	We hope that you had a meaningful Sunday remembering the Lord's resurrection 2,000 years ago.
	And it was thanks to Jesus Christ's sacrifice that all who believe in Him can know with perfect confidence that at the end of days God will be victorious and we will be with Him in paradise.
	But until that time comes, Satan is allowed to roam about on this world doing evil, and as Christians, it's our duty to stand against him, to pick up the sword and fight, and stand against him we will, whether that evil comes from Communist China or the World Health Organization or Pfizer or your local public school.
	But of course, one of the worst sources of evil is the regime that currently rules over this country, or alleges to, which continues to use January 6th as a weapon to pulverize dissidents and justify totalitarian tactics.
	At this moment, several members of the Proud Boys are on trial for seditious conspiracy, and they face up to 20 years in prison if they're convicted.
	Now remember, there are murderers and rapists who get less than a decade in prison.
	This is happening even though we know beyond a doubt with absolute certainty that dozens of federal agents and instigators, agent provocateurs, were spread amongst the crowd and even amongst the Proud Boys.
	But it might be even worse than that.
	Roger Roots is an attorney for the Proud Boys.
	He says that there's evidence of even more egregious conspiracy, including that police were shipped away in ambulances without injuries, just so that the authorities could exaggerate how violent the protest was.
	He also says there's newly updated information about the death of Officer Brian Sicknick.
	And to get to more of that, Roger Roots joins us now.
	Roger, thank you so much for being here.
	We appreciate it.
	Well, thank you so much, Stuart Peters.
	Yeah, of course.
	So you've been in and out of the Proud Boys trial.
	Bring us up to date.
	What's the most important thing that our audience should know about this masquerade, this federal op?
	Yeah, well, I'm one of two lawyers representing Dominic Pozzola.
	He's one of the five Proud Boys that are on trial right now.
	This is the big trial.
	This is the biggest thus far of all the January 6th trials.
	This is the trial with Enrique Tarrio, Joe Biggs, Ethan Nordean, and Zachary Real.
	And the trial has gone on over three months now.
	We're nearing four months.
	And we keep finding more and more problematic things about the government's use of undercover informants and CHS's, confidential human sources.
	And I think the biggest headline of the last few days is that the FBI's informants, I believe, were outnumbered by informants from other agencies, including just the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department.
	So did they set this up?
	I mean, just plain and simple, this was a federal op, wasn't it?
	Well, all right.
	I would have to argue, I'd have to answer that with...
	Saying that it's multidimensional.
	So yeah, you can find evidence of an absolute federal operation.
	If you look for it, you can find there are some true Trumpers.
	There were Trump supporters that were definitely independently involved.
	Some of the Proud Boys were, you know, they definitely were not working for anyone.
	They were, you know, doing what they did, which, by the way, was innocent.
	on their own.
	Actually, I'll take it a step further.
	Not only was it innocent, but it's their duty as an American to stand up against a coup.
	I mean, that is what they're asked to do.
	They're directed to do that.
	They would be derelict in their duties if they did not do what they did.
	Absolutely.
	These guys did nothing more than what hundreds of thousands of others have done in Washington, D.C. over the years.
	They had a march that marched from the Washington Monument toward the Capitol.
	By the way, the vast majority of protests and demonstrations over the years, thousands of protests, have marched from the Washington Monument to the Capitol.
	When they got to the Capitol, a lot of things transpired.
	I wouldn't say there's any indication, as far as I can tell, of exactly who was in charge or if anyone was in charge.
	Things may have been random, but we do know this at this point.
	We do know that Undercover officers for at least the Metropolitan Police Department were actually instigators.
	We've got that absolutely plain as day.
	They were instigating.
	They were chanting, stop the steal.
	They were chanting whose house, our house.
	And so they were doing all the things that the Proud Boys are accused of doing.
	And of course, there were police officers that opened fire with rubber bullets, with pepper balls.
	There were flashbang grenades going off.
	I would argue that the crowd was turned into an angry mob at least some point.
	And that led to the quote unquote storming of the building, which I don't think Was really in the minds of many people when they were participating in the run-up or the mark.
	Well, from where we sit, it doesn't look like there was any violent storming of the building that was done by the grassroots supporters of President Trump or even more so just the supporters of our constitutional republic having free and fair elections, having inalienable God-given rights, that the government should not be oppressive to those rights, that they shouldn't steal elections right out in the that the government should not be oppressive to those rights, that they shouldn't steal elections right out in I mean, these people didn't storm the building.
