	My name is Stu.
	We've been talking a lot about 5G on this program recently.
	It's being quietly put up all over the country.
	Basically, zero research has been done on whether any of it is safe.
	Beverly Rubick has a PhD in biophysics from UC Berkeley and has taught at a variety of schools across America over the past few decades.
	Presently, Dr.
	Rubick is president and senior scientist at the Institute for Frontier Science in Emeryville, California.
	Dr.
	Rubick is very qualified.
	She's published more than 90 scientific articles and book chapters.
	She's an expert on the effects that electromagnetic fields can have on the human body.
	Specifically, that means she knows what cell phones and Wi-Fi and 5G can do to the body.
	Dr.
	Rubick argues, based on her own studies, that 5G can disrupt the tissue structures of the body, including the blood-brain barrier, potentially allowing chemical toxins to enter the brain.
	We, of course, want to know a whole lot more about that.
	To that end, Dr.
	Rubick joins us now.

	Yeah.
	So this is very concerning.
	Obviously, very quietly, these 5G towers are being put up all over the place.
	They started to appear when we were all tyrannically locked down for this COVID-19 bioweapon introduction.
	What is happening with this 5G according to your studies, Dr.
	Rubick?
	Well, first of all, we have to consider that there are no safety standards worldwide.
	We only have guidelines.
	And every country has different guidelines.
	And the guidelines in the US and Canada are among the highest exposures permitted, which is just below the tissue heating limit.
	It's in what we call the subthermal range, but there are biological effects that are quite deleterious in the subthermal range, including oxidative stress and changes in cell membranes, which produces a slew of changes from damage to DNA to problems with the nervous system, concentration, etc., to reproductive harm.
	There's really a lot of biological changes, and a literature that's Thousands of articles that have been done by scientists worldwide.
	But what we don't know is specifically what happens with 5G real-world devices, because they've never been studied.
	And especially the combination of all of these devices, because generally in lab experiments, scientists study a single frequency or a single device, like a cell phone.
	But when we're exposed to a plethora of wireless devices in our environment, which 5G will bring us if it moves forward as planned.
	That means that we really are in the dark in terms of what are the biological effects of all these devices that literally terraform planet Earth into an electromagnetically different environment than life evolved in.
	So there's a lot of questions that remain, but we can say this, that from the literature that we have, It's not so safe, and we need to be very concerned that there was no environmental review of 5G, and yet it's being installed worldwide.
	Nobody had a vote on this.
	Nobody was asked about this.
	There was no studies that were done on the long-term or short-term effects of this 5G technology.
	If it's damaging, and you know that based on your own studies, wouldn't the architects of this technology have an idea that this is not good for human beings?
	Well, again, in the United States, we only consider this thermal limit.
	In other words, they strap a cell phone around this mannequin with salt water in its head and they put a thermometer in there and they say, oh, nothing is heating up, therefore it's okay.
	But that's a very antiquated standard that was developed back in 1996.
	And since then, it's been 27 years, there's a lot more research that shows Non-thermal effects, which again, some other countries pay attention to, but not the US and not Canada.
	So this is problematic that we don't have a worldwide agreed-upon safety standard.
	You mentioned the studies that were done, a mannequin, saltwater in the head, never heated up 27 years ago.
	You've done your own studies on this.
	What did those look like?
	Well, I did some studies back in 2014 on a 4G LTE smartphone with humans who came to my laboratory, fasted, and refraining from wireless for four hours.
	And so I looked at their blood under the microscope, under a darkfield microscope.
	Initially, I saw healthy blood with red blood cells freely swimming around, or actually just not motile, but Free and clean plasma.
	And lo and behold, after wearing a 4G smartphone in a backpack for just 45 minutes, the phone was turned on but never touched by these people, never used.
	It was in readiness mode, ready to receive a call or a text, but it didn't.
	And I looked at the blood 45 minutes later, and lo and behold, the red blood cells were quite stuck together.
	In other words, they became sticky, stuck together in rolls that we call rouleaux, a French word meaning rolls.
	It's sort of like looking at a roll of coins on edge and in large aggregates.
	And this means that peripheral blood circulation is compromised.
	And of course, that is about 85% of your blood circulation to all of your major organs.
