After the hottest headline segment, I'm interviewing a couple, a very loving conservative couple who homeschooled all seven of their children.
Homeschooled them.
And guess what happened to them?
Not one, not two, not three, but all seven of their children got ripped away from them, stolen from them by corrupt satanic CPS. And thrown into cold, abusive foster care system and into potentially being child trafficked.
So we're going to talk to this couple in just a little bit.
You've got to hear their heartbreaking story.
Well, without further ado, let's get into the hottest headlines of the day.
Well, this isn't so new anymore.
This dropped a couple days ago.
But we've got to do a little bit of a news roundup from the weekend since my show is only Tuesday and Thursday.
But I've got to cover this.
So as you probably see, that Pfizer employee, Jordan Tristan Walker, he's a huge fan.
Worldwide Director of Strategic Operations at Pfizer.
He got majorly punked and Project Veritased last week.
And what did they do?
They revealed that COVID That they were trying to mutate COVID, if you can believe it.
So somehow they're going to try to mutate COVID. How and why?
So that they can create more vaccines to target that mutation that Pfizer manipulated.
So of course they could make more money and continue having a major cash cow.
This is a bombshell admission.
It is so bombshell.
One of the most bombshell admissions.
Something that we, that conspiracy theorists have been saying all along.
That big pharma are so powerful.
They're the ones mutating the viruses and then creating vaccines so they can continue to profit off our sickness.
Well, that is not what we say to the public.
No.
Don't tell anyone the public.
You know how the virus keeps mutating?
Yeah.
Well, one of the things we're exploring is like, why don't we just mutate it ourselves so we can create uncibly-developed new vaccines, right?
So we mutate it ourselves.
If we're going to do that, though, there's a risk of, like, as you could imagine, no one wants to be having a pharma company mutating f***ing viruses.

It's been showed by about 50 million views just on that Twitter video alone.
Everyone's probably seen this.
This guy's probably fired by now.
But this is such a big bombshell.
It reveals how sinister and Deeply intertwined and powerful Big Pharma really, really is and proved us right all along that they are all in it together.
They are the ones orchestrating and manipulating the viruses to then target it with creating new targeted vaccines so that they could put more money into their piggy banks.
And it was such a devious bombshell that, oh, guess what?
They're going to release the same people that are in bed with Big Pharma and the big media and big tech.
Oh, they're going to release the Paul Pelosi footage, the Paul Pelosi 911 tapes, the Paul Pelosi camera footage that they haven't released for months.
The very next day, this Pfizer Project Veritas video gets dropped.
They decide, oh, the judge decides to release that Paul Pelosi footage tape.
What is a narrative shift?
Can we say narrative shift?
This is exactly what they do to control the narrative so that everybody will stop focusing on the Pfizer bombshell and focus, don't look over here, look over here.

Okay, all this really proves is that either three things.
Number one, they're desperate for a narrative shift because they definitely don't want people focusing on the fact that Pfizer is mutating the COVID virus so they can profit off us.
Definitely don't want that.
So that's number one.
Number two, this whole thing is either staged completely because the whole thing seems staged or he, Paul Pelosi, is a drunk gay person.
Man who was playing some sort of weird cops and robbers sexual roleplay fantasy and escapade that went wrong somehow.
So I don't really know.
But I guess people are stupid and they believe everything that they're told.

So then they had, just like in a movie, a scary movie with a serial killer, they had the The terrorist, David DiPippe, call into a news station and talk to the news anchor and give a chilling threat.
That was the headline.
He gives a chilling warning.
I mean, how fake is this?
This is so fake and staged.
As you know, they released the video earlier today.

And you know how else desperate they are for a narrative shift?
They released a DeMar Hamlin tape, okay?
So now DeMar Hamlin is supposedly alive and well.
He released a video over the weekend to all the haters out there and conspiracy theorists to prove that he's alive.
I'm sure you've all seen it.
Well, I'm so thankful to everybody.
I know that it isn't enough just to be thankful.
This is just the beginning of the impact that I wanted to have on the world, and with God's guidance, I will continue to do wonderful and great things.
