Well, you know, they always say that the two best days to plant a tree was 20 years ago, and today!
Today.
We so hope so, and we hope today with our new show, Keys to Life, we're going to show you guys the many different keys that To take care of your temple.
Because they are poisoning your temple again with the water, most important.
And that's what we're going to go over a lot today is about the water.
We've got a beautiful guest here, Janet.
Janet, introduce yourself, sweetheart.
Yes, hello.
Thank you so much for asking me on.
I'm Janet Phelan.
I'm a reporter.
I've been a journalist for over 30 years.
I'm mainstream trained and mainstream gone.
So, I left mainstream media around 2004 with a sense of total disgust as to how stories were not being reported.
So, since that time, I've been writing exclusively for independent media, and I'm very pleased to be on your show today.
Janet, I had an interview with you, with Alex Jones, many years ago, and it really intrigued me with what is going on in our water.
Can you talk about that interview?
Because my understanding is it was only left up for maybe two hours before it was taken down.
Because I believe they are poisoning us with the water, and they have the ability, if they wanted to Specifically go in and poison Michael or poison myself, they could direct that directly to me.
Can you talk about that, Janet?
Yes.
It's one of the most serious stories I've ever worked on, and I'm very pleased to talk about it.
Back around 2004, I became aware that there were some allegations going on that Something very funky was going on with water systems, and I started researching this with an eye to try to figure out,
because my tip-off was that they had re-refigured water systems to provide a finely homed targeting system, and that they could actually deliver something else to your house, skip over the house next door, and then You know, do something maybe to another house on the block.
This sounds like science fiction.
So I really wanted to make sure that I understood how this would take place.
So I sat down with a bunch of engineers, civil engineers, who explained to me that if this were actually truth and not science fiction, and it has turned out to be true and not science fiction, How a system like that would have to be figured.
And what was explained to me was that there would have to be two main lines running down the center of the street that were connected to each dwelling by a service line.
And it was the second line that was a big question mark.
Everybody knows there's a main line and it has water and there's a service line and it goes It feeds your house with water.
But if there's going to be something else added, it's going to have to come from a second line, and what is in that second line is going to have to be withheld by remote control beds.
And lo and behold, that's exactly what I found.
And I actually got footprints from a number of different cities and states in America And interestingly enough, the responses I got to Public Records Act West, asked for blueprints, provided a flurry of very bizarre responses.
For example, the city of Los Angeles wrote me and said, well, this is all like national security, so we're going to have to construct entirely new blueprints for you and adapt the sensitive information.
And what they redact over and over again is that second line.
So there's nothing particularly sensitive about a water line living down the street that has the potential of bringing water to your house.
What is an inordinate serum for the powers that be is the existence of that second line.
So it was with some difficulty and ingenuity that I had to I had to come up with ways to get real blueprints because the powers that be through the city attorney's offices would not give me real blueprints.
They give me redacted or changed blueprints.
So what I uncovered was that the water systems have been reconfigured in the United States to allow for this level of targeting.
Now, I also figured that it was very likely that the US had attempted to export this system and to encourage its friends and allies to institute the same weapons system in their country.
And pursuant to that, I have been able to determine that In Toronto, Canada, they have the weaponized water system, what I'm calling the double-line water system.
It is also in Tel Aviv.
It is also in Geneva, Switzerland.
And in the WikiLeaks cable releases, I was able to determine that in post-invasion Iraq, they also now have the weaponized water system.
Now, that's sort of interesting because, you know, we invaded Iraq on these allegations or concerns that turned out to be entirely without merit that there were weapons of mass destruction.
And in so doing, during the invasion, we bombed the country back to the Stone Age.
And out of the generosity of our hearts and spirits, we built the infrastructure And provided a system to provide weapons of mass destruction through the weaponized water system.
And also, this has been found in at least one major capital city in Latin America.
And I believe that this list is woefully inadequate and that this system has been placed in many other countries as well.
So that's in a nutshell what I found out.
And all of the research concerning this is archived in my 2021 book that was published by Trin Day, which is titled The Breaking Point of History.
I have blueprints.
I have communications with city officials in which they're clearly freaking out by my asking to see water records.
And there's also photographs that are illuminating.
For example, there's a photograph that I took in a city yard in Santa Monica, California that shows a stack of these remote control valves with the RFID addresses actually written onto the valves.
So I think the research is pretty darn convincing and This is what we're dealing with.
It is very likely a secondary pandemic delivery system.
Very likely.
And if somebody's talking and it looks like somebody's talking, I can't hear you.
I don't know why but I can't hear you, sir.

But you're very faint, but yes, I can hear you.
