Time Text
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
And let me tell you, it's not the first time that I've received information of this nature from the Telegram audience.
So please, if you're not in there, get in there.
It's Z Media, ZEEE Media, all one word, in Telegram.
And join the discussion from really, really amazing individuals.
Now, this article that I was alerted to from the Independent Sentinel, Great Reset Plan by 2030, no meat, dairy, private cars, little clothing, and air travel.
It talks about the C40, which is a network of mayors of nearly 100 world-leading cities collaborating to deliver the World Economic Forum plan to confront the grossly exaggerated climate crisis.
One of the reports here that says that their ambitious goal is to have you eating no meat, consume no dairy, wear very little clothing, and so much more.
This is a shocking report, but it's also not shocking because it's something that we've been saying forever.
And the mainstream media tries to discredit anyone who dare have concerns about the smart city agenda.
This report today is going to serve as exactly the opposite, which is to tell you that no, you're not crazy, just like you weren't crazy about the poison shots.
The smart city agenda is very, very real.
It is a digital prison that you will be forced into or they will do their very, very best.
And the attacks that we are seeing on rural areas and the farmers in the Netherlands and destruction of food plants, it is all linked to the smart city agenda.
They want you living in pods, we've said this a million times, eating bugs, but it is so sinister.
And I don't know that people understand just how sinister it is.
So please stay tuned right after this short word from the sponsors of this show that make it possible for us to continue getting the truth out.
We're going to get straight into it.
The last time the economy looked this bad, the stock market tanked.
The economy collapsed and inflation hit record highs.
But at the same time, the price of gold shot up 1,300%.
It could happen again.
Can you afford to miss what could be the biggest gold and silver boom of our generation?
Not to mention, precious metals can potentially safeguard your future with tangible assets rather than just digits on your bank manager's screen which could disappear at the press of a button.
Visit the link in the description below or call 855-913-0814.
That's 855-913-0814 to protect your retirement savings and get up to $10,000 in free silver.
This offer is exclusive to the United States.
So if you're in the US, call and protect your wealth today.
Now, I have explained before many, many times that the Great Reset Agenda aims to remove middle government.
It'll be a top-down approach that'll be the, this is their vision, the self-proclaimed overlords Giving their orders and then that will be managed through the little ghettos that they're forming through this smart city agenda.
This is why the mayors of certain cities have been given the jurisdiction over managing and implementing these smart cities.
And we saw with the city of Lismore last year with the flooding.
Where over 50,000 people were displaced from their homes that in 2018 the mayor signed up, pledged the city of Lismore for the smart city agenda.
And now we're seeing the same tactics being used in other rural areas, the Amish community, Ohio and East Palestine.
Any rural community that is self-sufficient or maybe a little bit, you know, doubtful of the government, distrusting of the government, and rightly so, Are being systematically destroyed.
This is what the war on the farmers in the Netherlands is about.
And one of the leading organizations in this plan is C40. So I want to show you from their website.
This is from c40.org, about page.
C40 is a network of mayors of nearly 100 world-leading cities collaborating to deliver the urgent action needed right now to confront the climate crisis.
Together we can create a future where everyone everywhere can thrive, apparently.
So they say that this is the defining decade for humanity, apparently.
Yes, the decade that they have determined is the defining decade.
And they say, you know, what we do today will determine whether or not there's a thriving future for our communities, our cities and the natural world around us.
We know that climate breakdown and rising inequality compounded by the COVID-19 pandemic requiring an unprecedented response to match the scale of the crises.
That's why C40's mission is to halve the emissions of its member cities within a decade.
Halve the emissions of its member cities within a decade while improving equity, building resilience and creating the conditions for everyone and everywhere to thrive.
Rah, rah, whatever.
Mayors of the C40 cities are on the leading edge of climate action and are deploying, deploying, that's a military word, science-based and collaborative approach.
To help the world limit global heating to 1.5 degrees and build Celsius and build healthy, equitable and resilient communities.
So C40's most distinguishing feature is that it operates on performance-based requirements and not membership fees.
So basically you get rewarded for doing whatever the agenda says you need to do.
So there's a map of these cities on their website This is, you can search the cities here, you can filter by region.
You can see here, you know, you've got Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland is one of them.
You know, this is Houston, Austin, New Orleans, Mexico City.
I cannot pronounce that city.
Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle.
In Europe, you've got Lisbon, Madrid, Rome, Athens, Istanbul, Amman, Warsaw, Berlin, Copenhagen, Heidelberg, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, London, of course, Paris, and many, many others.
You've also got some here in China, quite a few in China.
Interesting to note there are no Russian cities on this map.
Now, on their website you can also see some of their steering committee members.
These are just some of them.
As you can see, Mayor Sadiq Khan, Chair of C40 Cities.
Well, where else does Mayor Sadiq Khan appear?
Oh, on the World Economic Forum website.
Isn't that interesting?