I couldn't do this without any of the support and the love, and I can't wait to continue to take y'all on this journey with me.
Okay, so I'm not making and drawing any conclusions here, but all I can say is this tape was very suspicious.
The way that he walked into the field, apparently, for this interview.
Why not just have the interview in his home, in his bed or something, recovering?
But the whole thing looked very staged, and there was about 50 different cuts.
Every couple seconds, there was a new cut.
It looked fake.
You can.
It's possible to do a deep fake where they take a video like Tom Cruise or Morgan Freeman.
There's a lot of deep fake videos out there that looks exactly like the real thing.
And honestly, this could be a deep fake.
It kind of looks like a deep fake.
And if it was real, why do they have to edit it every two seconds?
The whole thing looked odd.
It seemed weird.
And a lot of people are still thinking he died suddenly and they're still trying to cover it up because the big pharma company, by the way, Pfizer is a major sponsor of the NFL. And they would be, I mean, it would be the biggest, this is the biggest disaster for them already.
So they have so much invested in making sure that they give off the appearance that DeMar Hamlin is alive and well and didn't have any negative consequences because of the vaccine.
I'm not drawing any conclusions here, but all I'm saying is I'm not fully sold just because he put out a video, a very highly edited video that was highly staged, not sold on it just because he put that out.
We'll see what happens.
I could be wrong, but we'll see what happens in the next couple months with DeMar Hamlin.
And I do pray and hope that he is alive and well.

Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, many of you know that have been watching my show that I've been highlighting stories of loving parents and loving homes, having their children ripped away from them and sent into the cold, abusive homes of the CPS and foster care system.
These stories have been heart-wrenching.
They've made me cry.
They're so horrible and horrific.
These are truly a crime against humanity, and they're happening right under our noses.
So many people don't even know, they're not even aware that this is happening.
And a lot of people say, well, you know, CPS takes children away from abusive families.
And that couldn't be further from the truth.
We've been highlighting stories like this, and it is just atrocious.
Here joining me today is a couple, a loving family, who've had their own story with their children being taken away.
And we're going to delve into this.

We're going to talk about your story and an incredible foundation that you guys built.
So first of all, welcome to the show, Mark and Terri.
How are you?
Hi, Deanna.
Thank you so much for having us.
Hi, Deanna.
Great to be with you.
Thank you.
Absolutely.
So I've been highlighting stories like this, and I'm so glad that you've joined us.
You've had your own horrible experience with this system, the foster care system and the CPS system.
Tell me a little bit about what happened this day that you had your children moved and what led up to it, and then we'll talk about what happened after that.
Yeah, this has been a long-running nightmare for us in our quest for justice and civil remedy.
Over five years, actually, we're approaching our seventh year in the midst of this.
And back in 2016, in brief, we had a loving, caring home.
We were a homeschooling couple.
We had homeschooled our children all over our lives.
And we were just quietly wondering about our business.
And our 17-year-old daughter, Amy, we took her in for an eye test.
We wanted to get her her driver's license.
Okay.
We went to a practitioner that we had never seen before and during the course of the examination beyond just the eyesight they wanted to expand it into a general well check and they started looking into other things that we didn't really feel that there were any issues there as far as probing into our daughter's eating habit because she was tall and thin like us unlike any normal adolescents.
They go through a lot of growth spurts in their teen years and we had observed that with our daughter and So this happened in February 2016, and then within about 42 days, actually about a month later, we began receiving inquiries from CPS because we did not go back to that care provider that wanted us to come back because they thought that she may have some additional problems that need to be addressed.
And we knew that that was not the case.
Namely, they thought that she might be anorexic and might have a problem with that.
Wow.
The thing that really struck us, Deanna, was that in our understanding, anorexia is an alleged mental health condition.
And so in the course of that initial exam, there was no psychiatric evaluation.
There was no physiological assessment.
And we didn't go back.
And then for our own peace of mind and care for our daughter, we got a second opinion with someone that we were familiar with.
And the practitioner Did the same type of an evaluation.
Amy's eyesight was good.
Her weight was healthy.
The exact words were she has a healthy weight.
