[00:00:05]  Now, we came out here to find out whether or not Officer Michael Brello will be charged with two counts of manslaughter.
[00:00:13]  Now, any day we're expecting to find out the verdict from the Justice Center as to what will happen with the officer.
[00:00:19]  But tensions are high here in Cleveland.
[00:00:21]  Almost three years ago, this coming November, three years it will be since Officer Brello was involved in a hot pursuit after two unarmed suspects in a vehicle.
[00:00:31]  And it ended when he jumped on top of the hood and fired 15 rounds into the windshield.
[00:00:36]  Five of those shots were fatal, killing both of those unarmed suspects.
[00:00:40]  Now riots are a fear in this town right now.
[00:00:44]  People are...
[00:00:45]  Beginning to worry.
[00:00:46]  There's a lot of talk about shutting down schools, businesses, things of that nature like we saw in Baltimore.
[00:00:52]  But another thing we're hearing today is tomorrow could be the earliest and they could drag this on again.
[00:00:57]  We saw that in Ferguson back in November when Jakari and I were there, how they dragged it on and then eventually released the information at nighttime in front of the police station at the worst possible moment, almost inciting a riot to happen.
[00:01:10]  Hopefully Cleveland has learned from the mistakes in Ferguson and in Baltimore.
