Time Text
Do you have more than $50,000 safe for retirement that you can't afford to lose?
Biden's pro-inflation White House is already sending billions of dollars to Ukraine, literally burying us in national debt, while doing absolutely nothing to stop inflation and help our own country, America.
Imagine that.
Can your retirement survive crippling inflation and grow in debt at the exact same time?
If you have $50,000 or more to save a retirement, heed the warnings.
Do something to protect yourself now.
That's why right now thousands of Americans are using an IRS loophole to protect their retirement savings from everything that's going on.
So call 1-855-952-0087 and get your free IRS loophole kit and see how you can protect your retirement savings while getting up to $10,000 in free silver doing it.
I like silver and I like gold.
We could be looking at a far worse than 2008 situation.
And I had a horrible experience in 2008, I'm just going to tell you.
So don't wait.
Call Gold Co.
today.
And buy you some gold.
And throw some silver tea.
And here comes another epiphany.
So he gave me the number and I called.
And I got put on hold a lot.
I got waiting and waiting.
And finally, I ended up in the office of an NRA lawyer.
His name was Richard Gardner.
I told him who I was, what I wanted to do.
And the next line out of his mouth changed my life forever.
He said, Sheriff, we've already been preparing the paperwork on this case, and we've been praying that you would call.
Hey, everybody, welcome to Jesus, Guns, and Babies.
I'm so excited y'all decided to join us tonight and I have a special guest that I love.
He is an awesome patriot.
He is the Sheriff of America.
So you are going to love him.
His name is Sheriff Richard Mack.
You're in for a treat.
I'm going to start out with a verse.
And so, you know me, my scripture, I decided to look up any verse in the Bible that talks about a sheriff.
And so this is what Google, which was Google, what it pulled up for me.
Daniel 3, 2, and 3.
So it says about Nebuchadnezzar, the king who sent together, sent together together, the princes, the governors, the captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counselors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces to come to the dedication of the image which Nebuchadnezzar, the king, and all the rulers of the provinces to come to the dedication of Then the princes, governors, captains, judges, treasurers, counselors, sheriffs, and all the rulers of the province were together together in dedication to the image that Nebuchadnezzar, the king, had set up.
They stood before the image that he had stood up.
Well, I know Sheriff Mack, and there's one thing he wouldn't have done.
He would not have bowed to that image.
So thank the Lord for him.
Sheriff Mack, welcome to the show.
Thank you so much.
No, I would not have.
You would have got that one correct.
And Jesus would have been in a fiery furnace and you would not have even smelled like smoke.
I know that for a fact.
Thank you.
So I want you, and just in case people on my show, I'm turning my phone on silent so it doesn't disrupt us.
Just in case someone on my show does not know your background and who you are and that kind of thing, tell us a little bit about yourself.
If you'll just start back, maybe how you got in law enforcement and then why you're a patriot.
Well, both of those are connected.
Which I'm glad they were.
I got converted to the Constitution while I was a rookie cop.
And I went to college to get in the FBI. My father was a retired FBI agent and he retired in like 1975, I believe.
And he served about 30 years.
And I thought, You know, I'm not going to make it in pro sports.
I had some pretty big offers, especially when I was in high school.
I was recruited by several major schools across the country, including Penn State, to play football.
But my senior year, I busted up my knee really bad, and I had reconstructive surgery.
I still, a couple of years later, I still played one year of college football and baseball, but it I just, you know, I got married and I felt like it's time to move on with a career.
I chose to become an FBI agent, but that never worked out.
And while I was working my way through college, I hired on part-time with the Provo Police Department and I was a meter maid.
So I've worked my way up all the way from a parking cadet all the way to sheriff.
And Sheriff is the highest law enforcement officer in the nation.
And then in 1983, while I was still a new cop, I attended a constitutional seminar.
It was called the Constitution for Law Enforcement Officers.
And the instructor was Dr.
W. Cleon Skousen, who used to be an FBI agent.
And also was the chief of police for Salt Lake City for a while.
And he worked in the FBI with my father.
And when I saw that he was giving that seminar, I took two days off work.
It was a 16-hour seminar.
And it was sponsored by the Law Enforcement Association that does certification for cops.
It's called Utah Post.
And that's Peace Officers Standards and Training.
And so it was endorsed by them.
I went to the training and while I was there, I was converted to the Constitution.
I was converted to America, to its foundation, to its founding fathers, to its biblical roots.
And I didn't know the Constitution very well before I went there.
But I did know, without any question, that the Constitution was inspired by God Almighty in order to protect what he blessed us with when we were born here as Americans.
And I will say that liberty is not just for all Americans, but it's for all God's children.
And the countries that do not allow individual liberty or protect civil rights, those countries are in violations of God's law.
And so I would hope that everyone, everyone that serves the people in government and everyone in the world will know and understand that liberty is for you and that the responsibility of government is to guarantee that liberty.
The people are not here to serve you.
