This is Jakari Jackson for Infowars.com.
It's October 31st, and the city of Austin, Texas, and the Austin Police Department is using this as a reason to have no refusal blood draws.
Now, I will admit, drunk driving is a very serious topic nationwide, but I don't think the best way to combat this is to have no refusal checkpoints, where if you refuse to submit to a breathalyzer, the police can pretty much draw your blood easily by getting a warrant from a magistrate.
So we see this.
Nate Going Nationwide Sheriff's Office refuses to participate in future blood draw checkpoints.
We were very excited when this news came out of Clark County, Ohio earlier this week.
And for everybody who would say, you know, what's the big deal about having these no refusal checkpoints?
Let's watch this and then you tell me if you think this is acceptable behavior.
Are you serious?
What country is this?
What country indeed where they can strap a man down and take his blood?
You know, because you can get warrants for a lot of things, but when you want to take something from inside somebody's body, I think you should have their consent to do so.
These guys aren't rapists.
They're not murderers.
They're suspected, and I stress suspected, of driving under the influence of alcohol.
So be safe.
I definitely don't encourage anybody to drink and drive, but if you do have a no-refusal checkpoint in your city...
I would personally try to avoid it.
That's one of the reasons I may not go downtown tonight.
Not because I drink.
I don't drink anything.
But, you know, if they suspect, you know, if somebody spills alcohol in my jacket, well, you smell like you've been drinking.
Let's take you on downtown and take this blood out your arm.
I'm not down with that.
So this is Jakari Jackson for Infowars.com.