Then you have Mayor Yvonne Aki Sawyer.
Where else does Mayor Yvonne Aki Sawyer from the city of Freetown appear?
Surely not!
All these articles on the World Economic Forum website.
Isn't that strange?
Then you've got Mayor Muhammad Atikul Islam.
Well, he's featured right here on an article on the World Economic Forum website, which I'll bring up for you in just a moment.
Here we go.
Cities are under strain as climate change drives a new wave of migration.
Climate change is driving the migration.
Not the open borders.
Not the fact that we're purposely bringing refugees in under crises that we've manufactured.
No climate change is driving the migration.
And of course that gentleman, if you want to call him that, is mentioned in this article.
Then another one I found here was Mayor Ada Colau.
If you go to the Schwab Foundation, you'll find her.
Spanish activist and politician who is the current mayor of Barcelona.
On the 13th of June 2015, she was elected mayor of Barcelona, the first woman to hold office, because that matters, apparently.
I don't care if you're a woman or a man or a tree stump, at least have some character.
As part of the citizen-municipalist platform, she was one of the founding members and spoke so on and so forth.
You get my point.
There's more, though.
You've got Yvonne, no, sorry, Tsi Chin Wan.
Also featured here as one of the attendees, the list of participants here on the World Economic Forum website if you do a quick search for him.
And of course, Kate Gallego, Where do we know her from?
Oh!
The World Economic Forum website.
As the youngest female mayor of Phoenix, Arizona, the fifth most populous city in the US, Kate Gallego has built a reputation as a public servant.
She's championed infrastructure solutions, sustainability and economic development.
Under her leadership, Phoenix is the fastest growing city in the United States.
You mean the fastest growing smart city.
On their board of directors page you can find organisations such as Bloomberg, the Clinton Foundation and more.
And then on their partners page you see organisations such as Google, American Express, FedEx, the Clinton Foundation, the World Bank, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and so many more.
Now I want to show you AROP before we get into this report.
So who is Arup?
Arup prides itself on operation for over 75 years and being dedicated to sustainable development with their firm being a collective of 18,000 designers, advisors and experts working across 140 countries.
Their partnerships include C40, the Resilient Cities Network and of course the WEF. Their website is full of climate strategy, sustainable development, going green and all of the buzzwords that the globalists use to convince you that a digital prison where you are actually confined to a 15-minute city is some sort of a noble cause and good for you.
Now they published a report and we're going to look at that report now.
This is where it gets interesting.
We're going to be dissecting the future of urban consumption in a 1.5 degree Celsius world.
The C40 Cities headline report, as you can see here, University of Leeds, ARUP, and of course, C40 Cities, who we've just exposed what their ties actually are.
Let's keep going.
Alright, so right from the outset in the four words we see here, C40 is delighted to publish this pioneering piece of thought leadership.
The report demonstrates that mayors have an even bigger role and opportunity to help avert climate emergency than previously thought.
This is what I'm saying and what I have been saying for some time it will be put on, it will be that top-down approach as I said in the introduction to this.
I want to show you, just on the right hand side here of this page, what it says.
It says that the good news that these actions have a potential to release wider economic and social benefits, so on and so forth.
The six priority areas of the global actions that can be taken.
They say food, clothing and textiles, electronics and household appliances, buildings and infrastructure, private transport and aviation.
The actions set out in the report are challenging and they will be confronting for many, but we think they are necessary.
And right here in the middle of the page, it says, as always, C40 has adopted a science-based approach and that science is clear, apparently.
Average consumption-based emissions in C40 cities must halve within the next 10 years across these crucial areas.
Food, clothing and textiles, electronics and household appliances, buildings and infrastructure, private transport and aviation.
I want to go to a clip now.
But before I do, I just did an interview earlier this week on Uncensored.
If you haven't seen it yet, with germ warfare, Jeremy Nell from South Africa, On what it looks like to halve your emissions by 2030.
We're talking about 2050.
This is by 2030.
South Africa is currently, well, they've declared a natural disaster, sorry, a state of disaster because of their energy shortages, which are being manufactured.
The residents get notified that between this time and this time, you're not going to have any power.
So that's what reducing your emissions looks like to these people because they don't have the infrastructure to Transition to clean energy or whatever they want to do.
It's not there and they know it.
So the solution is reduce your food, reduce your clothing, reduce your energy intake, reduce the buildings.
And that brings me to this next clip from Australian mainstream media saying essentially that human beings are the reason that we have climate change.
They're blaming that on too much green land usage.
We've overdeveloped all these areas.
So once we reduce more of the population, we're going to shove them into smart cities, shove them into pods.
We need more sustainable living.
And therefore, making the green areas accessible only to the self-proclaimed elites.
And I covered this.
I covered this in Australia's Pandemic Preparedness Plan report last year in September right here on Uncensored, which I recently posted again in Telegram.
Because the plan is...