You are here to serve the people and the way we serve the people is protect They're God-given rights.
So that's what I was convinced of.
I had an epiphany while I was at that seminar, and I'll never forget it, and I'll never turn my back on it.
And I love that.
That's wonderful.
That's why I love having you because you talk about the Constitution and that is why I even wanted to run for office.
That is why we are free.
And the more I learn about the Constitution, the more I want to learn about the Constitution.
And I don't think you ever stop learning and understanding Because it's so complex and it's so deep, which reminds me of the Bible, because the Bible, you can read a verse and it speaks to you one way today and a different way an hour or next week.
And I think the Constitution is similar in that way that you read it and you see where the founding fathers were going.
And then sometimes you look after the lens of society and it's still all different.
It fits.
It's still all applicable today.
Even though it was written 200 years ago, it is still relevant now, and it's still the same construct, and it's still the same ideology.
And so it's beautiful.
I love that you understand it so well.
It's like iron sharpens iron, and you grow me, and you're going to grow people on my show.
They're going to love it.
I can't wait.
It's going to be an awesome hour.
I want to...
Really quick, I want to talk about how you became a sheriff and your first election.
And I want people just to get to know you just for a second so that they'll value everything you're going to teach them in this hour.
So I want you to tell them how you ended up running, what God spoke to you to get you to run, and then I want you to talk about something crazy wild that happened during that first election because I know you got a story.
I know you do.
That's an amazing story.
And it actually starts with me meeting my wife.
Doesn't that sound crazy?
That's wonderful.
I love it.
We all love a love story now.
It does, but I didn't know it at the time.
But I used to work for the highway department and I was actually part of the asphalt inventory team.
But every now and again, if I wanted to check my wife out when she was driving by, I didn't know who she was.
I didn't know her from Adam.
So I would grab the stop or slow sign from one of the other guys.
And if I saw her coming in her green Grand Prix Pontiac, I would just go out there and stop her.
And I wouldn't say anything to her.
I'd just make her stop her.
I was just checking her out.
And then after I did that about three times to her one day, it was a Friday, I saw her at the church dance that night, and I asked her to dance, and I said, hey, I saw you today.
She goes, yeah, I know.
She was kind of perturbed with me being so obnoxious.
And so I will tell you this, and this is the truth.
I was already in love.
I just met her the first day when I saw her at that dance.
I said, yep.
That's the girl I'm going to marry.
I was in love with her totally and completely.
And I guess I kind of had another epiphany.
Well, I said something's wrong here because I asked her what grade she was in.
I thought she was in college.
There's a local community college there.
And I thought she came in from out of town because I was already going to that college.
And I thought, how did I miss this girl?
And anyway, she says, well, I'm going to be a junior.
And I said, you just graduated from college?
It was a two-year college.
She goes, no, I'm in high school.
I'm a cheerleader at Pima High School.
And I said, how old are you?
And she goes, I'm 16.
And I said, well, now I'm talking to myself.
I'm going...
What?
I said, she's too young.
She's still in high school.
I can't marry this girl.
And so my feelings towards her did not change because I found that out.
As a matter of fact, this just made it all more a battle for us to stay together because here I am, a freshman in college.
She's a sophomore in high school.
I'm five years older than she.
And so I just thought, well, how's this going to work?
So she said, when I asked her how old she was, she said, wow, I think I need to go put you back.
I don't remember saying that.
I just was so perplexed by it.
But anyway, to make a long story short, a year later, at the end of her junior year, she and I got married.
And her parents were very supportive, but they said, We're not as concerned about how old she is when she gets married.
We're just concerned about how she gets married and to whom she gets married.
And we think you're a great guy.
So they said that.
Her parents knew my parents, but I didn't know that at the time.
I knew her brothers and I didn't really get along with them.
I didn't like them.
Here I am now in their family.
And one of her brothers married my old high school sweetheart.
Oh, wow.
So now my high school sweetheart is in the family that I'm trying to get married in.
So none of this, none of this.
If you would have told me that, I would have said, you're crazy.
I'm never going to marry somebody who's only 17 and who's the sister-in-law of my old girlfriend.
No way.
That's not going to happen.
This is why it was such an unlikely situation.
Impossible, but miraculous union.
The reason I say that is because it turned out that she was raised in a very constitutional home.
Wow.
And the family read and studied the Constitution together all the time.
And so after we got married, her dad and her brother...
Sometimes her mother, but her mother didn't know how to teach very well.
She just said, this is just what it is.
But her dad and her brother really taught me a lot about the Constitution.
Now you know why it applies to me getting married to this girl.
Because it's where my education started.
And then I was a cop for about 10 years in Provo, Utah, Provo Police Department.
And then her mom and her dad called and said, we've got to have you move home.
And so for what?
You've got to run for sheriff.
We're going to have a corrupt sheriff if you don't get home and save us.
This is your community.
Your parents live here.
We live here.
We've got to have you move home.
And I told them they were crazy.