And so we felt really good about that.
And then we began receiving these inquiries as if from CPS. We got a letter as if from CPS, from the girlfriend of Terry's father during a normal family visit.
And then we had a number of subsequent events over the ensuing days beginning on March 25th.
When they dropped off that letter.
And then as it unfolded, they came back and we didn't answer anything because we were just going to make our own inquiry and follow up.
And then we had this huge police scene on March 30th.
They attempted to kidnap our kids.
They basically showed up, the Louisville Metro Police Department, who...
Showed up at your house?
Yeah, they showed up at our house, and they said, I need you to open the door.
You lost custody of all seven of your kids.
Seven children.
And they didn't tell us why they were there.
Wow.
Yeah, so they didn't tell us why they were there, and I showed them the Good Health document, and after a couple hours, they left, which I thought was pretty strange, because normally, you know, when they show up, they...
As we found out, they framed it like it's an emergency, you know, we need to do something.
And so after about two hours, they left.
And then I started seeing, I had some questions about, you know, the documents that we were beginning to receive.
They did not look legitimate to me.
I haven't been in the military.
I served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, honorably.
Thank you.
So I've a lot of experience working with these official documents, and I know what they look like.
And so I had some questions, and I went to go see a sheriff, a Jefferson County sheriff.
And then I began to just inquire of other people, attorneys.
And they advised, well, I should just go to the court.
So we went there, and on April the 6th, 2016, well, I went to every state home with the other six kids, took Amy on the advice of counsel, and in the course of the proceedings, they made no attempt to take our daughter, like, right to a hospital if she was in any kind of an emergency.
And then, well, what happened was they put me in jail without charging me with a crime, and they ordered our daughter to go to the hospital with two people who eventually got custody of all seven of our children.
This was a 16-year-old daughter just going in to get her eyes checked for a driver's license.
And I'm sorry, what were the ages of the rest of your kids at this time?
Yeah, they were about every two years down to Abby, who was about three years old.
She had never spent a day or a night away from her mother.
Oh, my God.
And so...
They were holding me in jail until they came and got the other six kids.
And then it began this process where they've been holding our children hostage, except for the ones now who have aged out, for approaching seven years now.
And we've been fighting intensely to reclaim them.
And we discovered in the course of our journey, Deanna, that There is a child trafficking criminal network operating there.
And we have a significant amount of evidence that we attempted to find justice and remedy through every law enforcement agency and civilian attorney.
Yet we've been ignored, turned away, denied.
We went all the way up through every justice channel at the state and federal level.
And so our four younger ones are still missing.
What?
Two of...
We've been able to reconnect with one of our children and then two others, the two older girls.
It's really a problem just trying to reconnect with them.
Oh my God.
I'm not trying to interrupt you.
And I'm also trying to hold back tears because my eye makeup will be a mess.
But I cannot believe this.
So you have these younger children, three years old, the youngest one.
And they're put into a foster home.
And I have a lot of questions.
First of all, were they put in a foster home?
Were they separated?
Were they put in the same foster home?
And how quickly did this happen from the time you went to jail?
They put you in jail.
Well, the kidnapping was immediate and they assigned them initially to The girlfriend of Terry's father, so who actually lived within close proximity to us where we were residing at the time.
So, you know, when they took Amy initially, She was ordered to go to the hospital and that did not happen from what we discover in the course of our investigation.
She actually was brought back to our house because Terry was still there.
And they were moving her things out of the house down to this other residence while I was in jail.
And so once they got the other six kids, you know, they've been holding them.
And initially they were only supposed to be with one One couple.
But then eventually we found out that whoever was involved with this violated the court order that was to keep them all together.
And they were split between two couples.
And so that's where they've been.
And we don't really know what's been happening to...
I mean, we've had no contact.
We haven't been able...
Other than the first two or three visits that we had with them after they were taken, it was like...
A month that elapsed before we were able to see them for a couple of visits.
And then when we discovered some of the crimes that were being committed against us, and it just grew in scope and depth that we had to relocate because we were getting harassed by the police.
They were showing up in a parking lot.