To tell you that if you go into these areas, you are contributing to future pandemics or maybe you're causing a pandemic because of what they call human encroachment on natural habitats.
That's outlined in Australia's Pandemic Preparedness Report, which, by the way, tells the world what the next five pandemics are going to be and they're going to be amplified or interfered with because of climate change.
This whole narrative that they've constructed will enable them to make things up as they go.
But now we're going to keep going through this report right after this short clip from the Australian media.
I want to go to that first.
Sydney has been warned it's facing a heat bomb, a permanent heat wave with temperatures in excess of 50 degrees.
Experts blame overdevelopment with too much cool green land being swallowed up by housing.
Those baking hot days in Sydney's West, not just uncomfortable, but deadly.
The most detrimental natural disaster that we experience year on year in Australia.
It costs human lives.
And getting worse, he says, not just because of climate change, but the way Western Sydney is being built.
We're creating an environment that just stores so much more heat and provides so much less cooling.
Replacing mature trees, bushland, waterways with concrete, bitumen and so many rooftops in that colour.
These dark roofs re-radiate a lot of heat into the surrounding environment which means you're warming the air temperature of your entire suburb.
On average, the western suburbs see 21 days a year, 35 degrees or hotter.
According to his analysis, by 2050, that will be more like 50 days.
Currently, Penrith's hottest recorded day was 48.9 degrees three years ago.
He predicts within 30 years, temperatures will hit 50 degrees.
A group of Western Sydney councils agree change is needed.
The urban design in Western Sydney at the moment pays no attention to heat.
All the new housing is based on the assumption that people are going to have their air conditions going 24-7.
Forming the state's first heat task force to get the West better prepared.
Energy grid won't keep up with those kind of temperatures.
All this needs to be rethought.
Alright, so you've seen that clip and you see how they're now setting the stage to push people into more sustainable living.
This is how the masses are going to think that they're somehow helping the false climate crisis.
Now, in this report, before we go on, I want to show you this section from the University of Leeds.
They talk about a growing consensus based on...
Compelling evidence?
Really?
What's that compelling evidence?
That the world is facing a climate crisis.
Now, they say cities have a unique opportunity to deliver mitigation options in addition to national action.
Cities can clearly reduce their direct emissions from heat, electricity, mobility, and waste that occurs inside the city, as well as have a role in reducing the emissions that occur outside the city boundary as a consequence of urban consumption patterns now they you know the rest of this isn't that important i want to focus on that language so where they say that cities have this unique opportunity
again it's giving the mayors that local approach right to reduce emissions from heat what are they doing in germany what are they doing in europe The entire energy crisis is manufactured to get people used to being freezing.
They want to ban your gas stoves.
They want to ban gas.
Then they talk about electricity.
They want to reduce your electricity.
Already being war-gamed in South Africa.
Mobility.
This is what we've been talking about for a long time.
Again, it talks about the city boundaries.
The city boundaries.
So mobility.
The lockdowns were a test for this eventual goal of keeping you locked in your city boundaries.
and the waste well that could very well be what we discussed last week on uncensored which is liquefying human corpses and then using that for compost So we're going to reduce the amount of cemeteries.
We're going to liquefy humans, turn them into compost and become more sustainable because now we're using, nothing's going to waste.
You know, human beings are going into the ground to fertilize the soil.
I mean, it is disgusting, but this is what smart cities are.
This is what the future is in the minds of these lunatics.
We'll keep going.
Alright, so here they say that new information shows that fast-growing urban consumption is the key driver of climate change.
And then they talk about the assessment of a city's consumption-based emissions takes into account the total emissions associated with goods and services produced and consumed within the city, plus emissions from goods and services imported from the rest of the nation of the world, minus emissions from goods and services produced within the city but exported elsewhere.
This differs from a production-based approach, the standard methodology used by governments.
So basically what they're saying, a production-based methodology is less suitable for cities than countries because many cities consume a far greater quantity of CO2 emitting products than they produce.
So The destruction of the production industry, the manufacturing lines, all of that is on purpose to get us to this goal of reducing the impact of urban consumption by 50%.
Listen to this though.
They're saying that 85% of the emissions associated with goods and services consumed in C4 cities are generated outside the city.
So naturally, they're going to convince you that you need to reduce your consumption from anywhere outside The cities, the smart cities, no interaction with the outside world, no interaction with anything that's manufactured out there.
Don't support the local farmers.
Don't support anyone that's living off the grid.
Nothing like that.
All that we need to minimize our consumption and resources and absolutely everything, including the clothing like we saw, and food and all of that, will just ship you what you need from Bill Gates and you'll have it in your little pod.
And that's the way that we're going to reduce it because 85% of the emissions associated with goods and services are happening outside the city.
So that's why you need to never venture out there.
But it won't just be never venture out there.
That's what it is right now.
They're slowly starting that conditioning process.
It's going to be don't go out there or else.
