[00:00:15]  That is a crowdfunded billboard that's going to be somewhere around here.

[00:00:20]  But we were told through various media sites that it's going to be somewhere around the original shooting site of Mike Brown.
[00:00:26]  Mike being shot a few blocks down that way.
[00:00:28]  So we're up here standing in front of these billboards.
[00:00:30]  We can't say that these are going to be the billboards in question but these are some of the nearest billboards to the