We lived next to a church at the time.
They were showing up in the parking lot, observing everything we were doing.
And we just felt that for our own safety and security that and for, we didn't want to traumatize our children because Abby was having a real hard time being pulled away from her mother after those couple visits.
And so we just thought that if we could show evidence of the crimes, we would be able to get a quick resolution and it wouldn't be that much of a problem.
But as it's gone on, What we discovered, Deanna, is that we've got problems way beyond the CPS and family court system.
I mean, that is just a microcosm because when we have no protections of our rights or the rule of pursuant law in order to, you know, secure justice and remedy and these people can just run roughshod over us like this, it's a real threat.
It's a real threat to the future of our country as well as to thousands of parents across the country who are having their livelihoods Obliterated.
Much like ours.
Even to homelessness.
How do they...
So, for seven years, you've been trying to connect with your children.
You've been trying to see them, and they just will ban you from seeing them?
You're not able to talk or see them?
Well, they wanted us to have a supervised visit, and we were not comfortable with that.
You want to see it?
So, anyway, we, you know, I feel like our Fourth Amendment right was being violated to, you know, surge and seizure, that they were recording things.
They would use things against us, and we weren't going to give them a place to do that, as well as continue to traumatize our children.
It's not that we don't want to be with our children.
We love and care about them very much.
We have been fighting for them, and we want them returned.
They are our children, all seven from our 25-year marriage.
And, you know, We've been fighting for them with everything that we have.
And so we're out here now because the system has completely failed us and continues to fail us and many other Americans in all 50 states.
And so we're here to highlight this.
We appreciate you highlighting this story because we need the people to know the facts of what's really going on.
And here's the gist of it.
Child abuse and neglect, and that was the allegation made against us because we were homeschooling our children and because we didn't go back to that first health care provider.
Child abuse and neglect is a criminal statute in just about every state.
It is in the state of Kentucky, but this is a pseudo-op.
I call it a fraud op because there's no criminal charges in most cases.
Very rarely is there a criminal charge.
And so it's, you know, they call it a civil proceeding, but we had no contract with the state, and most other parents don't have a contract with the state, so therefore it can't be legitimate.
And so we were thinking that with all of these findings, all of the crimes and the reporting, you know, that we would get that remedy of justice, and yet there is none.
So, and the reason for this is, and I know we're going to talk about this a little bit, but About the immunity laws.
And we've talked about this.
Right.
What gives them the right to basically legally kidnap your children?
What gives them the right to do that?
How can they do that?
How is this constitutional?
I mean, I don't understand how they can just take a parent's children away and then take away their right to parent.
Well, it's not.
And probably I would say the worst part of it is that they've been doing this for many years and they continue to get away with it.
And they frame it under the disguise of a child's safety and best interest.
So most Americans don't know Except for those who may have been subjected to it and those who are waking up and finding out what's really going on to close courts.
The doors are locked behind parents.
There are no jury trials and very few jury trials, if any.
We asked for a jury trial and we were denied that.
And even though the state of Kentucky Constitution says that's supposed to be an inviolate right, we're also provided that under the U.S. Constitution in the Seventh Amendment for civil proceedings.
Aside from the fact that it's a fraud, that even within the scope of the fraud, you're trying to apply your rights and they deny you everything all along the way.
So probably the better question is, we know that it's unconstitutional.
Many people know it's unconstitutional, but the better question, I think, is what's driving it.
What's really driving this is it goes back to the Clinton's Adoption and Safe Families Act.
It was a law that was actually sponsored by a Republican congressman of all people.
And so they enacted this in 1997.
And what it did was it incentivized the CPS and foster care system with large amounts of our Title IV Social Security Month.
So all agencies within the child welfare We're all getting large amounts of our money that we pay into to take our kids.
And then they redistribute that money within their various networks to child trafficking and eventually to human trafficking as they groom the children.
And so it's very destructive.
Terry's very attuned to talking about the damage to children.
And it's the future of our country.
Just to wrap up this point real quick, the threat for every American out there is that every year the states, and this is happening in all 50 states, have to increase the number of adoptions.