And here's a little nugget for all of the people that think that just by complying they'll get their way out of this.
It actually says here that high-income cities Must immediately, steeply reduce the climate impact of their consumption by two-thirds within the next decade.
So, you know, all of those people who think that, oh, well, I'm just working within the corporation and I'm doing the right thing.
No, no, no.
This is telling you that you must...
You, high income earners, will be impacted by this just as much as everyone else.
So being a high income earner and having all of the money and resources in the world does not protect you from this unless you're sold out.
You've sold your soul to the satanic agenda.
And to further evidence my claim, they say here, wealth is an important factor.
Greater levels of disposable income in wealthy cities allow consumers to buy more goods and services, which result in higher levels of consumption-based emissions.
So basically, you need to own nothing.
You need to not be wealthy.
And that is why we see a systematic destruction of infrastructure, of the financial system, of absolutely everything.
The construction industry is currently suffering.
Everyone is suffering because they want you to be poor and have nothing.
When they say, you will have nothing and be happy, they mean you're going to have nothing, including those that think that they're protected by their wealth right now.
This is why it's so important to build a parallel economy.
It's why I keep talking about gold and silver, the stuff that is going to last past this dystopian nightmare.
And of course, eating less red meat and more vegetables and fruits, which are all GMO modified, is going to apparently prevent the deaths, never mind the millions of deaths that the injections that they want to keep perpetuating have caused.
So here are some of their initial proposals, but later on in the report, we see that the measures they actually want to take are far more drastic, but what they call consumption interventions.
So reduce the number of new clothing items bought each year.
So they've said the emission reductions per consumption category between 2017, which is when they initially started this in 2030, they want a 39%.
Then by 2050, 66%.
Okay, I mean, I'm all for that.
Let's reduce the amount of clothing that we need.
Okay, no problem.
I mean, I agree that we are a very high consumption society.
We are very much consumers.
By the way, they created that through their marketing.
But this isn't about your choice to be less of a consumer or free yourself from the consumeristic mindset.
This is forcing you into that.
And they go on to talk about dietary changes.
So reducing meat by 60%.
That's what it's talking about.
Or sorry, yes, 60%.
Reducing the number of flights.
Again, this is why we're seeing such disruptions too.
Flying, you know, when they told you to go and get your injections so that you can travel.
and then they made sure that you couldn't travel because all the pilots are either dropping dead, having illnesses, off sick, plus they're purposely causing issues to the flight industry, the travel industry, to deter people from traveling.
This is all by design.
So you went and got your shot so you could travel so that you could eventually be told not to travel.
That's what this was always about.
Improving materials efficiency, enhancing building utilization, Enhance building utilization.
That is bringing people into pods.
You know, they talk about sharing bathrooms, communal bathrooms and things of this nature.
It's disgusting.
Adopt low car.
They want to turn people into peasants.
That's what they want.
And they want you to love being a peasant.
And reduce car ownership, of course.
Increase car lifespans.
And optimize the lifetimes of IT equipment.
Well, that will be because they want you to have phones implanted in you.
You won't need as much IT equipment because human beings are going to be conduits for the Internet of Bodies.
So again, what can cities and mayors do to support action on consumption?
This is why mayors need to be, you know, really, we need to hold them accountable right now for all of these things that they're doing behind the scenes.
And it talks about how this report...
Sets out a series of future scenarios to show how consumption-based emissions in C40 cities may evolve if no action is taken, if limited action is taken, and if ambitious action is taken.
And we'll go through that in a minute.
But the important thing to note here is they have a set of consumption indicators designed to support city governments.
And maybe this is something people don't know, but the C40 members, there's no membership fees.
These people are rewarded based on achieving KPIs.
So the ambitious targets that we're going to go through in a moment, which are just atrocious, they'll be rewarded quite handsomely, I would imagine, for reaching those ambitious targets, which essentially turn you into a complete slave that lives in poverty.
So this is a nonsense graph of what they've called estimated people at risk by 2050.
As you can see, they're saying that 970 cities or 1.6 billion people are going to be exposed to extreme heat.
This is something that we just showed from that mainstream media report in Australia.
Extreme heat and poverty, 215 million people, eight times compared to the present day.
650 million people are going to face shortages in water or water availability issues.
500 smart cities will have issues with water availability.
Then we've got food insecurity.
2.5 billion people, 1,600 cities will have problems with food insecurity.
By the way, if you add up all these numbers, it's still not...
The total amount that they want to reduce the population by.
So I'm guessing they're projecting this based on this is roughly how many people will have left on the earth by then, knowing full well that they want to reduce the population by far more than this number.
800 million people subject to a sea level rise of 570 cities.
Mind you, all the wealthy are buying sea properties, sea facing properties on the coast, but this is a risk for you, not for them.
And 400 million people, 450 million for sea level rises and power plant risks.
So on this page they actually say consumption based emissions by source.
