We're joined now by James Roguski, a regular visitor on this broadcast.
And can I just say one of the people that I admire most in the world, he's really had his finger on the pulse in terms of the WHO, their actions and many other issues facing our country and the whole world today.
But James is joining us today about not falling for the decoy.
What's happening in terms of the IHR amendments?
Which countries are on board?
And so much more today.
This is something we need to stay updated on.
James, thank you so much for your time.
You're a joy to work with and, you know, you're way ahead of everyone else as well.
And so I put forth an article about something that I've been saying for the longest time.
And at the very least, if what people get out of it is that they're there, the WHO is doing many, many, many, many, many things, but they are for certain putting forth two separate proposals.
One are Amending or proposing to amend international health regulations which is existing law and then a proposed treaty that they call by many names and and so forth and so because they're doing two things that are very interrelated almost everybody confuses them and if at the very least we can come out of this presentation with people being aware They're pulling a fast one here.
They're trying to get you confused.
So let's get everybody unconfused and hopefully by the end of this interview people will know the difference and be able to speak on a more informed way about both of these crazy things because it's been kind of entertaining actually.
We've had many thousands of people send emails to congressmen and members of parliament and senators and so forth And let me tell you, the people in government are really, really confused.
And so the people are smarter than the people in government.
And I just want to enhance that.
I have every faith in the world that your audience can keep this all straight, even though it's meant to be confusing.
Don't fall for the PSYOP. Get the facts, get the evidence, get the documents, understand what it is we're talking about, and then their propaganda will bounce right off of you because you'll know better before they even start talking.
And you're so right here, James, because people have sent me replies that they've had from Australian senators and members of parliament.
And for anyone who's watching this that doesn't know, there's a huge action happening in Australia.

And we're just so appreciative of everyone that's stepping up to really raise awareness on this.
But what's happened in Australia, James, is that, you know, one particular reply, I recall, was saying, no, these aren't legally binding.
And Australia's, you know...
Basically denying that it's legally binding.
Now, this person is either ignorant or purposely lying about the relationship, but they did go to a lot of effort in their response.
So I think that the education for members of parliament and other government officials really needs to happen, and it depends on us being educated.
So you're so right here.
You know, I actually had fun with this last year.
I mean, I'm sure you realize, but many people may not.
This is my second rodeo.
We did this last year.
The Biden administration tried to do this.
And in May of 2022, I posted an article on my sub-stack and I asked people in the United States to send emails to their members of Congress.
And they did.
Many, many thousands of people did.
And many of those people forwarded the replies that they got from their...
Congressional representatives.
Maria, if you have some, please forward them to me because I have a collection going.
And last year, I had a collection of responses from congresspeople who responded to constituents who were informed.
They knew what they were talking about.
They shared an email with their congressman.
And the first response that came back was disgustingly condescending.
And it was actually enraging.
And on one level, it was about the best thing that happened because when people who know what they're talking about raise an issue with their supposed representative, who I've stopped using honorable this and honorable that, I now address them as dear public servant.
Oh, I like that.
The respect has come off, okay?
They're not honorable unless they do the honorable thing.
And so, interestingly enough, and I don't even remember if you and I ever really talked about this, but I published an article a week after all of these emails came back in.
People shared them with me, and it's called Seeking Clarifications, all the way back May 17th or something like that last year.
Surprisingly, a number of United States Republican congressmen We're proudly supporting the amendments that the Biden administration had secretly submitted to change the international health regulations last year because, and we suspected this, but they gave us ample evidence, and I have it all in my article, that the amendments were started by the Trump administration.
They gave us the Republican minority report that called for these changes.
And representative after representative after representative sent us what was essentially a very formulaic letter.
It's not necessarily a form letter.
It wasn't identical.
But if you shuffled everything, you could see that someone in the leadership had told them exactly what to tell the constituents.
And here's where it became very, very clear.
It's supposed to be that our public servants represent our wishes.
But what happened was the representatives responded to the people who had sent the emails.
They showed their complete lack of awareness and just, you know, sheer just misinformation coming from congresspeople.
