| Well, it's on record that the NSA and the CIA spied on the Senate over a decade ago when they were investigating CIA torture. | |

| And remember, the former head of these intelligence agencies, he headed up several, Clapper, the former head of the NSA, said, we've never spied on any American, ever. | |
