[00:03:53]  What I'm trying to do is to get a broader conversation about how do we reduce the violence generally.
[00:03:59]  Part of it is seeing if we can get an assault weapons ban reintroduced, but part of it is also looking at other sources of the violence.
[00:04:10]  Because frankly, in my hometown of Chicago, there's an awful lot of violence, and they're not using AK-47s, they're using cheap handguns.
[00:04:16]  And number one, lying to America's face.
[00:04:20]  If you've got health care already, then you can keep your plan if you are satisfied with it.
[00:04:25]  If you like the plan you have, you can keep it.
[00:04:27]  I intend to keep this promise.
[00:04:28]  If you like your health care plan, you'll be able to keep your health care plan.
[00:04:32]  If you like your plan and your doctor, you can keep them.
[00:04:35]  You'll be able to keep your health care plan.
[00:04:37]  If you like your plan, you keep your plan.
[00:04:39]  If you like your doctor, you like your plan, you can keep your doctor, you can keep your plan.
[00:04:44]  If you like your current insurance, you keep that insurance.