	Which would not be getting oxygen or exchanging gases or carbon dioxide.
	So I was very concerned about this.
	And I've also tried it more recently with a 5G phone.
	I've seen the same effect, although it happens even sooner, because as the phone generations have moved up to 5G, they're actually emitting more radiation.
	And was this consistent?
	I mean, is this what the blood looked like across the board with your test or study subjects?
	9 out of 10 showed these changes, and especially people 50 years old and up, they were especially showing these adverse health changes in the blood.
	And the only thing that changed environmentally was the introduction of these devices.
	Yes, it was a controlled experiment.
	I produced the cell phone and they wore a backpack and sat and were just reading a magazine and then got another blood test later on.
	So it was clear to me that, and I can reproduce that effect in virtually everyone who comes to my laboratory today with a 5G phone.
	But even shorter time periods, some people react as short as 10 minutes To the cell phone radiation and show these adverse health changes in the blood.
	Did you publish the parameters of your study so that others could replicate it?
	Yes, I did.

	It was published in the Weston A. Price Foundation Journal, Wise Traditions.
	How concerned should people be about this?
	I mean, with their children, with their cell phones, how do we get away from all of this, Dr.
	Rubick?
	Well, we have to be concerned, and people are very unconscious about their cell phones.
	I even tell people who come to see me, if you're going to take a look at your blood today, make sure you don't expose yourself to wireless.
	And yet, they're unconsciously storing the cell phone in their front pocket of the pants, in their shirt pocket, right near the heart, in their sports bras.
	We see it everywhere.
	People have so many wireless devices that they're not aware of, That are emitters that may be producing this sort of change.
	But there are more changes.
	This is just one that is quite visible in the blood.
	There are many unseen changes, oxidative stress and moving toward inflammation, which of course is at the root of all chronic diseases.
	So we have to be concerned.
	And yet people aren't.
	And the worst thing is they give cell phones to children whose brains are still developing and who have a very thin skull.
	And that radiation can penetrate almost the entire brain of a youngster.
	And developing brains, we know, are the most sensitive to any kind of radiation and can cause damage during development.
	So you speak about the cell phone itself.
	Environmentally, if somebody stays away from their cell phone, if they shut it off at nighttime, if they're not sleeping next to it, if they keep it away from them, what about just out in the public?
	We're driving around.
	These 5G towers are virtually everywhere now.
	I mean, you can see them being erected all over the place on every street corner in every major city and out into the suburbs.
	Even in the country, sometimes you see these things going up on windmills and going up on water towers, being camouflaged and painted like trees and put on pieces of wood all over the place.
	So when we're out there just in the wild, if you will, do we have to be worried or concerned about the radiation that we're getting then?
	Especially if we can see a cell phone tower or antenna, but often they're shrouded, as you said, in a tree, in the corners of buildings.
	They're carefully camouflaged with shrouds on them.
	You don't really know what's 4G, what's 5G. And sadly, we don't have a meter that measures anything over 8 gigahertz that's for the people.
	There's very expensive devices that are used by the military to measure these Frequency is up there in the radar range, but so far there's no consumer product where we can really assess what are we being exposed to?
	So, we're in the dark.
	Are you concerned that this could be used by our government as a weapon?
	Well, Dr.
	Barry Trower seems to think so, and he's an expert on microwave weapons.
	I'm an academic scientist, and I cannot read those databases that were classified.
	But I can tell you that I'm very concerned about health effects.
	And microwave radiation is a well-known and well-accepted electromagnetic stressor.
	And that's a powerful stressor.
	It's like chemicals in the environment, electromagnetism in the environment that's unnatural and that life didn't evolve with is something we all have to worry about because we're all at risk.
	And we know that That these kinds of stressors can lead to inflammation in the body, and that that is one of the risk factors for chronic degenerative disease, from cancer to autoimmune disease to stroke and heart attack.
	So all of us are at risk.
	Well, I only have about a minute left here, but I'd like to ask you, because obviously our viewers and listeners are going to want to know, what safety measures can people take to try to help to minimize some of the effects that this radiation is having on our body?
	Well, we have control over that which is in our environment, and yet most people are very unconscious, so they need to be proactive and use wires whenever possible, because wires are safe, whether it's fiber optics to the premises, which will bring you 5G into your home, or whether it's the old DSL Ethernet, and moving back to landlines that have cords, All these things are important.