And so what they're doing is that if you're going to adopt more kids out to get that bonus money, then they have to get more kids into the system.
And a lot of people will wonder, well, why aren't they being placed with relatives?
And the reason for this is, is even though you have aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, grandparents who are begging to be care providers, most of the time they will not because the large amount of Title IV money does not go out for relative placement.
It only goes out for non-relative placement, which is why We see signs in our communities, hear commercials on our radio and TV asking people to be foster parents and people with good hearts who don't know what's going on are being used by these crime syndicates to destroy families.
And ultimately the long game is to really, it's another element destroying our country from within.
You can break up the family And create something artificial with people who don't really care about the kids.
I mean, there are stories out there all over the internet breaking constantly of children in these situations who are truly being abused.
And so, you know, the termination of parental rights is eventually what they proceed to.
You know, we did not give our form of government any place to deprive us of a basic right that we get from our Creator.
It's like, how are we allowing this to happen as a people, especially in the land of the free?

It's so disgusting and it's so inhumane to take your parents' children away.
I mean, I can't imagine, I can't believe you guys are still standing here and strong enough to talk about this.
And I also hear that they target parents who homeschool their children and parents who don't follow the CDC childhood vaccinations.
Do you know, can you speak on that at all?
It seems to me like they target parents or children like that.
Yes, definitely.
And that was the second account that they came up with.
After they got ahold of our children and they began interrogating them, One of the counts was, well, because our children didn't know what grade they were in, that we were educationally neglecting our children.
The other count was that because they allegedly had no documentation with the county or with the state, that we were educationally neglecting them.
Even though we had proof that we did register with the state, we did file, and we wanted to provide a variety of learning experiences for our children.
So they went year-round.
And, you know, it gave us a lot more flexibility, and we wanted to create an appetite for learning, and they were all thriving in it.
They were engaged in a variety of social activities, especially the library with Terry.
And so, you know, they put them, after they got a hold of them, they ripped them out of that homeschool environment.
And then they put them into one of the worst public school systems in Jefferson County.
Wow.
And the outcome of it, Deanna, and the strategy of it is, is that our daughter, after being in the public school system for about nine months or so, she eventually won a scholarship.
She was a scholarship winner in the state of Kentucky.
Wow.
And so that was just an outflow of our investment in her.
And so to have our complete, our livelihood ripped and their livelihoods completely altered, you know, to this day, that we can reclaim them and fix this course.
We're out here because, you know, they would just come out, come up with any reason.
And what they want people to do, Deanna, to go back to another point I just made, they want people to go through services under the Adoption and Stay Families Act.
And the services that they want to force upon people in violation of our 13th Amendment against involuntary servitude is like a psychological evaluation, anger management, drug testing, or anything else they want to come up with, family counseling.
And these are services that really inhibit our day-to-day, and we refuse on our constitutional right.
And so the reason that they gave our children to other people was because we would not comply with the services that they wanted to force on us.
Now, some people will comply with services because they think that if I just do these things, I'll get my children back.
And that happens rarely.
Yeah, they always move the gold post after that, I heard.
That's right.
That's right.
So what happens is that they will use those things against parents.
They will make them up.
Usually they push for the state-approved agencies to do this.
It's like if you try to go off on your own for your own private care provider, they're very, very hesitant and resistant.
We'll use that against you.
Now with respect to some of these other things like parents who Choose not to vaccinate their kids for whatever reason with certain shots or whatever, you know.
Which is their right not to.
Right, it is their right.
I mean, we had a constitutional right not to, even though, you know, we did some and then some, you know, we waited on.
But we exercised our constitutional right and we actually insisted that they not be given any additional immunizations.
What we later found out was that in some cases they may have been given an immunization a second time.
You know, because they had no access to the immunization records that we had.
And so what parents have to know out there is like if you choose not to get a certain type of a vaccination or any kind of other medical procedure, the medical establishment, the tyrannical medical establishment will use the system and they will make that call to CPS and they'll come and they'll just rip people's kids away.
And they will end up giving them whatever it is that they want to give them.
And then what they do, because the children are so traumatized, they will put them on psychotropic drugs.