This is a breakdown of 2017 direct sources of C40 consumption based emissions.
Of course you can see here they say having a better understanding of where emissions are released can help target efforts to cut them.
So on this figure we see here the number one thing that they want to cut is electricity generation.
And of course, like I said, they don't have the infrastructure there to generate clean energy, what they refer to as clean energy.
So the answer is, just like they've done in South Africa, shut it off!
Of course, you have direct combustion for transport, so they want to reduce that.
Aviation and shipping, you know, low numbers, but still on there.
The other thing that's on here, of course, is livestock rearing agriculture, 11%, and on-site crop agriculture.
This is why they want to target the farming industry so hard.
But I'm surprised they haven't allocated a higher number to this, considering they are just targeting agriculture so much.
But the reason for that is It's because they're telling you that meat is bad.
They don't want you to have any other source of food other than their food, which is GMO, nanotech, you know, turning you into human cyborgs through Bill Gates fake meat.
That's what it is.
And 8% on-site building, so direct targeting of the construction industry.
So I just realized I needed to pull that up a bit for you guys.
8%...
On the construction industry.
This is why there's been such a huge targeting of that industry.
And we see it everywhere in the world.
Construction companies, building companies are really, really struggling because they want to destroy those industries.
Again, so many people that complied within the building industry thinking, oh, well, I have to get an injection to keep my job.
They were planning on destroying it anyway.
The injection was for your compliance to get graphene oxide and nanotechnology into you.
That's what this was all about.
So that once they force you into this plan of poverty, perpetual poverty, you've already got the technology in you that controls you, controls your movement, controls your thinking.
It's absolutely so evil.
So now we're going to get into some of those targets for consumption climate action.
And they say that two target levels were established for each intervention.
The progressive target level is based on research that identifies blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
The second more ambitious target level is based on a future vision of resource efficient production and extensive changes in consumer choices.
They say then that this report does not advocate for the wholesale adoption of these more ambitious targets in C440 cities, but rather they are included to provide a set of reference points and other actors.
And they go on to talk about, you know, human behavioral changes, the changes in consumer choices, progressive, mind you, progressive changes in consumer choices.
So slowly brainwashing you.
But again, even though they say here that they're not advocating for the more ambitious targets that we're about to go through, the members of the C40 initiative are incentivized based on meeting those KPIs.
So you think they're not going to get to that?
They're not advocating for that?
They absolutely are.
And with what we know about Agenda 2030, that is what they're going to do.
So here are some of those targets as they relate to building and infrastructure consumption interventions.
For example, material efficiency.
The progressive target in 2030 is to reduce the steel and cement use by 20 to 32%.
Their ambitious target, however, which is what we really should be looking at, Is a reduction in steel and cement use of 35% and 56% respectively.
I'm not going to go through all of these, but here's one.
Enhanced building use.
They want to reduce a 20% reduction in demand for new buildings.
So this goes back to where they say they want you To live in these communes, essentially, you know, huge buildings in very, very tiny apartments.
I think when Jay Dyer was talking to me about it, he said something like 1.5 meters per human being and 2.5 humans per unit, whatever that means.
So the reduction of the attack on the construction industry is about that.
Because they want more people in these communal buildings where you share kitchens and bathrooms and all of this other disgusting stuff.
Now we'll look at food.
So they say that food emissions are responsible for a total of 13% of the emissions in C40 cities as of 2017.
No doubt that they'd be saying that that's higher now.
So look at the source of emissions that they have here.
They've got land transportation, on-site chemicals, so on and so forth.
Livestock rearing, 25%.
In food production, the most significant source of emissions are those released in agricultural activities.
It should be noted that 65% of the on-site crop agriculture emissions are associated with production of animal-based products, cheese, milk, so on and so forth.
You know, the stuff that you need to be healthy and have strong bones.
Livestock rearing and then 34% of on-site crop agriculture emissions.
Which is why they want to completely destroy the agricultural industry.
Look at these interventions though.
This is absolutely shocking.
Dietary change.
So the progressive target is 16 kilograms of meat per person per year.
The ambitious target is 0 kilograms of meat consumption.
The progressive target of dairy consumption is 90 kilograms per person per year.
The ambitious target, which remember that's where they want to go, is zero kilograms of dairy consumption per person per year.
They still want to give you 2500 calories though, but it'll be through their modified foods that Bill Gates and so on and so forth are feeding you.
This is the most shocking thing that I have seen to completely obliterate meat and dairy, something that humans have been consuming for thousands of years that we need for our health.
To tell you that they want you to consume zero kilograms of that as the ambitious target.
And again, I go back to the point where it says, oh, we're not necessarily advocating for the ambitious targets.
Yes, you are.
Yes, you are because they've told us that they are.
And because it is an incentives based membership for C40, they will do that to get more.
They will aim for those KPIs to get more incentives.
It's diabolical!
We'll move to the clothing and textiles.