This is the first time my wife agreed with me that her parents were crazy.
And so every time they called, especially her mom would not take no for an answer.
Her dad was a little bit more respectful.
And he says, hey, you know what?
They said no.
And both my wife and I were firm on that.
We had no intention to move home.
I could retire in 10 years and then move home.
I said, no, you can't wait for your retirement.
You've got to move home.
Well, Candace, I had never worked in law enforcement in my hometown or in Arizona.
I had no law enforcement experience there.
I had good law enforcement experience in Utah.
I did everything in law enforcement imaginable.
And do you know what that was?
As I look back, it was my training ground to become sheriff.
So my wife, my dad's experience in the FBI, my getting a part-time job as a meter maid, and then hiring on full-time, because the FBI didn't take me, I hired on full-time in 1979, and then here's another epiphany.
So her parents, especially her mom, kept calling, and finally we did a pro and con.
We listed all the pros and all the cons why we could not do this.
And there was only about two or three reasons why it was a good idea, but there was about 20 reasons why it was a horrible idea.
And we did not want to do it.
And so we sent that down to them, but it didn't mean anything to them.
They didn't care, especially her mom.
And so one day I was a detective at the time.
And one day I was wearing the uniform, which means I don't remember what it was for.
It means I had something to do in public or there was a parade or something I needed to be in uniform to help direct traffic or whatever.
And I came home and I was just feeling something in the air and something was starting to settle on my psyche and on my spirit.
And I just kept walking around the house in my uniform and my wife said, is something wrong with you?
Are you thinking?
What are you thinking?
And I said, I don't know.
What are you thinking?
And finally she goes, what is on your mind?
Just tell me.
And I looked down at my uniform and I looked over at her and I said, this is the last time I'm ever going to wear this uniform.
And she goes, that's exactly what I was thinking.
You're not going to wear that uniform anymore.
And Candace, three weeks later, we were in Arizona running for sheriff.
Wow.
In my hometown, Safford, Arizona, Graham County Sheriff.
And I was running against a very experienced law enforcement officer there in the county.
And then I ran against the incumbent and I beat both of them.
And I was elected Graham County Sheriff in November of 1988.
And I took office January 1st, 1989.
Then I was reelected in 1992.
And then in 1993, my wife and I were watching TV a little bit, watching the news.
And this was like November of 93.
And I just got reelected the year before.
So I had one year into my second term, and it showed Bill Clinton, President Clinton, signing into law the Brady Bill.
And for some reason, I don't remember why, he used 13 pens, he was left-handed, and he signed, he used 13 pens to sign the Brady Bill into, quote, law.
But it was not law because it was so unconstitutional, it wasn't law.
Why did he get the 13 pens?
I don't know.
I can't remember.
I'll have to maybe look that up.
But maybe it was his lucky number or maybe it was the sign of Halloween.
Yeah, maybe it was demonic, you know.
I don't know, but he used 13 pens.
And so I didn't think anything of it until January 21st, 1994, when I was at a meeting with all the sheriffs in Arizona.
And there was three people there that I didn't know.
Now, you've got to remember this.
Arizona only has 15 counties.
We're the sixth largest state geographically, but we only have 15 counties.
So the counties are really big.
And 13 sheriffs are at this meeting, and three agents of the BATF are there.
Do you know what the BATF is?
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.
So three federal agents are there.
So it's like ATF kind of?
Yeah, it's ATF, but the newer version of it is BATF. Okay.
So these agents stood up and handed each one of us a 25-page document detailing what our orders were in order to follow and enforce the Brady Bill.
And then they informed us of something else.
They said, just so you know, when you read this, when you read the Brady Bill and you read all this, just so you know, we don't really mean this, and Janet Reno's not going to do this, but there's a threat of arrest if you fail to comply.
They're going to arrest us, Candace.
They're going to arrest us.
Well, I just read this, Sheriff Matt, and people watching this may be like me, and I'm a millennial, and maybe I don't know.
But I remember Bill Clinton being president, but I was a kid.
So this was like red flag on crack, right?
This was huge against the Second Amendment.
It requires background checks to conduct on individuals before a farmer can purchase from a federally licensed dealer.
It was all these things that were very intrusive on our 2A. Well, I had, and I had to enforce all of that, according to them.
Now, they left, and then the rest of us sheriffs, the 13 that were there, we had a big talk, and you've never heard so much profanity in your life.
I thought you were going by that.
I very rarely use profanity.
The law enforcement does like to use it sometimes.
I worked at the sheriff's office before, and I had never cussed in my life until I worked at that sheriff's office.
And when you start dealing with criminals, you learn to cuss because if you don't, and I don't cuss, but I remember cussing the first time was because this inmate would ejaculate on the floor when I would take the basket upstairs to the sheriff's office.
And he kept on and on, and he was just saying all kinds of things to me.
And I finally told him to shut the H up I was sick of it.
They pushed you so far that you finally will say enough.