	There's a lot of our viewers who probably have never actually seen in person a phone that has a cord on it.
	We have a younger and growing audience, of course.
	I still remember them.
	I remember the rotary phones, for crying out loud.
	And I'm sure that you remember a lot more than that.
	And then also, there's no app that's worth killing your kid or harming your child over.
	So if you've given them a cell phone, please take it away.
	If you haven't and you're considering it, please wait.
	Don't give them that.
	And if you're wearing these AirPods, I see people all the time.
	I'll walk right up to them in the airport, for example.
	You know that you're frying your brain right now.
	I mean, it can't be good for all of this stuff to be going back and forth through your brain pinned into your ears.
	So try to get back to cords and wires and away from wireless.

	President Trump might be headed to a jail cell soon, as early as tomorrow.
	It was first reported last Friday that the Manhattan DA, Alvin Bragg, is planning to bring felony charges against Trump over his payoff to stripper Stormy Daniels, all the way back in 2016.
	Now, set aside whatever you think about whether Trump actually had an affair with Stormy Daniels.
	It doesn't matter.
	It's not a crime.
	And it's not a crime to pay hush money to a hooker, either.
	This is 100% a politically motivated charge against Donald Trump.
	Just to bring the charges, Bragg has to argue that actually when he paid off Daniels, Trump was making an illegal contribution to his presidential campaign.
	It's a legal theory that has never existed before now, invented for the sole reason of putting Donald Trump in prison.
	I guess all of that work as America's number one vaccine salesman didn't get him any goodwill.
	Go figure.
	Now listen, we've had our problems with Trump over the past two years, but we have always supported the message that he ran on to get elected in 2016.
	We support him right now to the extent that he pushes that message instead of vaccines or his own personal feuds.
	And it's that 2016 message that is why the left, the communists, are obsessed with putting him in prison.
	That's why besides Manhattan, they have a bogus investigation in Georgia.
	Multiple bogus investigations at the federal level.
	They are obsessed with destroying Trump completely and utterly because he tried for even a little while to put America first.
	So we want to talk about all of this with our next guest, but that's not all.
	Francis Boyle is a human rights lawyer and a professor at the University of Illinois.
	He also helped to author the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989.

	My best to your audience.
	Of course.
	So after raising millions of dollars claiming that she would impeach Joe Biden, Marjorie Taylor Greene refused to do that.
	Even now she does.
	She openly supports a guy who won't impeach and Kevin McCarthy.
	She's been running an elaborate fraud on the American public, as far as we can tell.
	She defrauded us and she's still defrauding us right now.
	And what is her payoff?
	It seems that she's now allowed back onto Fox News to continue her fraud.
	So going back to 2016, 2017, and 2018, they pretended to try to impeach, then they reneged, and they tried to pretend or pretended to impeach Merrick Garland, whose name is Garfunkel, by the way.
	They reneged on that, too.
	And most recently, toward the end of the 22 cycle, they pretended that they were going to impeach DHS Secretary Alexander Mayorkas.
	That, of course, fizzled as well.
	So why should we believe that any of these Republicans are the least bit serious about any of this?
	Well, Stu, last summer, because of the highly belligerent steps being taken by Biden and the Bidenites, I drafted a bill of impeachment against President Biden, which he had before you.
	And someone circulated to every member of the U.S. House of Representatives where the bill would have to be introduced.
	And at that point in late July, I did have a very serious conversation with a well-known member of the Republican House Freedom Caucus for 30 minutes.
	He agreed completely with my analysis, said that he was inclined to introduce my bill of impeachment with his own stamp on it.
	And I offered to advise him on any additional articles or analysis he wanted to put in there.
	I then also had a 30-minute conversation With the top staffer of another member of the Republican House Freedom Caucus, who completely agreed with my analysis and said that he would take it up with his boss.
	And then I had a 45-minute conversation with the top staffer of another member of the Republican House of Freedom Caucus, who completely agreed with my analysis and said that she would take it up with her boss.
	So my bill of impeachment against President Biden is right now in the hands of the Republican House Freedom Caucus.
	I've offered to serve pro bono publico as counsel To any one of them that wants to introduce this bill of impeachment immediately.
