Folks, let me tell you, you're going to learn so much today.
Payman, thank you so much for coming on the program.
Explain to folks who you are and what it is that you do.
Well, I'm an immigrant from Iran who came to America in 1977, the land of the free and the home of the brave, at the age of 14.
But I soon discovered that America is not so free as it was meant to be.
So, during my university college days, I realized America is becoming more socialist.
And I got into the freedom movement in 1989, as soon as I became a U.S. citizen.
And I registered libertarian, became a libertarian voter and activist.
And in 1992, I heard about the income tax being a fraud, why we are voluntarily Paying income tax and funding the Washington, D.C. swamp.
So I start telling Americans, hey, let's take our country back, defund the swamp, and have the money left over for us.
We can also fund good statesmen that represent American people, people like Congressman Ron Paul of Texas.
And I've been doing that for 30 years.
I said, attack me.
I've beaten them many times.
Not in prison, never charged.
I'm telling Americans, folks, we can take America back.
Now, Payman, I swing more libertarian myself.
I think a lot of what we've been seeing in the Republican Party no longer aligns with our values.
So I am a big libertarian-leaning person.
I call myself a conservative libertarian, if there's any such category for that.
Now, you have made a name for yourself about income taxes to where there is no federal law that says that you have to pay income taxes.
When did you discover this?
How did you find this out?
And how have you avoided not paying federal income taxes?
In 1992, Teddy, on a talk radio, I heard a guest saying that there is no law requiring the average American to follow and pay income taxes.
I attended her seminar.
She showed me laws that was very clear that women lied and deceived.
So I started teaching myself And whatever I knew, to our fellow Americans, because in America, Teddy, as you know, we have God-given rights like right to free speech, right to publish information, share with others, and try to correct our government which is out of control.
In Iran, if you criticize the government, you can be arrested on the spot, thrown in jail.
Well, unfortunately, right now in America, it seems to be turning that way as well.
Didn't mean to interrupt you.
Go ahead and continue.
Yeah, with January 6th.
Exactly!
Except they torture you far worse than what they do there, you know, and far worse than January 6th even.
They can execute you without even a trial if they wanted to.
So we can't take America back if we exercise all those rights and tell American people, folks, You would lie to deceived.
Take back your country.
So, I found out about three years ago, because laws became available on the internet, that according to federal tax laws and the Internal Revenue Code, the only people required to file a payment tax based upon this gobbledygook is citizens and residents of the District of Columbia and Federal workers and contractors.
Since then, my research and understanding has taken a quantum leap than the 27 years before that.
It's on our website for free at freedomlawschool.org for being able to educate themselves and free themselves of it's really Satan, deception, robbery, and slavery.
So how did, when you say the average American does not have to pay federal income tax, what is considered the average American?
Would it just be somebody who doesn't live in D.C. or somebody who's not a federal employee?
Are those the average Americans that you're talking about?
That is it.
As long as you're not a federal worker or contractor, And you're not a citizen or resident of Washington, D.C. No law requires you to file pay income tax.
Those other people do have to file income tax.
Wow.
So, why is it this administration then was just looking to hire 87,000 plus armed IRS agents to go out and enforce a tax code?
Why is it?
How did everyday Americans get sucked into this?
Well, I've got to file my taxes by this date, and then the IRS will penalize me if my taxes aren't filled by this date.
How did the American society get sucked into believing that they have to pay federal income taxes every year?
Well, let me ask you a second question.
I'll get to the first one next.
They impose a tax on citizens and residents of the United States, primarily.
But they never told you the definition of the term United States.
In 1930, was someone who was a citizen or resident of D.C. and U.S. territories right here.
For over 100 years, we assume, just because for nationality purposes, all of us are U.S. citizens, that when they use the term United States citizen or person, That they mean the citizen of the 50 states.
Whereas in law, they actually meant citizen and residents of D.C. It's all by definition.
Gender affirmative care is not about affirming your gender at all.
It's not care.
It's mutilation.
But by definition, they deceive you all.
How wonderful it is.
So this kind of a hoax and deception about repeated propaganda of the controlled major media that for over a hundred years have been controlled, has been drummed into our head.
And they tell us, even if you don't have the money, be sure to file so you don't pay penalties and interest later on.
It all presupposes that you had an obligation To file and pay income tax in the first place when you did it.
Just out of the coronal hoax.
They presuppose this whole scam was based upon a virus.
Agenda 201, they were waiting for the virus to be made in a Chinese lab or some other place where there's no virus to begin with.
To convince you, you have to double mask, six feet apart, lock down, So that you don't catch corona, you don't pass to the grandma, and be sure to get the jab and the boosters.