	They were actually ushered in, welcomed in by cops in uniform or at least people posing as cops in uniform saying, come on in, take a look around, look like a guided tour and a selfie fest from where we sit.
	People were arrested for praying on the courthouse steps.
	Where we see violence and actual insurrections happening right now, for example, would be in Nashville, Tennessee, where these people are actually violently storming the building.
	These are grassroots people, not feds, that are on some sort of a payroll and actors to do this.
	This whole thing has been a movie, and now you're saying that you have evidence of more egregious conspiracy that supports the movie idea, including that actors dressed as cops were shipped away in ambulances without injuries.
	What's this all about?
	Well, I say we have absolute proof that officers were taking ambulance rides over a cut on their finger, you know, a soreness on their shoulder, a sore hip.
	They were definitely padding their injury reports, and we have that very clear.
	The thing is, these judges involved in the January 6th cases have almost completely shut down most of this evidence.
	So these judges are constantly ruling in all these cases that The only evidence that's relevant is what each individual saw with his own eyes.
	So when you try to put on evidence about what was going on in the bigger picture, these judges will just shut you down and say it's not relevant.
	These bigger picture problems are not part of the case.
	And so What's happening is these judges are trying to localize and cabin and compartmentalize every single case to its own minute set of individual facts.
	And so the American people are having a very difficult time getting the big picture.
	I only have a couple of minutes left here, and I know that you're an attorney that's working on these cases, and you can just say that's too much.
	I don't want to answer that.
	But is the judiciary completely lost?
	Are these judges completely corrupt, installed puppets of some sort of a deep state cabal that's hell-bent on the destruction of our country?
	Well, I'd have to answer that by saying you can find it if you look for it.
	So there's so many dimensions.
	There are people who went into the Capitol on January 6th and never saw any violence at all.
	But there are people that saw violence.
	You can find it if you look for it.
	There were undercover agents instigating.
	You can find it if you look for it.
	You can find Antifa involved if you look for it.
	And you can find a lot of innocent Trump supporters that were there and got pulled in and found themselves in a situation they never anticipated.
	And again, we're just scratching the surface, but we've already found that there probably are at least 50 undercover CHSs or informants that we've uncovered thus far.
	I think these cases need to be thrown out.
	A mistrial needs to be declared.
	But at least in the Proud Boy trial, it does look like the judge is hellbent on getting to a jury verdict.
	Quickly, new information about the death of Officer Brian Sicknick.
	Well, let's put it this way.
	We are working with another case that's going there.

	We're going to have breaking news on that in the very near future.
	Not so much connected to the Proud Boy trial, but in another future trial.

	So recently on this program, we've given a lot of attention to the so-called ban the jab resolution getting pushed by Republicans in Florida.
	I was recently in Naples speaking at Seed to Table and met with some of the county commissioners there.
	It's a serious issue.
	This resolution labels the COVID mRNA shots appropriately so as bioweapons and then calls on Governor Ron DeSantis to do exactly what it sounds like.
	Ban the shots.
	Confiscate the existing stockpiles of them, audit their contents, and then destroy them.
	Of course, then finally, arrest, prosecute, and sentence everyone responsible for its deployment.
	In any serious country, this is what citizens would ask their government to do.
	Protect them from a biological attack using a weapon of biowarfare.
	Now, so far, this resolution has been passed by three counties in Florida, Lee, Collier, and Lake counties, which collectively have a population of more than 1.3 million.
	Hopefully soon it passes in far more counties.
	And you know what?
	It just might, because now it's getting a boost from one of the world's premier human rights lawyers, Francis Boyle.
	You've seen him here on this program before.
	Professor Boyle is a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law.
	He was a lawyer for the government of Bosnia when it accused Serbia of genocide in the International Court of Justice.
	He's advocated in support of Hawaiian independence and Irish unification, but more recently, he's been one of the first and one of the loudest voices arguing that COVID-19 itself is a bioweapon, not a natural virus.
	And by the way, he has some experience on that because in the 1980s, Boyle drafted the legislation that America used to implement the Biological Weapons Convention signed by the president.
	Even before the COVID pandemic, Boyle was loudly warning that America had thousands of death scientists doing research on how to make deadly viruses even more deadly and resistant to all forms of treatment.
	Regarding the Ban the Jab resolutions, Professor Boyle just publicly released this statement, quote, Dear friends, I write in strongest support of this resolution.