	And now we see this provocative step being taken by President Biden and the Bidenites sending this Reaper drone Right into the zone of hostilities proclaimed by Russia for its combat in Ukraine.
	Highly provocative.
	We have to understand that under the laws of war, the United States government is a co-belligerent.
	With Ukraine.
	And this was an act of hostilities to send in a warship, this Reaper drone, that could have been armed.
	And in any event, even they admit was on a spy mission when the United States government is busy Sending targeting information to Ukraine.
	So of course the Russians had a perfect right to disable it, which they did do.
	But this was highly provocative.
	It was an act of hostilities on our part.
	Who knows what the consequences could have been.
	And I would hope that these days the members of the Republican House Freedom Caucus would go back, look at my bill.
	Any one of them could Introduce this immediately.
	I've studied the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives.
	I drafted it in such a way that there does not have to be any hearings.
	Any member can get up there in the well of the House, read my bill of impeachment there.
	And have a motion, get it seconded, and have a vote.
	Of course, that would be up to Speaker McCarthy.
	Perhaps he's the obstacle here.
	I really don't know.
	I haven't dealt with Speaker McCarthy.
	But this could be done very quickly.
	The Republicans have a majority in the House.
	They could vote to impeach Biden very quickly without hearings, without anything.
	Ship it to the Senate for a trial.
	And I think that if that were done, the Biden administration would be dead in the water.
	They simply would not be able to pursue Further acts of hostility, belligerent acts against Ukraine that could get us into a shooting war with Russia.
	Right now, we are in a de facto state of war with Russia.
	Even Foreign Minister Lavrov has said that, a very experienced diplomat.
	He had been their UN ambassador, so he knows what that's all about.
	So we're one step removed from de jure warfare with Russia.
	The consequences would be incalculable, Stu.
	That's the way I see it.
	Yeah.
	We sent what's referred to here as a hunter-killer drone.
	This is what we talked about last week.
	This thing was cloaked out.
	The transponder was off.
	It was traveling at high speeds across the Black Sea directly at Russia.
	That's an act of aggression.
	Its contact with Russian fighter jets would be considered an international incident, but largely it went unreported.
	And then the Russians were framed as the bad guys.
	Lindsey Graham, the warmongering military-industrial complex, We should respond by shooting down Russian jets.
	To that, what do you say?
	Well, again, it's completely irresponsible.
	President Biden, if you read my bill of impeachment, which you're free to post on your webpage, I send it to you.
	And we will.
	Has no authorization from Congress, none, to engage in any acts of hostility against the Russian Federation.
	This violates the War Powers Clause, the Constitution.
	It violates Congress's own War Powers Resolution.
	It violates a federal statute that mandates our neutrality in the war between Ukraine and Russia, unless Congress decides to authorize the use of military force.
	And by the way, that's a felony punishable by three years in prison.
	And it also violates two international neutrality treaties that the United States government is a party to that only Congress has the authority to alter, and they have not done this.
	Very short period of time remaining in our chat here today.
	I've got to ask you, how long have members of the Freedom Caucus had access to this information that you've provided to them?
	It was in July, late July when I had the conversation.
	So in July, why, other than being a part of a totalitarian, uniparty, rogue crime syndicate, why would they not be acting on this?
	These are the people who tell us that they were going to fight back against Joe Biden.
	These are the people who told us that they were going to impeach Joe Biden.
	They now have the method to be able to do that.
	Why aren't they doing it?
	I really don't know.
	Again, I suspected Speaker McCarthy trying to make nice with President Biden.
	But the problem is we came very close to armed hostilities with Russia over the weekend.
	You mentioned Lindsey Graham.
	And if you look at the mainstream news media, not your show, That's pretty much all you hear is warmongering, except I don't really get a chance to watch Tucker Carlson because that's dinner time with my wife.
	But my understanding, he's the only one in the mainstream news media criticizing this march to de jure war with Russia.
	Tucker's on the record saying that he actually supports Vladimir Putin.
	From where we sit over here, it appears that he's being set up as the boogeyman, as a scapegoat.
	He seems to be strategically targeting specific targets inside of Ukraine.
	This war is taking longer than it should.
	He has all of the abilities and force and weapons We're good to go.