Okay.
To the best of your knowledge, is there double-line systems in all 50 states right now as we know it?
My understanding is that there has been an effort to do this in all 50 states.
However, I do not have blueprints from all 50 states.
Where I went with the intent of Finding out if this was in existence and getting the blueprints, I got blueprints to show that this exists.
However, at one point in my investigation, I was at that point in time living and working in Medford, Oregon, working for a newspaper there titled The Americans Bulletin, and I was getting I was getting blueprints from Oregon, I was getting blueprints from the state of Washington, and I got thoroughly messed with by the authorities and decided to leave the country.
So I left the country in 2008 and am not, at this point, able to follow through on my plans to get blueprints elsewhere.
But my understanding is this is friggin' everywhere in the U.S. Not, for people who are unwell, You're safe.
You know, you don't have double-line water wells.
But for those who are on city water, it does appear to be pretty much everywhere I checked.
And sadly, I'm not able to answer the question with full confidence that it is or is not in all 50 states.
Because I'm not there to do the work.
And that's how it played out.

Can you touch on, for Christopher and I, the two-pronged effort going on at the World Health Organization right now?
Well, this is very serious.
Thank you for asking about this, because as we know, there is a lessening of concern about COVID. We're sort of in a post-COVID era, so they want us to bleed.
And we need to understand that the pandemic threat is not going away.
And the WHO has launched a two-pronged effort to essentially destroy individual and national and local health sovereignty.
And they're doing this through amending The international health regulations.
That's one prong.
And the second prong is through setting up a universal pandemic treaty.
Now, these are efforts that are going on right now at the WHO in Geneva, Switzerland.
And we need to be aware of the threat that is posed by both of these efforts.
For example, We need to understand, first of all, that the changes in the international health regulations are intended to fundamentally change the relationships between individuals,
national governments, and the WHO. And if we leave this session with any understanding of what is happening at a global level concerning Cementing changes that will affect every living person on this planet.
This sentence is absolutely imperative to understand, so I'm going to repeat it again.
The amendments are meant to fundamentally change the relationships between individuals, national governments, and the WHO. And one of the ways that the amendments do this is by erasing The general provision to honor human rights.
There was a previous phrase that was a governing phrase in the international health regulations.
By the way, these were passed in 2005, and the amendments will totally revamp what these international health regulations mean to us.
And so the initial phrase was, with full respect, For the dignity, human rights, and fundamental freedoms.
That was codified in the original international health regulations, but it's being expunged in the amendments, and it is meant to be replaced with equity, coherence, and inclusivity.
Now, what these They sound like nice words, right?
Equity, coherence, and inclusivity, but they don't mean the same thing as respect for human rights.
What they mean, essentially, is you're all going to get the same deal.
You're all going to be included, and you're all going to have whatever they term as equity.
And this completely upends the prior understanding of the relationship between individuals and authority.
And what the amendments This is currently going on in Geneva.
Right now they are discussing these amendments and they are trying to hammer out changes.
And what the changes are proposing is that the WHO will be able to dictate, not suggest anymore, the prior regulations suggested the amendments dictate that there will be an obligation Among the party nations to follow the dictates of the WHO.
So you won't have the wiggle room that you had during the pandemic.
If there is a public health emergency, that's also going to change to the following phrase.
A potential for public health risk.
So there doesn't even have to be a real public health emergency, but simply somebody might think there's a potential for one.
So in the case of that, the member nations to this international health regulations will be mandated to provide certain sorts of recourses, what they call countermeasures, which would be vaccines, Which could be testing, which could be surveillance, could be reporting in.
You will not have the right anymore to say, I don't think I want to participate in this.
I'll just stay at home and, and well, for example, I am currently in Chiapas, Mexico, and I was here during the pandemic.
And what we saw was that there was a lot of Suspicion and concern about what the government was saying.
And people began to realize very quickly that if you got sick with something and you went to the hospital, you didn't come out alive.
So people began to figure, well, you know, what if I get sick?
So people began to turn to Native medicine, which is far more honored and respected in Chiapas than it is in the U.S. And people would make teas They would make teas out of a plant called moumou.
They would make teas out of oregano and thyme.
And if they got sick, they'd stay home and drink tea.
And what I heard was that people got well.
They got well very quickly and they would go to work.
People who got sick and went to the hospital did not fare very well.
So under the changes to the international health regulations as proposed and now being hammered out of Geneva, Switzerland, You won't have the right to stay home and drink tea.
You will have to show up at the health center and get your officially obligated countermeasure.
So this is very, very serious.
Also, a couple other things I want to bring up is that on the chopping block as well, with the changes in the international health regulations, is freedom of speech.