Yeah, well, there was a lot of F-bombs, a lot of very vulgar profanity, and it didn't come from me.
I will say, you know, I'll damn in hell ever now and again.
But I do not throw F-bombs.
Anyway.
That's because you love Jesus.
You try to be honorable.
Well, I try to watch what comes out of my mouth.
And my mom taught me that.
But anyway, after all the cussing waned, and at the end of the day, the president of the association said, OK, every sheriff, tell me what you want to do about this.
And at least half of them said, you can't fight City Hall.
There's nothing we can do about it.
And it seemed like I was last.
And I said, you guys, I was the youngest sheriff in the state.
I said, you guys, you've already convinced me that we should not be doing this.
None of you want to do this.
Why would we do something that we know is wrong?
And so they all ignored me.
They did their vote to just do the best they could to enforce it and go home at the end of the day.
She, she, scared.
Yeah, so anyway, the scripture comes up What comes to my mind is, I would prefer that you be either hot or cold, for if you were lukewarm, I will spew you out of my mouth.
Yes, and that's all this was.
This was just lukewarm, fence-sitting BS. So I just said, you guys, I don't know what I'm gonna do, but I'm not going to do it.
And they said, oh yeah, okay.
Nobody cared what I said.
They went on, nobody responded.
They went on with what their meeting was.
I had two and a half hours to get home.
And this is where the little girl, the pretty little blonde girl that I married, comes into play again.
Cheerleader.
And so I get home and when I pull up in the driveway, it hits me.
I'm going to sue my own government.
And it scared me.
I said, no way.
Come on.
I'm not suing the Clintons.
I love that.
See, I knew I loved you.
That must be why.
Well, anyway, so I went in the house and I said, ha, a lot you know, because there's no way my wife's going to let me do this.
So she comes up to hug me.
I haven't been home for a couple of days and she comes up to hug me.
I didn't even hug her.
I just blurt it out.
I'm going to sue the Clinton administration.
I'm going to stop this Brady Bill.
It's a bunch of nonsense.
They want to arrest me.
I'm not going to do it.
And I hope you're going to go along.
And she goes, yeah, I don't know what you're talking about.
So I tried to slow down and explain it to her.
And she goes, I still don't know what you're talking about.
And I don't understand any of this, but I understand you.
And she goes, Maybe now we know why you were supposed to be sheriff.
And it really hit me that she was right.
Because it was such a miracle that we got elected in the first place.
I hadn't lived there for 12 years.
I never worked in law enforcement, like I told you.
I had a good name recognition as far as sports goes.
My dad had good name recognition in law enforcement.
But that was FBI. He wasn't sheriff.
Wait, say that again?
He had an incumbent.
Yeah.
So, miraculously, I worked very hard, though.
I mean, I went door-to-door to 85%, 90% of the homes in the entire county.
And my father-in-law would take me in his truck, and we would go out in the Tuleys, where homes were spread apart, and he would take me to every one of them.
And I went to all the meetings on the reservation.
The San Carlos Reservation was partly in my county.
I went to everything.
And it was good to meet old friends I went to school with.
Most of them were way behind me and liked what I was doing.
I was class president three out of the four years in high school.
So I was very involved.
I was involved in choir, show choir.
Football, basketball, and baseball, and student government.
And so I was just really active in everything.
And so I made a lot of friends, and I guess that paid off too.
But when my wife told me that, I knew this is what we were supposed to do.
And so the next day at work, I didn't know what to do.
How do you sue the federal government?
I never took Sue the Federal Government 101.
I didn't know what to do.
So while I was stewing about this, my undersheriff came in my office and I said, hey, Mike, you're a member of the NRA, aren't you?
He goes, yeah, Lifetime.
And I said, do they have a toll-free number where you can call and get advice?
And here comes another epiphany.
So he gave me the number and I called and I got put on hold a lot.
I got...
Waiting and waiting.
And finally, I ended up in the office of an NRA lawyer.
His name was Richard Gardner.
I told him who I was, what I wanted to do, and the next line out of his mouth changed my life forever.
He said, Sheriff, we've already been preparing the paperwork on this case, and we've been praying that you would call.
Wow.
And I said, And I said, me?
And he goes, we don't know you.
We need a sheriff, and you're the first one to call.
And I said, well, hallelujah.
I feel the Holy Spirit.
Wow.
And there were epiphanies like this all the way through.
And then...
People, it's a miracle, Sheriff Mike.
That's a miracle.
But God, he orchestrated the whole thing.
It was a miracle.
So the other miracle was, this took three and a half years, the last two and a half years while I was sheriff, and people were getting tired of it.
And it created a great deal of controversy.
So my strength became my weakness politically, and I was voted out.
Right while I'm in the middle of this case, I lost my third election.
And I'm going to tell you, I was mad at God.
I said, I've done everything you asked me to do.
And then I told that to my wife, and she goes, ah, ah, ah.
She goes, you have to know that this is his hand and his work, and he's going to lead us to bigger and better things.
