| It is a cross between an MRAP and an ambulance. | |
| And it's for your safety in California. | |

| I do see that people call it intimidating. | |

| And to an extent it can be. | |
| And we would much rather come in a vehicle like that and have someone surrender without anybody getting injured than have to use some sort of other tactics where injury may occur. | |

| After they use that tank to bust through your wall in a no-knock raid, when you have a heart attack, you'll have an ambulance there as well. | |
