And he says he did nothing more than that.
But what resulted?
The Swiss Attorney General of his nation has begun a criminal investigation into their president, who also serves as their Minister of Health, for the crime of pushing the C-19 shots as safe and effective Also,
in the background, we have the story of the Thai royal family whose daughter, the princess, took these shots and after her second injection fell into a coma and we understand may still be on a respirator and definitely fighting for her life.
If the Thai government has the courage to step forward, they could open up an investigation that would allow them to investigate and indict the leaders of not only their own country, But as well as other businesses, airlines and other industries that coerced people to take these shots, especially by lying to them.
Let's take a listen to attorney Todd Callender in this short clip because he's been watching these two situations and he's been analyzing it.

Developed by a grand jury.

The Minister of Health are under investigation, indictment, and prosecution by the Swiss Attorney General.
It's the first criminal complaint anywhere on the planet that has legs.

...that happened in Switzerland.
I just heard about it yesterday.
I'm also working with a royal family in Southeast Asia...
We had one of the family members killed.
Now, he says one of the family members is killed.
He may have more up-to-date information than I do because my last understanding was that the Thai princess was in a coma.
She may have died or they may have pulled her off the respirator.
Todd is usually very precise with his information, so let's listen in.
They are able, by virtue of their lineage and power in that country, to convene their Eleanor War Crimes Tribunal.
So we're pursuing that in the United States because we can't get anything done except The reason we can't get anything done here is because it's our own government that's doing it.

These are universal jurisdiction crimes, which means that if Switzerland wanted to prosecute our president, they would not only have the ability to do that in absentia, they would have the ability to sentence and actually carry out that sentence in absentia, meaning the extraterritorial.
If they were able to find a treaty partner, they could go and grab whoever it is responsible, bring them back to Switzerland for the execution.
That's what the sentence was.
This is a big deal.
This is a huge deal.
The first sovereign to do this.

Well, Pascal Najati is a businessman successful in his own right, but he's even more well-known now after having brought legal action against the Swiss government regarding the mass genocide operation and these bioweapon shots.
And he's here tonight to tell us how he went about it and how we can get involved.
Pascal, so good to see you.
You are just exploding on the scene with this incredible accomplishment.
Can you please, let's start out giving the audience a little bit of a background on who you are, where you've been, and you've got quite an interesting background of accomplishment.