Glory to glory.
And so I still didn't feel consoled.
This was my favorite job ever.
I put my heart and soul in it.
And I only got two terms, eight years.
I had no retirement.
My retirement for the 10 years at Provo Police, I used it to move home and run for sheriff.
So it was gone.
And it wasn't very much anyway.
It was only like $17,000, $18,000.
You know, I don't know.
Back then, I guess that was a lot, but it didn't seem like it.
So anyway...
I moved back to Utah and I ran for sheriff there in Utah County and remember this date.
I was now a part-time teacher at local high school and during the summer I was just working at a grocery store and didn't know what to do and so the miracle happened.
June 27 1997, the United States Supreme Court with the author of the decision, Antonin Scalia, Justice Scalia, wrote the decision, and I won.
Now, six other sheriffs joined me in the lawsuit, and thank goodness they did, because that was another miracle.
If they hadn't joined, it would never have made it to the Supreme Court, because Sheriff Prince from Montana and I were in the Ninth Circuit, and the Ninth Circuit killed it.
And it wasn't going to get past the Ninth Circuit.
But Sheriff Coug in Texas, Sheriff Romero in Louisiana, won at the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans.
And so we had conflicting circuit appellate courts on the same case.
That's another miracle.
Of course you did.
Because when you have the same case with opposite decisions, My attorney said, that's going to guarantee us a trip to the Supreme Court, and it did.
And so Sheriff Prince and I were now at the Supreme Court together in December of 1996, just a couple of months after I lost my election, and we were heard.
January 1st, I left the Sheriff's Office, and then June 27, 1997, I won.
In the fall of 97, I moved back to Utah.
Now, I'm from Arizona, as you know.
I'm from Arizona, but I've moved back where I spent 10 years in law enforcement, and I signed up to run for Utah County Sheriff.
Supposed to be a real conservative county.
I thought, well, these people will love that I just beat Bill Clinton at the Supreme Court.
A lot of them did.
I had momentum.
I won the convention against an incumbent.
I beat him two to one.
Everything's going my way.
And it looks like I'm going to be the next Utah County Sheriff.
Enters the FBI and IRS. And they raid my office.
They raid my office because I was a consultant for a guy who was selling securities without a license.
I had no idea what he was doing.
I wasn't employed by him as much.
I mean, I had other accounts.
Yes.
And he hired my wife to be a part-time receptionist.
But I still didn't know what he was doing.
I wasn't a part of that business.
I didn't know.
And the FBI put my name on the search warrant.
And the next day, in the Provo Daily Herald, you couldn't have had a bigger headline.
Mac raided by the FBI. I bet.
And then so I lost the election.
And guess what?
I never heard from the FBI again.
They never came back and said, oh, well, we're sorry.
Or, well, you know what?
You're lucky this time.
You're on our list.
You better be careful.
I never heard from them again.
I was never charged.
I was never arraigned.
I was never arrested.
Nothing.
They got what they wanted.
They left me alone.
And after that, I was a consultant for some other people.
I started working for some preparedness companies.
Then I hired on full time with Gun Owners of America.
And then in 2005, I moved home and got a job selling cars for a friend of mine.
And I helped my mom with my dad who passed away that year.
And then That's another miracle.
Because while I was working there in 2008, car sales went completely kaput because of the economy.
And one month I made about $10.
Serious.
In one month I made $10.
So you know what I did that month?
That was the recession.
I wrote the book, The County Sheriff, America's Last Hope.
Wow.
And that book started selling like crazy.
I went back on the lecture circuit with that book in my hand and a few other books that I had written.
And I could not keep track of all the speaking engagements I was getting.
And I will tell you, last year I did 72 public presentations.
Wow.
72.
That's not counting the shows like we're doing today and all the podcasts and radio shows.
that I did last year So I'm trying to slow down, but I don't know.
We don't want you to slow down.
You know, when you were talking, I was thinking about, you know, they on purpose came and put that article in the paper so you would lose because that's how they cheated before they had these machines.
They cheated that way.
So now they don't have to put out all this stuff, which they do it a little bit, but they don't have to blow it out the water.
The FBI has been involved in election fraud for a long time.
Right.
That was my point.
This has been going on for generations, right?
So you said something at the very beginning of the interview that I want to come back and I took a note when you said it because I didn't want to forget.
But you said the sheriff is the highest constitutional officer in the land.
And I want you in the best way you can teach the audience listening what that means.
Well, okay.
Yeah, that's a good question.
Thank you.
First of all, My question to anybody listening right now is, who's the head law enforcement officer in your county?
Who is it?
The local FBI agent?
Well, he's a bureaucrat from Washington, D.C. The people didn't elect him.
They didn't even appoint him.
So is it the local chief of police?
How about the chief of police in Phoenix, Arizona?
Is he the head?
Well, he's a bureaucrat also.
He's appointed by the city council.
