[00:02:29]  59 of Bowling Green is charged with one count of fourth-degree assault that's being held at the Warren County Detention Center, according to news release from Kentucky State Police.

[00:02:52]  Just before 3.30 p.m., they determined that Bocher had intentionally assaulted the junior senator, Release, it was not immediately clear what injury he suffered.
