| I was just saying, remember the whole Ebola outbreak and how it really kind of got shut down fast when it turned out that it was that facility that was there and they were doing some testing and then something kind of got loose at the lab. | |
| And then they closed it down and it stopped. | |
| And if you look, what do all these places have in common? | |
| These are more or less third world countries that don't have the best hygiene practices. | |
| You know, once you start instituting, once you help develop these areas, which is why, as stupid as Rick Perry sounded when he said, when you have lights on, there's less sexual assaults. | |
| When you have lights, there's something true to that. | |
| When you have street lights, there's less crime. | |
| Right. | |
| When it's dark, criminals roam around. | |
| They love the dark. | |
| Right. | |
| So, he's saying when you have less lights, you're going to have less sexual assaults, which is true in some part. | |
| People are making fun of him about it. | |
| But also... | |
| Those lights represent electricity. | |
| They represent development. | |
| When we develop Africa and we develop the Middle East and we get these people out of the Dark Ages, one, they're not going to be running to the Muslim religion as much. | |
| They're going to be like, whoa, there's a whole other world out there. | |
| The reason they want to come to America, supposedly, is because it looks pretty badass. | |
| It doesn't look like where they're living right now. | |
| We have running water. | |
| We have sewage. | |
| We're able to treat these things and grow as a society. | |
| That's what these areas need, and they will start having less children, and the population will stabilize. | |