And that's where they get additional revenue under the ASFA and the Title IV Social Security Month.
Let's talk about that, because to me, it seems like from story after story with good, loving parents, they jump through all these hoops, right?
All the parental classes and the services you were talking about.
And a lot of the ones that I've talked to have done all those hoops, and they still...
Can't get their children back.
They still have their goalposts move after that.
So it seems to me that the CPS system, foster care system, is dead set on not reuniting children with their parents, even though they pretend that's what their goal is.
So what are they getting out of not reuniting with their parents?
They're getting money and also sometimes the judges.
It seems like it's a racket.
They're all in it together, the judges, the court-appointed lawyers.
Everyone's in it.
The CPS system seems like they're in it together, hell-bent on not reunification, and then it seems like they're profiting off of trafficking the children, even in some cases.
Can you speak on a little bit about that?
Like, why they're so hell-bent on not reuniting with the parents?
They're gaining from it, right?
They're in it together?
Yeah, well, you know, one of the questions is, well, who benefits or what's the outcome?
It's totally destructive across the board.
They will even come after parents like ourselves for child support money.
So you're giving your kids are stolen and they still want child support money from you?
Right.
Like in our case, they've taken more than $40,000 of my military pension in the name of child support without a hearing where I was able to defend myself, which is really another form of involuntary servitude.
It's criminal.
Yeah, because there's no custody issue between Terry and I. So it's very destructive.
And so, you know, when you look at this, the outcome of it, and really it's all about power, control, totalitarian dictation, because that's what they do.
It's like...
Some of the things I was hearing from the attorneys I was talking to was, you know, I don't do what you tell me, you do what I tell you, was one quote.
One said you should just do what they tell you, and it's like, wait a minute, we don't live in a country like that, okay?
And so what's happening is that they are grooming us as a people to think that this is somehow a good thing, and to accept really it's a path, it's the fast path to communism, to totalitarian communism, Where they're going to be involved in every aspect of our life, cradle to grave.
And they're also doing this thing, Deanna, on another end of the spectrum.
It's called adult protective services.
They will do the same thing with adults.
And anyone over the age of 18, someone can make an allegation against you about being unstable.
And they will come in and they will rip you out of your house.
And then when your family tries to be involved in caring for you, they will go after and seize assets.
And so this is another under-reported But very similar part of the overall scheme to rip people out of the things that we once enjoyed in the United States.
And so that power, control, and then the re-education of the kids.
The re-education of the children is what's been happening to the grooming and to all kinds of bad vices across our country.
And so when the children who are being groomed into this, they grow up, well, what's their reference point?
They don't really have one.
Like for us, we're not able to pass along America, what America is, our rights, our freedoms, you know, the beautiful life, the pursuit of our happiness that we all thought that we could enjoy.
And so, you know, it's very oppressive and destructive.
And so that's really the thing behind and behind, beyond the money, is that there are people out there with nefarious dark agendas to fundamentally change America, and this is how they're doing.

It's also the communist notion of taking a village to raise a child instead of, you know, the parents raising the child.
They want to alienate the parent from the child and have the village raise the child.
So what perfect way to do that than take the child out of the loving parent's home and send them to a bunch of foster children, foster homes.
What is the damage that you can see from the children, you know, being ripped away from their homes and being raised by different foster care families?
It's very traumatizing for the children and the families and the parents.

So your organization is LetOurChildrenGo.org and when did you when did you found it and what's your mission?
Well, so our mission is to reveal to the people what's happening through avenues such as what you're doing, which we greatly appreciate you highlighting this issue and caring.
And I know that...
It's a humanitarian crisis.
I mean, at this point, that's what it is.
Yeah, and you've been paying attention to this for a while.
And I really appreciate it.
And so, revealing to the people what's happening so that people become aware of the problem, and reclaiming our rights that we have through our God-given rights that are established in the Constitution, and then restoration for the families.
And so it sort of started as just me connecting, I think, with other families when we started going through this.
One of the things that we did when we were thrust into this was we would see videos and stories of other families that this was happening to, and we were able to meet with some other families in Kentucky.
