| Hundreds of Germans have purchased illegal guns from a website called Migrants Fright in a bid to protect themselves against escalating attacks from newly arrived refugees. | |
| Now, let this serve as an illustration at how certain laws will not stop certain people from doing certain things, specifically with guns and drugs. | |
| No matter how many laws you try to put in the books to try to stop people from getting guns or to try to stop people from getting drugs, people are still going to seek those things out and find them. | |
| And now you can see it happening in Germany. | |
| But these people just want to protect themselves. | |

| The German branch of the left-wing website Weiss managed to obtain a customer list from the website before dispatching journalists to make home visits in an effort to shame individuals who purchased guns and ammunition and had them delivered by DHL. I'm not really sure how I feel about this. | |

| Demands for weapons have surged in Germany since the 2015 mass sex attacks in Cologne committed by predominantly Moroccan migrants, in addition to several high-profile terrorist incidents, culminating in December's atrocity when a Tunisian asylum seeker drove a truck through a crowd of people at a Christmas market in Berlin, killing 12 and injuring 56. And this is what we want to stop from happening here. | |