They say that 4% of total emissions is due to this.
So the results or the targets are progressive target only 8 new clothing items per person per year and the ambitious target is 3 new clothing items per person per year.
And they talk about supply chain waste there.
Now again, while I said I am all for us being less consumeristic as a society, this is obliterating your choice.
So when they have the CBDCs set up, you go and purchase a fourth clothing item this year, you're in trouble.
Your bank account gets locked.
Or, worse still, you can't actually make the purchase.
So all these people that are advocating for digital currency and think that this digital world is somehow better and more secure, this is what they're doing to you.
They're telling you, no, you can't buy more than this per year.
And it's not an education process where you've made that decision, albeit you might think that's a good thing.
No, you're not allowed.
And CBDCs will make sure you're not allowed.
And if you do somehow, you know what?
We used to tackle protesters to the street for not muzzling themselves with something we know doesn't work.
What happens if you do buy a fourth item of clothing at a marketplace?
If they have these targets and they are going to be enforced by the mayors of the smart cities with the foreign police officers that are being brought in now instead of our own police officers like they are in Australia and the state of California and no doubt will be happening everywhere else very soon.
Those people, what are they going to be policing you at the local market?
Will they even be allowed a local market?
Because God forbid you buy an additional piece of clothing.
That's not allowed.
And you can just imagine what these New World Order goons are capable of, like we saw the police over the past three years, what they'll be capable of.
Are they going to start beating pregnant women on the street because they wanted to buy a more comfortable bra while they're pregnant?
Is that what's going to happen?
Because we're not meeting our ambitious targets and the mayor is losing financial incentives because we haven't met those ambitious targets.
Do you see the dystopian ghetto future that is facing us as we speak?
It's absolutely horrendous.
And then if we want to move to private transport, apparently 8% of total emissions is due to private transport.
So we're going to make sure that we're going to reduce the ownership.
So progressive target by 2030 is 190 vehicles per thousand people, which means a lot of ride sharing, which is why Uber exists.
And if you saw Zero Time earlier this week, if you haven't seen it yet, please go to zmedia.com and watch my Zero Time update.
Our broadcast on what is happening with Ukraine and who's actually backing it.
Uber is backing Ukraine 24.
Ukraine is earmarked to be the world's first New World Order city, fully functional.
And so organizations like Uber that have conditioned the public to ride sharing were all part of it from the beginning and they're backing this.
And, of course, the ambitious target in 2030 is zero private vehicle ownership.
The optimum lifetime is 20 years for the lifetime of a body of a vehicle, shell and interior.
And the ambitious target is 50 years lifetime for body of a vehicle, shell and interior.
How on earth are we going to do that with electric vehicles that are mass-produced?
Right now, they're being mass produced.
They're not going to start making vehicles that last longer.
Nothing is made to last longer.
That's the other aspect of this.
So while we can reduce consumerism, You know, limit the amount of additional things that we don't need, buying those.
Yeah, great.
That's great.
But what is the quality of the items that we're going to be limited to?
Those three clothing items that people are allowed to buy every year, are they going to be rubbish from a sweatshop in China, or are they actually going to be quality items?
Because the rubbish from a sweatshop in China, who is the largest producer of global emissions, In the world, and no one's talking about that, but those materials are not quality materials, so the three items that you're allowed to buy every year will just fall apart, and it's too bad, so sad, don't you dare, otherwise your social credit score's impacted.
And again, the same thing with these vehicles.
I mean, zero private vehicle ownership by 2030.
That's the ambitious target, guys.
Did you get vaccinated so that you can travel?
Oh...
Because here are the goals.
Progressive goal for 2030, one short-haul return flight less than 1500 kilometres every two years per person.
The ambitious target for 2030 is one short-haul return flight less than 1500 kilometres every three years per person.
How are those injections to travel going for you?
They're not going to get you very far according to this plan.
And forgive me for being a bit cynical here, but I'm sure that many people share my frustration when we saw people saying, I got the vaccine so I can travel.
Your compliance led us here.
I hope that people realise what they've contributed to as well.
Through their compliance.
The fault is not only on the people orchestrating this.
And I have compassion for the people that were fooled.
But I'm talking about the ones who said, Oh, this global conspiracy, please.
Just get vaxxed so we can go back to normal.
There is no normal.
And this report should tell you exactly how there will never be a normal as long as everyone keeps going along with this.
Another consumption intervention is electronics and household appliances.
So they want those to have a seven-year optimum lifetime of laptops and similar electronic devices.
That is both the progressive and the ambitious target.
All of your, you know, new iPhones and all of this sort of stuff that you were getting every single year conditioned to because they purposely slow your phone down once they release a new phone.
So you've got to get the new one.
That's all going to end because it's all going to be integrated with the human being.
So we're not even going to really need a lot of these devices if people, and of course I'm describing the future that they envision, if people go along with it because they will be the devices.
In fact, many of them already are.