Some families that it happened to in the state that it happened to with us.
And so it's really just grown out of that, connecting with other families that have been affected.
And there's so many people that are speaking out, former adopted children, former foster children, the families that it's happened to, advocates and people that used to work in the system.
Foster care workers or CPS workers.
So there's a lot of people that are coming together to raise awareness, and we're hoping that Let Our Children Go can be a landing spot for a lot of those people so that we can create a network for people to come together.
And one of the things that I've been thinking of is I'm trying to get some constitutionally-minded attorneys on board to help the This issue that it is inhumane, it is unconstitutional, unlawful, what they're doing, and that aren't just going to go along with the family law line of, well, you better just do what they tell you to do, and that's just the way it is.

And I just like that, if I could just take a minute or two to talk about, Terry talked about, you know, joining people together.
And this transcends any worldviews, any political beliefs or anything like that, okay?
This is an assault on our families and on the future of our country, our children, and really on our rights.
And so we talk about coming together.
There's The information sharing is great, and we need that.
We appreciate that.
But the information has to lead us to action.
What that action has to be, because we're not getting any answers in respect to criminal justice from civil remedy and any check and balance on these dark forces that are doing this to us.
So the whole point of getting the information out is to join people together to action.
General Flynn talks a lot about Local action resulting in national impact.
So part of our vision with Let Our Children Go and then the organization I oversee, the Heritage and Freedom Coalition, is that on the broader spectrum, not just in respect of what's happening with our children and the CPS and family court system, but also to our rights overall, is to peacefully Join together and then show up.
We need to overcome the lack of trust that we have that's permeating across our society and learn how to be good neighbors.
There's a lot of good people in the United States of America.
I would not have served 20 years for the people that I served for if I didn't think that.
And I know that's true.
And so we want to join people together to action.
We want to show up at our representatives, Because ultimately, they're the ones who are making the laws, and we want changes to these laws, okay?
And if they're going to hide behind other laws that they make up, like these immunity laws, like I'd like to touch upon here before we close out, but then we need to ask them to resign because they're not upholding their oath that they took.
And the whole point of that, this is something that I'm going to uphold, and I challenge every other veteran out there watching this.
If you took an oath and you're still alive, you're bound to that oath.
And when you hear about this and other travesties going on in our country, you have a duty to show up and stand together and demand action from people who are occupying the positions of public trust that we're paying them to do these things to us.
And so the challenge to people out there, and that's what our organizations are about, is information to action.
To an outcome.
To stop this stuff from going on in our country.
Because it's only getting worse every day.
We just sit back and it's just entertainment value.
You're going to keep having this happen and more and more people are going to get hurt and eventually there's going to be a point where we're not going to be able to come back from it because they will have thoroughly educated our children and they will have destroyed enough families and they will just cement their people in these positions to continue to terrorize us through this tyranny that's unfolding across our country.
Join with us.
Connect with us.
We will connect you with other people.
Build those trusts.
Build those networks across the country.
We're going to start where we are with what we have.
And we've had to overcome a lot of challenges.
We've had a lot of good people that have stepped up to help, but we need more.
We need you, Mr.
and Mrs.
America, to do something with us and other people.
And so the reason for this is these immunity laws, Bianna, I'm going to talk about this real quick.
When most people go to see an attorney and they want to file a lawsuit or they want to have criminal justice, one of the responses they get is, well, we have immunity.
Well, we do not have immunity in the United States.
In 42 U.S. Code, Chapter 21, Section 1981, people can look that up.
42 U.S. Code, Chapter 21, Section 1981, it was an outflow of the Civil Rights era.
It was enacted, I think, in the 1970s.
But in that federal law, it says that we have a right to sue and to have criminal justice in the United States.
And it defines it as a right.
So that's not something that government can take away.
So any of this legislation of these laws saying that we can have immunity for this or for that or whatever the issue is, those are unlawful.
There is no immunity.
For this kind of a thing and for other things.
And the reason we know this is because in the 14th Amendment, in Section 1, we, the people, are to have equal protection of the laws.
And That's an equal protection.