I would also like to welcome and greet all of your audience and viewers in America.
It's very important that we are united in humanity.
And I greet you from Switzerland.
I'm sitting here in this house.
It's 600 years old.
It's older than the United States of America.
It's in the old town of Lucerne, one of the oldest cities in the country, in the center of the country, where all the confederation started in 1291, the democracy and so on and so forth.
I'm a Swiss citizen.
Born and raised here.
My mother is Swiss.
She comes from a, if you want to say so in American terms, you would say presidential family, because her grand-uncle, my great-grand-uncle, was president of Switzerland after the Second World War, and he also was Minister of Defense.
Rudolf Minger.
That's my mother's side.
What was his name, Pascal?
Rudolf Minger, M-I-N-G-E-R. You can Wikipedia him.
Yes.
He was a great man.
He actually was the founder of the modern Swiss Army.
My father was Persian, a banker.
We always had banks in our family from Hong Kong, Malaysia, Bahrain, which is in the Middle East, the Gulf States, and London.
And our headquarters were always in Switzerland.
I grew up here in Switzerland, normal life, went to the army for two years, the military, which is still compulsory, for 17 weeks, but I did two years, become a corporal.
And then I went to banking to join the banks.
At that time in the mid-80s, the banks were the place to get a job.
The old-fashioned banking, I learned it from UBS, which still is today the largest Swiss bank.
I did a career in investment banking in Zurich.
I have built up with my team and colleagues Merrill Lynch in Zurich, the big, number one, actually, former investment bank in the world with headquarters in New York.
Then I moved to London to work for Merrill Lynch and New York.
I was sharing offices between the two places.
In 1997, I was elected to the management board of the second largest German bank of their capital markets operations, investment banking operations in London.
There I was in charge, like before, advising governments on ministerial or heads of state level.
My function of area was, the footprint was Central Asia, Central Europe, Russian Federation, the African continent and the Middle East, including the Gulf.
My father unfortunately got assassinated 10 years ago in Malaysia.
We're still investigating this assassination.
So I have a high degree or a sensitivity for injustice.
And in Switzerland, like everywhere in the world, we are surprised, we were surprised in 2020 by the outbreak of a so-called, that time, deadly contagious virus.
There was panic everywhere.
We had pictures from China, the Chinese pictures, people falling dead on the street.
People here were scared to die.
And the media were fueling it, you know, every day.
We had lockdowns, had all these complications of society and economic breakdown at some stage.
And then suddenly, end of 2020, you remember that, the world remembers that, when our Minister of Health, today President of the country and still Minister of Health, Alain Berset, introduced the great vaccine.
It was December 2020.
On Facebook, on Twitter, on Instagram, on the newspapers, on all channels of the government, national TV, radio, you name it.
He said constantly three things.
It's safe.
It's been tested like all other vaccines before, which means five or ten years.
And it's effective.
It protects you from the virus.
And it protects others from contagion.
So this vaccination campaign was, again, on all channels, almost 24-7 and daily, weekly, monthly.
Now, we had an option that was given to us.
It's very simple.
They said if you vaccinate, You get a certificate on your phone, a green pen.
Digital passport.
Passport, and then you can go out and live a life like everybody else.
And the unvaccinated, not.
So we had a discrimination, a two-speed society.
We believe the ministers, we believe the government experts, the doctors from the government think tanks and all those statements that it is safe, effective and tested.
This is why we got vaccinated, injected.
Yes.
Three times, BioNTech, Pfizer, BioNTech.
My wife and my mother, who is now 80, also three times.
So I'm not an anti-vaxxer, I'm not a political movement, I represent the establishment, I'm a banker, a citizen though, I'm not politically active, and I did not ask for any financial damages, retribution etc.
Having said that, I would like to make a short note on the legal aspect of our talk.
Yes, please do.
We're talking about our Swiss president now, Alan Burset, who is also the Minister of Health.
All what I'm saying relates to presumption of innocence of Mr.
Burset, just to make a point clear, because it's now an ongoing criminal procedure against him.
In the offices of the Attorney General of Switzerland, the federal prosecutor.
And if you could just...
If we could just...
Help people understand how you were instrumental in initiating or getting this criminal charge.
And how far is it?
Is it beyond an investigation?
Is he indicted and charged with crime?
No.
No.
Not yet.
Okay.
How did you start this and what gave you the idea and the, you know, the, well, the idea to, hey, I'm just going to do this as an individual person and bring this.
How did this happen?
It's a good question and the answer is quite simple.
I got shocked.
I'll tell you why.
As I just explained, we all went to the same thing.
The panic, the vaccination process, one year, two years, then it vanished, Omicron came, masks went off, etc., etc., etc.
In October last year, 2022, you remember Janine Small, the Pfizer manager, which showed up at the European Parliament investigation, Had to testify.
And a minister of the European Parliament, a parliamentarian, member of the House, I would say, asked her clear questions and said, tell us yes or no, was the vaccine and tested before going to market?
Yes or no?
He asked a specific yes or no.
Janine Small answered it Pretty clear.
She said, no, we had no time.
We didn't test the endpoints.
We had to move at the speed of science.
She confirmed in this very official formal setting of the European Parliament, it's like in the US Congress or Senate, she said, basically, in layman terms, the stuff doesn't work.