They got pushback from the people, and then what happened was from on high, the word came down from leadership.
This is what you will tell all of the people.
And not that we didn't all already know that, but that's how our system is backward.
The leadership of political parties do not tell congressmen what to tell their constituents.
The flow of demand must go in the other direction.
We tell our representatives what to tell their leadership to enact into law, not the other way around.
And once people realize that, and they realize that we've been allowing them to get away with that for too long, okay?
I'm confident that the people Can understand this better than congresspeople who are so high and mighty.
I swear they must take a course in condescension because they lead with, right?
Now, I lead with love.
I think that I'm a kind-hearted person.
And I will give everybody the benefit of the doubt.
So step number one is to send them an email, wherever you may live, and you send them the links to the official documents that the WHO is negotiating.
It's not something I made up.
It's not something I'm talking about.
These are documents that they, the WHO, have published on their website.

If you send them an email and you say, look, here is the evidence This is not a conspiracy theory.
These are documents on the WHO's website.
You need to read them, Mr.
Congressman, Congresswoman, Senator, Member of Parliament, whatever it may be.
You need to read them, and I need for you to make a public statement about them.
Your silence will mean that you consent to them.
So now that I know you've received the documents and you are aware of them, and ideally, you send the email and you call up their office and you say, hey, I just want to make sure that my email got through.
I sent you a package of information, couple links to some documents.
I just want to make sure that it didn't end up in spam or you didn't delete it or whatever.
Make that connection so that you know That you're confident that they have been notified.
And you can send that to everybody.
Absolutely everybody.
We've tried to make it easy.
There's a whole lot of things that you can do.
Once you know that they can no longer say, well, I didn't know.
Okay?
Because you sent them the documents or a link to the documents.
Okay?
Give them a little bit of time.
Be nice.
A couple of days.
Read the documents.
Where's your public statement?
Where is your public statement on your website or your social media, whatever government official, public servant you may be talking to, demand that they make a public comment?
Well, it's been entertaining because we've been getting emails.
Now, an email from an official government email, that's a public statement.
It's not in the media, per se, but I've got a nice collection of just asinine remarks from Condescending members of Congress and Parliament around the world who have made the grand and glorious mistake of attempting to defend something that they have failed to read.
It's really simple, people.
I've done summaries.

There's an hour and a half of a hundred reasons why we should stop all of this.

Does anybody want to talk about it?
Why are they keeping it a secret?
Now, what they're going to be doing, meaning the WHO, tomorrow they're having a meeting at the end of February and the beginning of March and the early week of April.
They're going to be talking about the treaty.
They call it by a different name.
They call it the WHOCA +, but most people call it the treaty.
That's horrible.
We'll talk about it a little bit.
But it's way behind.
They're not going to try to ram that through this year, I don't believe.
I will be surprised if they attempted to do that.
Because their schedule shows meetings in June, July, August, September, you know, down through the year.
The amendments, however, have been top secret, confidential to the point where, you know, Snopes published an article trying to say that they're not secret.
Okay?
All right, great.
They're confidential.
What's the big difference?
It's just, you know, a slightly different word.
Yes.
Tedros created an International Health Regulations Review Committee That is sworn to confidentiality.
They've met six times in October, November, December, the latest time in January.
They said that they were going to give their final report to Tedros on the 15th of January.
Well, that's more than three weeks past.
Last year, when the Biden administration submitted their proposed amendments, they kept it secret until April the 12th.
And then they tried to slide it and ram it through, but we stopped them then.
And all we need to do this time is have enough of a public uproar to where the WHO realizes that they're not going to just be able to sneak this through, right?
And they have been saying for well over a year That they have no intention of adopting this in 2023.
They're just having discussions.
Well, they're not having public discussions, right?
And so, if we could just get enough pressure for them to say, oh, you crazy conspiracy people, we never intended to pass this this year.
We're just talking, okay?
Great.
You know, the immediacy of the concern of them trying to ram this through, and the reason for that concern is the Indonesian health minister, who's not a doctor, he's a banker, During the G20 in Bali in November, he clearly stated that Indonesia had submitted amendments to have a global digital health certificate, which we all know that's what they want.