That 42 U.S. code law I just mentioned falls under the protection of the 14th Amendment of equal protection of law.
So if other people are going to have criminal justice and for civil remedy, then in respect to the CPS and Family Court and in respect to other issues that we're talking about right now in America, there is no immunity.
So what attorney out there, especially those of you who are in, The so-called freedom movement, you are doing a lot of talking.
You are now equipped with the federal law and with the supreme law of our country to do something.
And so you can file a...
We'll do a class action in respect to child theft and Title IV money theft.
I'm sure there are other people out there who will do Class actions for any other kind of issues that people are hiding behind in respect of these immunity laws.
All it takes is for you to file that suit, and now it's on the judge.
That's why we have these judges.
That's why we have court systems, not to arbitrarily dismiss cases.
I've read through the Constitution a few times now.
I figured if I was going to take an oath, I better read it and know what it is I might have to die for.
But I'm not familiar.
Someone can correct me, but I don't know of any provision where we can say judges can just arbitrarily dismiss cases.
That's why we have a court system.
We want a ruling, and then we can appeal whatever the ruling is.
But we're tired of having our issues obstructed and denied in the United States.
And so, America, we have to do something.
We, the people, run this country.
So that's the charge of everybody out there.
So there is no immunity, Deanna.
There is no immunity.
There's an usurpation.
There is a deprivation of our rights.
And this is something that we veterans fight in foreign lands to protect here in our own country and that is happening in our own country.
So what are we going to do to stop it?
Exactly.
And you're so right.
I mean, this is a humanitarian crisis.
This is a problem that affects everybody down the line.
And it crosses political lines, socioeconomic lines.
It doesn't matter if you're rich, if you're poor, what race you are.
The CPS system stealing, kidnapping children from parents, it's all across the board, all across the lines.
It can literally happen to any parent.
So this is a problem that's probably one of the biggest problems facing, one of the biggest threats facing America right now, and everybody should get behind this.
Absolutely.
And so, again, thank you very much for highlighting this issue.
And we're hoping that other people would pick up on this because they hide under this disguise.
And we are pulling back the curtain to reveal all of this.
And so we have a lot of evidence.
You know, we have nowhere else to go with the people of the United States.
If people were to go on to h3fc.com and you could look at seven counts of kidnapping and one arrest, You will see a scope of the evidence and the percentages where children are not being placed with relatives.
Like in the state of Kentucky with us, it was 97%, pretty close to 97% of all children out of home placement were not with relatives.
And so when you have this kind of a thing going on, it's pretty easy to traffic and abuse children this way, and this is what's happening across the country, because Kentucky is a national model.
It began as a pilot project in 1991, and being that we know other families in just about every other state where this is happening like a script, we know it probably grew out from that.
Yeah, absolutely.
So when we did our investigation, we have the evidence, and with nowhere else to go, Then maybe we do need to begin convening citizen grant juries.
Maybe we do need to show up and, you know, make a defense with our voices.
And then, you know, we have a right to self-defense, too.
So, you know, we are not going to be afraid of this.
We are going to take this on.
We know some people have suffered tremendously in various ways.
We're not afraid of that.
We know what the truth is.
And so when you're equipped with the truth, it's now on you.
To do something.
And so, you know, that's where it's at.
And so we really appreciate you letting us fire a few shots off today in your appropriately named program because we're hoping that some people will take notice because when you fire shots and people hear truths like this and the facts from the evidence, then it compels us to act.
Yeah, it could be the shot heard around the world.
Yeah, right.
So we're at criticality, and we don't have a lot of time to waste, so it's on us to get started and get going.
We've been at it now for a couple years or so, but we have had some responses, but we're just not getting people who just really want to, okay, I'm going to do this next little thing.
I'm going to meet with my neighbor at a coffee shop.
So you can get together with four of your neighbors in a coffee shop, show them a few of these interviews that Deanna and other people are doing, and You know, talk about and join with us or join with some patriot group that has a vision to resolve the issue because, you know, this isn't just about talking about it.
We want to fix it, correct it, and move on back to pursuing our happiness and making America great again.
Truly making America great again.
