It's always a pleasure to visit InfoWars.
I'm here maybe every six months, and it is a beehive of activity and of freedom fighting, for sure.
Well, thank you.
That's what we want to talk about today.
We want to talk about health issues and where they meet liberty and freedom.
Exactly.
Because in the news today, we've got, of course, Obamacare and the government taking over our health care.
We also have the Charlie Gard issue, which is another issue of the government's control over life.
And today we had in the District of Columbia a passing in that local jurisdiction of assisted suicide, which again is a slippery slope towards euthanasia that will eventually become something that death panels enact when we turn over our health care in total to the government.
And that's the path.
On which we're headed right now.
And where is informed consent in that path?
Where is the universal right to control your own life and your own health?
It seems to be disappearing rapidly.
It is disappearing rapidly.
And in this article, you've got privatizing tyranny, liberty and the crony corporate state.
You start talking about California and their mandatory vaccine law, where they said, if you're not going to use our vaccination schedule, get all the vaccines that we tell you in the timeframe in which we tell you.
Then you're not going to be allowed to use our government schools.
To one extent, that's kind of a good thing.
That's maybe an unintended benefit for people not to have their kids in the government propaganda re-education centers.
But they're going to use that to withhold health care.
We know that's going to be the case.
And, you know, California.
Governor Jerry Brown's shirt.
Used to be Governor Moonbeam back in his first incarnation as governor, but now the velvet glove is off, the iron fist is shown.
And what does he say to people?
He says, your California state constitution guarantees to each child a so-called free public education.
And international law guarantees to every human being the right of informed consent.
And we have a right and a privilege that are clashing.
And what they're trying to do is offer people what is called in our jurisprudence an unconstitutional choice or an unconstitutional condition where they condition a government benefit on the surrender of a right.
That's illegal.
The courts in our country have ruled that illegal over and over again.
And so I believe that California's SB 277 is quite unlawful and it will eventually be overturned by courts or by public opinion.
And I think when we look at this law in California, forcing people to take vaccines, and then combine that with what's happening with Charlie Gard in the UK, where they are withholding treatment from him, the bottom line is that they see you as their possessions, as their cattle, if you will.
And they will put into you what they wish, and they will withhold from you what they wish.
And, of course, that spectrum goes through the FDA and through the DEAs, both drug prohibition.
And it's also the FDA, because when we look at Charlie Gard and we have this offer of free or an offer of medical care for this experimental treatment, and perhaps they had to pay for it, but they have a large fund that they have crowdsourced there.
But nevertheless, when they wanted to extend that offer, they said, we're going to have to get the FDA's approval, and yet this is a terminal patient.
Talk about that.
Indeed.
Well, unfortunately, there is some case law from 20 or 25 years ago in the Laetrile cases where terminally ill people went to court and said, your medicine says we're terminally ill and nothing that doctors can do will save us.
So why are you trying to stop us from using natural alternatives?
And the courts held that even though people...
Had no expectation of survival.
Nonetheless, the government's interest in maintaining its control over the health system was sufficient that the individual should not be allowed to have access, in this case, to a natural form of chemotherapy, laetrile or vitamin B17, as it's sometimes called.
So we have some bad laws on the books.
We have some good laws, too.
Just as recently as...
2013, in the case of McNeely v.
Missouri, the Supreme Court said in a case about sticking a needle into someone's arm, they said, we have always, we have never retreated from our position that you have a privacy interest in preventing an agent of the government from piercing the skin.
And of course, in that case, McNeely refused to consent.
To an alcohol blood test.
Yes.
Well, they have that all the time here in Texas.
They're not enforcing that law here in Texas.
They have mandatory blood draws at their drug driving stops.
Not without informed consent.
Or, and this is what the case says, a particularized order from a specific judge about that person.
And in McNeely's case, the court said the officer could have called a judge on the phone and had an order within minutes and chose not to do that.
Despite the refusal to consent.
So again, informed consent is what links all of this together.
And the privatization of tyranny is an attempt to get around our right of informed consent.
And so back in 2009, during the swine flu pandemic, the swine flu panic, it never was a pandemic.