So the WHO itself will have the power to designate certain speech as misinformation and will require, the word is not suggest again, it is require individual governments to intervene and stop these expressions.
So we did see and we are continuing to see That during the pandemic, certain kinds of speech were considered initially to be inappropriate and people got banned on Facebook and people had their Twitter accounts removed and so forth by suggesting certain kinds of treatments like drinking tea and taking ivermectin and so forth.
And these treatments are now rather grudgingly being considered to have had merit.
But again, we will lose the power of our individual right of freedom of expression under these IHR amendments.
Now, there are a few other things I want to bring up and then I'll move on to the Pandemic Treaty.
The proposed amendments also remove any necessity for the Director General Of the WHO, and that is the fellow Tedros, to consult with the affected state before acting.
So he may decide that there's a potential for a health risk.
Again, it doesn't have to be a public health emergency, a potential for a health risk in the U.S. He doesn't have to consult with the U.S. He'll just simply barge in there and start telling us what to do.
Now, also, I found this to be really rather concerning and not getting enough attention by anyone in the media, but the individual states who are part of the group of countries that have signed on to the international health regulations will be required to change their intellectual property laws in order to accommodate The
Director General's determinations on allocations of health supplies.
Now, what this means, of course, is that if there are patents or if somebody owns a particular kind of countermeasure, this ownership, which is something that capitalist countries honor but communist countries tend not to honor, this ownership will go out the window.
Because Tedros thinks everybody will need this countermeasure.
So it is actually a movement towards abolishing private property as well.
Janet, my understanding is President Trump, one of the good things he did was remove us from the WHO, and Biden put us back in, and what this is doing is it's removing all our sovereignty.
Our God-given sovereignty is being taken away from us, and they can go in, like you said, if there's a possibility of anything, they can take away all our freedoms.
Is that what I'm understanding?
Yeah, and that's what I'm trying to actually, you know, through my sort of careful delineations of what this article says and what that says.
I mean, that's it.
That's just basically it.
We will be put under a one-world health system where we no longer have the right to make individual determinations about our own health sovereignty.
Personally, I got sick of something during the pandemic.
I don't know what it was.
I never went to a I was a doctor about it, I had some trouble breathing, and I know what to do.
If I have trouble breathing, I make oregano tea, and it makes me breathe okay, right?
So I had some trouble breathing, I had a bit of a fever, I drank oregano tea, and I was fine.
Okay, so that's how I take care of myself the best that I can.
But under this one world health system, we won't be able to anymore.
And I have another list here, probably...
So has this always been voted on?
Are we now part of the WHO? Has this been voted on?
No, they're hammering this out.
They're hammering it out.
And one thing we need to understand is because these are amendments, this is not a new treaty, the amendments only need a 50% vote in order to be put into effect.
Somebody got real smart and clever and figured out a way to really make their voices heard and make their desires known without even much of a majority behind them.
I'm going to read this list off.
This is from Article 18 of the IHR. This was already in place.
Prior to the amendment process, these were suggestions.
So this was something that could be suggested if there was a public health emergency.
However, under the current configuration of these proposed amendments, Article 13A changes these from suggestions to requirements.
And I hope you get as scared as I was when I read this.
So, number one.
Require medical examinations.
Two, review proof of vaccinations.
Three, require vaccinations.
Four, place suspect persons under public health observation.
Five, implement quarantine or other health measures for suspect persons.
I mean, suspect, you don't even have to be sick.
You're suspected to be sick, right?
So six, implement isolation and treatment where necessary for affected persons.
Thank you, I'll drink my tea.
I don't want your friggin' vaccine.
Okay.
Seven, implement contact tracing of suspect or affected persons.
Eight, refuse entry of suspect or affected persons.
Nine, refuse entry of unaffected persons to affected areas.
And ten, implement screening and or restriction on persons from affected areas.
This is how How totalitarianism works.
It comes from a top central authority and everybody has to obey.
And these changes from suggestions to requirements pretty much cement our fate.
And finally, the IHR amendments are calling for the creation of digital health certificates.
And I think this is something that we have all become a bit aware of.
That is a very frightening idea that you have to have like some sort of pandemic passport that proves you've been properly, you know, loaded up with whatever they want to load you up with, certainly not tea.
So I also have some notes on the pandemic treaty, which is the second prong of the efforts.
And essentially, there are a number of concerning articles and entries in the pandemic treaty as well, which seem to somewhat mirror the changes in the international health regulations.
And there's just basically one issue that I want to bring up here, which is The fact that this pandemic treaty has a clause in it which gives it a fast track towards enactment.