They want digital IDs and tracking and, you know, vaccine certificates and prophylaxis certificates and testing certificates and recovery certificates and passenger locator forms.
I mean, they want the world to be like China, right?
Just tracking everybody.
He said in public that Indonesia wanted to push that through in May of 2023.
Now maybe he was overly exuberant, maybe he misspoke, maybe he said the quiet part out loud and He wasn't supposed to.
Regardless, okay, it sure as hell is not happening in 2023, and we the people are going to make that clear.
And once they back off and they go, well, you know, people, we're just talking about it, then we're going to be demanding that they never do it.
That's my point.
We don't want them to talk about it.
I don't care what you're doing.
None of us want this digital vax pass nonsense.
None of us want the WHO to rule over us.
And we must educate government officials, those who aren't sold out, on what's happening.
So, you know, I'm sorry to cut you off.
I just thought, I don't even want them to meet and talk.
Why are they meeting and talking?
Where are their carbon punishments for all their private jet trips for traveling to Davos?
Oh my goodness, not Davos.
It's in Switzerland.
Okay, so James, you've got an article that says don't fall for the decoy and this is what we're talking about now.
We're talking about the two concurrent plans that are occurring.
You've got the Zero draft of the proposed CA+. This is actually happening from Monday the 27th of February to March the 3rd.
So do we think that they're going to propose this method over the other one?
Or are they going to try to do both?
I hope that everyone comes away from this crystal clear.
So let me just take a step back and say all of the stuff that I was just talking about, all of the things that happened last year, anybody who ever said anything about a treaty It was misinforming the world.
What happened at the World Health Assembly last year and what we're talking about now, all of these things are proposed amendments to existing international health regulations.
We'll come back to that because Maria just asked about the proposed treaty.
That's a totally new document.
It does not have the force of law at the moment.
It's just being discussed.
And so, back in July, they had secret meetings and then they came out of the secret meetings and they were all proud of themselves that they were going to be transparent and tell us what they decided in the secret meetings.
I kid you not, that's literally what they said.
And they said, oh, we want these things to be legally binding.
These are their own words.
So they would love to have a new treaty That is legally binding, have all of the nations sign on to it.
They put forth the first version of that back in the summer.
On November 25th, they put forth what is the conceptual zero draft.
And then on February 1st, just a few days, a week or so ago, they came out with the zero draft.
Now anybody else would have just said, you know, it's version 1.0 or whatever.
And so they're going to be presenting that thing, which they published on the 1st, to the intergovernmental negotiating body in their meetings in Geneva at the end of February, beginning of March, and then they're going to have another meeting in April.
And you'll see all kinds of information about that in the news because that's what they want people to pay attention to.
The stuff that's in there is horrific, but the first ten or so pages are all just flowery, wonderful, beautiful language.
And you've got to kind of skip over most of it, right, until you get to the definition of what they call common but differentiated responsibilities, okay?
And essentially what they're saying is that different nations Shall have different obligations and the core of what they're trying to say here is give the WHO gobs and gobs of money.
They want to set up a logistics control system and they want to have absolute control over all pathogen samples And all of the benefits that might come from anything that's developed from all of the pathogens that they want to have control over.
Now, this is what's in the treaty.
Are we saying they want to have control over, you know, gain of function pathogens too, James?
Well, you know, I don't believe they go so far as to use the phrase gain of function.
Oh, we'll just use directed evolution then.
Sorry.
By whatever name they call it, they call it advanced research.
Now, whether this is something that they really think they're going to get, or this is one of those things that you put into negotiations that's absurd, so that you can then pretend to give ground on it and get into the negotiations,
regardless, what's in the treaty is that they would seek to have All pathogens sent to the WHO's laboratories and facilities that they're going to be in control of.
And the whole point of the argument is, well, nations from around the world identified pathogens, or so we are told, And shared that knowledge and shared that information.
And then a bunch of Western corporations made billions of dollars from the murderous products that they manufactured from that information.
Can I pause you for one second, James?