Because nobody ever took the vaccines and therefore the pandemic was not triggered.
It's the vaccine that triggers.
The pandemic.
What happened was the people in the millions refused vaccines and the government attempted through mandating in an indirect way.
The CDC recommended this untested vaccine.
It said, you know, through one side of its mouth, this is just a change of strain and so we don't have to test it for safety.
And through the other side of its mouth it said, this is a new and dangerous virus which could be pandemic.
Instead, they attempted to get the nursing colleges, the hospitals, the schools, lots of private institutions and lots of local government institutions to impose the mandates for them.
I was involved in some of the court cases that stopped that and stopped the vaccination the U.S. government had bought.
$6 billion worth of untested, unsafety-tested flu vaccines.
They wanted everybody to have them.
Then Secretary of HHS, Sebelius, said in testifying before Congress, everyone will be vaccinated, starting with the volunteers.
Oh?
If we don't volunteer, we'll volunteer you.
Even $6 billion worth of this junk wasn't enough, and they were going to have to spread the supply.
And so the government bought a half a billion dollars worth of squalene.
Now, squalene, when you put it on your skin, is actually a good part of cosmetics.
And squalene, when it's ingested, is a food.
But squalene, when it's injected into the human body, or any mammal's body, is part of something called Freund's final solution, which is a material that's used in laboratories to sacrifice lab animals.
It causes irreversible infertility.
And it can cause death.
This was going to be admixed with the vaccines in 90,000 locations around the country, in grammar school cafeterias, in town hall basements, wherever, not pharmaceutical facilities.
And they were going to be mixing the vaccine and the adjuvant, and then they were going to be giving this to people.
Well, as I said, the American population refused to take the vaccines.
In Boston, the home city of forced vaccination, They had 50,000 doses, and they said, you may have to line up a day in advance to get your dose, because there's a half a million people.
500 people showed up for the vaccine in a city of a half a million.
So, still, Americans are still resisting this type of control.
And it's not just...
And it boils down to informed consent.
You got it.
People need to know what is in it.
We keep telling people, look at the label on your vaccines to see what else is in there.
That they're not telling you about.
Things like you're talking about squalene or mercury or other issues that are there and they're the adjuvants that they put in.
They say to irritate your immune system to make it more effective.
That is one issue.
But we look at it and, of course, clearly there's a profit motive here with Big Pharma.
There is a control motivation with the government.
And then, of course, now we've got the insurance companies involved now with Obamacare.
Just a couple of days ago we had an op-ed piece from Rand Paul.
Saying the health care bill is a giant bailout super fund for insurance companies.
He said, we're not going to have taxpayer money subsidizing this $15 billion industry.
And if they're making $15 billion out of this, will they kill you for that?
You bet they will kill you for that.
People have killed for far less than that.
You know, it's called the Liverpool pathway.
The insurance industry and the hospitals have managed the passing of the greatest generation.
At one point, a couple of years ago, there were several hundred World War II vets dying every week, and it was the same pathway, and it was mediated through privatized tyranny.
And what happened is, you would be told, my father, my uncles, the family was told, there's nothing more we can do.
Do you want to ship your loved one to a hospice, or do you want an in-home hospice?
And everyone chooses in-home hospice.
And the hospital bed is brought in.
The patient is brought in.
The nurse comes in and says, if you think your loved one is uncomfortable, let me know and I'll give him a morphine patch immediately.
But if he can eat, that's okay.
Well, once you get the morphine patch, you don't eat.
And you're dead within 36 hours.
And it's managing death.
And it's not being done by formal death committees.
Which is what we all feared from Obamacare.
No, it's being done because they've privatized the system, if you will.
They've done it in so many ways.
Censorship, a whole different subject.
Censorship of our speech.
What Infowars is all about stopping, that is now being privatized through institutions like Facebook and Google.
These are ostensibly private companies, but in reality...
They're not private companies.
They are creatures of the state.
They are creatures of the elite that runs the state.
And if a baker or a photographer can be forced to go against conscience and work for people they don't want to work for, why can't Google and Facebook be forced to allow us to speak freely?
