Time Text
Owen Schroer here for Infowars.com.
We're actually moving here.
Behind me, we were just at the public area where Trump supporters have gathered who could not get inside the hangar because it was a sold-out event, too crowded.
And they were standing out here watching.
And Trump is actually still speaking.
It was a great speech.
Melania said a prayer.
Here we go.
Here's a veteran for Trump right here.
Make America great again.
And what has actually developed?
Hey, thank you for your service, sir.
Thank you.
Thank you.
So what has actually happened here is earlier...
Here, let's stop right here for a second.
So earlier, the protesters were on the other side of the road, okay?
They have now encroached, and now they are on the same ground as the Trump event.
So again, just so you can get an idea, the protesters were on the other side of the road.
All lined up.
Now, whatever is left of the protesters are all on this side of the road.
And you can see that there's a police line kind of blocking them.
You know, and in fact, I just realized they probably won't even let me talk to these people.
But here's the deal.
Here's the deal.
I'm going to try to talk to these people because I have some points that I think they need to hear.
Most likely, the police officers either won't let me talk to them or they'll just scream in my ear.
But this is the truth of the matter here, folks, because...
I'm sitting over here.
I'm listening to Donald Trump speak.
At the same time, you're hearing the white noise, the gnat in your ear buzzing in the background.
They're not getting enough attention, so they decide they're going to encroach over here.
So now I'm hearing them right behind me, so I want to go talk to them.
But here's the thing, folks.
I mean, this is honestly sad.
I'm going to be perfectly honest with you.
These people are so brainwashed.
I mean, I don't even know.
It's beyond brainwashing now, honestly.
It's a complete brain drain.
There's nothing left.
There's no individual thought.
There's no capacity for intelligent conversation.
There's no open-mindedness.
And, I mean, the double standards are just, I mean, it goes on and on.
But here's the deal.
Earlier, I mean, it's the same chance.
No hate.
I mean, literally.
Okay, so now they're back on this one.
No hate, no fear.
Refugees are welcome here.
So here's what we're going to do.
And this, again, I just want to say this again.
This is really sad.
These people are completely brainwashed.
It's amazing the difference.
And this is the divide by the fake news.
They have a fake reality based on fake news.
We have our own reality based on living in reality and experiencing reality and life for ourselves.
So I'm going to go try to talk to these people about the refugees.
And I'm going to ask them if they know that a Somali refugee came here and stabbed 11 people on Ohio State's campus.
So I'm going to go see if they know about that.
And how they feel about that.
So let's go over there.
But recently, with events like this, when we get to this point, the police do not let me speak to them.
In fact, I'm just going to go watch after them.
Let's see what happens.
Okay.
Oh, and this is the other thing too, folks.
They think that just because they're chanting loudly together in a group, that that's somehow a winning argument, or that that's somehow intellectual.
That's why they can't talk to you.
This is their intellect, is chanting just over and over as loud as they can.
No capacity for information.
So let's go talk to them.
Excuse me, ladies.
Do you mind if I ask you about your protests?
So you were just talking about immigrants being welcome here.
You don't think Donald Trump is pro-immigrant?
I think that he's definitely said some things that go against pro-immigrant.
What exactly has he said that you think is wrong about immigration?
Well, I think just the rhetoric that he's spreading is really dangerous.
The rhetoric about building the wall in Mexico, and even if you're implying that certain people are bad people coming in from another country, and the way that he's just speaking about it.
So he should ignore it, or what should he do?
Well, I don't think he should ignore it, but I don't think that he should conglomerate one group of people into a certain stereotype.
Okay, now are you referencing the travel ban?
Is that something that bothered you?
The travel ban certainly bothered me, yeah.
You were bothered by the travel ban?
Did you guys like Obama?
I'm curious.
Were you Obama supporters?
I am, yes.
Okay, you realize that the list that he used was actually Obama's list.
So he actually took Obama's advice, and that's where he got, yes, sir, this is a fact.
So I'm trying to have a conversation with these ladies, sir.
I think they can think for themselves.
Yeah, it is.
Yeah, it is.
She was speaking for herself.
Thank you.
Nice shirt, by the way.
So anyway, but that is a fact.
It was Obama's list.
Trump did implement it, so I'm not trying to write my hands of Trump doing it.
But how does that make you feel, the fact that he actually took Obama's advice on that list?
Well, I'm not going to say that Obama was perfect, because he certainly wasn't.
I like to take a more progressive stance when it comes to certain things.
Now, I'm going to be honest with you, I'm not quite sure what Obama's list was like, so I can't say for sure that he took it from that.
It was the exact seven countries listed as terror-prone countries.
That he made the list to ban people from traveling in on.
Well, I think that the main issue is that Trump is conducting these executive orders without consulting anyone else.
And we do know for a fact that Obama took a lot of time to staff himself around with the right people.
Well, actually, the difference is, Trump, you are right about the executive orders, but Trump signs them and does it on live TV. Obama did it over holidays and nobody even knew about it.
What do you think about that?
Well, I think he probably took a lot of time to talk to his advisors about that.