So I said to myself, now I got some experimental stuff in my body, my wife, my family.
It doesn't work.
I was very angry.
So I made some research.
I went back in public statements of the Ministry of Health backwards.
And I ended up finding a press conference.
There were many of those press conferences, Jane, every week.
Panel, Minister of Health, experts, cameras, journalists.
And you had transcripts.
You could go back through transcripts, I'm assuming.
No, YouTube and the government website, they're all archived.
Okay.
So I went through them.
And we, the Ministry of Health, it's called the Federal Office of Public Health, F-O-P-H, had She was a director of infection control.
It was a lady.
She was very decent.
She was a doctor, a medical doctor.
Her name is Dr.
Virginie Massere.
And on the 3rd of August 2021, she explained in front of the cameras, journalists, experts, They received a report from the American CDC confirming that vaccinated people transmit the virus as easily and often as unvaccinated
people.
Another huge revelation of lies.
Well, a statement.
Statement.
Based on an American report, official, the US government coming to, sharing it with the Swiss government.
Then a journalist interjected, it's all on tape, and said, Mrs.
or Dr.
Massere, can you confirm this?
The American viewer, she said yes.
Vaccinated people She repeated that in French.
Vaccinated people transmit the virus as easily and often as unvaccinated people.
So, I made a note.
August 3rd, 2021.
I went on screening what the government said and then I found the minister himself on national TV On the 27th of October, roughly three months after the doctor's confirmation that the stuff doesn't work, right?
Three months after, into the year, in October 27th, 21, he was on, excuse me, on primetime national TV saying, with the certificate, that means the injection, right?
With the certificate, you are sure that you are not contagious.
So I said, how come?
There's something wrong, terribly wrong.
So I made a note.
So we had an untruth spoken on national TV in clear, in certain terms, with no wiggle room.
And I said to myself, something is wrong.
That means the scientists of our own Ministry of Health on a senior level made a clear statement also referring to the CDC's report in about 3rd of August 2021 that the vaccination does not protect you from the virus and it does not protect others if you are vaccinated from getting it.
And he says A few weeks before a public vote about the crucial society-dividing COVID law implementation, public vote before that, he says, go vaccinate, it's good.
You're sure that you're not vaccinated.
You get the certificate, you can go out.
Yep, I get that.
I need to ask you a couple of questions.
First of all, does Switzerland, the government, its agents, its departments, is there any corollary to what we have in the United States of this legal immunity that was foisted over several laws and acts in the United States, the PREP Act?
It goes far back, way before that.
But is there protection, at least on paper, for the Swiss government against these false statements that they made?
No.
No.
I mean, you cannot protect the line.
They have immunity, so-called diplomatic immunity, that includes immunity from prosecution.
I see.
Government, head of state, logic, ministers, logic, members of the Senate in our country and of the House.
So, how do you overcome that?
Well, first comes first.
So, I made notes, right?
I compiled a page, timeline, statements, dates, and I wrote with this statement, he intentionally said an untruth, And or by gross negligence, gross negligence, mind you, is also a penal code violation, a crime in this country.
And there's no protection for that built in relative to this emergency, you know, pandemic.
No.
I mean, I come to the point.
In other words, he was saying, again, the vaccination functions, get vaccinated, go out and share your life.
Well, with that, he encouraged us to go out.
But we were probably spreading the virus unknowingly, for endangering others.
Sure, that's what it was about.
Logic?
This was never about public health, right?
No, no, I understand.
So when we now have, you know, the public, the Ministry of Health has Publicly accessible statistics and they indeed show as the vaccination campaign was ramping up the infection numbers went up which confirms to you as a doctor that probably the vaccination is of no use because if it's ramping up in injections you should have
with an effective vaccine a stagnation Or a descent of the curve.
But both curves went up.
So I wrote a memo.
The famous one-pager.
One page.
And I went to the local police station right here.
It's two minutes from the house.
It was about 10 o'clock in the morning on the 2nd of December last year.
And I filed criminal charges against Now, President Alain Berset, who is still the Minister of Health, for abuse of office.
Okay.
And his diplomatic protection doesn't...
No, that comes later.
First comes filing of criminal charges against somebody.
I see.
The police must take the report.
Then it goes, it went to the state level.
Like you have states, New York State, you have California State, Texas, etc.
Yes, I understand that.
Sure, just for the other viewers.
We also have like cantons, like states, like you have states.
Like provinces, states, right.
It's called Canton, what you have states.
So it was on the cantonal level where there's state prosecution.
They looked at it.
They tried to punch holes in it.
They couldn't.
They couldn't, because I had two public statements which were evident, and I had causality together.
Yes, I get that.
Was your president arrested?
No, no, no, no.
Oh, not yet.
Okay.
No.
Then it went to the federal level.
That's the highest level.
Okay.
That's the, in your country, also called Attorney General's Office.
Okay, for the country, the country's Attorney General, okay.
Exactly.
Switzerland's Attorney General, and there is a federal prosecutor who is handling the file now.
I have communicated with him several times in writing because he wanted some more questions answered, which I furnished, and supplemented with that Three more additional criminal charges which were evidenced and have a causal connection.
I see, I see.