So, of course, they talk about a just transition to a low-carbon economy.
Justice.
All of a sudden, they care about justice.
And they say, to avoid climate breakdowns across the world, including in C40 cities, major industries such as energy generation, transportation, agriculture, construction, electronics and clothing and textiles will have to undergo significant structural changes.
And listen to this, though.
When they talk about the delivery of these consumption interventions, They say that governments, residents, and businesses need to collaborate, but they go here to, for example, changing the story, achieving dietary change.
Cities can work together.
Okay, let's work together.
Listen to what they say.
City governments can use both their influencing and direct powers to drive dietary change for residents.
For example, they can convene key actors through food boards or other task forces for healthy eating.
Use of their powers, although arguably making a small direct impact, can be an effective influencing tool.
So they give the instance of changing menus in school and public buildings, encouraging large city employers to follow suit.
Well, the encouragement really is just taxing people more and claiming that it's somehow reducing the effects of their carbon emissions.
But it also is, when they say direct powers, number one, yes, they influence through business, and they've already done that with all of the corporations, large corporations taking up the ESG nonsense.
They are also working.
So that's the covert aspect of it.
The businesses that don't align with this will be destroyed by design.
And then the direct powers comes in.
Well, now you haven't done what we said, so now we're going to take control.
And that's the plan for everyone.
And again, I just go back to this thing that they are incentivized based on meeting their KPIs and these ambitious targets.
So, of course, they will go to extreme measures to meet those targets if it benefits them.
So this part is really hilarious to me because they say they're tackling emissions through a wider range of city consumption interventions.
So these are some of the other things that aren't outlined in this report that they want to target.
So utilities, e.g.
electricity consumption, which I did mention earlier, government activities, public transport outside the city, example by rail and coach, so on and so forth, household chemicals.
Listen to this.
Miscellaneous.
This covers a broad range of remaining categories such as DIY equipment, etc.
So reducing your ability to provide for yourself, manufacture for yourself.
You know, are they going to ban certain machinery?
Are they going to ban you having certain items in your house so that you can survive outside of the matrix?
Yes, they will.
Yes, they will go to those lengths.
And they haven't outlined it in this report because that would be alarming.
They're creating a complete dependence on the government, dependence on the one world government environment.
And the reason for that is because eventually they want you to have no choice.
Bow the knee or die.
And that is coming in the future.
And you can see how they're setting it up through this.
They also talk about carbon pricing here, which is simply making the items that they don't want you to have completely unaffordable.
Obviously, meat will be one of those.
Fresh fruit and vegetable will be one of those.
Anything agricultural, because they don't want you eating food that's good for you.
They want you starving, weak, and weak-minded.
They say here that most of the above-mentioned climate actions on global, national and local levels have to take place within the next 10 years.
That means by 2030, a line in line with Agenda 2030 goals.
And then we'll move to the conclusion now.
So the C40 cities are at the front line of climate action.
I'm going to bring up the map again because I think I was covering Australia at the start, so I'll bring it up one more time at the end of this.
But it says that C40 cities are at the front line of climate action as evidenced by their commitment to deadline 2020 and the measures they've already taken to reduce their emissions.
I mean, who asked for this?
Which people agreed to this?
Which real science did they present to us that proves that this is a necessary action?
Or did they just do it through virtue signalling campaigns and fake protesters and Greta Thunberg like they did with COVID when paid actors and celebrities said, you need to do this.
Climate action now.
You even see the bumper stickers.
Climate action now.
Give me a break.
And of course, just to finish that, they say focusing on consumption-based emissions enables a city to consider the positive impact it can have on emission reductions within and beyond its borders.
And that's talking very much about the borders that you're not allowed to leave.
So I just wanted to one more time go over these cities.
As you can see in Australia, it's Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland in New Zealand.
Cape Town in South Africa.
Durban.
Johannesburg.
I can't pronounce that.
Nairobi.
Lagos.
Accra.
Abidjan.
Freetown.
Dakar.
Nairobi.
Addis Ababa.
Jakarta.
Singapore.
Kuala Lumpur.
Ho Chi.
Min City.
Quaison City.
Hong Kong.
I can't pronounce those.
Yokohama, Seoul, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Karachi, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Dhaka, I said that one, Dubai, Amman, Tel Aviv, Athens, Istanbul, Rome.
Milan, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Paris, Heidelberg, Berlin, Warsaw, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, London, Salvador, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Curitiba, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Lima, Quito, Bogota, Medellin, Mexico City.
Mexico City!
That's interesting.
I didn't expect that.
I don't know how to pronounce that.
Miami, New Orleans, Houston, Austin, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Vancouver, Seattle, Chicago, Toronto, Montreal, Boston, Philadelphia.
New York City and Washington DC. And that's just what we have so far, right?
That's just what we have so far.
This broadcast is brought to you by sponsors of the Stu Peters Network Bioptimizers.
