I'm at the Cadell Recreation Center just west of downtown Cleveland.
It's about 10-15 minutes out.
And these are the swings where Tamir Rice was just hanging out playing.
Someone decided to call 911 because they saw a child playing with a toy gun.
Now at this point in time, the police were dispatched out and brought to this area.
By the time police had arrived, Tamir was not on the swing anymore.
Instead, he was over here at this bench where the memorial is set up.
Now, as you can see, this is not a bad little playground.
There's a lot of stuff going on.
The grass is cut.
Everything's nice.
There's a basketball court outside.
There's one right there.
There's one indoors inside this building.
And now, this is a spot where...
People will always remember the horrific actions of the police and the fact that they didn't de-escalate the situation and instead decided to act rashly and jump out of their car shooting Tamir Rice in the torso.
He was a 12 year old boy who was just playing.
And now you have this memorial set up.
Now there's a number of things written.
And as you can see, someone wrote, Tamir, you should not have had to live in a world that expects you to be perfect because of the color of your skin.
It is simply not fair.
The mayor and Cleveland Police Department should be ashamed.
Could you imagine, though, as a parent, if you were, that you're letting your kid go out and play around on the playground?
And to think that something like this could happen because the police are not being trained properly, and instead they're acting like they're combat soldiers in Fallujah, Iraq.
Now, Cleveland is expecting to hear the verdict of what's going to happen, whether or not this officer will be charged in the shooting and killing of Tamir Rice at this park.
Just last weekend, we had the verdict of the Michael Brelo case.
And thus far, Cleveland has handled everything very well, better than Baltimore, better than Ferguson.
And now the race baiter, Al Sharpton, wants to come out here and start more racial division, stir the pot, and try to get people angry.
Because that's what he does.
He shows up like a cancer and destroys everywhere he goes.
So we're going to be out here tomorrow.
When Al Sharpton shows up, and we're going to protest his presence being here, and tell him that he doesn't need to be here, that Cleveland has remained peaceful.
So I encourage everyone to come out tomorrow to the Olivet Institutional Baptist Church on Quincy Avenue at 7.30 p.m.