And what the treaty does is it does an end run around the treaty ratification process that most sovereign nations have set up.
In the United States, a treaty first must be signed by the president, It then goes to the Senate for a ratification resolution and this particular treaty has a clause for provisional enactment which will allow the President to sign the treaty and ignore the fact that the Senate needs to pass a ratification
resolution.
In other words, We reduce everything down to the relationship between the President, Biden, and Tedros.
And we can forget the treaty, we can forget the Senate, we can forget the debates, we can forget everything that we have in place in our country about due process having to do with international treaties.
And it becomes a cozy deal between Tedrosa and Biden.
So why do we want to be part of the WHO? What rationale does our president, does the House, does the Senate have for us to be part of the WHO? Because again, this is a one world order, is it not?
Well, it appears that we have a bunch of people in power who seem to like that idea, doesn't it?
I mean what we saw during the pandemic was actually almost like country after country just climbed on board and started to issue draconian authoritarian measures and at this point in time it appears that people in power like the idea of this one world health system even you know in the face of Of
tea drinkers and others who like to be able to control their own future.
So this is a big problem that we seem to have a cabal of people who are in power in the U.S., elsewhere, who like the idea of authoritarianism and one world control.
Janet, can you go in?
I'm sorry, go ahead.
Going back to the water, have you seen the documentary Watch the Water, correct?
Yes, I have.
The Brian artist, Stu Peters.
So with what you're telling me, I read your book.
I looked over the plans and whatnot.
So if the government didn't like me or Michael, from looking over your plans, if they wanted to put snake venom or snail venom, they could directly send it directly to my home.
Is that correct or not?
Well, that is correct and that brings up this final thing I want to say, which I think casts great suspicions on these plans because how can you set up and pass a pandemic treaty on the one hand when you have a secret covert pandemic delivery system on the other?
This is the hype.
Of Orwellian Kafkaesque thinking, and we need to wrap our heads around this.
On the one hand, they can deliver something secretly through the water, and on the other hand, they want to protect us from pathogens.
What are they thinking?
If there's not some people with a podcast called Keys to Life that are going to educate people on the solutions, Well, I think there are solutions.
And I think it's going to take a Herculean effort on our part to get, you know, people to understand the dilemma that has been created for us.
But I think there are solutions.
And, you know, one solution is to stop hiding these covert plants, okay?
You've got water systems throughout the U.S. that can potentially kill someone.
How in the world can any so-called republic or democracy or free society support a program or a plan like this?
And how can that so-called free society, on the other hand, want, you know, publicly want to protect us from these dangerous pathogens when they have in place the very systems that can deliver them?
These people need to be confronted.
They need to be confronted at the local level.
They need to be confronted at Board of Supervisors meetings.
They need to be confronted at City Council meetings.
They need to be confronted at the UN at Geneva, Switzerland.
Because wherever you go, At this point in time, there are now these globalists who are attempting to micromanage our lives and we simply need to confront them and say, what the heck do you think you're doing?
Janet, is one of the ways to get this information out there is, can everybody out there do a FOIA request and ask to see those water mains?
I mean, why are they redacted?
I mean, they're freaking water mains.
They told you there was security, and that's why they couldn't show you the true water mains?
I mean, help me understand that.
Okay, well, there was a law that was passed in 2002 under the Critical Information The first line, the one that has water that we all rely on, that's not critical infrastructure.
They're happy to talk about that, but they're afraid they'll go to prison if they tell us about the second one.
Actually, I was in a meeting Before I had to suddenly flee the country, I was in a meeting in Medford, Oregon with the Water Commission.
And there was a water engineer and also the public information specialist was at the meeting.
And I had at that point two sets of blueprints.
I had for exactly the same area.
I had the one showing the second line, which I've gotten through some covert means, which I discuss in the book.
I'm able to get real blueprints when they don't want to give them to me.
And then I had the blueprints that they so kindly provided me.
One set of blueprints showed one line.
One set of blueprints showed two lines for the exact same area.
And I was attempting to get a response from the engineer and also the public information specialist.
Her name was Laura Hodnett.
And I said, well, you've got, you know, two different plans here for the same area.
Could you explain to me why?
I kept asking.
And they just looked at me like deer, you know, in the headlights.
And they go, they're the same.
They're exactly the same.
I said, no, they're not the same.
I mean, that's like I'm holding up two fingers.
How many fingers am I holding up?
We know that from 1984.
You know, if they tell you they're holding up four fingers, you damn well better say they're holding up four fingers, even if they're only holding up two.
So she's trying to tell me the plans are exactly the same.
