Nancy Pelosi said that this offer to extend the funding of the government for another 30 months so they can have another crisis in another month, and I don't really like that idea either.
Just go for the whole thing.
Just extend it.
But still, that's the compromising leadership of Mitch McConnell.
She said to extend it for another month and then to give us an extension of a six-year entitlement program for children.
That's just a cherry on the top of some doggy doo-doo.
Let me tell you what it is.
It's a cherry on the top of DACA, which is caca, okay?
That's the doo-doo.
That's the real doo-doo.
It's DACA. DACA is caca.
Who are these people?
And how many, more accurately, how many of them are there?
We've seen the figures floated out there.
The most common figure that is put out there is 800,000.
I've seen it as low as 700,000.
But USA Today...
And a writer named Alan Gomez.
And this is a very pro-immigration establishment piece from a Hispanic writer saying, no, there's 3.6 DREAMers, a number that is far greater than commonly known.
He said the political debate has overlooked just how many people there are in the country today that fall in that category.
3.6 million.
He said President Trump terminated it in September.
Well, he didn't terminate it.
He said he's going to terminate it in six months if they don't actually make it a law.
And we'll talk about really what DACA is, because as John Kelly went to the Hispanic Caucus on, let's see, was it Wednesday?
Thursday?
Wednesday.
He went to them and said, President Trump is really uninformed.
He's a candidate.
He didn't really know what he was talking about.
All those people who thought that he was going to do something about immigration, they don't know what he's talking about either.
He has evolved on this position, and Trump said no.
I haven't.
I know exactly what I'm talking about.
The wall is a wall.
I have not evolved on this position.
And it was John Kelly.
If you want to talk about somebody being uninformed, maybe he gaslighted President Trump over who really has the authority to do so.
It was his counterpart.
It was John Kelly's counterpart in the Obama administration that created DACA. So we'll get to that in a moment.
But let's talk about what the real problem here is.
Because as USA Today and Alan Gomez are pointing out, Bigger issue.
They said it's a number so large as this, and it raises the stakes for both sides in this dispute over whether or not to deport Dreamers or to give them a path to citizenship.
That's what the Democrats want.
They want voters.
He goes on to say the Dream Act was a bill that was proposed in Congress in 2001. It never passed.
That's where we get the Dreamer statement.
They never passed a bill.
They just...
Used the name.
That's what the Democrats are masters at doing.
The 3.6 million estimate of undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. before their 18th birthday comes from the Migration Policy Institute.
He said that is roughly a third of all undocumented immigrants, and it does not include millions of their immediate family members who are U.S. citizens.
And it doesn't include the extended family.
And it doesn't include any real documentation or definition of who the extended family is.
And then he talks about the different proposals that have been put out here for a pathway to citizenship and amnesty.
He said the most generous proposal is the American Hope Act.
Are we going to start calling them hopers?
Let's call them hoppers.
They hopped over the fence, except they're in the fence there.
The American Hope Act, introduced by Representative Luis Gutierrez.
Which would provide legal status to 3.5 million DREAMers, including a small group who pose public safety threats.
They even admit it!
Who would that small group be?
MS-13 or something like that?
Yeah, that's okay.
They pose public safety threats, but that's okay.
They've got dreams.
MS-13 has dreams.
Let me tell you what their dreams are.
The DREAM Act presented, another one would be the DREAM Act that was presented to Trump by a bipartisan group of senators last week.
That was the one that he went furious about, and that was the one then that Dick Durbin, basically they presented to him.
It's like, there's no way, no way we're going to do this.
2.1 million would be allowed to stay in the country.
Wait a minute, I thought we were talking about 800,000 kids.
No, 2.1 million actually, Mr. President.
It's like, why are we letting people in from these countries anyway?
Anyway, it said there is support across the country.
According to this writer in USA Today, for allowing dreamers who have records of achievement to stay, work, and reach their full potential.
Oh, I'm sorry, that wasn't this writer.
That was Senator Lindsey Graham, the senator from Mexico, old Mexico, the original Mexico.
Lindsey Graham says we should not squander these young people's talents and penalize our own nation.
Penalize our own nation.
So this is in our interest.
I didn't realize that.
I thought that was in Mexico's interest.
I thought that was why Mexico was telling them how to evade our laws so that Mexico didn't have to educate them.
And you and I would forfeit the American dream of owning a home so that we could pay for the education of the dreamers.
This is something to the Democrats.
Getting these dreamers as voters is essential to the life of their party.
It's more than 3 million.
It's 3.5 million or more.
And the extended people and their families.
This is more important than paying the bureaucrats in Washington, than paying military families, than getting a six-year extension on a child entitlement program for health care.
And of course, there are some other things on the table that Democrats never want to do.
That's lowering some Obamacare taxes or increasing border security.
They don't want any of that.
They don't want to end the diversity lottery.