Because look at this.
this is I don't know which page this is but measures to provide international standards for and oversight of as well as reporting sorry page 17 as well as reporting on laboratories and research facilities that carry out work to genetically alter organisms to increase their pathogen is pathogenicity and transmissibility in order to prevent accidental release of these pathogens while ensuring that those measures don't call it gain of function yeah
Yeah, don't call it gain of function.
But while ensuring that these measures do not create any unnecessary administrative hurdles for research.
So, you know, if anything that we're doing to make sure that this is safe and these pathogens aren't escaping, Or being released, if anything is administratively slowing that down, well we need to remove those administrative hurdles.
They want to speed up the approval of new medications but they also want 20% of all of the products, pandemic response products, to either be donated or given at cost to the WHO so that they can distribute the poisons as they see fit because obviously they've only managed to kill people in certain regions of the world and there are other regions that don't have the manufacturing capacity and they're suffering
from a lack of equity which means money okay and and so what they're actually arguing for now these are not the people of the world these are the delegates who are all getting together in Geneva playing you know mind games with themselves saying you know look they've identified a flaw in the legal system of the world okay They're unaccountable.
They're unknown.
They have diplomatic immunity.
They're not elected.
Nobody even really knows who the heck they are.
Most people around the world don't know who the delegates to the WHO are.
And they've realized that they are in a position that they can vote with no recourse to how they vote to give all power to the WHO and to the Director General.
And so what might they gain by doing that other than more power to direct where these billions upon billions of dollars would flow?
I think what we're really looking at is organized crime, money laundering, fraud, and an attempt by the pharmaceutical hospital emergency industrial complex to pass legislation, if you want to call it that, on an international scale, the way they've been passing legislation in the United States for decades.
If you look at, I don't know if you're familiar, we've got to get you connected to Catherine Watt and Sasha Latyapova, who've done tons of research on the ridiculously unconstitutional, egregiously bad legislation that has been passed in the United States over decades.
Which has just corrupted the rule of law so that things are now legal that are so blatantly immoral and just flatly wrong.
Well, now they're taking that show onto the international scene.
They want to make it so that the international health regulations and or this new proposed treaty Would set up legal structures that are as immoral and as unreasonable and as unhealthy as possible, but give the illusion of legality so that power could be concentrated in their Dictator General of the WHO,
all of the money could flow into the pharmaceutical industry and more murder and devastation could occur in nations who were able to resist it because the pharmaceutical companies did not have large investments in areas of the world that couldn't afford their criminal activity.
And so this is just fraud and organized crime on an international level That they are just assuming that most people are not going to pay attention, not going to speak up, not going to raise their voices in opposition to it.
And as everybody knows, silence is consent.
And so I'm making a loud noise.
People in Australia have begun to make a loud noise.
You're very much involved and knowledgeable about that.
People everywhere in the world, I believe, are smart enough to read these documents and understand that this is an attempt at a worldwide coup that's backed by the companies that would stand a profit from this.
They want the delegates who are unaccountable and unknown to vote in favor of this so that power can be given to somebody who will then funnel all of this money in the directions that they want it to go.
And I just am simply saying Hell no!
This is not going to happen.
I'm not standing for it.
And each and every one of us needs to not be silent.
So James, I want to ask you on a couple of points here.
So with the officials that are coming back to people, And saying this is not legally binding and all this sort of stuff, right?
And I'm sure that there are people from every country that think that the international health regulations are not legally binding when they are.
And I encourage everyone.
I mean, I went on, did a quick Google search and found out how Australia is legally bound to the IHR. It's not very hard to find it for your own country.
So how can people respond?
Where should they go for information to better understand this in order to be able to talk back and forward with the government officials that they're contacting?
The first step is to get biblical on it because, you know, Father, forgive them because they do not know what they're talking about, okay?
That doesn't stop them from talking, okay?
Get that information in print.
Get an official email from them.
Get them on record saying that.
Confront them with the actual information, which, like you said, is readily available.

It's very clear that the WHO has said over and over and over again that they want these agreements to be legally binding.
Get your government official, your public servant, to make the mistake of saying something stupid and then confront them with it.
