Special Reports & Tweets - FBI Lets Clinton Off The Hook Again Aired: 2017-09-01 Duration: 04:05 === FBI Ignores Public Interest (03:10) === [00:00:04] The FBI thinks America's just not that interested in reading Hillary's emails. [00:00:09] The bureau rejected a FOIA request made by attorney Ty Clevenger. [00:00:14] Who's been trying to have the former Secretary of State punished for perjury and see her personal attorneys disbarred for their handling of her official emails during her time in office. [00:00:25] The FBI claims Clevenger failed to sufficiently demonstrate the public's interest in disclosure outweighs the personal privacy interests of Mrs. Clinton. [00:00:35] Clinton's use of a secret email and off-site server to conduct government business were front-page news for most of 2015 and 2016. It even warranted then-FBI director James Comey to break from procedure to make public statements and appearances before Congress. [00:00:54] Members of Congress themselves called for an investigation into whether or not Clinton perjured herself in testimony to Capitol Hill. [00:01:02] But all of that wasn't enough apparent interest by the public, according to the FBI. A stunned Clevenger told The Washington Times he would have expected this outcome had Clinton become president, but she didn't. [00:01:16] So it looks like the Obama administration is still running things at the FBI. Apparently, the Federal Bureau of Investigation forgot about the tens of thousands of Americans wearing Hillary for prison t-shirts at rallies nationwide, or the scores of groups chanting, Lock her up. [00:01:34] Maybe Bernie Sanders doesn't think America cares about the damn emails, but a lot of people are still very interested in learning why Comey made the decision to allow Hillary's aides to destroy evidence in exchange for testimony. [00:01:49] Testimony that couldn't be corroborated due to now lack of evidence. [00:01:54] Millions want to know how Clinton could get away with bleach bidding her server after it was subpoenaed. [00:02:02] You were in charge of it. [00:02:03] You were the official in charge. [00:02:04] Did you wipe the server? [00:02:05] What, like with a cloth or something? [00:02:07] I don't know. [00:02:07] You know how it works digitally. [00:02:09] Did you try to wipe the whole server? [00:02:10] I don't know how it works digitally at all. [00:02:12] Seeking to clear up any confusion over the level of public interest, a petition has now been started on the White House website demanding release of the documents. [00:02:21] It's awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country. [00:02:27] Because you'd be in jail. [00:02:29] Secretary Clinton. [00:02:30] Yeah! [00:02:32] Woo! [00:02:33] Yeah! [00:02:33] I love Trump! [00:02:34] Since the election, Donald Trump has been strangely quiet about Hillary's emails. [00:02:39] Perhaps he's doing a favor for Ivanka's good friend, Huma Abedin. [00:02:43] But in any case, Trump promised America that he'd serve the Clintons some long overdue justice. [00:02:49] Mr. President, it's time to make good. [00:02:52] Leanne McAdoo, Infowars.com.