They don't want to end chain migration of any sort.
None of that.
They don't care, actually, about an entitlement program for American kids because they want to give a pathway to citizenship for Democrat voters.
That's what we're talking about here.
They have lost over 1,000 elected seats under Obama because Obama doubled down on identity politics and socialism.
And the American people looked at this just like they did in North Carolina and said, yeah, it'd be cool to have a black president.
He seemed like a kind of nice guy, liked some of the things that he had to say, they said.
North Carolina, which typically would vote Republican, voted for Barack Obama in 2008. And then when they saw that he was about nothing other than identity politics and socialism, it was a massive sea change and a rush to the Republican Party like they'd never seen before in 2010. But the Democrat Party just wants to double down on this.
And the Trump administration, again, under Jeff Sessions, Jeff Sessions just doesn't seem to understand the law.
Isn't that surprising?
For somebody who's been a senator, a lawyer, and is now the attorney general, the chief law officer in the United States, he doesn't understand or respect, I should say, the Tenth Amendment.
He thinks that he can go in and tell the states without any specific enumerated powers in the Constitution what plants they can and cannot grow or consume or put in their body and use of medicine or whatever.
And he thinks that this...
DACA system is a law.
It's not a law.
It's a memo.
It was a memo from the Department of Homeland Security.
It said, we are going to defer taking any action on people who are here illegally.
It was a policy decision that violated the law.
It said, we're not going to do our duty.
We're not going to enforce the law.
But it didn't change the law, so why is he going to the court system?
Why are they allowing a judge to...
Shut down what President Trump said he was going to do.
Whether he's going to do it by executive order or whether he's going to have the head of Homeland Security say, you know, that deferral, we're not going to defer that action anymore.
We're going to take action.
TACA. We're going to take action on childhood arrivals.
And so you've got a judge who was in California who, on January the 9th, a San Francisco-based judge ruled that DACA must remain in place.
Well, we have a lawsuit moving forward.
Well, it's not a law.
And so it shouldn't even be in the courts.
And President Trump should do what Andrew Jackson did and say the court has made its ruling.
He said that to the Supreme Court.
They're appealing to the Supreme Court.
Please help us.
We don't have the backbone to do anything about this.
We don't have the backbone to tell our Homeland Security secretary to enforce a law.
We don't have the backbone.
Would you please that the Supreme Court...
Tell our Homeland Security official to enforce the law, to enforce immigration policy.
Andrew Jackson said, Supreme Court's made its decision.
Let's see him enforce it.
President Trump should say, this San Francisco sanctuary judge has made his decision.
Let's see him enforce it.
That's really what should be happening, but it's not, unfortunately.
Stay with us.
We'll be right back as we go back to this.
Don't forget that this is really about the life of the Democrat Party, and they're willing to sacrifice America for the Democrat Party.
They've lost over 1,000 offices under Obama because of his identity politics, because of his socialism.
They understand that they're going to disappear as a party if they don't get millions of foreign voters in, that they have groomed for this.
3.6 million Dreamers, as I just explained to you.
And their extended families.
And the memo from former Clinton Communications Director Jennifer Palmieri that I talked about earlier this week, going out to other Democrats saying, refuse to offer any votes for Republican spending bills that do not offer a fix for DREAMers and instead appropriate funds to deport them.
In other words, we're going to get them in as voters and citizens.
She said it is a critical component of the Democrat Party's future electoral success.
Yeah, 3.6 million voters plus their extended families.
She said if Democrats don't try to do everything in their power to defend DREAMers, that will jeopardize Democrats' electoral chances in 2018 and beyond.
In short, the next few weeks will tell us a lot about the Democrat Party and its long-term electoral prospects.
And I will tell you that it will also tell us a lot.
About the Republican Party and the long-term prospects for America, in case there's anybody in Washington that still cares about America.
You know, when this first came up six months ago, Politico was talking about, Trump has decided to end DACA with a six-month delay.
And as they talked about it, they said, well, they're going to couch this decision in legalese.
They're going to say things like, well, DACA is unconstitutional because Obama carried it out unilaterally instead of working through Congress.
That's right.
That's right.
So why are we even talking about this in the courts?
Why don't we have the Department of Homeland Security just say we're not going to defer that anymore?
It was Obama's Department of Homeland Security.
Wrote a memo, said we're not going to enforce the law.
So why don't we have a Homeland Security Department under Trump that says we're going to enforce the law?
And the courts don't have anything to say if you're going to enforce a law.
There's nothing to appeal to the Supreme Court to beg them about this because we've got a San Francisco judge doing this.
Let me tell you what else is coming out of San Francisco and Oakland and other places in California.
Here's the mayor saying she will go to jail to protect their sanctuary city policies.
Here's the mayor.
Concerned about being held criminally liable?
Absolutely not.
We are exercising our fully legal right to be a sanctuary city and to protect our residents.