And finally, I said, Laura, I said, I have this law here called the Critical Infrastructure Information Protection Act, which makes it a felony for you to discuss critical infrastructure.
Is that what is governing your response to me?
And she and the engineer got up.
They said, this conversation is over.
And they left the room.
So we're dealing with frightened people who know that they've done something very, very bad and they don't want to cop to it.
So, you know, it's not that hard to get real blueprints.
You hang around a city crew, you chat them up, you know, you float a little bit if you have to do that, and you take out that camera, and when they show you the real blueprints because they're proud of their work and they have no idea they're doing something bad, you take pictures.
So that's how I got, you know, real blueprints, some sort of variation on that.
So, you know, the fact is, we have a weapons system that is under our feet where we can't see it, that can potentially attack any one of us.
And we need, I think, you know, if we're going to continue to live and thrive in America, we need to confront the reality of this.
Everywhere we go.
The reality is that these critical documents, these paperwork and whatnot, they don't want the terrorists to get hold of them so they could possibly poison this.
But what if the terrorist is our own freaking government?
And it sounds like it is.
You know, there's been a lot of lies told to us.
About terrorism, about pandemics, about all kinds of things.
And I think you're right on the money here.
Real quick, Janet.
How early, for people who have not read your book or seen the blueprints, how early do you believe they started the construction on these second lines?
And on a second question, obviously the people, the red-blooded Americans that were pipefitters and the guys that were laying these lines, more than likely they were kept oblivious to what they were doing.
They're just like, oh, this is a This is a backup line in case the other water line goes down.
That's all we're simply doing and we're going to tie it back into each individual community and each individual street and each individual house.
Obviously this would take decades to add a second.
Decades.
My gut, I have pursued that line of inquiry and my gut perception Is that the work on this started around the time that President Richard Nixon unilaterally declared to the world with his buddy Henry Kissinger that the U.S. was abandoning their offensive biological weapons
program.
And shortly after he made that declaration, the Biological Weapons Convention came into existence.
And mid-70s, I think.
So I think they started working on this around the 70s, but I'm not absolutely entirely sure on that.
I did have a conversation recently with Dr.
David Martin, who also told me that he became aware of the existence of this around 2004, 2005.
So maybe around that time, It was getting to be near completion, but it must have taken them decades.
And I completely agree with you about the guys working on the streets.
They have no idea they're doing something bad.
They're simply, you know, helping water get from, you know, the plant to houses.
They have no idea whatsoever.
You travel further up the food chain, you start, you know, dealing with the engineers and public information specialists, and then you run into a different can of warrants entirely.
Janet, we didn't give you proper introduction.
Can you tell people why they should believe you?
Tell them what you've been doing as a journalist for X amount of years.
Well, there's no reason you should believe me.
I mean, which is why I published the records in my book.
The records are the proof, the blueprints, the pictures of the remote control valves, the copy from the website showing how an impulse from a cell phone or a laptop can go into the internet,
up to satellites, and how it will end up affecting certain Things shown on the left hand side of the picture, among which is a water valve.
You know, I personally, you know, I can sit here and talk forever about what a wonderful person I am and how trustworthy and honest I am, but the documents speak for themselves.
And I also included in the book communications back and forth between Some of these water companies that are supposedly providing us good drinking water in the U.S. Don't believe me?
Look at the work yourself and come to your own conclusions.

In the last five minutes, what would you like to add to anybody out there listening?
What can we do to prevent this NWO takeover of this entire planet?
I think we all have to do exactly what you're doing, Christopher, what I'm doing, what the gentleman sitting next to you whose name, I'm sorry, I didn't know what you're doing.
Yeah, I think we need to start talking to each other and on a small scale, on a larger scale, on whatever scale we have available, we need to start sharing information with each other.
And we need to start acting like we're all brothers and sisters, which I believe that actually we are.
And we need to try to protect each other and share what we have learned with each other.
Well, that's fantastic.
Well, we want to also make sure that you know that Christopher and I will not stop until we're able to deliver products to people that are going to be able to help them in this new, evolving, second-line attack that's on humanity.
Christopher, could you real quickly just describe to her about the water systems that we're working with with Leo?
Again, the water systems we have, I believe, are the most advanced technology in the world that takes out the snake venom, the snail venom, the fluoride, the chlorine, the pesticides.
These chemicals, they're poison in every single thing, and they're especially poison in the water.
Can you show the little device that we have that we think is one of the best on-the-counter devices to help take out all those chemicals, negatively charge the water, raise the pH?
Because again, Dr.
Warburger proved that no virus or bacteria We could live in an alkalized, oxygenated state.
And that's what we're able to do right here.