They've done the same thing with income tax for over 100 years, Teddy.
Now, your second question.
87,000 IRS agents.
IRS is an imploding communist entity.
I love the way you think.
Nobody owns the IRS. IRS employees get paid the same no matter how good or terrible job they do.
So, IRS has been collapsing for over 12 years now.
Okay.
Just like the Soviet Union collapsed unexpectedly to most of us.
Back in 1991, even though for decades, it was the most powerful, oppressive government out there.
So, IRS right now has about 78,000 employees.
Over half of them are eligible for retirement.
And within the next five years, over 50,000 will be gone.
So, Congress budgeted for the IRS to hire up to 8,700 employees per year for 10 years to be able to slow down this IRS collapse that's occurring anyways.
So, without that, the demise of the IRS would have been expedited, but they cannot save the IRS any more than Mikhail Gorbachev.
Was able to save Soviet Union from collapse.
And I'm here to explain at it.
And your show, Teddy, is one of the first ones in America.
People here heard it.
Hear it first.
IRS is collapsing.
We're going to drain the swamp out there legally and safely.
Well, and Payman, one of my biggest issues is...
That Joe Biden is talking about raising taxes again, but yet we're giving hundreds of billions of dollars to foreign countries like Ukraine.
So if we have that kind of money in reserve to give to foreign countries, why raise taxes again on the American people?
Well, you see, all that presupposes that the American people, Teddy, Oh, that income tax to begin with.
I have not filed and paid any income tax for 30 years.
Iris knows about that.
I'm teaching others how come, Teddy, they're not trying to put me in prison.
Back in 1994, They had me under criminal investigation as a potential fraudulent tax protest promoter.
And that investigation closed down.
Back in 2006, another criminal investigator wanted to get the records of the hotel at its big freedom meetings.
I sued the government and the IRS agent and they were forced to retract their summons.
Wow!
In 2009, they imposed tax claims on me of over $600,000 for 13 years.
It took me under two years to have the IRS appeals office And the U.S. tax code.
Remove all of that.
No kidding.
That is wild.
Now, Payman, when I heard you were coming on today, I was told that you have lived a very interesting life.
And that these stories about being under investigation by the IRS and beating them at their own games were actually phenomenal.
How was it that you got rid of a $600,000 IRS tax lien?
How did that actually happen?
Well, you see, IRS knows that what they're doing is based upon lies.
And everybody else that came before me over the decades, they closed on everybody with just raw power and deception, and they were not prepared to defend themselves.
I studied law from the best people that were around before me from 60s to 90s.
So when I came around, I... Took from everybody out there who was good and added more to it.
And I knew the game of law and legal procedures very good.
IRS tried to get me and they're desperate to shut me up.
So they do things wrong.
They make mistakes.
They get arrogant.
And when I went to court, here's what they did.
They, aged in the IRS, found five cars outside of my home park and assumed those were my employees going back 13 years, which I did not withhold Social Security and payroll taxes from them for 13 years.
And I told the IRS, you know, appeals officer, this is a bunch of bunk, and they cannot do this.
The first one ruled against me, but when I reversed up on appeal in tax courts, The second one, listen to me, you're right.
I'm going to remove it all.
He just said they're arrogant.
They get to get away with it because people are not prepared.
They don't know about the law.
The January 6th protesters didn't know that was a set-up job.
That was an FBI sting operation with Ray Epps and others ready to intimidate the American people.
Absolutely.
He kept it all out the eyes of the juries, the videos of the events.
Now, the truth is coming out.
Oh, it's out.
It's out for sure.
Now, there's been a lot of, let's say, untruths, falsities, lies put out there about income tax.
Like, I remember hearing when I was younger, as long as you pay once every seven years, you're good, they won't come after you.
If you're a sovereign citizen, you don't have to pay.
What are some of the lies that you've heard, and what are some of the truths that surround any of that?
I started back in 1992 with a baseless legal theory called adhesion contract theory that tied me to the system.
I paid $1,500 for that garbage.
Eight months later, I became a state citizen, not a U.S. citizen of the 14th Amendment, and I paid $800 for that package.
I spent thousands on seminars, books, and videos by others talking about Uniform Commercial Code, UCC, getting out of the commercial, statutory, and multi-jurisdiction back under common law and other stuff like that.
All nonsense.
I went to the law library and looked up the laws for myself.
And I realized there were a bunch of bunk they were telling me.
This is the Internal Revenue Code.
This is the federal tax laws, okay?
I rely only on the laws as published on government's official legal websites.
And unfortunately, all these things, these baseless legal figures out there, they don't work.
People get in trouble using them.
And then they give up.
They say, oh, I tried that.
Didn't work.
So you don't try to be free either.
That's sad.
So people need to go to freedomlawschool.org to learn how to truly do this.
Is that correct?
So here's a couple questions I have.
And I know you have a video on FreedomLawSchool.org about Wesley Snipes.
Now, Wesley Snipes is in prison for not paying taxes.
What happened in his situation?
He listened to one of these baseless legal theory promoters named Eddie Kane in Florida who had him send these phony checks or site drafts.
Not only paying his previous tax debts, But by overpaying them, asking for a refund.
And then didn't file for the other years either.
IRS found a good target.
He's doing a bunch of garbage nonsense.
They went after him, made an example out of him.
Wow.
So here's one I have for you.
So I own my own home.
I pay a mortgage.
Normally, when I file my taxes at the end of the year, I get money back.
How does that work with not complying with the IRS? Would people be losing money in the long run?
Or would they be saving money in the long run?
Well, you say you get money back because you paid into the system that you should not have paid in the first place.
You can stop the withholding from your paycheck in the first place.
And I was going to ask you that because, you know, 99% of Americans out there, well, maybe 98, they end up working for somebody else.
They work for these big corporations who take state, federal, Social Security withholdings out of their check.
If somebody doesn't want to do that, how do they go about fixing that process?