	Information, your documentation, your bill that would be successful in impeaching him after committing war crimes, essentially, is what he's doing.
	So as the ICIC is, or whatever it's called, the ICC is issuing arrest warrants for Vladimir Putin for war crimes, it appears the real war criminal here is allegedly in the White House.
	Well, that's correct, Stu.
	And also the destruction of Nord Stream 2, that clearly was a hostile, belligerent act.
	It was a war crime under international criminal law.
	Biden personally ordered it, according to Cy Hirsch.
	It clearly fit within the confines of my Bill of For some reason, the Republican House Freedom Caucus so far has not taken me up on my offer to work with them on getting this bill of impeachment introduced into Congress immediately, getting Biden impeached and shipping it over to the Senate for a trial.
	We've sent emails to members of the House Freedom Caucus.
	We've sent emails to Speaker McCarthy regarding your bill to impeach and all of the information that you have presented.
	As of the time of this broadcast, we have not heard back from any of them.
	Their silence is very telling.

	We know nothing about raccoon dogs on this program.
	But anyways, Eric Coppolino is a longtime investigative reporter.
	Now, he's predicted an awful lot of things correctly over the last few years.
	He rightly predicted that the PCR tests for COVID were a complete fraud, useless to us for detecting a virus, but very useful for the CIA and the government to be used to drive up the number of fake COVID cases so they could murder people in the hospital with deadly remdesivir protocols.
	Turns out that was true.
	And just recently on this show, Eric Capolino warned that levels of dioxin in East Palestine would explode, endangering the entire population there, despite EPA claims that the town's air and water are completely safe.
	A total lie.
	And he's being proven correct on that as well.

	I want to make friends with one.
	I've never heard of a raccoon dog until now.
	No, it looks very scary.
	And so this is some made-up species that apparently now we're supposed to believe was somewhere near this bioweapons lab in Wuhan.
	What does this tell you about what the actual COVID origins narrative is?
	Well, okay, so if I may go back to January 2020...
	The ping-pong game between lab release and natural origin has gone on since around January 23rd, 2020.
	Now, they were claiming the virus all through January, but on, I believe it was Sunday the 23rd of January 2020, an article appeared mysteriously in the British tabloids.
	I forget which one.
	It was either The Sun or The Mail.
	It's in my chronology.
	And this article out of nowhere plants the concept of a lab release.
	The next day, The next day, not two days later, the very next day, The Lancet came out with an article, a peer-reviewed study, saying that the wet market theory could not be true because out of their claimed 41 index cases, 13 of them had absolutely no contact with the market or contact with contact with anyone at the market.
	Therefore, the market couldn't be a point source.
	So we knew that, obviously.
	I mean, we're about two years ahead of the narrative here.
	Yes, and there were other studies done of all the market stalls.
	So what I'm getting at here is that this ping pong game between lab release, wet market, is just a thing to make it look like there's a virus.
	When what's actually happened is 213 governments have admitted that they cannot produce a sample All the early studies and every study since are using metagenomic transcription, not viral isolation and purification.
	They're cooking the thing up like a kind of a video game using artificial intelligence.
	And their model viruses, now there's 14 million of them, 14 million, but no reference to There's 14 million variants of SARS-CoV-2 but there's no one actual Thing that was discovered, they're all created the same way using metagenomic transcription and this disgusting virus isolation thing, which is kind of like, it's basically a bunch of poisons put through a computer and then they come up with a concept.
	All this origin stuff, wet market versus lab release.
	It's a total lie.
	It's a total psyop.
	It's BS. All it is is two mirrors facing each other to create the illusion that there's something there.
	Kind of like our election process, actually.
	We don't elect people.
	We install them.
	But for years, for decades, we've had the illusion of this two-party constitutional republic of sorts.

	So where did this sickness come from?
	Was there a sickness?
	There were only recorded excess deaths in 16 of the United States.
	The United States shares a 5,000-mile contiguous border with Canada.
	No excess deaths in Canada.
	I live in upstate New York.
	They had excess deaths in New York, but they had commuters going back and forth between New York and Kingston five days a week.
	Nothing was going on in Kingston.
	So what time period are you talking about specifically?
	Because now there's excess deaths all over the place in the wake of the release of this injectable bioweapon.
