LeAnn McAdoo here with a breaking update.
A grand jury has indicted the Cincinnati campus police officer on murder charges in the July 19th shooting of unarmed black man Samuel DeBose in what was a routine traffic stop.
Now, on July 19th, this officer, Ray Tenzing, pulled Samuel DeBose over for not having a license plate on the front of the vehicle.
In the original report, He told some other officers who arrived on the scene that after pulling him over, at some point he began to be dragged by the male black driver who was operating this green Honda Accord.
Officer Tenzing stated that he was almost run over by the driver of the Honda Accord and was forced to shoot the driver with his duty weapon.
So this is what he originally told.
The family members did not believe his account of this story, and they demanded to see this video.
It hasn't been released until the grand jury was allowed to see it.
And I think after you see it, you're going to see why they very quickly indicted him on these murder charges.
Hey, how's it going, man?
How's it going?
Good, I'll see you at the UC Police.
Do you have a license on you?
Yeah, what happened?
Is this your car?
Yeah.
It's going back to the female, actually.
It's a very routine traffic stop.
I'm in the...
It's on the read.
Okay.
We don't have to put license on you for it.
I can put my blue button.
I have it.
What's that?
It's right here.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, that's actually...
That's got to go where the front plate's supposed to go.
You don't have to reach for it.
It's okay.
You have a license on you?
Uh, yeah.
Okay.
So here he fails to produce a license.
Does not appear to be open.
Could have just got that at the store.
Or maybe he was about to drink it.
Who knows?
Still didn't break a law.
Okay, you know where the license on is at or what?
I know my license is still on that.
Okay, I'm gonna ask you again.
Do you have your license on?
I have license.
You can take my name.
So do you not have your license on you?
I'm asking you a direct question.
Do you have your license on?
You'll see here the officer attempts to open the car door.
Again, the front peg.
But it's not a living that's going to have a front peg.
Okay.
Actually it is.
I'm gonna ask you again.
Do you have a license on you?
I have a license.
You can run my name.
Okay.
Is that not on you then?
I don't think I have it on you.
Very calm.
Why don't you have your license on you?
Okay.
What do you say down here?
Okay.
Well, I feel like I can figure out a few of the licenses.
Go ahead and take your seatbelt off for me.
Go ahead and take your seatbelt off.
Shot him.
So there, that was a two-minute, two-minute altercation.
The car goes on down the road.
The police officer is chasing him.
chasing the vehicle that has apparently going down the street with a dead man driving.
So this is the other officer there on the scene.
He's slumped over.
So two minutes into this altercation, you can see he starts trying to open the man's door.
The man puts Samuel DeBose, puts the ignition, starts the car, starts to take off, evading arrest, and immediately he is shot in the head at no point.
You know, was he being belligerent?
He was being calm?
You know, we didn't see any weapon or anything like that.
So there was nothing to indicate that this officer's life was in danger.
There were many other things that could have happened.
Obviously, he could have used a taser.
He could have gotten in his vehicle and tried to pursue the suspect, but he didn't.
I don't even know how he drew his weapon that fast to shoot the man immediately.
Now, obviously, there was no need for this senseless act to take place, which was also reiterated by the prosecutor there.
Now, again, going back to this original police report, this is another officer that's taking this report saying, you know, once again, he stated he was forced to fire his weapon after he was dragged.
He then repeated that he was being dragged by the vehicle.
The other officer there said that he witnessed The officer tensing being dragged.
And then this officer says that he noticed that the back of his pants and shirt looked like it had been dragged over a rough surface.
So how did that even happen?
I mean, I don't know if he post-haste rubbed some, you know, rubbed himself on the concrete.
But we just have some inconsistencies with this original report.
Now, here again, this whole entire case.
It gives credence to the call for all police officers to have body cameras.
It didn't stop the murder.
It didn't stop him from lying about it.
However, this case, we were able to get...
Murder charges.
They were able to indict him on murder charges because of the body camera footage.
And if he is convicted, Tenzin could go to prison for life.
Now, the family has called for peace on the streets, but a lot of people are really upset about this.
It's the number one thing trending on Twitter, and Joe Biggs has reported this out.
He's working on this story.
This was posted on a Cincinnati Craigslist ad.
Someone is posted calling on the black community to target the police, calling on the black community to rise up, burn the police stations, put a bullet in their head, you know, make them worry about it, don't aim for the chest because they wear, you know, bulletproof vests.
But again...
We know that they are definitely calling for a summer of rage indeed.
So be sure to stick with InfoWars.com.
Joe Biggs is going to be updating this story.
He's about to touch down on the ground there in Ohio.
So we'll keep you updated on this story as it develops.