	These Nazi COVID frankenshots are part of an offensive biological warfare weapon system that is existentially dangerous to the lives, health, and well-being of the people of Florida.
	They must be terminated immediately.

	We agree.
	Can't get any clearer than that.
	Here to explain this in greater detail is Professor Boyle himself.

	Well, thank you very much for having me on again, Stu.
	And let me again just say I'm not here to toot my horn, but my Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act was passed unanimously by both houses of the United States Congress, signed into law by President George Bush Sr.
	with the approval of the United States Department of Justice.
	Yeah.
	You're clearly qualified to identify a weapon of bio-warfare.
	We agree with you that this is that.
	It's patented.
	It says that it is.
	So regarding this ban the jab resolution that you vehemently support, we think that it's very noble.
	These are brave people in all three of these counties that are doing this.
	Why do we need the governor, professor?
	Why do we need any politician, surgeon general, attorney general?
	Why can't a sheriff just say, yeah, this is a biological attack using a weapon of biowarfare, and we are going to go and seize these shots?
	Well, let me also say, Stu, I'm currently working with the Halyard County Republicans on their healthcare declaration.
	It's a very strong statement.
	I just signed off on my part of it this morning.
	And I want to commend both organizations doing this.
	I think you're right.
	I think that, as I've recommended before, Stu, anyone could go in and file a complaint with a law enforcement authority for murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and demand that people be arrested and prosecuted.
	And by the way, I did want to draw to the attention of your audience This press release, 2013, where these messenger RNA frankenshots come from, DARPA awards Moderna Therapeutics a grant for up to $25 million to develop messenger RNA therapeutics.
	So, notice DARPA is the Pentagon.
	Let me repeat that.
	DARPA is the Pentagon.
	The Pentagon bought, paid for, envisioned these mRNA frankenshots.
	And I should also point out, Fort Detrick was involved in the development of of COVID-19, the offensive biological warfare weapon, at the University of North Carolina BSL-3.
	So the Pentagon is both sides of the argument here.
	They're developing the weapon and the alleged vaccines, which is also a weapon.
	But the proof is right here.
	So there's not a law, as far as we understand from where we sit, In this country, federal level, state level, municipal level, that protects anybody from deploying a weapon of biowarfare, it doesn't give them any kind of liability shield.
	There's no immunity to liability in a sense.
	So wouldn't it be true that this narrative about congressional liability for Pfizer is kind of a psyop?
	That's correct, Stu.
	That deals with civil liability, payment of damages.
	Here, we are talking about criminal responsibility.
	And in my book, Resisting Medical Tyranny, I outline the case for why the executives involved in the companies developing these mRNA frankenshots are guilty of murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
	Yes.
	And you saw that report last week from Portugal that upwards of 300,000 Americans now have been murdered as a result of these mRNA frankenshots.
	So this is quite serious.
	We cannot tolerate more Americans getting murdered by the Nazis who run these corporations.
	And if you look at the JAB resolution, Clearly, what we have here is twofold.
	A violation of the Nuremberg Code on medical experimentation, exactly what the United States government prosecuted Nazi doctors for at Nuremberg, And some were executed.
	Now, I'm against the death penalty, so okay.
	But that gives you the idea of how severe the situation is.
	And then second, as the JAB resolution correctly says, this is a Nuremberg crime against humanity.
	And Stu, since this is so important, Let me read for you the definition of a Nuremberg crime against humanity.
	This was put in the Nuremberg Charter by the United States to deal with the Nazi persecution of German Jews.
	Let me read this here.
	Crimes against humanity, murder, extermination, and other inhumane acts committed against any civilian population.
	The American people are being treated here like the Nazis treated German Jews.
	300,000 are now dead.
	When are we going to stop this?
	Yeah, what is the threshold for death exactly?
	That brings me to another point.
	So you're talking about the executives at the companies that help to manufacture and then distribute these shots.
	What about the people inside of our government?
	They wouldn't be immune from criminal liability either.
	They ordered this up in a sense, didn't they?
	That's correct.
	That would depend on certainly the FDA that has approved these frankenshots.
	They violated the Nuremberg Code on Medical Experimentation and have committed a Nuremberg crime against humanity and arguably are responsible for or could be indicted for murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
	Again, that requires mens rea on their part and malice aforethought.
