We first started off at the protest for the SB4, the Sanctuary Cities protest.
It was more so a pep rally of some sorts out there, and we've moved through here.
And it's interesting dynamics being in Texas from what we've seen portrayed with the Berkeley and stuff.
We have armed opposition on both sides because of the open carry of the long gun and so forth.
So it's kind of an interesting dynamic.
But I will say it's been fairly peaceful.
It's been a lot of de-escalation with the law enforcement pulling people out, putting them in handcuffs, pulling them out, just removing them from the situation, and then letting them go.
They're not getting booked.
They're not having to spend money, get out of jail.
They're getting let go.
So it's been kind of de-escalation and I haven't seen too much violence being out here at all.
I have seen them passing around mace and so forth in there, but they've stayed in their huddle and they haven't broke their formation.
So I don't suspect them at this point coming up behind people and macing them that we've seen at these other Trump events and Berkeley rallies and so forth.
Different dynamics definitely here in Austin, Texas.

You were talking about tactics and how things are getting funneled in and whatnot.
Where are you from and where can people catch your stream?
This is just on my personal Facebook Live.
I am the founder of Lone Star Gun Rights.
We are a Texas-based gun rights organization pushing for the expansion of gun rights here in Texas.
We are pushing for constitutional carry at the moment.
We got campus carry passed this past year, which is very interesting because today we had that stabbing.
Four people stabbed, one person died.
What stopped that bad guy?
Well, it's rumored that it might have been a license-to-carry student that actually held them down for the campus police to come there and do their job.
If it wasn't that LTC, it was the campus police with the firearm.
So what beats a knife fight is a gun.
You know, bring a gun to a knife fight and it wins.
If you don't have a way to defend yourself, you're defenseless.
And when seconds count, you better be able to defend yourself.
And it is our job, our responsibility to take care of our own self, our own means, family, and, you know, community.
Totally agree.

I got something interesting to point out here real quick.
So, the Antifa people are heading up here, and all the police are following them.
But there's a bunch of other armed people back here.
But the police know these people are patriots.
These people don't hate America.
They don't go start fights on the streets.
So they're staying on the Antifa people, making sure they don't start anything here.

It was getting pretty crazy.
We decided to leave.
We got chased out by a little group of anti-fascists, but we went over by the police, so they just backed off.
And so we were leaving, and then as we were leaving, we came into this group of...
Trump supporters, American supporters, there was Joe Biggs, there was a bunch of people over there, all kind of convening.
Pause for one second, I think I'm going to plug in this mic and see if we can get it working.

So, basically, as we're leaving, we saw a group of people having American flags, Trump supporters, supporters of the American way of life, the Constitution, the First Amendment.
They were all convening and they were planning to march up.
Just to make sure that the commies didn't decide they were going to start rioting, burning things, and smashing windows and tearing up the town if the police stood down.
Now, the Austin police are amazing.
They did a great job today.
They kept the peace, which that didn't really happen in Berkeley a couple times.
We saw things get out of hand when the police stood down.
This time, the police, they did their job amazing in Austin, and we just marched back up, and I was over at that library.
Or that visitor center and the police had taken over the visitor center.
They had made arrests.
There were at least like 40 people probably that were arrested.
Now they had a lawyer that had already pre-planned that they were going to get arrested and he already had bonds for them.
So he gave the police their bonds and the police just released the people.
And he tried to claim, oh, they were arrested because they were exercising their First Amendment.
No, that's not true.
They were arrested because they were blocking the entrance to a public building, which is against the law.
So, yeah, they got released.
People started getting crazy.
The Antifa started heckling us.
Luckily, Joe Biggs and some of the other guys were there when one of the hecklers was chasing me down.
This grown man was chasing me down.
Joe Biggs kind of fended him off or whatever, but so, you know, those guys are out there.
It's great.
They protect the press when the anti-fascists try to attack them.
But yeah, we just kind of followed it, followed the protest, came down here.
You know, things were getting really heated and crazy.
Fire, you know, or smoke bombs were going off.
But all in all, it was pretty peaceful to the extent that I don't...
I don't believe anybody was seriously injured.
No deaths, nothing crazy like we've seen at Berkeley.
And that's because the police actually did a really good job keeping a good boundary between people.
And these fascist, these, sorry, not fascist, these commies.
Yeah, I mean, it's hard because they act like fascists in a sense, and then they call us fascists, and it's like, how am I a fascist?
I'm not a fascist, so don't say I'm something that I don't identify with.

And then it prevents open dialogue.
And that's what I was calling them out on.
I was just trying to have open dialogue with them.
And there was a lot of other people shouting things.

That's not how a political movement comes to be.
But it's not really a political movement.
It's all about Soros funding these basically left-wing versions of brown shirts.
To go around and create chaos on the streets so the Soros-linked mainstream media can then broadcast it to the public suggesting that these Antifa people represent a large percentage of the American population so they can claim that it's all about being against Trump.
So yeah, it's all about manufactured chaos and manufactured narratives.
And once you understand that, you know...
You're just going to basically ignore all the BS and really focus on what really matters.

All we know is an LTC holder displayed their firearm and the threat was stopped.
The guy ran away.

Why do you think that's being covered up?
Not covered up, but not being talked about by the mainstream media?
Because they don't want you to know that a good guy with a gun is going to stop a bad guy with a gun.
And that it just happened.
They just made this rule in effect.
They just allowed people to start doing this.

Police are minutes away, but when it comes to you being able to protect yourself, protect your loved ones, that's what the LTC is all about.
That's what the Second Amendment is all about.
That's what being able to carry a handgun is all about, being able to protect yourself.
Not being a one-armed security team trained to clear an entire building.
We're not trying to go out there and save the world.
It's all about us protecting ourselves, protecting our loved ones, and if there's something in the immediate threat, we're going to stop that threat.