If you look at the history of the office of the sheriff, it goes back over a thousand years in Anglo-Saxon law, like the Sheriff of Nottingham.
And if you had a corrupt sheriff, boy, things were horrible.
But if you had a good honest sheriff who enforced the law fairly and treated people fairly and justly, then you had a great sheriff and a great county and you got along very well in your county.
Your businesses were protected.
Your homes were protected.
And this is it today.
The sheriff historically has always been the ultimate protector of the people.
He's always been the ultimate power.
Why?
Because he is appointed and now elected by foreign of the people.
He doesn't answer to a bureaucrat.
He doesn't answer to the president.
He doesn't answer to the state legislature or to the governor.
He doesn't answer to the Board of Supervisors or to the county attorney or to the attorney general.
That's right.
They don't answer to the governor.
They do not.
So the governor can say that they're endorsed by all these sheriffs, but the sheriff is held beholden only to their constituents in their county.
They do not work for the governor.
That is correct.
He is elected by foreign of the people, and he has no other boss.
He has no other supervisor except for the constituents in that county.
He answers to the people, and therein lies his power.
Because in America, the people bestow all power and authority.
And he is the only one in law enforcement that answers directly to the people.
He is their servant, and that is why the position is so powerful.
Now, in the Brady Bill itself, that decision, and in the Brady Bill itself, it talks about the CLEOs, the Chief Law Enforcement Officer.
And do you know that the FBI and the ATF got it right that time?
Because they delivered that document, giving us the orders, to the CLEOs of every county in this country.
They endorsed the sheriff as the CLEO as part of the Brady Bill Enforcement.
So you can see it in writing.
The sheriffs were called the CLEOs in the Brady Bill ruling and that act itself.
It's the only time you'll see it in writing.
Some people say, well, if the sheriff is so powerful, then why is he not mentioned in the United States Constitution?
And I say, that's the silliest, if not the stupidest thing I've ever heard.
A county position, you know, the mayor isn't mentioned in the U.S. Constitution.
The dog catcher, the governor of the state, the city council, the county commissioner, they're not mentioned in the Constitution because it's the federal Constitution.
Now, does the Constitution make a couple of rules for the states?
Yeah, it does.
It says they can't violate the Constitution, that you must swear an allegiance to the Constitution.
That means you don't have immunity.
Because if you swear to uphold something, then you can't have immunity.
You have to have the ability to be held accountable to that.
Correct.
And if you don't keep that oath, you've committed perjury and perhaps treason.
Because you're committing treason against the people of America.
So this brings me back to the case I want to talk to you about, the Supreme Court case.
This is now going to be heard on January 6th.
Interesting date.
So Lloyd Branson came on my show and we did a live and it kind of went viral.
You know, what's interesting is listening to you today in the red thread that God will put through things, right?
He doesn't think he wants to.
So you're in Arizona, which is a swing state, which is having all kinds of election issues like Georgia.
I'm in Georgia.
Larry Brunson's in Utah, of all places.
Utah, not a swing state, under the radar, where you've actually lived and worked and ran for sheriff and all these things.
And he, with his two brothers, Did this case.
They're professional trumpeteers, which I find very interesting that God's going to use them to write an election of Trump.
And it is so amazing to me.
He said he had seen where I was swatted and been praying for me, like knew who I was, just a little old me in South Georgia.
God can do anything he wants to, right?
He can do anything.
And so I want to talk about that case.
I want to talk about Immunity, because that's what the case is about.
So have you read the case?
Do you know what it's about?
I haven't read the whole thing.
I've seen several emails about it.
But yeah, I think the case is extremely valid.
And the points that they're trying to make are very legitimate.
However, I don't know how many people you've talked to who have gone to the Supreme Court.
But I know, and I went there.
I've tried to find out if this for sure is going to be heard by the Supreme Court.
If the Supreme Court is going to hear it, then they had to grant certiorari.
And I had never heard of that before until my lawyer said, guess what?
The United States Supreme Court granted you certiorari.
And I said, quit talking Latin to me.
That's Greek to me.
What are you talking about?
He said, of course.
You don't know what certiorari is.
You wouldn't.
You didn't go to law school.
And I said, thank goodness.
But he said, it means the Supreme Court is going to take your case.
You're going to the Supreme Court in December.
And I said, that is a miracle.
And of course it was.
I've tried to find where the United States Supreme Court granted certiorari to this Brunson case, and I can't find it anywhere.
Did you see where they had put it in the committee?
It says in committee on January the 6th.
Did you see that?
Yeah, but that's not granting certiorari.
That means they might be deciding whether to grant certiorari.
I don't know.
Well, they were supposed to grant the certiorari, I guess I never heard that word, but they were supposed to do that last week, and then all of a sudden it dropped January 6th.
So I don't know if that means that's when they're going to decide if they hear it, or have they already decided they're going to hear it?
I don't know.
I don't believe they've said they're going to take the case yet, and I don't want to burst any bubbles, but I also want to be frank and honest about this.
I don't know.
