And during a break, during the hearings, he just comes over to Ivan Rakeland and starts threatening him.
His people, other former Capitol police, have to hold him back.
Rakeland's very polite.
Rakeland's had other interactions before that have been polite.
And then he suddenly says, you tried to get people to kill my wife and my family and all this stuff, my kids.
And Rakelin's like, that's totally insane.
And so I called Rakeland.
I said, I've never seen that.
I heard that.
He goes, no, it's not true.
So here's the exclusive.
Ivan Rakeland is going to give him a cease and assist letter to admit it's not true tomorrow.
You have to do that with defamation.
And if he doesn't do it, he's going to sue for defamation.
But it just shows what a sociopath this guy is.
How he just totally shifts into, you know, you try to get my wife and my family killed.
You said do all this horrible stuff to my kids.

And he also flipped off members of Congress, pointing his hand like a gun at him.

And so now Ivan, looks very, very competent politically, is going to sue him.
And I don't think Fallone's going to retract it.
He's so arrogant.
Which is very, very sad to see him all bowed up and crazy.
But I understand seeing Jack Smith get caught in all his lies and be proven as a political hack trying to just put Trump in prison to basically steal the election.
It's upsetting to him to see his house and carts falling.
It must be really, really upsetting to see after all the stuff they've done against the American people that still didn't work that the bullying backfired.
