Time Text
Hi, this is Dr. Piccinini.
Today I want to talk about another problem that we have, not in the United States, but in the world, which I think Trump is handling quite well.
And let me explain it to you.
I know we have fires in the cities.
I know we have a COVID problem, but there's a far more Serious problem over the horizon, which is occurring right now.
And that is President Xi of China decided to rescind all of the freedoms in Hong Kong.
From our point of view, this was a very dangerous move because we needed Hong Kong as a outlet for our economy and we wanted to have a free society within Hong Kong, within the accords between the British and the Chinese.
Nevertheless, we have sent over members of our intelligence community to create Agipro.
Xi knows that.
Xi is now in full control of China.
Despite the fact that he's quite poor, the growth factor in China went down by almost 150%.
It went from 5% to less than 1%.
And now Xi is in a serious dilemma.
As a result of that, Xi sees that we're preoccupied, and not only has he gone to Hong Kong, but he's shifted to the West, which is where we have always had a problem with Xi, and he now began to realize how to utilize that problem.
He has created a force structure of several thousand soldiers above the Xinjiang province where the Uyghurs are, and he created a combat at a low-intensity conflict between India and China.
Usually, as I've said in the past, over the past several years, India was the soft point where we could stimulate agitprop on the western borders of China.
But this time around, Xi initiated a conflict with India.
And in turn, Modi, who is quite forceful, has decided to keep it at a low-intensity conflict.
The key issue here is not just the low intensity conflict, it's the ability for us to resolve this conflict before it gets into a major war.
As our ships are storming into South China Sea and confronting the Chinese Navy at the same time, We have asked Putin, who is a close friend of Trump's and also a very close friend of Xi's, to negotiate a peace treaty on the Himalayan border because Modi and Putin are very close.
At the same time, it's important to understand That Xi and Putin are very close.
Unlike Trump who said Xi is my favorite friend and I like him, Xi has said the following, Putin is my favorite friend and I really get along with him.
So the issue right now is not only that we're presenting our force structure to the Chinese, but we're also asking Putin to get involved.
In order to limit the amount of low-intensity conflict that we will have both on the eastern border of China and on the western border.
For the most part, I have to say that Trump is very much in charge.
Pompeo understands what he's doing.
The CIA and the 16 intelligence units are highly involved in the present situation.
All of them have a mandate to avoid a major conflict.
We may maintain it at what we call LIC, Low Intensity Conflict, but we don't expect it to blow up at a major conflict.
The most important thing to understand is that irrespective of what we have domestically, America will be able to resolve those domestic issues while at the same time handle its foreign
Affairs very effectively and the reason for that is as I've said before in the past We have close to 50 to 100 bases around China without making it a point G understands that if he wants to engage in a kinetic action ie in a major war it will be self-defeating at the present time we want G to feel the problem of poverty low GDP and
And the fact that he may have internal combat within the Communist Party.
My proverb today is from China, and it's the following.
Xi, you have to learn this proverb.
When you fall down, you've got to learn how to walk.
When you are ruling China, and you've made mistakes as you're making a mistake now, it will be important for you to understand that America is vital to your Integrity as is China, as is Russia, and as India.