It could be.
It could be that they still go.
I have my doubts.
If they go to committee with it and they decide to grant surgery, great.
I hope they do.
I pray that they do.
But they've had other very strong cases regarding election fraud, and they've all turned them down.
Even the Republican ones that have been appointed by Trump, they've turned them down.
Because this isn't a fraud case.
It's different.
So this is a case about the oath of office.
And they, and I don't know if you know, but basically there were several senators, Ted Cruz was one, Marshall Blackburn was one, and they requested the 10-day window to investigate and not just certify the election on January 6, 2021.
And there was a precedent set for that in 1877 where they got the 10-day window, were able to investigate before they inquired because their constituents were asking and demanding and having issues.
So they took a 10-day window before they certified the election.
Well, that's what they requested and Mike Pence refused it and they went ahead and they certified election that needed to have some more information.
Exploration done.
So they went against the people, against their oath of office.
And so the lawsuit is about the oath of office and them saying they have immunity where you can't sue them when in fact you can't swear to uphold something that you don't have on the back end, some way to be held accountable to it.
And so, Lloyd Brinson, that was on my show, what he was saying was, they want it.
Like, they were contacting them, wanting them to get it binded, wanting it within two, you know, they said, we'll have it in two weeks.
They said, no, we want it now.
And this was the attorney that's the Supreme Court's attorney.
They were wanting it right then.
And seemingly, the Supreme Court wants to hear this case, and they are very concerned.
And, you know, it would make sense to me That they would want to hear it.
They would want to correct this issue of immunity because these elected people, if they actually got elected, but the people they say are elected, that swear to uphold the Constitution and they're not upholding it.
There's no accountability.
And so it's unraveling our whole entire republic.
Well, it is, but they're going to feel the same way about making a ruling on the oath of office.
And I don't believe that this Supreme Court Has the guts to do that.
I don't believe that they're going to tell everybody in public service, you're going to be held accountable for your oath of office.
Because that means they're going to have to.
And that means every chief of police, every sheriff, every cop, every detective, every city council member, every legislature, every legislator, governors, everyone.
And school boards, wow, yeah.
And for somebody to come out, I want to see the judge that has the guts to do that.
Because I have seen so many wimps in the U.S. Supreme Court and across this country in state courts, and they just don't have the guts to do something that will really change the country.
We will double-doll dare them to do it.
Oh, amen to that.
You are an alpha male.
Like, you are.
And I want to see somebody in the Supreme Court stand up and do what's right.
So we double-dog dare you.
I do too.
And they did in my case, but I will tell you, the five Republicans sided with me and the four Democrats sided with Clinton.
And it's so political back then and even now.
It's even more political now.
And I just don't see it happening.
You know, look what they did on the abortion issue.
Oh, we saved abortion.
No, they didn't.
This Supreme Court kept abortion going in every state that wants it.
And when was the last time?
They should have said in that ruling on Roe v.
Wade that the federal government, the United States Congress, has no authority whatsoever to fund a Private organization that provides abortions all across this country.
We pay with our tax dollars.
I agree.
And there's not a one of us that should be paying that tax.
And to this evil federal government that is anti-God, anti-freedom, anti-constitution, and pro-election fraud, when are they going to do something that really is pertinent to our belief system?
And they wouldn't do it on Roe v.
Wade.
They continue to allow tax dollars to be paid billions and billions to Planned Parenthood, which violates just about 10 different principles of the Bill of Rights.
And yet, they're going to take this and straighten this out?
No, I don't believe them.
I don't believe in them.
I believe in the Brunsons that are doing this.
And I believe in you.
And I believe in America and the American people.
And I believe in the sheriffs.
And I believe that the sheriffs can stop all the abuse of the IRS. Stop and even stop the funding for Planned Parenthood.
The sheriffs can do that.
And we do it county by county with one good sheriff at a time.
And we take this country back and we stop doing these ungodly, immoral things.
And we stand for American liberty.
I agree.
It's gotta happen at the county level.
I agree 100%.
The only solution left What do you think about them scheduling this, whether it's for committee or not, January 6th?
So that date is two years exactly from when they certified this election.
And it just doesn't make sense.
Either they're toying with us, or they're trying to scare the left, or either it's actually significant on the date.
I don't know, but it's very odd they chose that date.
It is odd.
When you said that, I forgot that until you said that.
I don't know.
I don't trust them.
There's an amendment.
Sheriff, you probably know this.
There's an amendment, and it is from the Congress of 1947, and it's talking about the two-thirds of the House and all of this and the two years.
If you're elected as president and then someone else serves for two years and they're removed, then you can go in and serve and then run again.
Yeah, that's true.
That's basically what Lyndon Johnson did when Kennedy was killed.
He could have run one more time, but he didn't.
That'd be 1947?
No, that was about 1963, 62.
This was changed in 1947.
It was probably 66, right in there, maybe 68.
I can't remember.
It was changed the 3rd of January, 1947.