	My book basically dealt with the chief executive officers and the chief scientific officers for the mRNA frankenshots.
	But yes, the FDA officials who approved it have accountability as well.
	I should also point out, Stu, That the FDA itself was involved in the development of COVID-19 as an offensive biological warfare weapon at the UNC BSL-3.
	Let me read to you the contract.
	And it says, who helped develop this thing, among others?
	National Center for Toxicological Research, Food and Drug Administration.
	So the same people, the FDA, the same agency that is approving these frankenshots, these Nazi frankenshots, have been involved in the development of COVID-19, an offensive biological warfare weapon with gain-of-function properties that were applied at the University of North Carolina, a BSL-3 student.
	With Ralph Barrett's involvement, this is where Ralph Barrett comes in.
	That's correct.
	And then what about moving downward, downhill to the CDC, who recommended these, who is adding them to the childhood vaccination schedule?
	What about the media, who ran with the safe and effective narrative?
	Fox is still airing commercials.

	The BBC hitting me all the time, saying that I'm a conspiracy theorist, a radical conspiracy theorist.
	I think the CDC also has accountability.
	The current director, Walensky, Biden appointed.
	She's from the Harvard Medical School.
	Harvard Medical School is also involved.
	In the development of the COVID-19 at the UNC BSL-3 with Ralph Baric along with the FDA. The CDC has been up to its eyeballs in offensive biological warfare weapons going back to the Reagan administration when the Reagan administration authorized the CDC and American type culture collection.
	To ship 40 shipments of weapons they knew were weapon-specific biological warfare agents to Saddam Hussein in Iraq in the hope and expectation that he would weaponize them and use them against Iran.
	And then U.S. troops after Gulf War I went in there, blew these biowarfare labs up and contaminated themselves.
	Are there politicians, are there members of our federal government, I'm talking about in the House of Representatives or in the United States Senate, that are on committees that had the intel about this gain-of-function weapon of biowarfare being manufactured, concocted, and whipped up at Fort Detrick University in North Carolina, Chapel Hill, that the FDA was involved?
	I mean, ostensibly, it would seem to me that there would be people inside of our government that would know and have a forethought that this was going to happen.
	I think Senator Rand Paul, from what I've seen, is the one who has the best comprehension of what's going on here.
	But did they know beforehand?
	Did they know that this was going to be developed at the time?
	I mean, would they have known this?
	Would they have received intel documents that said, hey, we're going to make a weapon of biowarfare here in the United States, we're going to ship it offshore, and then we're going to release it on the world population?
	Well, Stu, I've been saying this for many years.
	If you take a look at a—there's an award-winning documentary called Anthrax Wars 2009 by Cohn and Nadler—you can get it online—dealing with the existential dangers Presented by these BSL-3s and BSL-4s.
	And they asked me, because of my expertise, to consult with them.
	And at the end of this documentary, I say in the starkest terms possible, this is a catastrophe waiting to happen, unquote.
	Now, that was 2009.
	So, yes, at least my viewpoints on these matters have been out there in the public record.
	Indeed, in 2001, I was the first to blow the whistle on the fact that Amerithrax came out of a U.S. biological warfare weapons program and laboratory That was November 3 at Harvard Divinity School,
	where the Council for Responsible Genetics was holding its convention, and I was conducting a workshop against biological warfare weapons.
	I said that to Fox TV November 3.
	The next day, or the Monday after that, I said it to Pacific Radio Network, and then I was on the BBC. The whole world heard me.
	And then I was censored off of everywhere after that point and order was given, and no Western mainstream news media has ever interviewed me again.
	So I'm going to ask you to speculate here a little bit, and I know that you like to stick with facts, but what is the gain for the people who whipped this up and then released it?
	What is the gain for DARPA, the Pentagon, Ralph Baric, Fauci, EcoHealth Alliance, Peter Daszak?
	What is the end goal here, I guess?
	What's the end game?
	I think it's population control and reduction, Stu.
	If you read the reports now, worldwide, there have been excess deaths of about 12 million people.
	So I think that's the ultimate goal.
	Remember, that goes back to the infamous national security directive by Henry Kissinger.
	That it is in the national security interests of the United States for our policy to be population control and reduction.
	I've never read that that was released.
	And then, of course, everyone's making large amounts of money off of this as well.
	As a lawyer, you represented world governments in the International Court of Justice.
	Why wouldn't any of our, I mean, so you're no hack.
