a whole new workforce, health workforce, AI. And they're trying to train people with this GPT, which is very dangerous for children.
It's very dangerous for people to think that the AI can answer all your questions because they have summed up in this GPT All the Wikipedia, all the Reddit, and all the knowledge, and they're using our knowledge to reprogram it.
AI, artificial intelligence, is very dangerous for humans.
Because it can take over and we don't know the consequences.
It has to stop.
Well, I'm reluctant to trust anything that Elon Musk says.
Obviously, I'm equally as reluctant to support Donald Trump or any president or candidate or bureaucracy, riddled entity of our government.
Any individual who continues to push these shots, I'm reluctant to trust them.
But I'm equally as reluctant to trust Elon Musk for a lot of reasons.
He tried to launch a rocket through the firmament unsuccessfully earlier, by the way.
But what I will say is this, is that he told Tucker Carlson how concerned he was about AI. Are these people starting to back away because they're seeing what they have done?
And how does the AI relate to the graphene oxide or the 5G or the shots?
Yeah.
AI is very dangerous.
Because those who are behind AI are not seen, but they're programming the narrative and the education, and they're going to put it in everything.
They're preparing everyone to cure our codes.
How is it related to the injections?
Is that WHO has produced two documents in the summer of 2021 already, And one is on the digital status of the vaccine.
And it's not just one document.
They have rolled out a whole lot of documents on how to digitalize your life, digitalize your home, digitalize your healthcare, and this vaccine status, like it is there to stay.
And you see that they're coding and doing the QR code.
That's the first type of documents.
The second one, which has alarmed since the beginning, WHO has Produced three documents, at least, on genome editing.
And I have called all those talking of mRNA and spike and that genome therapy.
I said, please, go and look at the document of WHO because they are talking of, you know, collecting data.
They're talking of collecting data even in the amendments of the International Health Regulation that the U.S. has initiated last year.
So their obsession is to collect your data, not only from the genome, and they don't tell you everything they know about your genome, because there's the hidden and junk genome nobody talks about, the most important, 80%.
But it is also about what you do, what you eat, how much you sleep.
What is your deprivation?
And now with this vaccine, they have your ID and what they do.