We're here talking with a Swiss businessman, Pascal Najati, about his incredible story that he has brought charges against the president of Switzerland for the entire COVID-19 shots, the lies.
Pascal, I want to pick up where we left off.
You've got us hanging, you know, by a thread of interest here.
Crazy.
This is very exciting, what you've been able to accomplish.
So we left off where your Swiss Attorney General for the nation is now involved, has the paperwork.
What happened from there?
The investigation is now ongoing, running.
It started.
They will not tell the public how they investigate.
Oh, no transparency?
They have to go do their own job.
It's out of my hands, and I'm not a prosecutor.
But you can imagine, they have to find evidence all over the place for those statements, and they have to go through the files, and they have to go through communications.
Who knew what, when.
Why was the vaccine not effective, apparently?
Why did he say it is effective when it was not?
And why did we get jabbed if they knew that it doesn't work?
And the last point is, very important also in America, if something doesn't work, it's experimental.
And if it's not regulated and not licensed, which all of the world's mRNA are not, Properly tested, as we know.
They cannot be certified.
Therefore, they are experimental substances.
And for that, you need written consent of each patient.
After the doctor informs the patient on a page saying, you want a heart attack?
Cancer?
Block gloves, brain damage, all of this.

There was no informed consent all over the world.

Pascal, I want to ask you a question, because either your president and your government, the Ministry of Health, was incompetent, or they were sinister and involved in it.
If they were sinister and involved in it, since they were behaving like every other government around the world, pushing this lie, about it being safe and effective, then how do you hope to get any justice, especially with a process that is not public and transparent?
Well, justice is separate from politics in this country.
Justice is autark and functions in this country.
My evidence is clear.
It's on paper and it's connected for charges.
The laws that have been broken, those four charges are clear, very clear, and it will unearth the entire process.
This one criminal charge complaint that's now running.
The next position will be, the next hurdle, is of course what you mentioned before, the immunity.
A head of state is immune.
But the parliament can lift that by voting.
Simple majority.
And I say to the parliamentarians, to the members of the House, I say think carefully, because this is a criminal investigation.
People have died, people have been injured.
Whether or not you want to really make sure that you lift that immunity so that the due process can go on and he can be charged and tried in a court where he can defend himself, of course.
And that moment, we haven't reached that yet.
How confident are you that your courts are not bought and paid for or that your government officials are not bought and paid for and that they're going to You know, they perpetrated this.
How do you know they're not going to just cover it?
Justice didn't perpetrate this.
Justice was not involved in all of this COVID-19 vaccination process or policy.
Justice is justice.
They are separate.
I understand that, but you're asking people who perpetrated this on your country, who lied to the people of your country, who went on for many months and encouraged the inoculation with the most toxic poisons on the planet, with your then giving them the...
Asking them to adjudicate something that they perpetrated.
Aren't you worried that they're going to cover it up?
No, they will not.
In Switzerland, justice is autark and functioned.
It's like a clock, mechanic.
You can't disturb justice.
The prosecution is on her own.
The question you have is about the court, the judge, at the end of the investigation where the indictment happens or the charges are laid out against the president by the prosecution.
Remember, I'm not suing him.
I ordered the government justice to prosecute him, the case.
So, the last question you asked is, I don't know.
I still have a high degree of trust in our court system that the judges will give merit to the case the way it's laid out by prosecution.
I am 100% in agreement with you, and I think what you've done has been incredible.
More people need to do that in all the countries, but I'm very concerned because we all are filled with evidence.
We have more evidence than we could ever dream of.
What we don't have, at least in the United States, Is any body that could adjudicate it, that is untouched, that is clean.
I mean, it goes further than that.
As far as we've seen the evidence, this is an operation that was conceived and is being executed by the United States government against first its own people and then everyone else in the world.
Look at how lockstep this is.
Every country said to their citizens, Like your country, including ours, right?
Who was driving it?
It was not the US military, it was WHO. Well, if you can show me documentation, I mean, everybody has their theory.
Is the WHO following the DOD? Is the DOD following the WHO? I know the DOD's involvement.
They ordered that stuff to be produced.
I understand all this.
They ran the trials.
They got all the contracts with Pfizer.
No, there was no real trials.
Have you been able to get a copy of the Pfizer contract with the Swiss government?
No, but I've seen the WHO agreement that forced countries with their recommendations to use mRNA And everybody had to take it, right?
So the weapon for the world, execution, the mechanism was WHO, which is, in my view, a useless organization and definitely bad.
Well, definitely bad and very powerful and gaining more and more power.
Well, powerful, you know, we could exit.
Trump exited.
He made a good decision.
He went out of this stuff.
Yeah, but we're back in.
I know.
That's the problem of the Democrats.
And look at them, the Obamas and the Clintons and the Soros and Bill Gates and all these people, Schwab, Harari, Gavi, Big Pharma, they're all in it, of course.
Yes, of course.
Of course, and WHO is nothing else than, in my view, a money-making hedge fund We speak pharma, and forcing their ill-making products or poison onto people that will kill people over time.
I understand that.
Well, correct, correct.
So we have to stop WHO. That's the number one enemy is the new contract they want to ratify, also in the US. Read it up.

