| I have a quick news update, some news out of my hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma. | |
| One of my contacts sent me this. | |
| This is an incident that happened on May 14th. | |
| And you can see the officers talking to the people over there. | |
| But in the corner here, you're going to see Christopher Ruff get sprayed in the face with pepper spray for, I guess, just being on the scene. | |
| And you'll see him have a dialogue with the officer. | |
| You know, you can't really... | |
| I don't hear too much of what was said, but he definitely doesn't appear to be physically combative. | |
| And I'll actually turn up the audio so you guys can try to hear. | |
| There's Christopher right there Oh my god, she's about to get out, keep it recording, keep it recording Keep it recording, he's getting the pepper spray He's spraying with the pepper spray He's about to get taste, he's about to get taste His hands is behind his back Oh my god, he's got his hands behind his back | |
| He just sprayed with the pepper spray and he turned along the way and they found him from the taser So that's the video all I've done I'll put a link in the description below. | |
| But basically, my contact told me that Christopher had a clip in his mouth, maybe like a hairpin or something like that, and when he was pepper sprayed, he dropped it out of his mouth, and then they arrested him for littering. | |
| You know, not even for something more sinister than what you would think would require something like pepper spray, but as you can see from the video, the man was clearly noncombative. | |
| And I wish I had more time to work on this, but, you know, I'm the only person in the studio right now, so I just had to shoot it. | |