The form, the explanations for free.
They just got to go there and it's there.
For people that are not employees and much of the audience are not employees, it's even easier because there's no withholding from your paycheck.
You just stop Signing those 1040 confession forms under oath, under penalty of perjury, you stop putting your rope of slavery around your neck.
And give it to the IRS. And he said, please, stop.
Don't get no more jabs.
You got the flu jab every year.
You thought that was a smart thing to do.
Now you know the corona jab is killing people.
No more jabs.
Just stop.
In the past, you were deceived.
Okay, fine.
Now, stop signing those 1040 confession forms and confess You're telling the IRS, I owe you money when you sign those forms.
That's number one big step after educating yourself.
Wow, okay.
I had no idea.
So then an employer, though, they may come back and say, well, listen, we can't hire you if you're not going to sign this form.
So that's a risk that people take on that end as well, correct?
What I have people do is fill out the W-4 form that the employer illegally forces on you, otherwise they will not hire you, under duress, under pressure of a gun, and you have disclaimers written on there and attached that, look, I'm doing this because you will not hire me unless I fill out this form.
If they reject that, then you fill out the regular one and put exempt, and then you send a certified letter saying, here's what I did, what I did.
So you can stop withholding.
I've never had one employee ever that worked with me and not be able to stop withholding from the paycheck.
That's great.
That's great.
And people can find out all about this.

Is that correct?
Correct.

That's absolutely incredible.
And, you know, you talked about the W-4 and the 1040 and everything else.
What about the 1099 forms?
What about, you know, if you're an independent contractor that, you know, you take money from a company, you have to fill out a 1099.
How does all that play into this?
Well...
1099s are supposed to be issued only by people who perform function of public office and they pay others.
Like congressman pays his aid.
Okay.
Like federal military contractors.
So you are issued a false 1099 form.
That does not obligate you.
To file a 1040 income tax confession form.
And the IRS does not even use those 1099s to come after people.
They used to do that up until 2016.
So what stopped that?
Why don't they come after people for that anymore?
Because put yourself in shoes with the IRS. For every $1,000 they spent on a non-filer like me, they make $2,000.
For every thousand that's been on filers who confess they owe the IRS money, they just want to make a payment plan and raise over $300.
If you were the IRS, you owe me $300,000, I'm sorry, so would you rather have your money double or have it go up by $300?
Yeah.
Filers are much more profitable.
There's about 80 million non-filers.
IRS can barely, not even keep up with filers.
So that's why they made a decision to leave non-filers alone by 2015.
Wow.
So is that just for 1099 or is that non-filers in general?
Because, Heyman, right now you know we're in the middle of tax season.
Everybody's rushing off to H&R Block.
Everybody's rushing off to see their accountants and they want to make sure they file their taxes right so the IRS doesn't come after them.
If they just didn't file at all, period, Chances are, they're in good hands.
They're in great shape because if you don't file a tax return, there is nothing to audit.
They can audit you because you filed a confession form, 1040 form, and you're claiming your home mortgage, your business expenses, depreciation, whatever else it is that they can audit.
If you file nothing, There's nothing to audit.
So IRS will leave you alone 99.9% of the times per U.S. Treasury auditors.

That's incredible.
Hey man, I know that you have to have a lot of success stories with people that you've worked with.
People who the IRS has either come after Or people who have come to you and said, hey, you know, this is kind of the situation I'm in.
Can you help me out?
Can you share some of those with us?
Sure.
I have many listed on our website at freedomlawschool.org.
But my biggest victory for my students was a case where the Irish was after this man for $4.6 million.
And I had it all zeroed out.
Another victory was a man named Joseph Bannister, who was a gun-carrying IRS criminal investigator.
In 1997, he contacted me and said, Paymoner heard about income tax being voluntary.
I just want to know the truth as an individual American.
So I started educating him.
He wrote a book about it in 1999, which I proofread for him, published it for him, and he gave it to his superiors to get the IRS commissioner to refute about the income tax.
It's a giant scam.
And the IRS refused to answer him.
Wow.
He had debates with the IRS in D.C. from California.
He flew out there to Washington, D.C. to debate the government.
They never sent anybody out to debate him.
They tried putting him in prison in 2005.
He did nothing wrong.
They never even charged him for having stopped filing tax returns, even though he had stopped filing tax returns.
They tried to come up with some other way to get him, and the jury acquitted him anyways.
So, people can be free like me.
The key is like you and Stu Peters.
For people, To love the truth enough to seek it.

