| We have reached the great crossroads. | |

| This bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. | |
| If CBO scored the mandate as taxes, the bill dies. | |
| Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. | |
| And basically, you know, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever. | |
| But basically, that was really, really critical to getting the thing to pass. | |
| That's why Nancy Pelosi said we have to pass the bill to see what's in it. | |
| But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it away from the fog of the controversy. | |

| You know why they told you that? | |
| Because Obamacare was designed to collapse. | |
| It was designed to fail. | |
| And we also know that it was Republicans like Mitt Romney teaming up with Democrats since the 90s to try to get government-mandated healthcare passed in the name of giving everyone healthcare, but also stealing your money and giving it to insurance companies. | |
| So then the government says, Well, we didn't get the funding we need for Obamacare, so let's go steal it from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, something unprecedented that Infowars.com broke months ago. | |
| But let's flash back. | |
| Remember the Republicans that blamed the Democrats? | |
| How about Paul Ryan after Republicans couldn't repeal it the first time, saying, we just need a Republican Congress. | |
| We need a Republican House. | |

| You get us a Republican president, we're going to make sure that Obamacare is repealed. | |
| This law will collapse under its own weight or it will be repealed. | |
| Because all those rules and procedures Senate Democrats have used to block us from doing this, that's all history. | |
| We have shown now that there is a clear path to repealing Obamacare without 60 votes in the Senate. | |
| So next year, if we're sending this bill to a Republican president, it will get signed into law. | |
| Obamacare will be gone. | |
| And then... | |
| For all the people who have seen their premiums go up. | |
| For people who have lost their plan or their doctor. | |
| For people who have to deal with all the mandates, the restrictions, and the red tape. | |
| We can replace this law with a truly patient-centered healthcare system. | |
| It's just a matter of time. | |
| Don't forget about Mitch McConnell at CPAC in 2013. He said, we're going to repeal it. | |

| And Branch, he had a stack of the Obamacare bill almost 10 feet high that he put behind him to illustrate this and to hammer home his point that he was going to be a part of the repeal of Obamacare. | |
| And that's what these Democrats voted for. | |

| So today, on July 19th, 2017, the Republicans had their house, had their Senate, had their president, had a chance to hit a grand slam. | |
| And repeal Obamacare like they promised they would, like they told you they were going to do for seven years, campaigning, telling you they were going to repeal Obamacare. | |
| Mitch McConnell, all the Republicans, telling you, vote for me again, and I'm going to repeal Obamacare. | |
| Well, guess what? | |
| You struck out. | |
| You had the bases loaded, the Senate, the House, the presidency, and you failed. | |
| And you know what you proved yourself as? | |
| A fraud. | |
| A liar. | |
| We're looking right at you, Mitch McConnell. | |

| Are you going to listen to the tape of yourselves years ago telling the American people who voted for you that you were going to repeal Obamacare? | |

| You're going to act like it was the Democrats again, weren't you? | |