So he won in 64 against Barry Goldwater.
So it had to be 68 that he ran.
He could have run again, but he didn't.
So, I don't know.
It's just interesting that it's two years to the date of the certifying of that election that they chose that date.
It is.
And let me tell you something.
I'm praying for the success of this case.
But I'm going to tell you right now, I bet you $5 to a donut that they don't take this case.
And if they do, it's not going to be good news.
But I hope they do.
And I hope they win.
Their cause is just, but I don't believe the Supreme Court has the guts to do it.
If we don't do something to hold these people accountable, then we have no other choice but counties taking the Constitution and holding it.
Well, that's already the choice.
I mean, I don't believe there's a smidgen of hope of change and restoration in Washington, D.C. Washington, D.C. is so corrupt that even the good people there are turning corrupt.
And so I just...
I feel like Abraham.
Lord, if I can find just five honest politicians in Washington, D.C., will you spare striking down Washington, D.C.? There's not.
They all play the money game.
It's all about power.
I just don't see it.
If we're going to stop corruption, the sheriffs are going to have to start arresting the corrupt public officials.
And making the rest of them irrelevant in our communities.
Make it where they have no say in our communities.
And yes, we the people with our sheriffs can do exactly that.
If we can find sheriffs that aren't beholden to our state and Senate House members and our congressmen and our U.S. Senators and our governors and our Attorney General and Secretary of State and Senate Governor and not to the people.
So they're held beholden to them instead of into their own constituents because there's no accountability.
And I don't know.
I mean, of course, there are some good sheriffs.
I know them.
I mean, I've met them across my state.
And I've met others.
I'm counting on that there's going to be one third of the...
Share us in America that will do this.
And I'm praying you're right.
And I also pray the Brunson case wins.
And we'll just...
God's got to move.
And God can do anything He wants to.
It's a miracle that it's at the Supreme Court.
They went through the whole case with me and how it happened.
And it's like God's opened one door after another.
And so what shouldn't happen and what looks impossible, God can turn a heart.
And He can turn...
You know, he can turn it.
So we just pray that something happens to right a wrong that's ruined in our country.
Amen to that.
And I'm with you all the way.
I want you to know I still have hope in my heart and that hope resides in every community in this country.
If you look at the elections county by county in 2020, Trump won about 85% of the counties of this country.
85%.
And there's a lot of good counties.
And we can strengthen America through each one of those counties.
And again, there's 3,086 sheriffs in America.
If we get 800, 900 to 1,000 sheriffs to do this, there will be no stopping us.
We will win this.
And there are some corrupt sheriffs, yes.
Maybe they'll catch on when they start seeing the other sheriffs that are willing to stand.
Like this Sheriff Harrington in New Mexico a few years ago, a pastor contacted him and said, what are you going to do if they come and shut me down and not let me have church?
And he said, I will put myself in the way and I will go to jail protecting you and your church.
Amen.
So if we get dedicated sheriffs like that, we can win this and we will.
That's right.
And that's why we have to have our sheriffs get involved constitutionally, know what to do.
And so please, Sheriff Mack, share how they can do that, how they can get involved and how the people listening to this can go talk to their sheriff and tell them how to contact this organization that you're with.
Well, that's part of the miracle that for the last 15 years, I've been doing constitutional training for sheriffs and peace officers all across this country.
In 2011, I formed the CSPOA, the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, and everybody can join that.
We have a CSPOA posse that is for you, for the people of this country, to support this great effort, not just financially, but morally, and you must stand with your sheriff.
Tomorrow, at 8 a.m.
Mountain Time, 10 a.m.
Eastern, we have a Sheriff Mac show on Brighteon TV. You can go to Brighteon TV and be with us.
Two hours after that, we have The Sheriff Mac Posse webinar.
Every one of you should be on that.
I think we're going to have a sheriff guest on with us tomorrow.
And this is all about uniting the sheriffs with the people to restore God-given liberty to America.
And if you're not educated and not involved, how are we going to do it?
So again, cspoa.org.
Become a member.
Make a donation to this holy cause and join us in the cause of liberty.
Amen.
Y'all make a donation.
Y'all go to the website.
Sheriff Mack would love to connect with you.
He would love to have your sheriff.
And I've talked to my sheriff.
I've talked to other sheriffs across Georgia.
I want every sheriff in this country to be a part of this.
So if we can get, golly, imagine 25 per state that have that many counties.
But I'm, you know, Georgia has 159 counties, so I'm not just, can we get 25 in Georgia?
So if we can just get, you know, 20%, wouldn't that be awesome?
So y'all talk to your sheriffs and please put pressure on them.
Say, listen, y'all need to be a part of this.
We've got to take this country back and we're going to do it one sheriff at a time.
Amen.
So thank you so much for coming and being my guest.
I want to have you again.
I want to go on your show so we can talk on there.
And you're a blessing.
You're just a blessing.
And I just want you to know that you tell your beautiful wife hello for me.