	Yeah, all prior to the blood clot shot, the heart attack medicine.
	All prior to that.
	I'm talking about the spring of 2020 exclusively.
	Once the injection comes out, that's a whole new ballgame.
	which they had planned to cover calling it COVID.
	Of course, they call it COVID breakthrough case and all this nonsense.
	But all we're looking at is 2020.
	So excess deaths in only 16 cases.
	Excess deaths begin only when the mitigation measures begin.
	So they didn't have a problem.
	Then they start to solve it, and then people start to die.
	And they're killed by hydroxy.
	They're killed by remdesivir.
	They're killed by venting.
	Venting is putting people into a coma.
	They're being killed by isolation.
	They're being killed by starvation.
	They're being killed by all the other things that kill people when they're 75, 80 years old.
	We've had Vera Brooks on this program multiple times.
	Rod Brooks, who was a completely healthy person.
	All kinds of photographs of him.
	Great family.
	Great person.
	Both of them.
	I mean, this is what remdesivir does to you.
	This is what these sedatives do to you.
	They put you into a coma.
	They sedate you with a cocktail that would be deadly to elephants, I think.
	I mean, three times what would cause the death of a human, obviously.
	And then they separate you from your families and they murder you with poisonous toxins called remdesivir, which failed an Ebola trial.
	So it's our belief that this was obviously a premeditated weapon of biowarfare, this thing that they're calling a virus.
	It was never a respiratory virus.
	There's evidence to suggest that it was actually created partly at University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Ralph Baric.
	And now new information about Fort Detrick is coming out that this thing could have originated there and then sent offshore.
	We don't know where it went, obviously, but I don't even think that the Wuhan Institute of Virology has anything to do with COVID-19.
	All of the bogus propaganda videos of people dropping dead and dying suddenly, all of these China men just keeling over, it's been proven to be all fake.
	Nobody was dying at home or dropping dead in the streets here from COVID-19.
	They were all exclusively dying in the hospital because they were being murdered for money and killed for cash.
	So is it possible that this thing was offloaded to one of these dozens of bioweapons labs that are in Ukraine that it appears that Vladimir Putin seems to be strategically targeting?
	Well, okay, so I don't doubt that they have a bioweapons arms race going in the budget, and they're creating the ruse of a bioweapons arms race, and they're frightening us with a bioweapons arms race.
	But if you can't produce a copy of the virus, a sample taken from a person, then there was no virus.
	Now, what did leak from a lab was Lili Ren's 402123, the first sequence that was filed, and Fan Wu's MN908947, the second sequence that was filed.
	And those did come out of a lab called the Metagenomics Lab.
	It's essentially a computer lab.
	It's an AI lab.
	So they did leak from a lab, but it was an AI lab.
	And they were certainly filed by China, which means the Chinese Communist Party, in the international virus databases.
	But there's not a virus there.
	There's a phony sequence.
	It's never been shown to match a virus, come from a virus, or cause illness.
	So the perpetual excuse-making about where the virus came from is only...
	It's like racism or sexism.
	It's designed to evoke prejudice.
	Or climate change.
	It's everywhere.
	You just can't prove where it is, but it's an ongoing crisis that can be used to usher in a full totalitarian one-world governance.
	Yes, and the plans leading into the COVID-19 scenario, for example, the two different conferences in October 2019, which lay the entire plan out, the mRNA vaccine, the shutdowns of the internet, all that was event 201,
	and then the one at the Milken Institute, which is mind-blowing because it's Fauci in late October 2019, Explaining the business plan for a new kind of vaccine that comes out, I think 10, 29, 19, and then basically six weeks later, they have their phony pandemic.
	It's really astonishing how they've not covered their tracks.
	No doubt that there were people getting sick.
	They were falling ill.
	They were having problems breathing.
	They were losing their taste and smell.
	They were feeling like they had headaches.
	This is what happens when you're poisoned.
	This is what happens when you're the victim of an unleashed bioweapon.
	And then you get the injectable form of the bioweapon.
	The stuff was in the things that we consume, in the air.
	It was in our water.
	It was in our food.
	They're even now talking about putting mRNA technology, which we can't even find in these vials, by the way, into the food that you eat, the cows, the chickens, etc.