Article 3, they cancelled human rights.
Correct.
Right.
And you're aware of the other elements of the treaty that really countries are surrendering their sovereignty under the guise of health emergencies?
Everything.
How do countries overcome that?
No one's done it yet.
It's been two years.
Everybody knows about the treaty.
Everybody knows about the pharmaceutical companies out of control all over the world.
No one has come to stop it.
Our own Congress is dead silent because we know they all own stock and they're dirty.
If nobody has come yet, I don't know about the American Constitution, but our Constitution, we have the power of the people.
The government reports to us and works for us, and we have a referendum power.
If we don't like something, we can stop it by a referendum.
We vote on it.
And that's the end of it.
So how, is that one of the things you're hoping will come out of this situation?
That the people, I don't know, are the Swiss people united for a referendum right now?
For that, I think, yes.
Because when they realize, not everybody, they're still sleeping, but when they realize We are informing every day, like you do, about this IHR, WHO contract, Article 3, 4, 5, etc.
We start with human rights cancellation.
I mean, people will wake up and say, wait a minute, this is no longer about vax or not vaxing.
This is about life.
Yeah, absolutely.
If the WHO contract gets signed and implemented by the government, I can tell you it's the end of humanity.
We're done.
Finished.
I would very much agree with you on that.
I'd like to ask you a question.
What is the Swiss media like?
Are they trying to help you get the word out?
Or are they like ours, bought and paid for, and they're pushing the lies?
They're pushing the lies.
They're keeping quiet.
They have been caught.
Everybody's been caught, right?
If they would support my action and the mainstream would follow my way, They would indict themselves and they would be swamped over by criminal charges from people because they were fueling the mass, what do you call that, poisoning of the public.
Sure, mass genocide, whatever you want to, yeah, sure.
Yeah, absolutely.
So, I mean, I'm just, you know, there are similar, what can we say, like aspects to this across the world that are disturbing.
You know, we have the same situation.
That is part of this operation.
So they're not going to get information out.
We have to struggle in alternative media to get this to the people, which is really working to help keep them asleep, right?
As you say, asleep.
I agree.
So how do we overcome that?
We have to do more shows like you and others.
We got to get Tucker Carlson to put up his voice.
We have to get alternative media together, united.
Humanity now needs to unite across borders, across religion, across race.
Absolutely.

You have to look at who pays, right?

Do you have pharmaceutical companies that are major sponsors of your media outlets in Switzerland?
They are shareholders, but no, they're not as powerful as investors in the media.
The media houses are very rich themselves, and they get government subsidies, though.
So there you go.
Yeah, that's what makes it difficult for us, that we just can't rely on our media.
Because let's face it, if our media told the truth and told, say, just your story, In a day, I think the majority of people would sit up and say, what?
But they're being inundated every day with what we call the fake news.
But it's the mainstream media that just propagates what the government is saying and doing.
Yes.
But don't lose hope, because we are determined.
And social media today, as you know, alternative media is honest.
It's fast, as fast as Fox News, it's fiber optics, right?
It's more flexible, okay?
Like us, interview, few hours, few emails, boom, here we are.
And we can communicate with each other and bring out the news.
Of course, we don't have the reach of 100 million people per show, but we build that audience and word travels fast.
I can tell you.
And again, we have to learn how to focus and people got to learn to think the thought to find the truth.
Most people, they hide behind the word unthinkable and they change topic.
But people got to remove that word unthinkable and say, no, it happened.
It's not conspiracy.
It's the truth.
You can get the Pfizer report.
You can get all kinds of evidence now through Google.
Well, we have the FOIAs and we have the disclosures and the undercover work and all that.
I totally agree with you.
I think that more people have to do what you've done, for sure.
And the other thing that came up in discussions I've had with Todd Callender is when you think about it, okay, so we have certain government entities that That are immune.
The companies are immune.
But there are other private industries and companies that are not immune, that don't get that, like the airlines, like private.
Corporations, right?
That forced or mandated.
Those are great sources for, you know, if everybody brought, you know, some kind of civil or criminal, went to their police and had a, you know, a similar criminal, you know, charge brought, imagine how much they would start to implode, right?
So we need a million pascals.
I'll give you one idea that you can carry through all the listeners.
Listen carefully.
Yes.
You have got a criminal law, like everybody else, and there must be an article called High Treason.
Look it up.
Of course there is.
Of course, yes.
So, the contract of the new draft is against the Constitution of America, against the laws and protection of human rights of America, etc., etc., etc.
The law in America says whoever conspires To aim or work towards the goal to undermine the security, the dignity, or the integrity of the Constitution of the United States of America is committing high treason.
Find out who from your government worked on that draft and then go for high treason.
Then you have the army behind you.
