I still chuckle over the way the mainstream media doesn't understand Infowars.com or Alex Jones.
And if you will look at those who are watching online, combine those who are watching on Facebook Live, on YouTube Live, who watch it later in podcast, who are listening on the radio, folks here at Infowars here are amassing My
friend Matt Boyle, the bureau chief at Bright Bear in Washington, has this right.
We are the mainstream media.
They are the fringe.
You can tell by the small number that are watching them.
So it's a new day in America.
I am very focused on the U.S. Supreme Court.
I have made no bones about it that in a perfect world, my choice for the first opening would be Judge Andrew Napolitano, the legal analyst for Fox News.
Now, Judge Napolitano has been a friend of mine and a mentor since 1981 when he wandered in off the street to help Governor Tom Kane in a recount.
Kane had won the 1981 New Jersey election, we claimed, by 1,209 votes out of about 2 million cast.
And there was a recount and a tussle, and it was favorably decided.
For Governor Tom Kaine, who went on to become one of New Jersey's greatest governors.
And that's how I first met Andrew Napolitano, in the trenches.
He's a first-rate legal mind and a first-rate temperament.
He's a constitutional scholar, was a protege and close friend of Anton Scalia, perhaps one of our greatest jurists for the last 10 years of his life.
So in a perfect world, I would prefer Judge Napolitano.
Many people, however, believe the president feels conscripted to stick to a list of conservative journalists that he released before the election and promised to choose from.
Now, there are many good people on this list as well.
I myself like Judge Tom Hardiman of Pittsburgh.
On the appeals court, I think he would be a solid pick.
He is a young man, serves on the Third Circuit.
I don't think he's 50. He is a solid conservative.
And that would be a good appointment.
Judge Don Willett, however, of Texas, a real anti-government libertarian, someone who's deeply skeptical of federal power and the...
Consolidation of power by the federal government would be an excellent choice.
Well, it's a bit of a madman, a revolutionary, just what this stodgy court needs.
So I think the president's got some excellent choices.
They are more in the traditional conservative establishment conservative mold.
Personally, I'm crossing my fingers hoping that Judge Napolitano may be Donald Trump's second appointment.
To the court.
That's my handicapping today.
I think Hardiman is the front-runner, and I think it would be a fine appointment.
If Donald Trump is going to be a transformative president, not a transitional president, but a transformative president, if he's really going to change everything, Candidly doesn't need a conservative court or a right-wing court.
He needs a Trump court.
He needs a liberty-based conservative court.
But with an eye towards civil liberties, with an eye towards Trump's libertarian cohort within his constituency.
And I hope he will keep this in mind as he makes what could be the first of as many as four decisions.
Let's remember that the Supreme Court... ...
InfoWars has more than 15 YouTube channels and about 3 million subscribers.
Our main channel has 1.854 or 1,854,000 plus subscribers.
Now, they've been gaming the system for a long time to shut down nationalistic or patriotic Media.
Saying we're right-wingers.
Saying we're extremists.
Well, it doesn't matter who we are.
We have a right to free speech, don't we?
As long as we don't violate the rules.
Well, now Zuckerberg has come out and said he's going to restrict conservative news like Communist China does, calling it fake news.
And Google, that owns YouTube, has announced, and they've done it now, two weeks ago, that they're going to basically make you click the bell.
In your notifications, we're going to show you how to do that, or you won't get all the channels that you've subscribed to and you won't get the videos.
Now, why are they doing this?
It's more than just censoring.
They want you to see the videos that they feed you below and beside the videos you're looking at that are corporately sponsored so they make more money.
They're taking the you out of YouTube.
So we're in this information war and it's more important than ever that you promote the videos, that you like the videos, and that you send them on to others.
Because the answer to the attempt to shut us down and restrict free speech that's openly now happening is for us to redouble our efforts.
We're winning the culture war as true classical liberals that made this country great.
We're restoring the Renaissance.
So again, if you want to get our videos so you can make your decision whether you want After all, that's why you subscribed.
YouTube's had this since they started 12 years ago or whatever it was.
And they're fundamentally changing it so you don't get it.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is promoting fake news and trash news and establishment news.
It's killing real independent news.
But we the people, by taking action, can break the back of this system.
So please...