Would you like to dramatically improve the quality of your sleep?
Are you irritable or anxious?
Do you struggle with insomnia?
Experience muscle cramps or twitches?
There are dozens of symptoms of magnesium deficiency.
So these are just a few of the most common.
Four out of five Americans are magnesium deficient and almost everyone is at suboptimal levels.
And that's a big problem because magnesium is actually involved in more than 600 biochemical reactions in your body.
Now just taking any magnesium supplement won't solve your problem because most supplements use the cheapest kinds that your body can't actually use or absorb.
That's why this broadcast exclusively recommends Magnesium Breakthrough.
It's the only full-spectrum magnesium supplement with seven unique forms of magnesium that your body can actually use and absorb.
When you get all seven critical forms of magnesium, pretty much every function in your body gets upgraded from your brain to your sleep, pain and inflammation and, of course, less stress.

Agenda 2030, as you can see, is all about making you poor and destitute and completely dependent on the government.
So apart from the concurrent agendas at play here, which is also medical tyranny through the World Health Organization, this will turn people into a slave.
But add the element then of the World Health Organization having dictatorial powers to tell you when you need to take certain medications.
I've recommended this movie before.
I'm going to recommend it again.
It's called Equilibrium.
Everyone should watch this movie and see the absolute horror of what these people want to create.
In this movie, people are mandated to take three shots a day of this medication.
And believe you me, as we outlined in Australia's Pandemic Preparedness Report, because they're saying that climate change will be the factor that drives future pandemics and accelerates them or impacts them, you'll be required by the World Health Organization dictators in that position to take regular injections to prevent pandemics.
This is the plan.
And Australia says this has to happen by 2027 at the latest.
And the global pandemic centre is being run out of Australia.
That's why we take that information from there to piece this all together.
So add the element of regular forced injections inside these smart cities, turning you into a living zombie, thinking that you somehow have some sort of liberty or freedom because you're interconnected with technology.
Meanwhile, that technology is able to control you and enslave your mind.
Literally enslave your mind.
Change your thoughts, manipulate, coerce you.
They say that openly.
That they can now hack the human being.
There is no liberty in these smart cities.
And as Dr.
Rima Labo exposed quite some time ago on this broadcast and on interviews with Z Media, she said that the aim is to create weak, poor people, malnourished people with limited resources.
And again, I go back to the interview from earlier this week with Germ Warfare.
Switching off your electricity for up to 10 hours a day, he's saying now maybe up to 12 hours a day.
This is what Agenda 2030 is.
There's no extension of human life.
It is a destruction of human life.
So we have to fight back against this.
And please, I'm asking, if you have loved ones that are willing to watch a video, let this one be the one.
Because this is what the last three years was really about.
This final goal Of making you poor and weak and malnourished and easily controlled.
Eventually leading to the point where you cannot function inside the economy unless you get the mark of the beast.
That's the truth.
That is what the entire agenda is about.
So we still have a chance to put a stop to this if people become aware of what this really is and start lobbying the mayors, start holding people accountable in droves.
Our future is nothing if we don't do this now.
I mean, you've just seen what the future is if we don't do this now.
So we need more people to become active in taking action.
Raising awareness, having conversations with every single person on the street, every stranger, every person you meet at the cash register, everyone.
Explain this agenda to them.
Tell them what 15-minute cities are really about.
Tell them the truth, because the mainstream certainly won't.
They'll keep calling you conspiracy theorists.
A term coined by the CIA to stop people from believing the truth.
And while we fight, while we fight to maintain our humanity, which is what this is about, we need to have the resources to survive outside of their system.
This is why I am so passionate about the partners that the Stu Peters Network has and the partners that Z Media partners with.
Because these businesses are not only allowing us to get the truth to you, they're also giving you solutions for functioning outside of the system.

You know, I mean, let me just give you guys a scenario here.
You move to a rural area, you have your little community, everything's set up, and then the goons come because they don't want people living rurally.
You need to have a go bag to perhaps go on the run.
You need water filtration and storage.
This is something that I have myself.
The LifeStraw.
In fact, I'm going to look it up for you guys now.
This thing is fantastic as a backup.
I've got a couple of different ones.
The LifeStraw.
It's not coming up now.
LifeStraw.
These things are absolutely fantastic here.
They've got a LifeStraw Mission water filter here.
They've also got this LifeStraw water filter.
It is fantastic.
You can go to a body of water and get clean water using these things.
They also have low-carbon ion exchange filters that you can buy, activated carbon filter replacements, and they're very inexpensive.
And this thing could literally save your life.
You also have a bottle...
That has an activated carbon filter in there.
That's just some examples.
Some examples of things that you actually need.
You need this stuff.
Because the time will come where there is no clean water.
In fact, as you saw per that report, I think it was, what was it, 50% of people aren't going to have access to clean water?
Just having these items now will secure you later for when they want to strip you of everything.