All of the things that we need in a civilized society, police, sheriff, courts, roads, schools, firefighters, all are paid by our local property, sales, gas, and other taxes.
We don't even need The federal taxes at all to survive as a nation.
We could cut our military by way over 90% and be safe.
Bring your troops home to protect our border and buy Mexico, not Ukraine.

So we just got to quit believing the lie of the mainstream media that the IRS has got.
IRS, I'm telling you folks, is a Wizard of Oz that the same corrupt major media that sold you the coroner hoax, sold you the Trump-Russia conspiracy hoax, sold you that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, same one that told you about January 6th was the insurrection, The same one for decades brainwashed you repeatedly.

If you don't file, they'll empty your bank account and put you in prison.
Free yourself, folks.
You don't have to be a slave anymore.
And we can win our country.

And you know, the great thing about this is since our elections have been stolen since 2020, who knows how much further back than that, but since our elections have been stolen, we can't get like-minded political people like ourselves into office who would actually cut the Government spending.
So, we won't even have to rely on that anymore.
If just half the population stopped giving their money to the federal government, it would force a smaller government, which is one of the principles that people like you and I stand on.
It would force the change.
It would force them to be financially responsible with the money that they have.
I really want you to explain the difference to how this does not necessarily exclude people from state and local tax obligations.
Correct.
But most states, their income tax is based upon the federal tax laws and or forms.
Therefore, Since you do not owe federal income tax, you will not owe state income tax either.
And on top of that, payroll taxes, self-employment taxes, estate taxes, gambling taxes, gun-making taxes, even gambling taxes, all of those do not apply to the people of the 50 states.
As written, In the Internal Revenue Code, I'm freeing companies now.
I'm withholding from pay of their employees all payroll and all income taxes legally and safely.
And I'm willing to give people a guarantee if they join our efforts to restore freedom, contribute to restoring freedom, I'll guarantee they will win your battle with the IRS if it comes up.
And if we don't, we'll reimburse you whatever they may take from you.
And 100% guarantee you will not go to prison because we rely on the law as published on government's official legal websites and we make a record of it.
We send petitions to our congressmen.
All three have the laws quoted and attached.
Say, look, show me where I'm wrong.
I'll pay my fair share if you can show me I'm wrong.
Otherwise, you stop the criminals in D.C. from stealing our money.
This way, you have certified mail proof, if they ever come after you, that you ask.
You ask the lawmakers, show me the law.
And you are guaranteed to be able to show them to the jury as opposed to the January 6th protesters who the evidence of the innocence was held back from the jury.
Yes.
All a guarantee because I got the system and a knowledge of 30 years of myself and those before me to back you up, my friends.
We can do it.
Now, Payman, what about people right now who have the IRS down their throat?
They're looking to garnish bank accounts because they may owe $100,000, $200,000, $300,000 in back taxes.
I see the commercials on TV all the time.
Call us, and we'll settle this with the IRS.
How do you work differently with those folks other than these people that you see on TV who can settle what you owe to the IRS in back taxes?
What is the difference that you do compared to what they do?
First of all, those ads are mostly lies.
The only time IRS basically gives anybody who owes the money a break is First, you have to file all tax confession forms they want you to file.
Admit you owe them money for five more years from now on.
Give them a whole list of everything you own, stock, bonds, bank accounts, paycheck, home, everything, for them to steal.
If you have anything, they will force you to liquidate it or to steal it.
And then they put you on a stranger diet of cheap garbage food, of grains, and then they give you a payment plan you cannot afford.
The only people that really give those breaks is people who are poor, have nothing in the first place.
That's the only people that really qualify.
When these people rip you off, And then IRS says you don't qualify, they tell you, oh, sorry we tried, but it's a big bad IRS. They knew better, but they wanted to steal your money anyways.
And I've helped people with those situations.
It's not easy.
It's not perfect.
But I can help them minimize the damage depending on their situation.
For real.
And from now on, no more confession forms.
No more 1040 rope around your neck.
You get to the IRS under oath.
Yep.
And if you are forced to sign one, attach something on there that says, I'm forced to sign this.
For employment purposes.
If I don't sign it, I don't get my job.
Only for the W-4 at your job.
Out of our 1040 forums, they cannot force you to fill it out.