	Why wouldn't any of our elected representatives in the Senate or Congress take you seriously when you're warning about this?
	Why would they write you off like that?
	I believe they've been threatened.
	I have contacted, I've been in touch with members of Congress about this matter and soon thereafter they were threatened.
	For example, the One member of Congress was consulting me on one matter, and I raised with him the Ebola pandemic in West Africa, Walter Jones.
	He was a very powerful member of the House Armed Services Committee.
	He was consulting me on another matter, getting my legal opinion.
	And since he represented Fort Bragg down there, where everyone were being deployed, I said, Congressman, he knew my expertise.
	I said, Congressman Jones, this West African Ebola pandemic came out of the Kenema BSL-4.
	It's extremely dangerous.
	And I think you've got to do something to keep your troops there from being deployed by the Obama administration as a propaganda stunt.
	It's extremely dangerous.
	This is biological warfare at work.
	And Congressman Jones said, we discussed the matter, and then he said, I'll get on it right away.
	I'll put my top staffer in touch with you, and we'll get on this right away, because these were his constituents.
	What happened?
	I was completely cut off.
	Obviously, someone had threatened Congressman Jones.
	He no longer returned my phone calls, no emails, no messages, no one in his staff either.
	Now, who would be able to threaten an extremely powerful member?
	Of the House Armed Services Committee to not even act on behalf of his own constituents there.
	And what was that threat?
	I don't know.
	But this personally happened to me, yes.
	And even after Congressman Jones died, I sent condolences to his office.
	They didn't even acknowledge receipt of my condolences.
	I think we probably know why.
	Certainly not every sheriff has been gotten to.
	Do you think that that's the course of action here, is for citizens to go to their sheriff and report that they've been assaulted with a weapon of biowarfare?
	Yes.
	And also go to your district attorney, state's attorney, county attorney.
	I'm dealing with the county attorney down there at Collier County.
	He's involved in drafting their health freedom declaration.
	We're making progress on that.
	And then there needs to be an enforcement mechanism in that resolution.
	That's correct.
	For how we move forward and what we do with the people who are responsible for this deployment and then what we do with the stockpiles of this deployment, I think it's pretty clear at this point.
	I mean, it needs to be seized, it needs to be incinerated, and then the people responsible for it need to be put on trial and handed down sentences.
	Thank you very much for bringing all of this to light.
	I had no idea that the FDA was firsthand involved with the development of the bioweapon called COVID-19.
	They're there on the contract with Ralph Baric and these are the people approving the Frankenstein.
	Very quickly here because I only have about a minute left.
	Was this intentionally released or is there any merit to a leak?
	Well, Stu, I'm still of the opinion that what happened at the Wuhan BSL-4 was a leak.
	I do not believe it was intentionally released, but that's not to excuse the Chinese Communist government.
	They knew full well they were developing an existentially dangerous offensive biological warfare weapon with gain-of-function properties, with HIV DNA genetically engineered into their And that was subjected to nanotechnology to aerosolize it.
	This stuff will travel up to 30 feet in the air.
	So I'm not excusing them at all.
	But they were developing it.
	The Wuhan Institute of Virology then is, by definition, a bioweapons lab.

	Well, I mean, how can we put aside differences at this point?
	I mean, the FDA approved this thing without knowing what was in it.

	So, I mean, like how do we just forgive these people?
	Well, this is where we, the people, have to put aside our own differences to divide and conquer tactics and programs that have been run against us to get us looking at the wrong things and focus on the realities and the facts at hand.
	There's going to have to be adjudication that takes place.
	That's going to be one set of people that are going to follow up on that.
	There's going to have to be true law enforcement that does their work and their role.
	But there's also going to have to be timely interventions around what's actually happened and actually taken place.
	So, I mean, we've already seen research coming out of the fact that from Robert Kennedy's group, you know, they've been able to trace back some of the aspects of how this came to market and the distribution of this.
	I just want to be very, very clear about something.
	So there is no mRNA in the shots, 3,100 different injections that you studied or that your group studied that was not any mRNA in these shots.
	So why are people like Dr.
	Robert Malone saying he's against mRNA and don't take these shots?
	Well, there's none in there.
	Well, so what I'm staying on is the research shared with us of what they found in the shots that were in the market, right?
	So that's the fact that I want to stay on with this one, which is the fact that that is what's been out there and in the market and what has been distributed.

	So, and this is part of the overall discovery process that's going to have to take place going off of this.