We've all suffered from the unappealable.
You have an alternative with a different baker or photographer, but you don't have a different Google.
They have pretty much a monopoly that they've made sure that they've got.
And what they tell you, and I've gone through this with a number of these institutions, including PayPal and others, they tell you is, we have proprietary criteria, which we can't reveal to you.
So now it's secret censorship on top of the rest.
But it's proprietary.
They're a private company.
But they're not.
They're not private persons.
And they need to be treated as state actors, which is what they are.
Yeah.
We've got just a little bit of time left here.
And I want to talk about what's structurally wrong with Obamacare.
Because we've had the repeal and replace.
It's a complicated process to say, we're going to get rid of this and we're going to come up with some replacement.
And, of course, replacements that have been offered don't really have anything to do with...
Changing the infrastructure of control that Obama put in, okay?
They're just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
As it sinks rapidly.
Yes, yes.
But when we look at repeal, and now we're told that we've already had three senators who have said they're not going to vote for repeal, we've had a lot of Republicans selling this and saying, don't worry, we'll have Tom Price, who's now the Secretary of Health and Human Services, don't worry, he's going to fix what's wrong with this, because he's a good guy.
Well...
The next person who comes along with the Democrat administration is going to unfix all that because we've got a health czar in Washington controlling our individual health, telling us and forcing us to buy insurance policies from these insurance companies.
I think one of the key things about this, it was a real eye-opener, I think, for people, should have been at least.
We saw the Cruz Amendment, which came in, the insurance companies opposed it.
The Cruz Amendment would say, all right.
You're going to be allowed to sell competitive insurance policies that won't require a single male to buy a pregnancy policy, pregnancy coverage.
But as long as you sell the Cadillac Obamacare mandated policy that's got everything in it, the kitchen sink.
As long as you offer that, you can offer a competitive thing.
But they don't want to offer.
The insurance companies came out and said, we don't want that.
So we know they're anti-choice.
They're anti-competition.
They don't want this competition.
They want everybody to be forced to buy the...
Cadillac policy that they put together that continues to increase in price.
Exactly.
And of course, what we have here is an insurance industry that can only, that profits from prolonging illness.
And I think that I have to agree with President Trump on this one.
If Congress does nothing, Obamacare will collapse.
And that's not a bad thing.
Because you said, what is wrong with Obamacare?
Number one, there's not a single word in the Constitution about the federal government controlling health care.
That's number one.
I mean, the mere fact that it's an unconstitutional action on the part of the government, what do we need to do?
We need to repeal all of those laws, and we need the federal government to get out of that business.
You know, the insurance industry is quite capable of taking care of itself, you know, and when the insurance industry says something, for example, the insurance industry has made the decision that there are two areas of our economy which are uninsurable risks, and those areas are nuclear power and vaccination.
And in both cases, Congress passed laws taking away from us our right.
To redress for injuries, for vaccine injuries, most notably.
And rather than accept the judgment of the insurance industry, which I think may know more about risk than anybody else.
And they want to sell those Cadillac policies because they get a lot of money in and their risks are low.
Yeah, that should tell us something about nuclear power and vaccines, if they want to remove that.
It's kind of in the same category as war, right?
You got it.
They're not going to insure you for those things.
That should be a real warning signal.
Well, certainly we've seen when President Trump was a candidate, the proposal that he had.
And he didn't talk a great deal about it as a candidate, but he did have it on his website.
And it had all the kinds of market reforms and choice that we wanted to see.
It had information.
It had purchasing power for consumers in terms of health savings account.
Tax cuts instead of taxing devices and saying that's going to make medical care more affordable.
Nothing than the Affordable Care Act made health care more affordable for anybody.
But it had real market reform.
So you had visibility where you were informed as a consumer.
You had purchasing power as a consumer.
You had real competition between insurance companies and other entities.
None of that is being talked about by the Republican Congress because Republican Congress loves this.
The plan meets the swamp.
Exactly.
And it sinks.
Exactly.
Well, that's the real issue.
It truly is about liberty, tyranny, and the crony corporate state.