And I think he would like to run the country, not like a reality show.
The live TV and everything, obviously they have to go on live TV to make their case because they like to tell everybody that the news is fake.
So he's clearly trying to take his supporters tuning into his live TV to believe that it's real.
Is there any fake news out there?
There's certainly spins on different types of news organizations.
Obviously, you're not going to be completely not cited if you get what I'm trying to say.
Who do you trust the most in the news?
The Young Turks.
And you guys should watch them.
The Young Turks?
I know who the Young Turks are.
Wow, the Young Turks?
Chunk Yogurt?
Anna Kasparian or whatever her name is?
Oh my God.
Hey, I actually got to be honest.
She was nice.
She was pretty educated.
She could hold a conversation.
I don't know why she walked away from me.
Hey, listen to this one.
Have you heard this one before?
No KKK, no fascist USA. I've never heard that one before.
I wasn't able to get my question in about the refugees.
No fear about refugees.
I'm just curious if they're aware of what the refugees have done in Europe or the Somali refugee that stabbed 11 people at Ohio State.
So let's just walk in front of these people and see if we can talk to one more person here.
But again, though, here, back up for a second and notice just, again, you've got the protesters that have lined up here on the left, and then you have some of the Trump supporters that are here on the right that are just kind of facing off with them holding their Trump signs up.
So, oh, oh, this guy, oh, this is great.
Hold on.
Excuse me, sir.
Can I ask you a question?
Yes, sir.
So what was that you just said about not being a Native American?
Native Americans are like the original founders of the United States of America.
So all of us are immigrants.
So to hate on one person or one group and say, you need to get deported, blah, blah, blah, we're all immigrants here.
We should all be united as a united nation.
So what type of political policy would you like to see on the borders?
Well, I'm not saying that border policy is needed because you can't have open borders.
But people here that are working, paying taxes.
Benefiting our society should not be deported just because they're not from here.
Are you talking about immigrants or are you talking about non-citizens?
Both.
Non-citizens do jobs that Americans don't want to do.
If you ask any farmer, any construction worker, any big person like that, they'll tell you that they need immigrants to thrive.
But let's not talk about immigrants, let's talk about non-citizens.
So I'm just curious, though.
What type of policies would you like to see for immigrants?
Repeat that, sorry.
What type of policies would you like to see on immigrants different than what you're seeing from Trump?
Well, I think that the...
Hold on, we got action going on here.
Uh-oh.
Oh, boy.
It's getting hot.
It's getting hot.
Thanks, guys.
Thanks.
Hold on, I want to hear this guy's opinion.
This is crazy.
This is crazy, honestly.
Hey, hey, alright, I think we can hear you though.
So just tell me, what immigration policy would you rather see than what Trump is proposing?
Well, I think if you're working and you're paying your taxes and you're not committing crimes, what is the point of deporting them?
Because immigrants are the backbone of our country.
We're founded on immigrants.
It's the United States of America.
Let me ask you a question.
Can you go to Mexico and work?
I wouldn't want to.
America is one of the best countries in the world.
Now see, that's the trick right there.
If we have the same policy that lets anyone come here and work, we won't be America anymore.
But there's jobs all over.
You see, McDonald's is hiring right now.
Wendy's is hiring right now.
Americans can get jobs.
They just don't want to get jobs.
I agree with that.
That's a big problem.
It's not a certain party.
That's because of the welfare state.
Our welfare state needs reform really bad.
I agree.
I mean...
Hey, thank you.
This is an educated protester.
I give them credit when they're smart.
I give them credit.
You can have a conversation.
Thank you for your time.
Thank you for your time.
Here, let's get this.
Not right now.
Not right now.
All right.
Move down this way.
Everyone wants...
This is crazy, man.
I'm trying to shoot a video and everyone's like, Owen, let me take a picture.
Tell the truth.
I don't even know what that means.
Tell the truth about what?
Tell the truth about what?
He lies about everything.
Just give me one thing.
He lied about the election victory.
What did he lie about?
The margin victory.
What did he lie about?
He said it was the largest one ever.
Okay, but are you talking about the popular vote, or what are you saying?
I'm saying he said he won by the most electoral votes.
Okay, did he?
No, we did not.
What if we found out that five states got stolen?
That'd be a lie, too.
But what if it came out to be true, though?
Then they should do something about it.
They already have.
Did you hear about the recount in Michigan?
You should look into it.
So how many illegal votes were there?
No, no, no.
What they found out...
How many illegal votes were there?
They canceled the revote.
They canceled the recount.
No, no, no.
Listen.
Okay, well, here's the answer.
He doesn't want to listen.
So here's the deal.
Thank you for your time.
You're the dumbest protester yet.
So here's the deal.
So they did a recount.
They started recounts in districts in Michigan, and what happened was Trump actually gained votes.
Trump actually started gaining votes, so they quit the recount.
So they stopped the recount.
This is the gold right here.
This is the gold.
This guy's the gold.
Hey, hey, hey, hey.
We're going to sign up.
Trump is going to finish speaking soon.