And if they continue to say that, then shame the living daylights out of them because they deserve it.
Number one, the international health regulations are legally binding.
If you do a quick search and go to the WHO website, it clearly says that.
But the current edition of it has very small requirements of what nations must do.
What they want to do is within that framework of the IHRs that are legally binding, because we've all agreed to them for decades, right?
They want to change the character of that relationship, and here's how they've managed to put this into a proposal.
Bangladesh put forth a proposal to change the definition of two words, two terms, standing and temporary recommendations.
The current definition says that those recommendations are non-binding advice.
Well, they would cross out the word non-binding.
Well, that's what a recommendation is.
It's non-binding advice.
Malaysia put forth a proposed amendment to Article 42 which says that all nations shall, which means must, implement standing and temporary recommendations.
So the combination of two changes would take what is an advisory organization, giving non-binding advice, and turn it into something that has the power of authority to command that things be done.
Now, that might be too hard for your member of parliament or senator or congressperson or their staff member to comprehend, but I'm sure everybody who reads it in your audience can comprehend what's going on here.
They want to change definitions, they want to change articles in the amendments to turn their advisory organization into something that has essentially dictatorial control.
They want to be able to declare A public health emergency of international concern, even if something just has the potential to be an emergency.
Those are the changes to Article 2.
And then the most egregious, most obvious one is in Article 3, India.
Put forth proposed amendments to cross out that all of these regulations should be implemented with full respect for the dignity, human rights, and fundamental freedoms of people.
What benefit in the world could anybody even remotely think would come from crossing out respect for dignity, human rights, and fundamental freedoms?
Unless you would like to be the dictator and implement martial law and not have to worry about these You know, naggy little things like human rights, dignity, and fundamental freedoms.
It's obvious, and it's so obvious that it's actually a blessing.
And I see it as a unifying document that when the average person looks at it, they become above average in their enthusiasm for pushing back against this insanity.
And so I have faith in my fellow men and women around the world.
I've been seeing it all over the place.
Absolutely in Australia, in Europe, South America, everywhere.
People can see this for what it is.
They're overreaching.
They're trying to take too much control.
They've made enormous mistakes.
They think they're smart.
But we the people are smarter and we have greater, greater numbers.
All the money they have in the world doesn't matter.
If we just unite and say, no, we're not going to give you authority over us.
You do not have it.
You shall not have it.
We want what we want in our future, and it doesn't include being told what to do by the dictator general of the World Health Organization.
Absolutely agree with you, James, and very, very powerful.
I watched something from Neil Oliver recently.
I spoke about this on a live stream, and he was talking about the power That people don't realise that they have and that if more people realised, the government doesn't just call the shots.
Like I was listening to a radio station just the other day and the message was, you know, the government has announced, the government has decided that they're going to, you know, crack down hard on cash.
And it's like, what do you mean the government has decided?
What do you mean?
Have the people asked for this?
Have the people asked for a treaty?
Have the people...
No, they haven't.
But the moment that people wake up and realise this, James, apart from the viewers of this broadcast, who are amazing people, and the viewers in my audience and people that get involved with your work are the true salt of the earth that are preservers of this world and everything that's good in it.
But apart from them, the others, the moment that they realise and they go, right, enough is enough.
This fake control that they paint that they have is done.
It's that simple.

Okay, we have this.
Start thinking about gardening.
Start thinking about long-term food storage.
You know, you may not want to buy buckets of food, although they're good to have on hand.
Think about how you're going to store your food.
Put it in Mylar bags.
Start dehydrating things, fruits, vegetables.
Rice will last.
I spoke about this just the other night.
Rice will last 30 years in a Myla bag if it's stored correctly.
You know, a couple of dollars at the end of every weekly shop to buy a bag of rice, for example, will later help you in life.
And a lot of us don't think, well, what if we have to run?
What if we have to?
What if it gets to that stage?

Pete Chambers, I have prepared for the absolute worst and if it doesn't happen, well that's okay because I've prepared.
And this is something I'm very serious about and there's a lot of strength in that.
