Time Text
It's a three-part test.
And it's a critical thing because you've got to understand that we are what what Pam Bondy said was literally inexcusable in my mind.
Pam Bondi represents the most magnetic administration.
I mean, Trump came up with Magna.
Free speech is the reason he's elected.
Free speech is the reason he's here.
I don't care that she says that she missed oh.
She's the attorney general of the United States of America in the most magic administration in history.
She's not arresting anybody that's done anything real.
She's allowing people, I mean, Brianna, you yourself have dealt with all sorts of nonsense because of the way people talk about you.
Because no one's even looking at that.
No one's even considering that.
Nobody cares about anybody unless it's the politicians.
Now the politicians, untouchable class, these people who think that they're Jesus offender.
Now we're talking about that.
We're talking about violence against them.
Here's the deal.
Unless in the United States, unless a a statement specifically is designed to elicit a law of state is protected by the by free speech.
So what the laws that she cited were very narrow and they're very hard to say uh the election, or who were J6 supporters, that they were all terrorists.
Unless we want to go back to that the next time we have a Democrat president, we'd better be fighting pretty darn hard to protect this First Amendment.
This is a terrifying move.
It wasn't just a misstep, it was absolute incompetence on a level that I think is unforgivable.
Yeah, yeah.
Tom, I mean the fact that she said that, and now I mean she's trying to correct herself, right?
But the reality of it is it just depends on who the administration is in the White House who's going to define what hate speech is, and Charlie Herc would have never wanted that, but even have a tweets to prove that he would never want that.
Tom Ren, thanks for all the incredible work you're doing and joining us this morning.
Give him a follow-on axe.
You actually post one of some of the most important absolutely, folks.
Uh those radio talking points you put out.
That's the facts.
That's why we gotta keep the administration on the straight and narrow, hold their figures afar.
We're not a panicking, we're holding their feet into the fire.
Follow my next Relock Jones.
And watch the American Journal.