And the fact that the federal government is suggesting that it is actively retaliating against jurisdictions that are exercising their right to have sanctuary policies, that is what is illegal.
So you're ready to go to jail over this?
Yes.
Let's help her do that.
Let's help her do that.
You know, we talked about nullification and the powers of the states.
The Tenth Amendment says that unless the federal government has enumerated, specific enumerated powers, specifically told they have the power to this, they specifically have been given the power to protect our borders and to enforce immigration policy.
And so that's not something that California can go in and say, we're exercising our rights.
She called President Trump the bully-in-chief.
She says he's coming after our most vulnerable residents.
They're now residents.
They're not even immigrants.
They are residents.
These young immigrants are now residents, she said.
And we're going to protect all our residents.
That's what she had to say.
And they're talking about imminent raids being put out by ICE. They're saying, as California declared themselves a sanctuary state, they said, well, we'll see about that.
We're going to have major sweeps in this area, in San Francisco and Oakland, where we have this judge saying, we're going to say that you cannot stop deferring the enforcement of the law.
Think about that.
It's almost as confusing as what Dianne Feinstein has said about whether or not she's going to vote for the spending bill.
I mean, it's like several double negatives.
DACA was to say, we're not going to enforce the law, and now you've got a judge saying, you can't not not enforce the law.
And we're going to see if that's legal, to enforce the law, is what they're really saying.
You've got a double negative, so they're saying you can't enforce the law.
This is not legitimate nullification.
They do have the ability to do that, but it goes beyond that.
It goes beyond her saying, and the local police department saying, we're not going to help ICE. As a matter of fact, we're going to warn people about this.
She says, I'll do anything.
I'll go to jail to protect my residents.
We have a legal right to be a sanctuary city and to protect our residents.
No, she doesn't.
She said that it's illegal for the government to push back against their sanctuary policies.
They do not have the right to unilaterally decide that they're not going to enforce a border anymore.
I wish they would secede.
I wish New California would secede from these people and let, yes, California and the left.
Go ahead and do their own thing.
Be an independent state or join Mexico, which appears to be what they really want to do.
Here's the California Attorney General talking about how he's going to punish with fines of up to $10,000 any employers who help ICE in these raids.
Here's the California AG. in particular and how we go about treating the information about the workplace and employees at the workplace by employers such that we try to protect the privacy interests of people who work there and that we're not sharing information in ways that would violate the rights the privacy rights of those individuals and the ability of folks to work free of We're
at the workplace.
And so what we're trying to just make sure is that employers are aware that this is 2018.
There is a new law in place.
And, you know, the admonition that's out there for anyone is ignorance of the law is no excuse.
Okay, let's just hold that.
Ignorance of the law.
You're talking about ignorance of the law.
They don't care what the law is.
Badges, we don't need no stinking badges.
And if you look, here's the out for the people here.
And actually, this could be a positive development.
He is threatening the employers, if they have anything to do with these ICE things, they're going to get a fine of up to $10,000.
So if you're an employer, just don't hire an illegal alien.
How's that for doing that?
But of course, you're not allowed to verify whether or not they're a citizen or not, according to California.
So the decision is on you.
Are you going to be smart about this?
You can tell if somebody is an American citizen in most cases.
You better be very careful about who you hire.
But it puts them in a sticky situation.
So maybe they should just take their business and go to California before California takes their business away from them.
And maybe the people who are coming here that are going to be rounded up by ISIS, by ISIS, by ICE, one way or the other, maybe they should just avoid coming here.
All right, I've got to squeeze this in because we had very little time for it.
There's a protest of the lies in Vegas this Sunday.
At the Mandalay Bay Hotel, and here's what one of our honest congressmen had to say about this.
I smell a rat like a lot of Americans do.
Nothing's adding up.
It's been four months, as you said.
The man's dead.
They said he's a lone gunman, lone shooter, yet we can't get the autopsy results.
But even more troubling than that, recently I've been made aware of what I believe to be credible evidence or credible information regarding potential terrorist infiltration through the southern border regarding this incident.
Terrorist.
Yes, sir.
Connections.
All right, so we don't really know what's going on.
But you know what?
We do know what's going on.
We know that they're lying to us.
I don't know who really did it.
I don't know what happened.
I mean, this thing has smelled to the high heavens from the very beginning.
So if you want to voice your opinion about this, go to the Mandalay Bay Hotel for a protest this Sunday, January the 21st.
We need some answers, and even Congress is getting upset about this.
I'm David Knight.
Thanks for listening.
Thanks for listening.
The new product at InfoWarsLife.com in a glass bottle, two-month servings, filled to the brim, filled to the absolute top, the real red pill.
This is a heart and brain pill, a nootropic that doesn't have any stimulants in it.
But boy, does it stimulate because it's beyond that.
Quite frankly, I just went off what I saw medical doctors.
